Description

一种给料装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于从容器向外分配产品的给料装置,该给料装置能够定量地分配产品。
背景技术
在诸如香熏机、洗手器、液体蚊香机等日用产品中,通常需要设置给料装置,用于将容器中的相应产品分配出来。并且,在此类应用场合中,经常需要给料装置能够具有定量给料的功能。
通常,此类给料装置设置有单向阀,该单向阀使得能够从容器中分配出产品,同时又能防止产品倒流回到容器中。进一步地,在某些情况下,还能通过该单向阀对所分配出的产品进行定量。
不过,对于上述现有的给料装置来说,其在应用中常常表现出一些问题。例如,在某些情况下,容器中的产品会带有固体颗粒物,这样,经过一段时间的使用之后,单向阀有可能被其中的固体颗粒物堵塞,无法继续正常使用,并且,现有给料装置中的单向阀的定量有时也不准确。而且,现有的给料装置中,容器内外的气压有时无法有效地平衡,有可能导致泄漏。而为了能够实现气压平衡,需要在给料装置中设置平衡孔,增加了该装置结构的复杂程度。
此外,在以上所提到的应用场合中,容器常常是倒置地使用的,此时也会导致单向阀无法正常使用。
因此,需要一种改进结构的给料装置,其能够以简单的结构实现对内外气压的平衡,并且性能稳定,运行可靠等。
发明内容
本发明通过一种新颖的给料装置结构,解决至少一个以上所述的现有技术的给料装置中所存在的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种给料装置,该给料装置结构简单,可减少或避免处料通道被堵塞的风险,并且运行可靠。
本发明的给料装置可用于从容器分配产品,包括:装置主体,装置主体包括柱状壁,柱状壁形成腔体,并包括进料口和出料口,当给料装置安装到容器上时,给料口与容器的内部连通,在腔体中设置有密封构件,密封构件中包括容隙,且能够在腔体中在第一位置和第二位置之间往复运动,在第一位置中,容隙与给料口相连通,且相对于腔体的出料口密封,在第二位置中,容隙与腔体的出料口连通,且相对于进料口密封。对于具有上述结构的给料装置来说,在待用状态下,密封构件既可以是位于上述第一位置处,也可以是位于上述第二位置处,这都包括在本发明的范围之内。
对于上述结构的给料装置,其结构简单,通过可往复运动的密封构件,使得密封构件中的容隙交替地与容器内部和腔体外部连通,从而实现对容器内产品的分配,而被产品堵塞的风险小。而且,在将产品分配出来的同时,同样体积的外部的空气可占据容隙的容积,并最终进入到容器中,从而实现容器内外的压力平衡,进一步地避免产品从容器的泄漏。
具体地,密封构件为柱塞,柱塞包括柱塞杆和形成在柱塞杆上的第一密封环和第二密封环,第一密封环与第二密封环间隔开,从而在第一密封环和第二密封环之间形成容隙。
较佳地,柱塞包括第一柱塞部分和第二柱塞部分,第一密封环形成在第一柱塞部分上,第二密封环形成在第二柱塞部分上,其中,第一柱塞部分和第二柱塞部分能够彼此相对运动,从而调节第一密封环和第二密封环之间的距离。
这样,通过调节第一密封环和第二密封环之间的距离,调节形成在第一密封环和第二密封环之间的容隙的容积。由此,可根据需要来设定所要分配的产品量。
进一步地,第一柱塞部分和第二柱塞部分可通过螺纹结构而互相连接。
在一种具体结构中,腔体包括小直径部分和大直径部分,在第一位置中,第一密封环和第二密封环在小直径部分处与柱状壁干涉配合,在第二位置中,第一密封环仍处于小直径部分,并保持与柱状壁的干涉配合,而第二密封环进入到大直径部分中,并在第二密封环和柱状壁之间形成空隙。
或者在另一种结构中,在第一位置中,第一密封环和第二密封环与柱状壁干涉配合,在第二位置中,第一密封环保持与柱状壁的干涉配合,而第二密 封环运动到腔体之外。
在又一种结构中,腔体包括小直径部分和大直径部分,且第一密封环的直径小于第二密封环的直径,其中,在第一位置中,第一密封环在小直径部分处与柱状壁干涉配合,第二密封环在大直径部分处与柱状壁干涉配合,在第二位置中,第一密封环仍处于小直径部分,并保持与柱状壁的干涉配合,而第二密封环运动到腔体之外。
较佳地,给料装置还包括弹性复位机构,弹性复位机构一端直接或间接地抵接在密封构件上,另一端直接或间接地抵接在装置本体上。
进一步地,给料装置包括致动构件,密封构件连接在致动构件上,致动构件能够相对于装置本体运动,从而带动密封构件在第一位置和第二位置之间运动。
在一种结构中,致动构件为按压盖,弹簧的一端抵接在按压盖上,弹簧的另一端抵接在装置本体上。在此结构中,在待用状态下,密封构件处于第二位置,其容隙与出料口连通,在开始使用时,通过对按压盖的按压而使密封构件克服弹簧弹力运动到第一位置,从而使容隙与进料口连通。
在另一种结构中,给料装置还包括固定地安装在装置主体的出料口处的分配盖,分配盖上设有分配口,其中,致动构件为拉伸盖,弹簧的一端抵接在密封构件上,弹簧的另一端抵接在分配盖上。在此结构中,在待用状态下,密封构件处于第一位置,其容隙与进料口连通,在开始使用时,通过对拉伸盖施加拉力,使密封构件克服弹簧弹力运动到第二位置,从而使容隙与出料口连通。
在又一种结构中,密封构件包括弹簧支承杆,在安装好的状态下,弹簧支承杆穿过装置主体的顶壁上的孔而伸入到容器中,在弹簧支承杆伸入容器中的一端形成有凸缘部,弹性复位机构的一端抵接在凸缘部上,另一端抵接在顶壁的外表面上。
较佳地,弹性复位机构包括至少一根弹性条,弹性条的一端直接或间接地抵接在可往复运动的密封构件上,且弹性条的另一端直接或间接地抵接在装置主体上,并且其中:弹性复位机构能够相对于密封构件旋转,在弹性复位机构与密封构件之间设置有预加载结构,通过弹性复位机构相对于密封构件的旋转,弹性条在未加载状态和预加载状态之间切换;或者弹性复位机构能够相对 于装置主体旋转,在弹性复位机构与装置之间设置有预加载结构,通过弹性复位机构相对于装置主体的旋转,弹性条在未加载状态和预加载状态之间切换。
这种结构对于弹性条由塑料制成的弹性复位机构来说尤其有用,通过其中的预加载结构,可使其弹性条在待用状态下处于未加载状态,从而避免该弹性条因长期处于加载状态而屈服变形,延长装置的使用寿命。
较佳地,预加载结构包括:设置在弹性复位机构和密封构件中的一个上的螺旋槽,以及设置在弹性复位机构和密封构件中的另一个上的螺旋凸条;或者预加载结构包括:设置在弹性复位机构和装置主体中的一个上的螺旋槽,以及设置在弹性复位机构和装置主体中的另一个上的螺旋凸条。

操作原理
返回图1a和1b,以下将描述第一实施例的给料装置100的操作原理。

而且,在图1b所示的状态中,该柱塞杆123通过第二密封环122与装置主体110的柱状壁之间的空隙而与外部连通。这样,在产品从容隙124流出的同时,外部空气通过该空隙进入到容隙124中,而在图1a所示的状态中,容器1中的产品流入到容隙124中,而容隙124中的空气则被置换到容器1中。由此,实现了容器1的内外压力的平衡,进而避免容器1中的产品因压力不平衡而泄漏。
<第二实施例>
图6a和6b示出了本发明的第二实施例的给料装置200。其中,与第一实施例相同或对应的特征部分用相同或类似的附图标记来表示,并且以下的公开内容中主要描述与第一实施例不同的特征,而不对相同的特征再作详细描述。除非有相反的描述,第一实施例中描述的特征同样适用于第二实施例。
如图6a所示,安装在容器1上的给料装置200包括装置主体210,在装置主体210中形成有腔室,该腔室中容纳有柱塞220,分配盖250通过诸如螺纹连接等方式安装在装置主体210上,并且分配盖250中形成有从其底部延伸的柱塞连接杆251。柱塞220通过其柱塞杆223可相对运动地连接在柱塞连接杆251上。弹簧240支承在柱塞220和分配该250之间。在图6a所示的具体结构中,柱塞杆223中形成有空腔,柱塞连接杆251可配合到该空腔中但并不固定,从而柱塞杆223能够相对于柱塞连接杆251运动。而且,弹簧240的上端与柱塞杆223的下端相抵接,而弹簧240的下端则抵接在分配盖250的底面上。
在第二实施例中,容器1由柔性材料制成,可沿图6a中的箭头D1按捏该容器1,使得容器1中的产品经由进料口212流入到柱塞220的第一密封环221和第二密封环222之间的容隙224中,并且,进一步按捏容器1,可使柱塞220在压力作用下克服弹簧240的弹力向下运动。当第二密封环222运动到腔体的大直径部分时,容隙224中的产品流入到分配盖250,并经由通道252流出。并且,此时第二密封环221使容隙224相对于进料口212密封,使得容器1中的产品无法进一步流出,从而确保设定量的产品被分配出来。
当使用人撤去施加在容器1上的按捏力,柱塞220在弹簧240的弹力作 用下恢复到图6a所示的初始状态,以待下一次分配。
可以看到,在第二实施例中,通过对容器1的按捏来实现产品的分配,因此可省略第一实施例中的按压盖。
<第三实施例>
图7a和7b示出了本发明的第三实施例的给料装置300。其中,与第一和第二实施例相同或对应的特征部分用相同或类似的附图标记来表示,并且以下的公开内容中主要描述与第一和第二实施例不同的特征,而不对相同的特征再作详细描述。除非有相反的描述,第一和第二实施例中描述的特征同样适用于第三实施例。
如图所示,在第三实施例的给料装置300中,装置主体310的顶壁上形成有孔。柱塞320包括弹簧支承杆324,该弹簧支承杆324穿过装置主体310的顶壁上的孔而伸入到容器1之内。该弹簧支承杆324呈大致T形,其顶端为直径较大的凸缘部,弹簧340围绕着该弹簧支承杆设置,其一端支承在该凸缘部325上,另一端支承在装置主体310的顶壁外侧。
此外,如图所示,在第三实施例的给料装置300中,不但在装置主体310的柱状壁上设置进料口312,在装置主体310的顶壁上也同样设置有进料口312。进一步地,在给料装置300中,装置主体310的腔体311沿其纵向直径不变。在图7b所示的柱塞320的行程下止点的状态中,第一密封环321仍在腔体中,而第二密封环322则运动到该腔体之外,从而允许将第一密封环321和第二密封环322之间的容隙中的产品分配到给料装置300之外。
如图7a所示,当柱塞320处于其行程的上止点时,给料装置300处于待用状态,此时,可在给料装置300的装置主体310上设置保护盖330。
<第四实施例>
图8a和8b示出了本发明的第四实施例的给料装置400。其中,与第一~第三实施例相同或对应的特征部分用相同或类似的附图标记来表示,并且以下的公开内容中主要描述与第一~第三实施例不同的特征,而不对相同的特征再作详细描述。除非有相反的描述,第一~第三实施例中描述的特征同样适用于 第四实施例。
可以看到,第四实施例的给料装置400的结构与第三实施例的给料装置300的结构基本相同。不同的是,给料装置400的装置主体410的腔室411如第一和第二实施例那样包括大直径部分和小直径部分,并且,第一密封环421的直径小于第二密封环422的直径。如图8a所示,当柱塞420处于其行程的上止点位置时,其第一密封环421位于小直径部分内,并与该小直径部分处的柱状壁干涉配合,而第二密封环422位于大直径部分内,并与该大直径部分处的柱状壁干涉配合。
在操作给料装置400时,例如通过按捏容器1,使柱塞420在压力作用下向下运动,当柱塞420运动到如图8b所示的其行程下止点时,柱塞420的第二密封环422运动到腔室411之外,从而被容纳在第一密封环421和第二密封环422之间的产品可被分配出来。而此时,第一密封环421仍然密封在腔室411的小直径部分内,并密封住装置主体410的出料口412。
该第四实施例的给料装置400也可以如第三实施例中那样设置有保护盖。
<第五实施例>
图9a和9b示出了本发明的第五实施例的给料装置500。其中,与第一~第四实施例相同或对应的特征部分用相同或类似的附图标记来表示,并且以下的公开内容中主要描述与第一~第四实施例不同的特征,而不对相同的特征再作详细描述。除非有相反的描述,第一~第四实施例中描述的特征同样适用于第五实施例。
给料装置500包括装置主体510、柱塞520、拉伸盖530和分配盖550。并且,给料装置500还包括弹簧540,该弹簧540作用在柱塞520上,该弹簧540使得柱塞520在运动之后能够恢复到其初始位置。如图9a和9b所示弹簧540的一端抵接在柱塞520上,另一端抵接在分配盖550上。这样,在图9a所示的柱塞520处于行程上止点的状态为给料装置500的待用状态。当对给料装置500进行操作时,沿箭头D2的方向拉动拉伸盖530,进而带动柱塞520向下运动,直至图9b所示的位置。在此过程中,弹簧540被压缩,从而当释放施加在拉伸盖530上的拉力时,被压缩的弹簧540的弹簧力使柱塞520返回 到其行程上止点处。
<第六实施例>
图10a和10b示出了本发明的第六实施例的给料装置600。其中,与第一~第五实施例相同或对应的特征部分用相同或类似的附图标记来表示,并且以下的公开内容中主要描述与第一~第五实施例不同的特征,而不对相同的特征再作详细描述。除非有相反的描述,第一~第五实施例中描述的特征同样适用于第六实施例。
从图10a和10b可以看到,给料装置600的结构与给料装置300的结构基本相同,也包括装置主体610和柱塞620,并且在给料装置600的装置主体610上可设置保护盖630。
在第六实施例的给料装置600中,柱塞620包括第一柱塞部分621和第二柱塞部分622,第一柱塞部分621与第二柱塞部分622可相对运动地互相连接在一起。在第一柱塞部分621上形成有第一密封环623,在第二柱塞部分622上形成有第二密封环624。
进一步参考图11,其中示出了第二柱塞部分622的正视图。从图11中可以看到,在第二柱塞部分622的柱塞杆部分上形成有呈螺纹凸条状的外螺纹连接部625,而在第一柱塞部分621的柱塞杆部分上形成有呈螺纹凹槽状的内螺纹连接部626。这样,通过彼此相对地旋转第一柱塞部分621和第二柱塞部分622,可调节第一密封环623和第二密封环624之间的距离,进而调节形成在第一密封环623和第二密封环624之间的容隙的容积。
在图10a所示的结构中,在待用状态下,柱塞620的柱塞620连接在保护盖630上,并且相对于该保护盖630位置固定。这样,当使用人旋转保护盖630时,可使第二柱塞部分622随之相对于第一柱塞部分621旋转,从而调节第一密封环623和第二密封环624之间的距离。
除了内、外螺纹连接部之外,还可采取其它结构来实现第一柱塞部分621和第二柱塞部分622之间的相对运动。例如,可在第一柱塞部分621和第二柱塞部分622中的一个上形成多个外凸环,在另一个上形成多个内凹环,通过使不同的凹环和凸环之间的配合,来实现对第一柱塞部分621和第二柱塞部分 622之间的相对位置的调节。
<第七实施例>
图12a~16b示出了本发明的第七实施例的给料装置700。其中,与第一~第六实施例相同或对应的特征部分用相同或类似的附图标记来表示,并且以下的公开内容中主要描述与第一~第六实施例不同的特征,而不对相同的特征再作详细描述。除非有相反的描述,第一~第六实施例中描述的特征同样适用于第七实施例。
图12a~12c中示出了安装在容器1上的给料装置700处于不同状态下的截面图,图13则示出了给料装置700的立体图。如图所示,给料装置700包括装置本体710、容纳在装置本体710的腔体中的柱塞720以及弹性复位机构740。其中,弹性复位机构740包括至少一个、较佳地为多个的弹性条741。在装置本体710的顶壁上还形成有引导部712,该引导部712支承并引导弹性复位机构740的一端在未加载位置和预加载位置之间运动。
具体地,如图14a和14b所示,柱塞720的一端上形成有螺旋状凸条723。如图15a和15b所示,弹性复位机构740的一端上设置有环形件742,各弹性条741通过该环形件742连接在一起。在该环形件742的内表面上形成有螺旋状凹槽743,该螺旋状凹槽743可与螺旋状凸条723相配合。当相对于弹性复位机构740旋转柱塞720时,柱塞720上的螺旋状凸条723与弹性复位机构740上的螺旋状凹槽743相互作用,使得弹性复位机构740的设有环形件742的一端能够沿着柱塞720的纵向运动,从而使得弹性复位机构740在未加载状态和预加载状态之间切换。
这样,在第七实施例的结构中,可以采用塑料来制造弹性复位机构740,在待用状态下,可使弹性复位机构740处于未加载状态,由此避免弹性复位机构740因长期处于加载状态而屈服变形,提高其使用寿命。
在图12a~12c中所示的结构中,柱塞720由两个部分互相连接而形成。不过,柱塞720也可如第一实施例中的柱塞120那样形成为一件式的。
此外,柱塞720上的螺旋状凸条723的结构与弹性复位机构740上的螺旋状凹槽743的结构也可互换,即,在柱塞720上形成螺旋状凹槽,在弹性复 位机构740上形成螺旋状凸条。这同样在本发明的范围之内。
<第八实施例>
图17a~19示出了本发明的第八实施例的给料装置800。其中,与第一~第七实施例相同或对应的特征部分用相同或类似的附图标记来表示,并且以下的公开内容中主要描述与第一~第七实施例不同的特征,而不对相同的特征再作详细描述。除非有相反的描述,第一~第七实施例中描述的特征同样适用于第八实施例。
其中,给料装置800包括装置本体810、设置在装置本体810中的柱塞820以及药杯830。该药杯830可分离地连接于装置本体810和柱塞820。
具体来说,如图所示,在装置本体810的外表面上设置有外螺纹811,在药杯830的内表面上形成有内螺纹831,通过外螺纹811和内螺纹831之间的配合,将药杯830可拆卸地联接到装置本体810上。
进一步地,在药杯830中形成有柱塞连接部832,其可分离地与柱塞820的柱塞杆相连接,例如通过凸环-凹环配合来实现该可分离的连接。在初始状态下,柱塞820的两个密封环之间的容隙与容器1的内部相连通,从而容器1中的药丸可进入到该容隙中。然后,相对于装置本体810旋转药杯830,使药杯830从装置本体810分离,此时柱塞820中的容隙与容器1的内部密封隔开,而与装置本体810的腔体外部连通,使得容隙中的药丸落入到药杯830中。进一步下拉药杯830,使得药杯830与柱塞820的柱塞杆分离。然后,使用人可服用药杯830中的药丸。
此后,使用人可将药杯830盖回到装置本体810上,在此过程中,药杯830再次连接到装置本体810上,并且与柱塞820的柱塞杆相连接。并且,在将药杯830旋上装置本体810的过程中,可使柱塞820回到图17a所示的其容隙与容器1内部相连通的位置。
<其它变形例>
以上对本发明的具体实施方式进行了描述。本领域技术人员知道,可以在这些实施方式的基础上进行一些显而易见的修改,同样包括在本发明的范围 之内。
例如,在以上所描述的具体实施方式中,通过给料装置都设置有弹性复位装置,例如弹簧、弹性条等,并且设置有诸如按压盖、拉伸盖之类的致动装置,从而可以使柱塞从其初始位置开始运动以及回复到初始位置。这样致动结构都是可选的,可以通过电驱动的方式来使柱塞往复运动。进一步地,可在给料装置中设置简单的单片机等电子控制装置,来控制柱塞的往复运动。
此外,通常来说,本发明的给料装置可用于分配液态、半液态等具有流动性的产品。而在该具有流动性的产品中也可掺杂有固态颗粒,并且本发明在分配掺杂有固态颗粒的应用场合中尤其有利,其基本上可避免现有的分配装置常常面临的被固态颗粒所堵塞和损坏的问题。
甚至于,本发明还适用于完全为固态的颗粒产品,例如药丸等。在图17a~19中就示出了分配装置800用于分配药丸的具体应用。
以上对本发明的较佳实施方式的修改也都在本发明的范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于从容器分配产品的给料装置,所述给料装置包括装置主体,所述装置主体包括柱状壁,所述柱状壁形成腔体,并包括进料口和出料口,当所述给料装置安装到所述容器上时,所述给料口与所述容器的内部连通,其特征在于,在所述腔体中设置有密封构件,所述密封构件中包括容隙,且能够在所述腔体中在第一位置和第二位置之间往复运动,在所述第一位置中,所述容隙与所述给料口相连通,且相对于所述腔体的出料口密封,在所述第二位置中,所述容隙与所述腔体的所述出料口连通,且相对于所述进料口密封。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的给料装置,其特征在于,所述密封构件为柱塞,所述柱塞包括柱塞杆和形成在所述柱塞杆上的第一密封环和第二密封环,所述第一密封环与所述第二密封环间隔开,从而在所述第一密封环和所述第二密封环之间形成所述容隙。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的给料装置,其特征在于,所述柱塞包括第一柱塞部分和第二柱塞部分,所述第一密封环形成在所述第一柱塞部分上,所述第二密封环形成在所述第二柱塞部分上,其中,所述第一柱塞部分和所述第二柱塞部分能够彼此相对运动,从而调节所述第一密封环和所述第二密封环之间的距离。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的给料装置,其特征在于,所述腔体包括小直径部分和大直径部分,在所述第一位置中,所述第一密封环和所述第二密封环在所述小直径部分处与所述柱状壁干涉配合,在所述第二位置中,所述第一密封环仍处于所述小直径部分,并保持与所述柱状壁的干涉配合,而所述第二密封环进入到所述大直径部分中,并在所述第二密封环和所述柱状壁之间形成空隙。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的给料装置,其特征在于,在所述第一位置中,所述第一密封环和所述第二密封环与所述柱状壁干涉配合,在所述第二位置中,所述第一密封环保持与所述柱状壁的干涉配合,而所述第二密封环运动到所述腔体之外。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的给料装置,其特征在于,所述腔体包括小直径部分和大直径部分,且所述第一密封环的直径小于所述第二密封环的直径,其中, 在所述第一位置中,所述第一密封环在所述小直径部分处与所述柱状壁干涉配合,所述第二密封环在所述大直径部分处与所述柱状壁干涉配合,在所述第二位置中,所述第一密封环仍处于所述小直径部分,并保持与所述柱状壁的干涉配合,而所述第二密封环运动到所述腔体之外。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的给料装置,其特征在于,所述给料装置还包括弹性复位机构,所述弹性复位机构一端直接或间接地抵接在所述密封构件上,另一端直接或间接地抵接在所述装置本体上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的给料装置,其特征在于,所述给料装置包括致动构件,所述密封构件连接在所述致动构件上,所述致动构件能够相对于所述装置本体运动,从而带动所述密封构件在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间运动。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的给料装置,其特征在于,所述弹性复位机构包括至少一根弹性条,所述弹性条的一端直接或间接地抵接在可往复运动的所述密封构件上,且所述弹性条的另一端直接或间接地抵接在所述装置主体上,并且其中,
    所述弹性复位机构能够相对于所述密封构件旋转,在所述弹性复位机构与所述密封构件之间设置有预加载结构,通过所述弹性复位机构相对于所述密封构件的旋转,所述弹性条在未加载状态和预加载状态之间切换;或者
    所述弹性复位机构能够相对于所述装置主体旋转,在所述弹性复位机构与所述装置之间设置有预加载结构,通过所述弹性复位机构相对于所述装置主体的旋转,所述弹性条在未加载状态和预加载状态之间切换。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的给料装置,其特征在于,所述预加载结构包括:设置在所述弹性复位机构和所述密封构件中的一个上的螺旋槽,以及设置在所述弹性复位机构和所述密封构件中的另一个上的螺旋凸条;或者
    所述预加载结构包括:设置在所述弹性复位机构和所述装置主体中的一个上的螺旋槽,以及设置在所述弹性复位机构和所述装置主体中的另一个上的螺旋凸条。
