从上述技术方案可知,本申请中电子锁包括分离设置的控制装置和安全带盒体,所述安全带盒体内存有安全带,所述控制装置包括感应器、安全带锁扣固定装置以及分别与感应器和安全带锁扣固定装置连接的控制单元,通过感应器感应到身份标识后发送至控制单元,控制单元接收到身份标识后,控制安全 带锁扣固定装置固定安全带,实现了利用安全带固定放置在控制装置和安全带盒体之间的物品的功能。在感应器再次感应到身份标识后,发送至控制单元,控制单元接收到身份标识后,确定此次接收到的身份标识与上一次接收到的身份标识相同,则控制安全带锁扣固定装置解除对安全带的固定,以可以取出物品。只要旅客持有可以标识身份的设备,如身份证,即可实现对物品的存储,提高了存储物品的便捷性。且不需要为每个电子锁配备钥匙,降低了对电子锁进行管理的复杂度。

为使本申请实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
现有轨道车辆上,在通过台设置大件行李存放处,但是为了保障旅客上下车能够快速通过,大件行李存放处已经取消了锁闭装置。不能满足旅客在存放贵重物品时的安全性需求。
还有部分轨道车辆上,虽然提供了存储贵重物品的柜体,但是需要从乘务 员处领取柜体的钥匙,并在不使用柜体时,将钥匙归还乘务员。不仅旅客使用柜体时不便捷,而且管理复杂。
针对轨道车辆上存在的上述问题,本实施例提供了一种电子锁,应用于轨道车辆上。
参见图1,该电子锁包括:
分离设置的控制装置1和安全带盒体2;
控制装置1和安全带盒体2之间间隔预定距离固定于车辆柜体上,预定距离与待存储物品的尺寸相关。
在轨道车辆上,可以针对旅客经常携带的物品的尺寸,设置统一的预定距离,也可以针对不同类型不同尺寸的物品,设置不同的预定距离,使得旅客可以根据自身携带的物品尺寸选择适配的电子锁。
安全带盒体2内存有安全带,安全带上连接有安全带锁扣3。
控制装置1包括:
感应器11;
感应器11用于感应身份标识;
本实施例中,感应器11可以是与进站口设置的感应身份证的感应器相同的感应器,进而将身份证贴近感应器11时,感应器11可以感应到身份标识,身份标识为身份证信息。
安全带锁扣固定装置12,安全带锁扣固定装置12用于固定安全带锁扣3,由于安全带锁扣3与安全带连接,因此,实现了对安全带的固定。
分别与感应器11和安全带锁扣固定装置12连接的控制单元13;
感应器11感应到身份证并获取到身份证信息后,将身份证信息发送至控制单元13,控制单元13接收到身份证信息后,控制安全带锁扣固定装置12固定或解开安全带。
其中,在安全带锁扣固定装置12没有固定安全带的情况下,控制单元13接收到身份证信息后,控制安全带锁扣固定装置12固定安全带。
在安全带锁扣固定装置12固定有安全带的情况下,控制单元13接收到身 份证信息后,控制安全带锁扣固定装置12解除对安全带的固定。
参见图2所示,为本实施例提供的电子锁的结构示意图,其中,控制单元13是设置在控制装置1内部,在图2中并没有示出。
下面详细介绍利用本实施例提供的电子锁,实现存储物品的方法:
用户选择空闲的电子锁,并将待存储的物品放置在控制装置1和安全带盒体2之间。
将身份证贴近感应器11,感应器11感应身份证后获取到身份证信息,并将获取到的身份证信息发送至控制单元13。
从安全带盒体2内拉伸出安全带,并将安全带连接到控制装置1的安全带锁扣固定装置12,控制单元13获取到身份证信息后控制安全带锁扣固定装置12固定连接至安全带锁扣固定装置12的安全带,并存储获取到的身份证信息。
由于待存储的物品是放置在控制装置1和安全带盒体2之间的,且从安全带盒体2拉伸出的安全带连接至控制装置1的安全带锁扣固定装置12,并通过安全带锁扣固定装置12固定安全带,因此,通过固定连接至控制装置1和安全带盒体2之间的安全带,可以固定放置在控制装置1和安全带盒体2之间的物品。实现了存储物品的功能。
在不需要存储物品时,再次将身份证贴近感应器11,感应器11感应身份证后获取到身份证信息,并将获取到的身份证信息发送至控制单元13。
控制单元13获取到身份证信息后,将此次获取到的身份证信息与上一次存储的身份证信息进行比较,判断此次获取到的身份证信息与上一次存储的身份证信息是否相同;其中,控制单元13在确定将安全带锁扣插入到安全带锁扣固定装置中时,才存储获取到的身份证信息,避免了用户仅在感应器处刷身份证后,并没有使用电子锁,导致下一个用户不能正常使用电子锁的问题产生。且,本实施例中存储的数据掉电不丢失。
若判断此次获取到的身份证信息与上一次存储的身份证信息相同,则控制安全带锁扣固定装置12解除对安全带的固定,进而可以取出存储的物品。其中,在取出存储的物品后,清空控制单元13内存储的身份证信息。
若判断此次获取到的身份证信息与上一次存储的身份证信息不同,则不响应,使得安全带锁扣固定装置12仍然保持对安全带的固定,进而不能取出存储的物品。或者,判断此次获取到的身份证信息与上一次存储的身份证信息不同,则利用报警器发出报警信息,以提醒旅客当前发生盗取物品的情况。
从上述技术方案可知,本实施例中电子锁包括分离设置的控制装置和安全带盒体,所述安全带盒体内存有安全带,所述控制装置包括感应器、安全带锁扣固定装置以及分别与感应器和安全带锁扣固定装置连接的控制单元,通过感应器感应到身份标识后发送至控制单元,控制单元接收到身份标识后,控制安全带锁扣固定装置固定安全带,实现了利用安全带固定放置在控制装置和安全带盒体之间的物品的功能。在感应器再次感应到身份标识后,发送至控制单元,控制单元接收到身份标识后,确定此次接收到的身份标识与上一次接收到的身份标识相同,则控制安全带锁扣固定装置解除对安全带的固定,以可以取出物品。只要旅客持有可以标识身份的设备,如身份证,即可实现对物品的存储,提高了存储物品的便捷性。且不需要为每个电子锁配备钥匙,降低了对电子锁进行管理的复杂度。
本实施例还公开了另一种电子锁,参见图3A和图3B所示,图3A为控制装置1的结构示意图;图3B为安全带盒体2的结构示意图。
在图1所示电子锁结构的基础上,安全带锁扣固定装置12包括安全带锁扣插槽;
可伸缩设置在安全带锁扣插槽底部的金属扣21;
在电子锁处于未被使用状态下,即金属扣21的初始状态为伸出,当受到外力的挤压作用时,金属扣21收缩。
在将安全带锁扣插入安全带锁扣插槽的过程中,安全带锁扣3挤压金属扣21,金属扣21收缩,实现了将安全带锁扣插入安全带锁扣插槽内,作用于金属扣21上的挤压外力消失后,金属扣21伸出,金属扣21穿过安全带锁扣上 的孔洞,实现了固定安全带锁扣,避免抽出安全带锁扣,进而实现了对安全带的固定。
在实际应用中,考虑到在不需要使用电子锁时,旅客将安全带锁扣插入安全带锁扣固定装置中,导致不能使用该电子锁。
针对此,本实施例中安全带锁扣固定装置12还包括:
分别与金属扣21和控制单元13连接的锁闭装置22,锁闭装置22用于根据控制单元13发送的控制信号锁闭或解锁金属扣;
锁闭金属扣21后,金属扣21维持伸出状态,此时即使存在外力挤压金属扣21,金属扣21也不能被按下,进而金属扣21阻挡安全带锁扣3插入安全带锁扣插槽内,使得不能将安全带锁扣3插入安全带锁扣插槽内;
解锁金属扣21后,金属扣21恢复可伸缩状态,在将安全带锁扣3插入安全带锁扣插槽的过程中,安全带锁扣3挤压金属扣21,金属扣21收缩,实现了将安全带锁扣3插入安全带锁扣插槽内,作用于金属扣21上的挤压外力消失后,金属扣21伸出,金属扣21穿过安全带锁扣上的孔洞,实现了固定安全带锁扣,避免抽出安全带锁扣,进而实现了对安全带的固定。
可选地,本实施例中锁闭装置22包括电磁铁22a和与所述电磁铁连接的电磁阀;所述电磁阀在图3A中没有示出;
所述电磁阀与所述控制单元13连接,用于导通或断开所述电磁铁的供电回路;
当所述电磁铁的供电回路导通时,所述电磁铁得电吸合,解除对金属扣21的锁定;当所述电磁铁的供电回路断开时,所述电磁铁断电断开,锁闭金属扣21。
一种实现方式为:感应器11感应到身份证并获取到身份证信息后,将身份证信息发送至控制单元13,控制单元13控制所述电磁阀导通,使得电磁铁得电吸合,解除对金属扣21的锁定,使得可以将安全带锁扣插入安全带锁扣插槽内;在确定安全带锁扣已经插入安全带锁扣插槽后,控制单元13控制所述电磁阀断开,使得电磁铁断开,锁闭金属扣21,使得金属扣21维持伸出状 态,以稳定固定安全带锁扣;在感应器11再次感应到身份证信息后,将身份证信息发送至控制单元13,控制单元13确定此次接收到的身份证信息与上一次存储的身份证信息相同,则控制所述电磁阀导通,使得电磁铁得电吸合,解除对金属扣21的锁定,此时按下安全带解锁按钮则可以抽出安全带锁扣。并在抽出安全带锁扣后,控制单元13控制所述电磁阀断开,使得电磁铁断开,锁闭金属扣21,使得金属扣21维持伸出状态,进而金属扣21阻挡安全带锁扣3插入安全带锁扣插槽内,使得不能将安全带锁扣3插入安全带锁扣插槽内。
本实施例中,确定安全带锁扣已经插入安全带锁扣插槽内的一种实现方式为:
在安全带锁扣插槽内设置接触片23,所述接触片用于在将安全带锁扣3插入安全带锁扣插槽内时与安全带锁扣3接触;
接触片23与控制单元13连接,控制单元13通过所述接触片可以检测是否存在与接触片接触的结构,进而确定是否有安全带锁扣3插入安全带锁扣插槽内。
除此之外,参见图3A所示,本实施例中控制装置1还包括:
第一扭簧24;第二扭簧25;锁扣盒后盖26;螺钉27;刷卡盒上盖28;PCB板29;左支架30;螺钉31;右支架32;刷卡盒下盖33;按钮34;弹簧35;锁扣盒前盖36。
可选地,本实施例中,安全带盒体2包括:
带弹性器件的卷轴301;
将安全带一圈圈缠绕在卷轴上;缠绕在所述卷轴上的安全带受到外力拉伸时,卷轴转动,实现将安全带从安全带盒体2内拉出;由于卷轴转动过程中弹性器件产生旋转作用力,因此外力消失时,通过所述弹性器件的作用力会缩回卷轴,进而将拉出的安全带重新缠绕在卷轴上,实现自动收回安全带。
本实施例中,弹性器件可以为发条、弹簧等。如图3B中弹性器件为发条302。
可选地,本实施例中,安全带盒体2还包括:
设置于安全带盒体2内的减速电机303和滑块304;
所述减速电机与所述控制单元13连接,用于带动所述滑块上下滑动;
设置在所述滑块移动轨迹上,与所述控制单元连接的拨动开关305;当所述滑块滑动到预设位置时触碰到所述拨动开关,控制单元13接收到所述拨动开关的动作信号;
可选地,本实施例中,在滑块移动的上位位置和下位位置分别设置一个拨动开关,以使得控制单元13可以根据两个拨动开关是否被触碰到而确定滑块是否移动到预设位置。
设置在卷轴24两侧,与所述控制单元连接的棘轮306;
棘轮306带有齿状结构,在接收所述控制单元发送的信号后,固定安全带或解除对安全带的固定。在固定安全带时,安全带将不能拉出,在解除对安全带的固定时,安全带可以拉出。
可选地,本实施例中,配合棘轮306使用的还有压片307和限位片308,通过压片和限位片锁闭棘轮或解除对棘轮的锁闭。
实际应用中,在电子锁处于未使用状态时,即安全带锁扣没有插入安全带锁扣固定装置中的状态下,控制单元13接收到身份证信息后,控制安全带盒体2内的减速电机运行,进而带动滑块向下运动,滑块运动到下位位置时,碰触到设置在下位位置处的拨动开关,控制单元13检测到拨动开关信号发生变化后,确定滑块已经移动到下位位置,进而控制减速电机停止运行。同时,滑块带动压片和限位片动作,解开对棘轮的锁闭,使得安全带可以从卷轴中抽出。
在电子锁处于使用状态时,即将安全带锁扣插入安全带锁扣固定装置中时,控制单元13确定安全带锁扣插入安全带锁扣固定装置中,则控制安全带盒体2中的减速电机运行,通过减速电机带动滑块向上运动,滑块运动到上位位置时,碰触到设置在上位位置处的拨动开关,控制单元13检测到拨动开关信号发生变化后,确定滑块已经移动到上位位置,进而控制减速电机停止运行。同时,滑块带动压片和限位片动作,锁闭棘轮,使得安全带无法从卷轴中抽出。
本实施例中,在将安全带从安全带盒体2内抽出并插入安全带锁扣固定装 置中后,利用发条带动棘轮将安全带收紧,实现了锁紧物品的目的。在将安全带锁扣从安全带锁扣固定装置中取出后,利用发条带动棘轮将安全带收回。
除此之外,参见图3B所示,本实施例中安全带盒体2还包括:
发条302;右固定支架309;发条罩壳310;底盖311;螺钉312;凸轮313;电机固定座314;安全带315;外罩316;金属罩壳317;左固定支架318;拉杆319。
可选地,本实施例中,在控制装置1内还设置有蜂鸣器;蜂鸣器与控制单元13连接;
蜂鸣器用于在控制单元13接收到身份证信息后,确定此次接收到的身份证信息与上一次存储的身份证信息不同的情况下,发出报警信号;如,发出三声短鸣;
或在感应器感应到身份证信息后,通过控制单元13确定电子锁异常时,发出三声短鸣,以提示当前电子锁不可使用;
或在感应器感应到身份证信息后,通过控制单元13确定没有安全带锁扣插入安全带锁扣固定装置内时,即确定电子锁处于空闲状态时,发出一声短鸣,以提示用户操作成功,可以使用该电子锁。
可选地,在控制装置1外部还设置有指示灯,指示灯与控制单元13连接;
指示灯用于在感应器感应到身份证信息后,通过控制单元13确定没有安全带锁扣插入安全带锁扣固定装置内时,即确定电子锁处于空闲状态时,通过控制单元13控制指示灯按照第一频率闪烁,其中,可以闪烁绿色的灯光。其中,第一频率为2Hz;
或,指示灯用于在通过控制单元13确定安全带锁扣成功插入安全带锁扣固定装置内时,即确定用户已经正确使用该电子锁后,通过控制单元13控制指示灯按照第二频率闪烁,其中,第二频率为0.5Hz;
或,指示灯用于在通过控制单元13确定安全带锁扣成功从安全带锁扣固定装置内取出时,即确定完成对电子锁的使用后,通过控制单元13控制指示 灯常亮。
本实施例中,利用车辆电气柜引出的直流电源线为控制装置1和安全带盒体2内的用电设备供电。
此外,考虑到用户多次对电子锁产生错误操作导致电子锁异常,不能正确响应用户操作的情况发生,本实施例设置了管理卡,乘务员持有管理卡,将管理卡贴近感应器时,感应器感应到管理卡时,并获取到管理信息,将管理信息发送至控制单元,通过控制单元控制清空之前存储的身份标识,或通过控制单元控制电子锁复位。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。对于实施例提供的装置而言,由于其与实施例提供的方法相对应,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子锁,其特征在于,包括:
    分离设置的控制装置和安全带盒体;
    所述安全带盒体内存有安全带,所述安全带上连接有安全带锁扣;
    所述控制装置包括:
    感应器,所述感应器用于感应身份标识;
    安全带锁扣固定装置,所述安全带锁扣固定装置用于固定所述安全带锁扣;
    分别与所述感应器和所述安全带锁扣固定装置连接的控制单元;
    所述控制单元用于接收到所述感应器感应到的身份标识后,控制所述安全带锁扣固定装置固定或解开所述安全带锁扣。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子锁,其特征在于,所述安全带锁扣固定装置包括安全带锁扣插槽;
    可伸缩设置在所述安全带锁扣插槽底部的金属扣;
    所述金属扣收缩时能够将安全带锁扣插入所述安全带锁扣插槽;所述金属扣伸出时能够固定插入所述安全带锁扣插槽内的所述安全带锁扣。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子锁,其特征在于,所述安全带锁扣固定装置还包括:
    分别与所述金属扣和所述控制单元连接的锁闭装置,所述锁闭装置用于根据控制单元发送的控制信号,锁闭或解锁所述金属扣;锁闭所述金属扣后,所述金属扣维持伸出状态使得不能将安全带锁扣插入所述安全带锁扣插槽;解锁所述金属扣后,所述金属扣恢复可伸缩状态使得能够将安全带锁扣插入所述安全带锁扣插槽并固定所述安全带锁扣。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子锁,其特征在于,所述锁闭装置包括:
    电磁铁和与所述电磁铁连接的电磁阀;
    所述电磁阀与所述控制单元连接,用于导通或断开所述电磁铁的供电回路;
    当所述电磁铁的供电回路导通时,所述电磁铁吸合,解锁所述金属扣;
    当所述电磁铁的供电回路断开时,所述电磁铁断开,锁闭所述金属扣。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任意一项所述的电子锁,其特征在于,还包括:
    设置在所述安全带锁扣插槽内,与所述控制单元连接的接触片,所述接触片用于在将所述安全带锁扣插入所述安全带锁扣插槽内时与所述安全带锁扣接触,以使得所述控制单元通过所述接触片确定是否有安全带插入所述安全带锁扣插槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子锁,其特征在于,所述安全带盒体包括:
    带弹性器件的卷轴;
    所述卷轴用于将安全带缠绕在所述卷轴上;缠绕在所述卷轴上的安全带受到外力拉伸时,从所述卷轴上被拉出;外力消失时,通过所述弹性器件的作用力缩回所述卷轴。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子锁,其特征在于,所述安全带盒体还包括:
    设置于所述安全带盒体内的减速电机和滑块;
    所述减速电机与所述控制单元连接,用于带动所述滑块滑动;
    设置在所述滑块移动轨迹上,与所述控制单元连接的拨动开关;当所述滑块滑动到预设位置时触碰到所述拨动开关,所述控制单元接收到所述拨动开关的动作信号;
    设置在所述卷轴两侧,与所述控制单元连接的棘轮;
    所述棘轮用于接收所述控制单元发送的信号后,固定所述安全带或解除对所述安全带的固定。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子锁,其特征在于,所述安全带盒体还包括:
    设置于所述安全带盒体内的压片和限位片;
    所述压片和限位片用于锁闭所述棘轮或解除对所述棘轮的锁闭。
  9. 根据权利要求1-4、6-8任意一项所述的电子锁,其特征在于,还包括:
    分别与所述控制装置和所述安全带盒体连接的供电模块;其中,所述供电模块与车辆电器柜的直流电源线连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电子锁,其特征在于,还包括:设置在所述控制装置外部的蜂鸣器;
    所述蜂鸣器用于提示所述电子锁的工作状态。
