背景技术
随着智慧餐厅技术对餐饮行业的影响,越来越多的餐饮店铺开始采用排队机等智能餐饮服务设备或排队APP等,以提升餐饮服务效率、降低餐饮店铺运营成本。例如,申请公布号为CN104463721A的中国专利申请提供了一种基于智能移动终端的排队方法,该方法通过智能移动终端APP来排队取号,号码信息发送至商家后台服务器,当商家后台服务器设置的轮候号为排队号时或是接近排队号时,移动终端后台服务器推送提醒信息至智能移动终端。
然而,对于人气火爆的餐饮店铺而言,虽然采用排队机等在一定程度上能够提升餐饮服务效率,但是若用户想要在这类餐饮店铺中就餐则需要等待较长时间,用户等位体验较差,另外,很多用户还会因为等位时长过长而放弃等位,导致餐饮店铺流失客流,造成餐饮店铺的经济损失。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本公开以便提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的排队预点餐处理方法及系统。
根据本公开的一个方面,提供了一种排队预点餐处理方法,该方法包括:
营销服务端根据与客户端对应的等位信息计算优惠力度信息,以供在客 户端进行预点餐操作时,销售端基于优惠力度信息计算预支付金额;
销售端根据店铺桌台占用状态和排队机发送的桌台分配请求,确定待分配桌台信息,并将待分配桌台信息发送给排队机;
排队机依据待分配桌台信息生成就餐提醒通知,并将就餐提醒通知发送给客户端进行提醒就餐;
销售端根据与待分配桌台信息对应的确认下单信息,完成下单操作。

步骤S100,营销服务端根据与客户端对应的等位信息计算优惠力度信息,以供在客户端进行预点餐操作时,销售端基于优惠力度信息计算预支付金额。
客户端可为就餐用户的手机等终端设备。当就餐用户想要去某个餐饮店 铺进行就餐,而该餐饮店铺当前没有空闲桌台需要就餐用户进行等位时,就餐用户可通过客户端向排队机发送排队请求。具体地,排队机展示二维码或条形码等图像识别码形式的排队入口信息,客户端扫描二维码等图像识别码,展示排队页面,获取就餐用户在排队页面输入的就餐用户手机号、就餐人数等就餐信息,根据就餐信息生成排队请求,并将排队请求发送给排队机。排队机接收客户端发送的排队请求,并根据客户端发送的排队请求确定与客户端对应的等位信息。
其中,等位信息可包括:等位序号、前序等位数量、预计等位时长和就餐人数等信息。前序等位数量是指在该客户端的等位序号之前,已排队等待相同类型的桌台而尚未得到分配的其它客户端的等位序号的总数量,桌台的类型可由桌台对应的允许就餐人数、就餐环境等级等而确定,此处不做限定。预计等位时长可由排队机根据历史等位信息和前序等位数量进行分析计算得到。
为了能够很好地挽留就餐用户留下等位,减少就餐用户中途放弃等位的情况,营销服务端可根据与客户端对应的等位信息来计算优惠力度信息,优惠力度信息具体可为折扣券、满减券等形式的信息,例如,8折的折扣券、满300减40的满减券等。其中,预计等位时长越长、就餐人数越多,优惠力度信息对应的优惠力度越大。在客户端进行预点餐操作时,销售端可基于优惠力度信息计算预支付金额,使得就餐用户享受到优惠。其中,销售端可为餐饮店铺的POS(Point of Sale)端等终端设备。
例如,根据与客户端对应的预点餐订单信息可知,该预点餐订单信息对应的应收金额为500元,若优惠力度信息为8折的折扣券,那么销售端基于优惠力度信息计算得到的预支付金额为400元。对于预支付金额的支付,客户端可在预点餐过程中完成支付操作,或者也可在确认下单过程中完成支付操作,或者也可在完成就餐后再完成支付操作,本领域技术人员可根据实际需要进行具体设置,此处不做限定。
步骤S101,销售端根据店铺桌台占用状态和排队机发送的桌台分配请求,确定待分配桌台信息,并将待分配桌台信息发送给排队机。
在客户端的等位序号即将到号时,排队机向销售端发送携带有与客户端对应的就餐人数的桌台分配请求,销售端根据餐饮店铺的当前的店铺桌台占用状态和排队机发送的桌台分配请求,为客户端确定待分配桌台信息,并将待分配桌台信息发送给排队机,以便排队机通知客户端侧的就餐用户进行就 餐。其中,店铺桌台占用状态是指整个餐饮店铺中所有的桌台的占用状态,占用状态具体可包括空闲和被占用;待分配桌台信息可为待分配桌台的桌号等信息。具体地,销售端可依据店铺桌台占用状态,查找空闲桌台信息,然后依据空闲桌台信息确定待分配桌台信息。
步骤S102,排队机依据待分配桌台信息生成就餐提醒通知,并将就餐提醒通知发送给客户端进行提醒就餐。
排队机接收销售端发送的待分配桌台信息,接着依据待分配桌台信息生成就餐提醒通知,其中,就餐提醒通知可包括待分配桌台的桌号、桌台位置、指引路线等信息。在生成了就餐提醒通知之后,排队机将就餐提醒通知发送给客户端进行提醒就餐,客户端侧的就餐用户根据该就餐提醒通知能够方便找到对应的桌台进行就餐,无需餐饮店铺专门安排服务人员为就餐用户分配桌台和指引路线,不仅有效地节省了餐饮店铺所投入的人力成本,而且还使就餐用户能够方便地前往就餐,提高了餐饮服务质量,有助于提高用户体验感。
步骤S103,销售端根据与待分配桌台信息对应的确认下单信息,完成下单操作。
为了使就餐用户能够获得良好的就餐体验,避免出现尚未为就餐用户分配桌台而后厨却已完成菜品制作的情况,在客户端完成预点餐操作后,销售端对与客户端对应的预点餐订单信息进行存储,而不直接将预点餐订单信息发送给后厨端,当销售端获取到与待分配桌台信息对应的确认下单信息之后,销售端再根据与待分配桌台信息对应的确认下单信息,完成下单操作。

当就餐用户需要在某个餐饮店铺进行等位时,就餐用户可通过客户端向排队机发送排队请求,排队请求中可携带有就餐用户手机号、就餐人数等就餐信息。在具体应用中,排队机展示排队二维码,客户端扫描排队二维码,展示排队机返回的排队页面,获取就餐用户在排队页面中输入的就餐信息,根据就餐信息生成排队请求,并将排队请求发送给排队机。排队机接收客户端发送的排队请求,并根据客户端发送的排队请求确定与客户端对应的等位信息,接着排队机依据与客户端对应的等位信息和店铺预点餐页面链接地址,生成店铺预点餐信息,以供客户端依据店铺预点餐信息进行预点餐操作。
具体地,店铺预点餐信息可为图像识别码形式,例如,预点餐二维码或预点餐条形码等,店铺预点餐信息包含有与客户端对应的等位信息和店铺预点餐页面链接地址。以店铺预点餐信息为预点餐二维码为例,客户端扫描预点餐二维码,销售端向客户端返回店铺预点餐页面,客户端展示店铺预点餐页面,那么客户端侧的就餐用户可在店铺预点餐页面中选择想要的菜品进行预点餐。
步骤S201,在客户端依据店铺预点餐信息进行预点餐操作时,营销服务端依据店铺预点餐信息获取与客户端对应的等位信息,根据与客户端对应的等位信息计算优惠力度信息。
以店铺预点餐信息为预点餐二维码为例,在客户端扫描了预点餐二维码之后,营销服务端可依据预点餐二维码获取与客户端对应的等位信息,并根据与客户端对应的等位信息计算优惠力度信息,将计算得到的优惠力度信息发送给销售端,以供在客户端进行预点餐操作时,销售端基于优惠力度信息计算预支付金额。
其中,等位信息可包括:等位序号、前序等位数量、预计等位时长和就餐人数等信息。营销服务端可根据等位信息中的就餐人数和历史人均消费金额,计算得到预计消费金额,该历史人均消费金额可预先根据餐饮店铺对应的历史就餐消费情况计算得到。为了便于确定优惠力度信息,可预先设置预设算法和预设条件阈值,营销服务端利用预设算法,对等位信息中的前序等位数量、预计等位时长和上述计算得到的预计消费金额进行运算处理,得到优惠参数,然后将优惠参数与预设条件阈值进行匹配,得到相匹配的优惠力 度信息。本领域技术人员可根据实际需要对预设算法和预设条件阈值进行设置,此处不做具体限定。优惠力度信息具体可为折扣券、满减券等形式的信息,其中,前序等位数量越多、预计等位时长越长、预计消费金额越多,优惠力度信息对应的优惠力度越大。
假设根据预设条件阈值可知,当优惠参数在1至10之间时,对应于第一优惠力度信息,如9折的折扣券;当优惠参数在11至20之间时,对应于第二优惠力度信息,如7折的折扣券;当优惠参数在21至30之间时,对应于第三优惠力度信息,如5折的折扣券。如果营销服务端利用预设算法,对等位信息中的前序等位数量、预计等位时长和预计消费金额进行运算处理,所得到的优惠参数为15,那么将该优惠参数与预设条件阈值进行匹配,得到该优惠参数对应于第二优惠力度信息,即第二优惠力度信息为相匹配的优惠力度信息,则将第二优惠力度信息作为所确定的优惠力度信息。在客户端进行预点餐操作时,销售端可基于优惠力度信息计算预支付金额,使得就餐用户享受到优惠。对于预支付金额的支付,客户端可在预点餐过程中完成支付操作,或者也可在确认下单过程中完成支付操作,或者也可在完成就餐后再完成支付操作,此处不做限定。
步骤S202,排队机按照客户端的等位顺序,向销售端发送携带有与客户端对应的就餐人数的桌台分配请求。

具体地,通过增加下划线、增加底色、高亮等方式在店铺桌台分布图像中对待分配桌台信息对应的桌台位置进行突出标识。本领域技术人员还可采用其他方式对待分配桌台信息对应的桌台位置进行突出标识,此处不做具体限定。
在生成了就餐提醒通知之后,排队机将就餐提醒通知发送给客户端进行提醒就餐,客户端侧的就餐用户根据该就餐提醒通知中突出标识后的店铺桌台分布图像能够方便、快速地找到对应的桌台进行就餐,无需餐饮店铺专门安排服务人员为就餐用户分配桌台和指引路线,不仅有效地节省了餐饮店铺所投入的人力成本,而且还使就餐用户能够方便地前往就餐,提高了餐饮服务质量,有助于提高用户体验感。
步骤S205,客户端扫描与待分配桌台信息对应的桌台二维码,对与客户端对应的预点餐订单信息进行下单确认,生成与待分配桌台信息对应的确认下单信息,并将确认下单信息发送给销售端。
其中,餐饮店铺中的每个桌台上都展示有对应的桌台二维码,以便就餐用户利用客户端扫描桌台二维码进行下单确定。当就餐用户依据就餐提醒通知找到对应的待分配桌台并落座后,可利用客户端扫描与待分配桌台信息对应的桌台二维码,销售端向客户端返回店铺预点餐页面,客户端展示店铺预点餐页面,对与客户端对应的预点餐订单信息进行下单确认,生成与待分配桌台信息对应的确认下单信息,然后客户端将生成的确认下单信息发送给销售端,以供销售端根据该确认下单信息完成下单操作。具体地,客户端可根据就餐用户针对下单确认按钮的触发操作,生成与待分配桌台信息对应的确认下单信息。
步骤S206,销售端根据与待分配桌台信息对应的确认下单信息,将与客户端对应的预点餐订单信息发送给后厨端,以供后厨端进行处理。
其中,与待分配桌台信息对应的确认下单信息也可以不由客户端生成与发送,而是在餐饮店铺中的服务人员确认就餐用户落座之后,由服务人员在销售端上进行操作,生成与待分配桌台信息对应的确认下单信息。或者,当桌台为智能餐桌时,就餐用户落座后,就餐用户可直接在智能餐桌上进行操作,生成与待分配桌台信息对应的确认下单信息,然后将与待分配桌台信息对应的确认下单信息发送给销售端。
为了使就餐用户能够获得良好的就餐体验,避免出现尚未为就餐用户分配桌台而后厨却已完成菜品制作的情况,在客户端完成预点餐操作后,销售端对与客户端对应的预点餐订单信息进行存储,而不直接将预点餐订单信息发送给后厨端,当销售端获取到与待分配桌台信息对应的确认下单信息之后,销售端再根据与待分配桌台信息对应的确认下单信息,将与客户端对应的预点餐订单信息发送给后厨端,以供后厨端进行处理,例如进行菜品的制作等。
在等位过程中很有可能会出现由于等位时长过长等原因就餐用户中途放弃等位的情况,那么在排队机将就餐提醒通知发送给客户端进行提醒就餐之后,该方法还可包括:销售端判断在发送待分配桌台信息之后的预设时间内是否接收到与待分配桌台信息对应的确认下单信息;若是,则执行步骤S206;若否,则释放待分配桌台,向客户端发送桌台释放通知,以通知客户端不再为其保留桌台,从而使得桌台得到有效利用,避免出现桌台长时间被保留而无人就餐的情况。本领域技术人员可根据实际需要对预设时间进行设置,此处不做限定,例如,可将预设时间设置为10分钟。
若客户端在预点餐过程中就完成了预支付操作,那么在判断得到预设时间内未接收到与待分配桌台信息对应的确认下单信息的情况下,销售端可向客户端发送桌台释放通知,并返还客户端支付的预支付金额,以避免造成就餐用户的经济损失。
在一种可选的实施方式中,店铺预点餐信息可直接包含有优惠力度信息,以供在客户端依据店铺预点餐信息进行预点餐操作时,销售端可快速地基于店铺预点餐信息中的优惠力度信息计算预支付金额。具体地,排队机根据客户端发送的排队请求确定与客户端对应的等位信息,并将与客户端对应的等位信息发送给营销服务端;接着营销服务端根据与客户端对应的等位信息计算优惠力度信息;然后营销服务端将优惠力度信息发送给排队机;排队机依据优惠力度信息和店铺预点餐页面链接地址,生成店铺预点餐信息,以供客户端依据店铺预点餐信息进行预点餐操作。那么在客户端依据店铺预点餐信 息进行预点餐操作时,销售端就可依据店铺预点餐信息方便地获取优惠力度信息,基于优惠力度信息计算预支付金额。
本实施例提供的排队预点餐处理方法,能够根据与客户端对应的等位信息智能地计算优惠力度信息,为等位的就餐用户提供点餐优惠,提升了用户等位体验,有助于挽留就餐用户留下等位,避免餐饮店铺因等位而流失客流;并且,能够根据店铺桌台占用状态和桌台分配请求中的就餐人数智能地分配桌台,并在店铺桌台分布图像中对待分配桌台信息对应的桌台位置进行突出标识,生成就餐提醒通知,以使客户端侧的就餐用户根据就餐提醒通知中突出标识后的店铺桌台分布图像能够方便、快速地找到对应的桌台进行就餐,无需餐饮店铺专门安排服务人员为就餐用户分配桌台和指引路线,有效地节省了餐饮店铺所投入的人力成本,提高了餐饮服务质量,提高了用户就餐体验;另外,在发送了待分配桌台信息之后的一段时间内,若未接收到与待分配桌台信息对应的确认下单信息,则自动地释放待分配桌台,从而使得桌台得到有效利用,避免出现桌台长时间被保留而无人就餐的情况。
图3示出了根据本公开实施例的排队预点餐处理系统的结构框图,如图3所示,该系统包括:客户端310、营销服务端320、销售端330以及排队机340。
营销服务端320适于:根据与客户端310对应的等位信息计算优惠力度信息,以供在客户端310进行预点餐操作时,销售端330基于优惠力度信息计算预支付金额。
其中,等位信息包括:前序等位数量、预计等位时长和就餐人数;营销服务端320进一步适于:根据就餐人数和历史人均消费金额,计算得到预计消费金额;利用预设算法,对前序等位数量、预计等位时长和预计消费金额进行运算处理,得到优惠参数;将优惠参数与预设条件阈值进行匹配,得到相匹配的优惠力度信息。
销售端330适于:根据店铺桌台占用状态和排队机340发送的桌台分配请求,确定待分配桌台信息,并将待分配桌台信息发送给排队机340。
排队机340适于:依据待分配桌台信息生成就餐提醒通知,并将就餐提醒通知发送给客户端310进行提醒就餐。
销售端330进一步适于:根据与待分配桌台信息对应的确认下单信息,完成下单操作。

可选地,排队机340进一步适于:按照客户端310的等位顺序,向销售端330发送携带有与客户端310对应的就餐人数的桌台分配请求。
可选地,销售端330进一步适于:依据店铺桌台占用状态,查找空闲桌台信息;将桌台分配请求中的就餐人数与空闲桌台信息对应的允许就餐人数进行匹配,得到相匹配的空闲桌台信息;依据相匹配的空闲桌台信息确定待分配桌台信息,并将待分配桌台信息发送给排队机340。

图4示出了根据本公开实施例的一种计算设备的结构示意图,本公开具体实施例并不对计算设备的具体实现做限定。
如图4所示,该计算设备可以包括:处理器(processor)402、通信接口(Communications Interface)404、存储器(memory)406、以及通信总线408。
其中:

  1. 一种排队预点餐处理方法,所述方法包括:
    营销服务端根据与客户端对应的等位信息计算优惠力度信息,以供在客户端进行预点餐操作时,销售端基于所述优惠力度信息计算预支付金额;
    所述销售端根据店铺桌台占用状态和所述排队机发送的桌台分配请求,确定待分配桌台信息,并将所述待分配桌台信息发送给所述排队机;
    所述排队机依据所述待分配桌台信息生成就餐提醒通知,并将所述就餐提醒通知发送给所述客户端进行提醒就餐;
    所述销售端根据与所述待分配桌台信息对应的确认下单信息,完成下单操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述等位信息包括:前序等位数量、预计等位时长和就餐人数;所述营销服务端根据与客户端对应的等位信息计算优惠力度信息进一步包括:
    所述营销服务端根据所述就餐人数和历史人均消费金额,计算得到预计消费金额;
    利用预设算法,对所述前序等位数量、所述预计等位时长和所述预计消费金额进行运算处理,得到优惠参数;

    所述营销服务端根据与客户端对应的等位信息计算优惠力度信息具体为:在所述客户端依据所述店铺预点餐信息进行预点餐操作时,所述营销服务端依据所述店铺预点餐信息获取与客户端对应的等位信息,根据与客户端对应的等位信息计算优惠力度信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,在所述营销服务端根据与客户端对应的等位信息计算优惠力度信息之前,所述方法还包括:所述排队机根据所述客户端发送的排队请求确定与客户端对应的等位信息,并将与客户端对应的等位信息发送给所述营销服务端;
    在所述营销服务端根据与客户端对应的等位信息计算优惠力度信息之后,所述方法还包括:所述营销服务端将所述优惠力度信息发送给所述排队机;所述排队机依据所述优惠力度信息和店铺预点餐页面链接地址,生成店铺预点餐信息,以供所述客户端依据所述店铺预点餐信息进行预点餐操作。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其中,在所述销售端根据店铺桌台占用状态和所述排队机发送的桌台分配请求,确定待分配桌台信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述排队机按照所述客户端的等位顺序,向所述销售端发送携带有与所述客户端对应的就餐人数的桌台分配请求。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述销售端根据店铺桌台占用状态和所述排队机发送的桌台分配请求,确定待分配桌台信息,并将所述待分配桌台信息发送给所述排队机进一步包括:
    所述销售端依据所述店铺桌台占用状态,查找空闲桌台信息;
    将所述桌台分配请求中的就餐人数与空闲桌台信息对应的允许就餐人数进行匹配,得到相匹配的空闲桌台信息;
    依据相匹配的空闲桌台信息确定待分配桌台信息,并将所述待分配桌台信息发送给所述排队机。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法,其中,所述排队机依据所述待分配桌台信息生成就餐提醒通知进一步包括:
    所述排队机在店铺桌台分布图像中对所述待分配桌台信息对应的桌台位置进行突出标识,生成就餐提醒通知。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法,其中,在所述销售端根据与所述待分配桌台信息对应的确认下单信息,完成下单操作之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述客户端扫描与所述待分配桌台信息对应的桌台二维码,对与所述客户端对应的预点餐订单信息进行下单确认,生成与所述待分配桌台信息对应的确认下单信息,并将所述确认下单信息发送给所述销售端。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的方法,其中,在所述排队机依据所述待分配桌台信息生成就餐提醒通知,并将所述就餐提醒通知发送给所述客户端进行提醒就餐之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述销售端判断在发送所述待分配桌台信息之后的预设时间内是否接收到与所述待分配桌台信息对应的确认下单信息;若否,则向所述客户端发送桌台释放通知,并返还所述客户端支付的预支付金额。
