Description

一种吸油烟机 技术领域
本申请涉及吸油烟机技术领域,具体涉及一种可以在顶吸式和侧吸式两种模式之间相互转变的吸油烟机。本申请要求于2019年1月29日提交至中国国家知识产权局、申请号为201910087410.7、发明名称为“一种吸油烟机”的专利申请的优先权。
背景技术
吸油烟机是厨房中必备的电器。随时吸油烟机的不断发展,市面上普遍存在的是顶吸式吸油烟机和侧吸式吸油烟机,二者各个优缺点。
对于顶吸式吸油烟机而言,其自身直接设置在炉头的正上方,控烟范围大,来说更加适应大户型的厨房,同时顶吸式吸油烟机自身对于油污的出纳能力较强,一般一年清洗一次即可。但缺点是:在烹饪时经常出现碰头的情况,导致烹饪人员需要尽量避让吸油烟机。
对于侧吸式吸油烟机而言,其自身由于设置靠墙设置,因此空间利用率高,不会过于挑剔层高,更适合面积相对较小的厨房选择。另外,因为构造优势,侧吸式的对于身高较高的人更加友好,避免了烹饪时撞到头。但缺点是:内部清洁难度较大,需要对侧吸式吸油烟机进行高频率清洗。
因此,为了同时兼顾两种吸油烟机的优点,有必要研发一种集顶吸式吸油烟机和侧吸式吸油烟机于一体的吸油烟机,
发明内容
因此,本申请要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中的没有集顶吸式侧吸式为一体的吸油烟机的缺陷。

本申请中,当将吸油烟机从顶吸式转变为侧吸式时,需要将集烟罩进行转动,但是在转动过程中,需要防止集烟罩内部的烟气从集烟罩和外壳之间的连接缝处流出,对厨房造成二次污染。
因此为了防止上述问题出现,将圆弧段的圆心角设置为2α。上述的设置方式可以确保在转变成顶吸式吸油烟机的时候,可以朝前侧或后侧任意调整,而不会出现烟气泄漏的情况。吸油烟机整体变形灵活,且在变型前后不会出现烟气流失的情况,整体稳定性较高。

本实施例中,集烟罩2自身可转动的连接在外壳1上,在一般状态下, 集烟罩2与外壳1的纵向轴线相互垂直,此时吸油烟机为顶吸式吸油烟机;当需要将吸油烟机转变成侧吸式吸油烟机时,动力装置启动,使集烟罩2发生转动,此时集烟罩2将于外壳1之间形成一定的倾斜角,从而形成侧吸式吸油烟机。本实施例中,通过动力装置与集烟罩2的配合,可以在同一吸油烟机上同时实现两种不同种类的吸油烟机的功能,使得用户可以根据不同需要对吸油烟机进行变型。

本实施例中,如图7所示,外壳1的纵向剖面包括:相对设置的两条竖直段1a,以及连接在所述竖直段1a下方的圆弧段1b,两条所述圆弧段1b的底部之间设置有进烟口1c,所述圆弧段1b的圆心角为2α,所述集烟罩2的上部嵌入到所述进烟口1c中,并可相对所述外壳1发生角度为α的转动。
具体地,当将吸油烟机从顶吸式转变为侧吸式时,需要将集烟罩2进行转动,但是在转动过程中,需要防止集烟罩2内部的烟气从集烟罩2和外壳1之间的连接缝处流出,对厨房造成二次污染。因此为了防止上述问题出现,将圆弧段1b的圆心角设置为2α。上述的设置方式可以确保在转变成顶吸式吸油烟机的时候,可以朝前侧或后侧任意调整,而不会出现烟气泄漏的情况。吸油烟机整体变形灵活,且在变型前后不会出现烟气流失 的情况,整体稳定性较高。
具体地,当吸油烟机处在顶吸式吸油烟机状态时,集烟罩2的将与图7中A点的部位相接触,然后可以发生图中箭头方向所示的运动,当集烟罩2运动至图中的B点位置时,运动停止,此时吸油烟机处于侧吸式状态。
本实施例中,α的范围是[0°-45°],本实施例中,α选择为45°。
本实施例中,如图1-图5所示,外壳1与集烟罩2之间通过转轴3铰接,所述转轴3与所述集烟罩2固定连接,所述转轴3与所述外壳1转动连接,所述动力装置作用在所述转轴3上。
本实施例中为了实现转轴3的转动,采用的动力装置包括:电机4,安装在外壳1上;传动副与所述电机4配合使用,所述传动副作用在所述转轴3上,通过所述传动副将电机4的转动转化为所述转轴3的转动。同时,在转轴3的两端设置有装饰盖6。
本实施例中,传动副可以为多种方式,第一种传动副为螺杆传动副,如图3-图5所示,包括:与电机4同步转动的转动头,通过螺纹副与所述转动头相连接的螺杆5;如图6所示,在转轴3上设置有连杆8,连杆8的一端固定连接在所述转轴3上,所述螺杆传动副的螺杆铰接在所述连杆8的另一端,通过所述连杆8将所述螺杆的直线运动转变为所述集烟罩2的转动。
本实施例中,在外壳1内部位于所述风机系统7上方的位置设置有支撑板(图中未示出),所述电机4设置在所述支撑板上。通过设置支撑板,将电机4设置在风机系统7的上方,首先可以有效地利用外壳1内部的空间;同时由于螺杆设置在转轴3上方,且电机4设置在螺杆上方,在螺杆 的下落过程中可以利用自身的重力,因此上述的设置方式可以将螺杆传递的动力高效的作用在转轴3上。
本实施例同时提供了另一种传动副,传动副的第二种方式为齿轮副(图中未示出),主动齿轮与所述电机4相连接,从动齿轮连接在所述转轴3上。当电机4发生转动后,主动齿轮转动带动从动齿轮转动,从动齿轮通过焊接或者销等方式固定在转轴3上,从而带动转轴3以及集烟罩2发生转动。
实施例2
本实施例是在实施例1的基础上做出的,本实施例中为了实现转轴3的转动,并没有采用电机4加传动副的组合,而是将电机4的输出端直接连接在所述转轴3上。
具体地,电机4可以设置在转轴3的端部,此时电机4将位于外壳1的外侧。电机4与转轴3和集烟罩2同步动作,从而完成两种状态之间的转变。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本申请创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种吸油烟机,其特征在于,包括:
    外壳(1),外壳(1)内设置有风机系统(7);
    集烟罩(2),可转动地与所述外壳(1)相连接,烟气通过所述集烟罩(2)进入所述外壳(1)内部;
    动力装置,设置在所述外壳(1)内部,所述集烟罩(2)具有与所述外壳(1)纵向轴线相互垂直的顶吸状态,以及所述集烟罩(2)具有在动力装置带动下相对所述外壳(1)转动角度为α的侧吸状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述外壳(1)与所述集烟罩(2)之间通过转轴(3)铰接,所述转轴(3)与所述集烟罩(2)固定连接,所述转轴(3)与所述外壳(1)转动连接,所述动力装置作用在所述转轴(3)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述动力装置包括:
    电机(4),安装在所述外壳(1)上;
    传动副,与所述电机(4)配合使用,所述传动副作用在所述转轴(3)上,通过所述传动副将电机(4)的转动转化为所述转轴(3)的转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述传动副为螺杆传动副,螺杆传动副包括:
    与电机(4)同步转动的转动头,所述转动头内部设置有螺纹;
    通过螺纹副与所述转动头相连接的螺杆(5);
    所述转轴(3)上设置有连杆(8),连杆(8)的一端固定连接在所述 转轴(3)上,所述螺杆传动副的螺杆(5)铰接在所述连杆(8)的另一端,通过所述连杆(8)将所述螺杆(5)的直线运动转变为所述集烟罩(2)的转动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述外壳(1)内部位于所述风机系统(7)上方的位置设置有支撑板,所述电机(4)设置在所述支撑板上。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述传动副为齿轮副,主动齿轮与所述电机(4)相连接,从动齿轮连接在所述转轴(3)上。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述动力装置为电机(4),所述电机(4)的输出端直接连接在所述转轴(3)上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述外壳(1)的纵向剖面包括:相对设置的两条竖直段(1a),以及连接在所述竖直段(1a)下方的圆弧段(1b),两条所述圆弧段(1b)的底部之间设置有进烟口(1c),所述圆弧段(1b)的圆心角为2α,所述集烟罩(2)的上部嵌入到所述进烟口(1c)中,并可相对所述外壳(1)发生角度为α的转动。
