技术领域
本申请涉及电磁加热领域,更具体地说是一种既能方便安装,又能降低漏磁率,提高热效率的电磁加热盘,以及采用了该电磁加热盘的电饭煲。
背景技术
电饭煲作为一个家用电器,现在已经是家家必备,电饭煲通常都是采用电磁加热的方式煮饭。目前有些电饭煲电磁加热盘中的磁条和磁条架采用了一体式的结构,将磁条和磁条架一起注塑,该方式对注塑过程的工艺要求很高,生产困难,并且成本也更加高。现常用的磁条为长条形,其面积也较小,热效率不高。
所以,如何开发一种方便安装、提高热效率的电磁加热盘具有重要意义的。
发明内容
为了方便安装、提高热效率,本申请的提供了一种电磁加热盘及采用了该电磁加热盘的电饭煲。
为达上述目的,本申请采用的技术方案如下:
一种电磁加热盘,包括磁条架和磁条,所述磁条架排布有若干个容纳腔,所述容纳腔的一端设有插口,所述磁条从所述插口插入所述容纳腔中。
在其中一个实施例中,所述磁条架包括底面部,所述容纳腔包括设在所述底面部的底面容纳腔,所述磁条包括设在所述底面容纳腔内的底面磁条。
在其中一个实施例中,所述磁条架还包括与所述底面部连接的侧面部,所述侧面部上设有侧面容纳腔,所述磁条还包括设在所述侧面容纳腔内的侧面磁条。
在其中一个实施例中,所述底面容纳腔与所述侧面容纳腔相连接,所述底面容纳腔与所述侧面容纳腔连接位置处开设有底面插口和侧面插口。
在其中一个实施例中,所述底面部还包括:设于所述底面容纳腔上部的第一挡板部和设于所述第一挡板部一侧的第一开口部。
在其中一个实施例中,所述侧面部还包括:设于所述侧面容纳腔上部的第二挡板部和设于所述第二挡板部一侧的第二开口部。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一挡板部的边缘向所述第一开口部伸出第一延伸部。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第二挡板部的边缘向所述第二开口部伸出第二延伸部。
在其中一个实施例中,所述底面部正对所述第一挡板部的位置设有第三开口部。
在其中一个实施例中,所述底面磁条和侧面磁条的形状为扇形、梯形或类扇形。
在其中一个实施例中,所述底面磁条的大边位于所述底面插口处,所述侧面磁条的大边位于所述侧面插口处。
在其中一个实施例中,所述磁条与所述磁条架过盈配合。
在其中一个实施例中,所述容纳腔绕所述磁条架的中心轴均匀间隔排布。
一种电饭煲,包括上述的电磁加热盘。
与现有技术相比,本申请至少具有以下有益效果:
本申请的电磁加热盘,在磁条架上设置具有插口的容纳腔,通过插入装配的方式安装磁条,方便生产;把磁条设置为扇形,安装有导向作用,安装更加方便;并且也扩大了有效磁场的范围,提高了热效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本申请做进一步说明。
参照图1-3所示,为本申请的一个实施例提供的一种电磁加热盘,其包括磁条架1和磁条2,在磁条架1上排布有多个容纳腔,该容纳腔的一端设有插口,把磁条从这个插 口中插入到容纳腔中,通过插入装配的方式把磁条装入到磁条架上,生产方便,并且成本也更加低廉。
其中,磁条架1包括底面部11和侧面部12,侧面部12的一端与底面部11连接,容纳腔包括底面容纳腔31和侧面容纳腔32,磁条包括了底面磁条21和侧面磁条22,底面容纳腔设在磁条架的底面部11上,侧面容纳腔32设在侧面部上,底面磁条21设在底面容纳腔31内,侧面磁条22设在侧面容纳腔32内。
其中,底面部11与侧面部12呈钝角设置,底面容纳腔31与侧面容纳腔32相连接,在底面容纳腔和侧面容纳腔连接位置处分别开设有底面插口311和侧面插口321,把底面磁条和侧面磁条分别从底面插口311和侧面插口321插入,进行装配。
在底面容纳腔31的上部还设有第一挡板部312和第一开口部313,第一开口部313和底面插口311分别设在第一挡板部312的两侧,此结构是为了减少材料,减少成本,既减少了材料,还能够稳定的放置底面磁条。在侧面容纳腔的上部设有第二挡板部322和第二开口部,第二开口部和侧面插口设在第二挡板部322的两侧。
第一挡板部312的侧面向第一开口部313伸出一个第一延伸部314,第一延伸部的宽度较窄,长度较长,这样增加了与底面磁条的接触面积,增加了牢固度,防止由于第一开口部过大,底面磁条从第一开口中掉出;第二挡板部322的侧面向第二开口部323伸出第二延伸部324。在底面部11正对第一档板部312的位置处设有第三开口部315,第三开口部315的设置是为了方便注塑出模;在侧面部正对第二挡板部的位置处设有第四开口,其作用也是方便出模。
磁条2的形状为选择为扇形、梯形或类扇形中的一种,这些形状的磁条2会存在一个大边和一个小边的结构,在安装时,员工手持着底面磁条或侧面磁条的大边,将底面磁条或侧面磁条的小边先插入底面容纳腔或侧面容纳腔,将底面磁条和侧面磁条的大边设在底面容纳腔与侧面容纳腔的连接位置处。这些形状的结构,相比于现常用的长条形的磁条也是增加在磁条的面积,扩大了有效磁场的范围,减少了磁场在空气中的区域,减少了漏磁率,提高了热效率,从而节省了电能。
为了固定磁条与磁条架,把磁条与磁条架设计为过盈配合,避免磁条脱落,过盈的部分只需要磁条的大边与底面插口和侧面插口相应位置处过盈即可,这样方便安装。当然磁条与磁条架的固定方式也可以选择其它的方式,比如胶粘接等。较优地,容纳腔绕着磁条架的中心轴均匀间隔排布。
本申请还包括一种电饭煲,该电饭煲包括上述的电磁加热盘。

  1. 一种电磁加热盘,包括磁条架(1)和磁条(2),其特征在于,所述磁条架(1)排布有若干个容纳腔,所述容纳腔的一端设有插口,所述磁条(2)从所述插口插入所述容纳腔中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电磁加热盘,其特征在于,所述磁条架包括底面部(11),所述容纳腔包括设在所述底面部(11)的底面容纳腔(31),所述磁条(2)包括设在所述底面容纳腔(31)内的底面磁条(21)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电磁加热盘,其特征在于,所述磁条架(1)还包括与所述底面部(11)连接的侧面部(12),所述侧面部(12)设有侧面容纳腔(32),所述磁条还包括设在所述侧面容纳腔内的侧面磁条(22)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电磁加热盘,其特征在于,所述底面容纳腔(31)与所述侧面容纳腔(32)相连接,所述底面容纳腔与所述侧面容纳腔连接位置处开设有底面插口(311)和侧面插口(321)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电磁加热盘,其特征在于,所述底面部(11)还包括:设于所述底面容纳腔(31)上部的第一挡板部(312)和设于所述第一挡板部一侧的第一开口部(313)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电磁加热盘,其特征在于,所述侧面部还包括:设于所述侧面容纳腔(32)上部的第二挡板部(322)和设于所述第二挡板部一侧的第二开口部(323)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的电磁加热盘,其特征在于:所述第一挡板部(312)的边缘向所述第一开口部(313)伸出第一延伸部(314)。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的电磁加热盘,其特征在于:所述第二挡板部(322)的边缘向所述第二开口部(323)伸出第二延伸部(324)。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的电磁加热盘,其特征在于:所述底面部(11)正对所述第一挡板部(312)的位置处设有第三开口部(315)。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的电磁加热盘,其特征在于:所述底面磁条(21)和侧面磁条(22)的形状为扇形、梯形或类扇形。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电磁加热盘,其特征在于:所述底面磁条(21)的大边位于所述底面插口(311)处,所述侧面磁条(22)的大边位于所述侧面插口(321)处。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的电磁加热盘,其特征在于:所述磁条(2)与所述容纳腔 过盈配合。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的电磁加热盘,其特征在于:所述容纳腔绕所述磁条架(1)的中心轴均匀间隔排布。
  14. 一种电饭煲,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1-13任一项所述的电磁加热盘。
