将产品1~3利用常规烟支的卷制方法,制成茶烟产品1~3,每款产品由3位品评员进行评吸,从口感、烟气含量、香气及综合评分四个维度进行打分,打分为1~5分,5分为最高分,统计每款待测品的平均分;本实施例中,所选用的对照品1为某传统卷烟,对照品2为某市售茶烟。
在品评员评吸过程中,进行盲测,即品评员并不知道其测定的具体样品名称,品评员评吸过程中,每个待测样本抽吸三支进行打分,计算每个待测样品的平均分,所得结果请参阅表1。

实施例5
本实施例为测定实施例1~3制得的产品1~3提神效果的具体实施例;本实施例中,所选用的对照品1为某传统卷烟,对照品2为某市售茶烟。
选取体重为250±10g的小鼠共计30只,雌雄各半,随机分成5组,每组各3只雌鼠,3只雄鼠。
使用微电流刺激的方式,保持小鼠48小时不能休息后,向每组小鼠活动的独立空间内分别燃烧待测样品后,停止刺激,观察小鼠的运动情况,所得结果请参阅表2。

从表2中可以得出,本发明提供的技术方案制得的产品,其提神效果与市市售传统卷烟基本持平,提神效果显著优于市售茶烟。
从上述技术方案可以得出,本发明实施例提供的一种茶丝的制备方法及其应用,具有以下优点:
1、通过去梗的前处理步骤,只保留茶叶中的叶子,去除木质素、纤维素含量较高的茶梗部位,有效减少了抽吸过程中的烟雾,提高吸食口感;经进一步测定可得,所制得的产品中纤维素和木质素含量显著降低;
2、与传统茶叶制品依靠经验制备的方法不同,本发明通过数据量化控制的方式,整个加工过程有严格的工艺标准,减少了对于经验的依赖,提高产品的稳定性;

4、本发明制得的茶叶加工产品,除可以抽吸提神作为传统香烟的替代品外,还可以像传统茶叶一样,进行冲泡饮用;
5、本发明中,将制得的产品按照传统烟支的卷制方法制成卷烟状茶叶加工品后,可作为戒烟阶段的提神产品使用;
6、本发明中,去梗可有效提高产品的品质,有效确保良好的切丝效果,防止由于部分梗纤维素含量过高而损坏切丝器械,影响切丝效果;同时,防止在卷制成品的过程中,部分纤维素含量过高的物质戳破卷烟纸,有效降低次品率。
在实际应用的过程中,可根据个人的喜好,制得不同的组合物产品,茶叶可以是乌龙茶、红茶、绿茶、黑茶、白茶、黄茶等任意一种茶叶。
综上所述,本发明提供了一种茶丝的制备方法,所述制备方法为分段式干燥法,所述分段式干燥法为:茶叶去梗后,依次进行第一次干燥、第二次干燥、第三次干燥、切丝以及第四次干燥,得含水量为5~15%产品。本发明还提供了一种上述制备方法制得的产品在卷成烟状结构抽吸和/或泡水饮用领域的应用。本发明提供的技术方案中,去梗可有效降低木质素含量,减少燃烧时的烟雾及提升吸食口感;进一步地进动物实验测定可得,与市售茶烟相比,提神效果显著提升;经品评员吸食测定,产品的吸食评分更高。本发明提供的一种茶丝的制备方法及其应用,解决了现有技术中,市售茶烟烟雾较大、吸食提神效果差以及吸食体验差的技术缺陷。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种茶丝的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法为分段式干燥法,所述分段式干燥法为:
    步骤一、前处理:茶叶去梗得第一产物;
    步骤二、第一次干燥:所述第一产物进行第一次干燥,干燥至含水量降低30%,得第二产物;
    步骤三、第二次干燥:所述第二产物进行第二次干燥,干燥至含水量降低20%,得第三产物;
    步骤四、第三次干燥:所述第三产物进行第三次干燥,干燥至含水量降低10%,第三次干燥至静置至室温,得第四产物;
    步骤五、切丝:所述第四产物切丝后,得第五产物,所述第五产物的宽度为0.5~2.3mm;
    步骤六、第四次干燥:所述第五产物进行第四次干燥,得产品,所述产品的含水量为5%~15%。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述分段式干燥法还包括:增香,所述增香步骤在步骤四与步骤五之间进行;
    所述增香的方法为:在所述第四产物的表面喷洒茶叶萃取液。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述茶叶萃取液的制备方法为:茶叶粉碎至25~35目后溶于水,在90~120℃条件下浓缩60~120min,得茶叶萃取液;
    所述茶叶萃取液的喷施量为3~5ml/Kg第四产物。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第一次干燥的温度为60~80℃,所述第一次干燥的时间为30~60min。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第二次干燥的温度为70~90℃,所述第二次干燥的时间为40~70min。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第三次干燥的温度为80~100℃,所述第三次干燥的时间为50~80min。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第四次干燥的温度为90~120℃,所述第四次干燥的时间为60~120min。
  8. 一种包括权利要求1至7任意一项所述的制备方法制得的产品在卷成烟状结构抽吸和/或泡水饮用领域的应用。
