纤维材质纸塑盘型产品及其制造方法 【技术领域】
本发明是关于一种纤维材质纸塑盘型产品及其制造方法,尤指一种经由干热压法制造而成的纸塑盘型产品,具有可回收、可自然分解、重量轻、耐相当荷重等诸多优异特性。
【背景技术】
所称的“盘型产品”,是指一种侧斜角度较大、深度较小(浅),且最底部位能形成一可供盛载食物或物品的盛台,例如:浅碟、浅盘、餐盘、自助餐盘、水果盛盘、食物盛盘等产品皆是,较早期的盘型产品有以金属打造,木头刻出,后来则有开发模具以树脂材料射出成型的盘型产品,一般称为塑料盘型产品。
以树脂材料制成的“塑料产品”(包含塑料盘型产品都是),因制造速度快,可分摊降低成本,故已被采用一段相当长的时间,近年来研究发现,以树脂材料所制成的塑料产品,有容易释出毒素对环境产生严重污染,毁坏后难以回收再利用,或回收分解难以处理,回收处理费用庞大等工业污染问题,多年来已对全球环境保护产生严重伤害,所以采用树脂材料的盘型产品也为人所诟病。
在因应环保趋势及减少塑料使用的要求下,更在寻找新材料的动力下,已有发展以纸浆纤维材质及/或含括植物纤维材质混合打浆为浆质材料,由吸浆模吸浆附着浆料,再经过热压定型为成品的制造技术问世,一般统称为「纸塑产品制造方法」,由此种制造方法所制成的成品,一般称的为“纸塑产品”,以与“塑料产品”做出明显区分。
纸塑产品有容易回收再制造再利用的优势,符合环保再利用及节能减碳的潮流,因此快速受到工商业界及大众所接受并乐于采用,纸塑产品经常可见的 例如:碗、深碗、杯盖、包装材、避震材、垫材等产品都渐有采用。纸塑产品的制造方法及工艺技巧近年来屡有改进及变化,但使用纤维材质为起始材料是其基本原则。
纵使已有制造纸塑产品的制造技术问世,但截至目前为止,仍然没有使用功效优良的纸塑盘型产品问世。原因在于,“盘型产品”此项成品主要用在盛载食品或物品,因此必须具备耐相当荷重的特性,若无法耐相当荷重,则在提拿食品或物品时恐发生表层破裂,甚至摔坏所盛载物品的情事。即因采用一般纸塑产品制造方法所生产制造的盘型产品无法达到耐相当荷重的要求,故而没有使用功效优良的纸塑盘型产品问世。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是在于:提供一种具备可回收、可分解、重量轻、可耐相当荷重等诸多优异特性的纤维材质纸塑盘型产品及其制造方法。
为达成上述目的,本发明提供一种纤维材质纸塑盘型产品,具有一盛台,四周皆介以一微弯折,该微弯折外侧上扬形成一短浅的上升斜面,四周的上升斜面间一体连接一弯弧斜面,该上升斜面与该弯弧斜面共同的顶缘成型为一槽痕;该槽痕向外延伸形成为一上凹的弧形侧壁,该弧形侧壁的弧面上成型有至少一道横向的槽痕,相邻二弧形侧壁间一体连接一花边饰壁,由多数呈上浮突的小壁体介以一凹饰槽而成型,该花边饰壁与侧邻的弧形侧壁间为一体成型,该花边饰壁的底缘触及该上升斜面与该弯弧斜面顶缘的槽痕。
上述的纤维材质纸塑盘型产品中,该花边饰壁成型为多数呈上浮突花瓣状的小壁体。

本发明同时研发提供一种纤维材质纸塑盘型产品的制造方法,采用纸浆纤维材料及/或植物纤维材料混合为原始原料,经过模塑成型固结为一平板状浆板做为起始材料,并经过如下制造步骤:
(1).将薄片状的浆板输送通过一切料机,在该浆板上同时切出多数初胚料;
(2).将该多数初胚料输送经过含添加剂的溶液涂布;
(3).将通过涂布的初胚料输送经过一热压成型机,由该热压成型机对该初胚料进行加热及加压,该热压成型机安装有与该纸塑盘型产品完成前对应的成型模具,因此该热压成型机在对该初胚料进行加热及加压的过程中,原本的每一初胚料皆受到该成型模具所热压压制,进而成型出一与该纸塑盘型产品趋近相同外观造型的类纸塑盘型产品;
(4).将该类纸塑盘型产品送入一切边机,针对每一类纸塑盘型产品的溢料进行切边切料,使原本的类纸塑盘型产品变成为该纸塑盘型产品。
上述的纤维材质纸塑盘型产品的制造方法中,将该初胚料输送经过含添加剂的溶液涂布后,可选择是否送至一处进行静置,选择静置为使每一初胚料所受的溶液可以均匀渗透到内部,达到初胚料受溶液渗透平衡的作用。
本发明的优点及有益效果在于:
1.本发明采用特定的制造方法制造成型出该纸塑盘型产品,而且该纸塑盘型产品本身也具备特定构造,因此本发明不论是该纸塑盘型产品的成品或是制造方法皆能具新颖性及创造性。
2.本发明纸塑盘型产品具备可耐相当荷重的特性,该盛台更是方便盛载食品或物品,完全可达成盘型产品应有的使用功效。
3.本发明纸塑盘型产品是以薄片状的浆板做为起始材料,经过特定制造方法制造成型,而浆板又是以纸浆纤维材料及/或植物纤维材料混合为原始原料,因此本发明纸塑盘型产品在使用上具备可回收、可自然分解、重量轻、耐相当荷重等诸多优异特性。

本发明所保护的一种“纤维材质纸塑盘型产品”,其构造组成如图1~4所示,该纸塑盘型产品1具有一位置最低的盛台10,可供盛载食品或物品用,其四周皆介以一微弯折11,以增进强度,然后自该微弯折11外侧做微度上扬,形成一宽度短浅的上升斜面20,四周的上升斜面20间一体连接一弯弧斜面21,该上升斜面20与该弯弧斜面21共同的顶缘成型为一槽痕22,有增进美观兼增进强度的作用,自该槽痕22向外延伸则形成为一上凹的弧形侧壁30,为一种向 上呈现弧形延伸的弧形侧壁,在该弧形侧壁30的弧面上更成型有至少一道横向的槽痕31,本发明的图式中表示该槽痕31是有二道,不排除也可以为三道,或更多数道的槽痕31,以增进该弧形侧壁30部位的美观性及强固性,该弧形侧壁30的投影概成四方形,因此在相邻二弧形侧壁30间一体连接一花边饰壁40,是由多数呈上浮突花瓣状的小壁体介以一凹饰槽41而成型,并与侧邻的弧形侧壁30间为一体成型,该花边饰壁40本身上的多数呈上浮突花瓣状的小壁体以呈内弯弧状排列为佳,如此可与侧邻的弧形侧壁30间呈现不凿痕迹般连接,该花边饰壁40与该弧形侧壁30间的连接毫不唐突,且该花边饰壁40的底缘恰触及该槽痕22。
本发明所保护的纤维材质的纸塑盘型产品1,其中,该盛台10具有一相当的面积,且因采纤维材质模塑成型,故可具适当的厚度使具相当的强固性,可供盛载食品或物品用(如图3所示);该微弯折11及该槽痕22皆具辅助该盛台10增进周边盛载强固性的功效;该上升斜面20具导引该弧形侧壁30上扬的效果,该弯弧斜面21则具导引该花边饰壁40上扬的效果,使整体周边的上扬状态毫无违和感;该至少一道横向的槽痕31,可以强化该弧形侧壁30部位的美观性及强固性,该多数呈上浮突花瓣状的小壁体介以一凹饰槽41的构成,除增进该花边饰壁40的美观性外,主要是造成一强固性极佳的花边饰壁40,而能于该纸塑盘型产品1的若干关键转折处,达成强力支撑起该纸塑盘型产品1的功效(如图4所示),使整体纸塑盘型产品1除深具外表美观性外,更能于美观中隐藏着强而有力的强固特性,足以达成该纸塑盘型产品1应有的盛载食品或物品的作用。
本发明同时保护一种“纤维材质纸塑盘型产品的制造方法”,因本发明的结 构中,该盛台10具有相当的面积,故本发明采用“浆板”做为起始材料,于此所称的“浆板”,是指以纸浆纤维材质及/或植物纤维材质打浆混合为原始浆状原料,经过模塑成型固结为一定面积及厚度(可调整改变)的平板状浆板,以方便存放及运输,要固结成浆板时,其长、宽、高的尺寸是可以选择。因为浆板是一种将被做为进一步加工制造用的起始材料,故模塑成型使固结后纵使非为完全干燥,但已属极低湿的薄片平板状浆板,以做为进一步制造用的起始材料。
本发明在制造该纸塑盘型产品1之前,必须先备料有“浆板”做为起始材料,然后经过如下制造步骤:
1.将薄片状的浆板输送通过一切料机,该切料机即根据该纸塑盘型产品1的长宽尺寸加大一点将要受压及切边的尺寸,在同一浆板上可以同时切出多数最终要制造为该纸塑盘型产品1的初胚料,同一浆板上的多数初胚料的相邻间可以是断开或是连接,在此所指的“---断开---”是指初胚料的相邻间已被该切料机切开,但是同一浆板上的多数初胚料仍然集合组成在一定范围内;所指的“---连接---”则是指初胚料的相邻间尚做最小接触的连接,其余则皆由该切料机切除;
2.接着,将该多数初胚料输送经过含添加剂的溶液涂布,此所指的“---涂布---”是指将含添加剂的溶液经由“喷淋涂布”作业或“涂刷涂布”作业或“浸渍涂布”作业,使得含添加剂的溶液沾附于该多数初胚料的表面上,而且任一种涂布作业的进行可以是由人工操作或由机械操作;该初胚料的表面接受涂布含添加剂的溶液的最基本作用,令该初胚料的表面密封,至少具备防水防油的效果,而且除涂布于该初胚料的顶面表面外,必要时也可选择增加对该初胚料底面表面的涂布作业;
3.接着,将通过涂布作业的初胚料选择是否送至一处进行静置,若选择静置,为使每一初胚料所受的溶液可以均匀渗透到内部,达到初胚料受溶液渗透平衡的作用,该初胚料是否静置及静置的时间是视对象大小及厚薄而决定,若选择不需要静置,则通过涂布作业的初胚料直接进行下一步骤;
4.接着,将不需要静置或静置后的初胚料输送经过一热压成型机,由该热压成型机对该初胚料直接进行加热及加压,该热压成型机安装有与该纸塑盘型产品1对应的成型模具,因此该热压成型机在对该初胚料进行加热及加压的过程中,原本的每一平面状初胚料皆受到该成型模具所热压压制,进而成型出一与所要制造的纸塑盘型产品1趋近相同外观造型的“类纸塑盘型产品”,每一初胚料在受到该成型模具所热压压制后,该纸塑盘型产品1的微弯折11、上升斜面20、弯弧斜面21、槽痕22、弧形侧壁30、槽痕31、花边饰壁40及凹饰槽41即皆成型显现出,但,经过该热压成型机所压制成型的“类纸塑盘型产品”,其四周周围上会有若干溢料存在,此为制造过程的必然现象;
5.接着,将该“类纸塑盘型产品”送入一切边机,针对每一“类纸塑盘型产品”的溢料进行切边切料(当然原本的“---连接---”同时断开),按照所要制造的纸塑盘型产品1的外径或长宽尺寸进行溢料的切除,使原本的“类纸塑盘型产品”变成独立的纸塑盘型产品1。
本发明以薄片状的浆板做为起始材料,经过切料、涂布、静置、热压成型、切边的制造步骤后,即完成为一纸塑盘型产品1,因以纸浆纤维材料及/或植物纤维材料混合为原始原料,故称之为“纸塑盘型产品”,以与“塑料盘型产品”做出明显区分。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种纤维材质纸塑盘型产品,其特征在于:具有一盛台,四周皆以一微弯折,该微弯折外侧上扬形成一短浅的上升斜面,四周的上升斜面间一体连接一弯弧斜面,该上升斜面与该弯弧斜面共同的顶缘成型为一槽痕;该槽痕向外延伸形成为一上凹的弧形侧壁,该弧形侧壁的弧面上成型有至少一道横向的槽痕,相邻二弧形侧壁间一体连接一花边饰壁,由多数呈上浮突的小壁体以一凹饰槽而成型,该花边饰壁与侧邻的弧形侧壁间为一体成型,该花边饰壁的底缘触及该上升斜面与该弯弧斜面顶缘的槽痕。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的纤维材质纸塑盘型产品,其特征在于:该花边饰壁成型为多数呈上浮突花瓣状的小壁体。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的纤维材质纸塑盘型产品,其特征在于:该多数呈上浮突花瓣状的小壁体呈内弯弧状排列。
  4. 一种纤维材质纸塑盘型产品的制造方法,其特征在于:是采用纸浆纤维材料及/或植物纤维材料混合为原始原料,经过模塑成型固结为一平板状浆板做为起始材料,并经过如下制造步骤:
    (1).将薄片状的浆板输送通过一切料机,在该浆板上同时切出多数初胚料;
    (2).将该多数初胚料输送经过含添加剂的溶液涂布;
    (3).将通过涂布的初胚料输送经过一热压成型机,由该热压成型机对该初胚料进行加热及加压,该热压成型机安装有与该纸塑盘型产品完成前对应的成型模具,因此该热压成型机在对该初胚料进行加热及加压的过程中,原本的每一初胚料皆受到该成型模具所热压压制,进而成型出一与该纸塑盘型产品趋近 相同外观造型的类纸塑盘型产品;
    (4).将该类纸塑盘型产品送入一切边机,针对每一类纸塑盘型产品的溢料进行切边切料,使原本的类纸塑盘型产品变成为该纸塑盘型产品。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的纤维材质纸塑盘型产品的制造方法,其特征在于:将该初胚料输送经过含添加剂的溶液涂布后,可选择是否送至一处进行静置,选择静置为使每一初胚料所受的溶液均匀渗透到内部,达到初胚料受溶液渗透平衡的作用。
