现有的灯具,一般都有其独立的造型,用户不能根据自己的喜好重新设计拼凑出新的造型,无法满足客户对灯具造性的多样化需求。
目前为了满足客户对灯具造性的多样化的需求,研发出手动制作(Do It Yourself,简称DIY)灯具产品,DIY灯具可分成若干独立部件,客户能够根据这些独立部件动手重新拼接出新的灯具造型,满足客户按个人兴趣设计灯具造型的需求。
但目前的DIY灯具,电线与位于灯体内的接线端子容易出现接触不良而使灯具无法稳定工作。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种灯具,能够使电线与灯体内的接线端子充分接触,保证电线与接线端子之间电性连接的稳定性。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
本实用新型提供了一种灯具,包括:金属基座、发光板、电线及灯罩;
所述灯罩安装在所述金属基座上并形成发光腔,所述发光板设置在所述发光腔内,且所述发光板位于所述金属基座的端面上,并与所述金属基座电性连接;所述金属基座设置有中心孔及至少一个插接孔,且所述插接孔与所述中心孔连通;所述中心孔内设置有接线端子,且所述接线端子与所述金属基座电性绝缘,所述接线端子设置有线芯安装孔,且所述线芯安装孔与所述插接孔相对;所述电线包括金属管、线芯及位于所述线芯与所述金属管之间的绝缘层,所述电线插设在所述插接孔内,所述金属管与所述金属基座电性连接;所述线芯凸出所述金属管的部分电性连接有导电弹簧,且所述导电弹簧的一端抵接在所述绝缘层上,所述线芯插接在所述线芯安装孔内,并且所述导电弹簧远离所述绝缘层的一端抵接在所述接线端子上。
进一步的,所述线芯安装孔朝向所述插接孔的一端设置有导斜面,所述导电弹簧远离所述绝缘层的一端抵接在所述导斜面上。
进一步的,所述金属管设置有环形定位槽;所述金属基座设置有定位孔,所述定位孔与所述插接孔连通,所述定位孔内插接有定位螺钉,且所述定位螺钉的端部插入所述环形定位槽内。
进一步的,所述金属基座设置有与所述灯罩连接的环形凸条,所述定位孔倾斜设置在所述环形凸条上。
进一步的,所述定位孔设置在所述金属基座的端面上,且所述定位孔位于所述灯 罩内侧;所述定位螺钉穿过所述发光板并固定在所述定位孔内,并且所述定位螺钉的端部插入所述环形定位槽内。
进一步的,所述定位孔设置在所述金属基座的端面上,且所述定位孔位于所述灯罩外侧;所述定位螺钉固定在所述定位孔内,且所述定位螺钉的端部插入所述环形定位槽内。
进一步的,所述灯具包括多个插接孔,所述接线端子上设置有多个线芯安装孔,且所述线芯安装孔的轴线与所述插接孔的轴线位于同一条直线上;所述线芯安装孔的数量与所述插接孔的数量相等,且多个所述插接孔沿所述金属基座周向分布,多个所述线芯安装孔沿所述接线端子周向分布。
进一步的,所述金属基座为回转体或者三棱柱或者长方体或者是正方体或者正六边形柱体或者正八边形柱体。
进一步的,所述金属基座包括上端面及下端面;所述灯罩包括第一灯罩和第二灯罩,所述发光板包括第一发光板和第二发光板;所述第一灯罩固定在所述金属基座的上端面上且形成第一发光腔,所述第一发光板固定在所述金属基座的上端面上,且与所述金属基座电性连接;所述第二灯罩固定在所述金属基座的下端面上且形成第二发光腔,所述第二发光板固定在所述金属基座的下端面上,且与所述金属基座电性连接。
进一步的,所述发光板设置有第一通孔、第二通孔及多个发光二级管;
位于所述第一通孔周围设置有环形导电膜,在所述第一通孔内插接有阳极螺钉,所述阳极螺钉的帽端压在所述第一通孔周围的环形导电膜上,并且所述阳极螺钉的螺杆与所述接线端子形成电性连接;
位于所述第二通孔周围设置有环形导电膜,在所述第二通孔内插接有阴极螺钉,所述阴极螺钉的帽端压在所述第二通孔周围的环形导电膜上,并且所述阴极螺钉的螺杆与所述金属基座形成电性连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供的灯具具有以下优点;
本实用新型提供的灯具,其中,接线端子与发光板电性连接,接线端子设置有用于插接线芯的线芯安装孔,电线的线芯凸出金属管的部分套接有导电弹簧,导电弹簧的一端抵接在电线的绝缘层的端面上,另一端可抵接在接线端子上,当电线插入插接孔内时,线芯插入线芯安装孔内并与接线端子电性连接,在接线端子与线芯之间增加导电弹簧,可提升电线与接线端子之间电性连接的稳定性,使灯具能够稳定工作。

如图1所示,本实用新型实施例提供的灯具,包括金属基座10、发光板、电线20及灯罩;灯罩安装在金属基座10上并形成发光腔,发光板设置在发光腔内,且发 光板位于金属基座10的端面上,并与金属基座10电性连接;金属基座10设置有中心孔11及至少一个插接孔12,且插接孔12与中心孔11连通;中心孔11内设置有接线端子30,且接线端子30与金属基座10电性绝缘,接线端子30设置有线芯安装孔31,且线芯安装孔31与插接孔12相对;电线20包括金属管21、线芯22及位于线芯22与金属管21之间的绝缘层23,电线20插设在插接孔12内,金属管21与金属基座10电性连接;线芯22凸出金属管21的部分电性连接有导电弹簧40,且导电弹簧40的一端抵接在绝缘层23上,线芯22插接在线芯安装孔31内,并且导电弹簧40远离绝缘层23的一端抵接在接线端子30上。
具体的,金属基座10采用导电性能优异的金属材料制作,其具有一定的结构强度,金属基座10作为灯具的一电极,用于形成电流回路。本实施例中金属基座10可采用金属铜制作;可以理解的是,金属基座10为回转体或者三棱柱或者长方体或者是正方体或者正六边形柱体或者正八边形柱体,金属基座10具有不同的结构形状,可提供多个电线20的插接位置供客户选择,满足客户对灯具造性的不同需求。本实施例中对金属基座10的形状不加以限制,可优选的将金属基座10设计成回转体,例如可设计成圆台状结构。
本实施例中,金属基座10为圆台状结构,沿金属基座10的轴线方向设置有中心孔11,金属基座10沿中心孔11的周围设置有多个插接孔12,且插接孔12一端与外部连通,另一端与中心孔11贯通。在中心孔11内设置有接线端子30,且接线端子30与金属基座10电性绝缘,接线端子30设置有用于插接线芯22的线芯安装孔31,且线芯安装孔31与插接孔12相对,便于线芯22插入线芯安装孔31内,可实现线芯22与接线端子30电性连接。接线端子30的两端分别与发光板电性连接且固定,发光板固定在金属基座10的端面上,且与金属基座10电性连接,从而实现将接线端子30固定安装在金属基座10内。
本实施例中,接线端子30上可设置有多个线芯安装孔31,且线芯安装孔31的轴线与插接孔12的轴线位于同一条直线上,可便于线芯22插入线芯安装孔31内;线芯安装孔31的数量与插接孔12的数量相等,且多个插接孔12沿金属基座10周向分布,多个线芯安装孔31沿接线端子30周向分布。可以理解的是,多个插接孔12可沿金属基座10的周向均匀分布,多个线芯安装孔31可沿接线端子的周向均匀分布,以使灯具造型美观及便于对灯具造型进行设计。
本实施例中的电线20包括金属管21、线芯22以及绝缘层23,线芯22设置在金属管21的内部,且线芯22与金属管21之间设置有绝缘层23,即金属管21与线芯22不导通,使线芯22与金属管21形成电性绝缘;金属管21的一端可插入插接孔12内,并与金属基座10形成电性连接,金属管21的另一端可插入相邻金属基座10的插接孔12内,或者金属管21的另一端可与电源的负极电性连接。
线芯22凸出金属管21设置,其一端可插入接线端子30的线芯安装孔31内,其另一端可与相邻的金属基座10上的接线端子30连接,或者线芯22的另一端连接至电源的正极。
本实施例提供的线芯22上套接有导电弹簧40,且导电弹簧40位于线芯22凸出金属管21的部分,并与此部分电性连接,导电弹簧40的一端抵接在电线20的绝缘 层23上,可与金属管21保持电性绝缘。当线芯22插入线芯安装孔31时,导电弹簧40的另一端可抵接在接线端子30上,并与接线端子30保持电性连接,可提升电线20与接线端子30之间电性连接的稳定性。
本实施中,金属基座10的边缘处上安装有灯罩,灯罩可采用透明的塑性材料制作,具有一定的弹性,在外力的挤压下可产生变形,便于灯罩安装在金属基座10上。本实施例中,金属基座10设置有凸出其端面的环形凸条,灯罩设置有与环形凸条相卡合的环形卡槽,环形卡槽可嵌设在环形凸条上。
金属基座10与灯罩之间形成发光腔,在发光腔内安装有发光板,发光板上设置有多个发光件,本实施例中对发光件不加以限制,发光件可以为发光二极管、白炽灯、卤钨灯及气体放电灯等,发光件射出的光线经灯罩散射在灯具周围,优选的在发光板上设置有多个发光二极管。
可以理解的是,金属基座10呈圆台状,其包括上端面和下端面,可在金属基座10的上端面设置有第一灯罩61,在金属基座10的下端面设置有第二灯罩62,第一灯罩61与金属基座10的上端面之间形成第一发光腔,在第一发光腔内可设置有第一发光板51,第一发光板51固定在金属基座10上且与金属基座10电性连接;第二灯罩62与金属基座10的下端面之间形成第二发光腔,第二发光腔内设置有第二发光板52,第二发光板52固定在金属基座10上且与金属基座10的电性连接。
具体的,第一发光板51、第二发光板52分别上设置有第一通孔,位于第一通孔外围的设置有一圈环形导电膜,第一通孔处的环形导电膜可形成发光板的正极接入端,在第一通孔内插接阳极螺钉14,阳极螺钉14的帽端压在第一通孔周围的环形导电膜上;接线端子30朝向第一发光板51、第二发光板52的端面分别设置有第一螺纹孔33,第一螺纹孔33内设置有与阳极螺钉14的外螺纹相配合的内螺纹,阳极螺钉14的螺杆穿过第一通孔并固定在接线端子30的第一螺纹孔33内,并且阳极螺钉14的螺杆与接线端子30形成电性连接;阳极螺钉14的螺帽压接在设置在第一通孔周围的环形导电膜,即实现第一发光板51、第二发光板52的正极接入端与接线端子30的电性连接。
第一发光板51、第二发光板52上还设置有第二通孔,位于第二通孔外围设置有一圈环形导电膜,第二通孔处的环形导电膜可形成的发光板的负极接入端,在第二通孔内插接阴极螺钉13,阴极螺钉13的帽端压在第二通孔周围的环形导电膜上;金属基座10设置有与第二通孔相对的第二螺纹孔(图中未示出),第二螺纹孔内设置有与阴极螺钉13的外螺纹相配合的内螺纹,阴极螺钉13的螺杆穿过第二通孔并固定在金属基座10的第二螺纹孔内,并且阴极螺钉13的螺杆与金属基座10形成电性连接,阴极螺钉13的螺帽压接在设置在第二通孔周围的环形导电膜,即实现第一发光板51、第二发光板52的负极接入端与金属基座10的电性连接。
本实施例中,发光板的正极接入端与接线端子30、线芯22实现电性连接及发光板的负极接入端与金属基座10、金属管21形成电性连接,使发光二级管形成电流回路,从而将发光二级管点亮。
可以理解的是,本实施例可选择在金属基座10上只安装第一发光板51或者第二发光板52,也可以同时在金属基座10上安装第一发光板51和第二发光板52,不仅 满足客户对不同灯光效果的需求,还提高了灯具在使用过程的可靠性。上述实施例中,对于接线端子30与正极电路连接,金属基座10与负极电路连接只是便于对灯具形成的电流回路进行介绍,并不是对接线端子30和金属基座10所连接的电极进行限制。
本实用新型实施例提供的灯具,其金属基座10上设置有多个插接孔12及与插接孔12连通的中心孔11;中心孔11内设置有接线端子30,接线端子30固定在发光板上且与发光板形成电性连接,接线端子30设置有用于插接线芯22的线芯安装孔31,线芯22凸出金属管21的部分套接有导电弹簧40,导电弹簧40的一端抵接在绝缘层23的端面上,另一端可抵接在接线端子30上,当电线20插入插接孔12内时,线芯22插入线芯安装孔31内并与接线端子30电性连接,在接线端子30与线芯22之间增加导电弹簧40,可提升电线20与接线端子30之间电性连接的稳定性,使灯具能够稳定工作。
如图2所示,为便于导电弹簧40与接线端子30保持稳定接触以及便于线芯22插入线芯安装孔31内,本实施中在线芯安装孔31朝向插接孔12的一端设置有导斜面32,导电弹簧40远离绝缘层23的一端抵接在导斜面32上。具体的,线芯安装孔31朝向插接孔12的一端进行倒角以形成导斜面32,导斜面32的外缘形成圆环的内径大于导电弹簧40的外径,可使导电弹簧40抵接在导斜面32上,并使导电弹簧40嵌设在线芯安装孔31的端部,可有效防止导电弹簧40沿接线端子30上下移动,增强导电弹簧40与接线端子30之间连接稳定性,使导电弹簧40与接线端子30之间电性连接稳定。
如图3至图5所示,本实施例中,金属管21设置有环形定位槽24;金属基座10设置有定位孔15,定位孔15与插接孔12连通,定位孔15内插接有定位螺钉16,且定位螺钉16的端部插入环形定位槽24内。
具体的,为防止电线20插接在金属基座10后从插接孔12内脱落,金属管21的端部设置有环形定位槽24,金属基座10设置有定位孔15,且定位孔15一端与插接孔12连通,且定位孔15与环形定位槽24配合设置,在定位孔15内装入定位螺钉16,并且定位螺钉16的端部可插入环形定位槽24内,用以限制金属管21相对金属基座10移动。可以理解的是,环形定位槽24的槽宽与定位螺钉16间隙配合,可使定位螺钉16顺利插接在环形定位槽24内;本实施例中的定位孔15的数量与插接孔12的数量相同,即每个插接孔12内均设置有一个定位孔15。
本实施例中提供了定位螺钉16不同的安装位置,具体如下:
第一种,请参阅图3;本实施例提供的金属基座10设置有与灯罩连接的环形凸条,定位孔15倾斜设置在环形凸条上。具体的,金属基座10的上端面和下端面分别设置有环形凸条,并且灯罩分别卡接在环形凸条的内侧。定位孔15倾斜设置在环形凸条上,且定位孔15与灯罩不干涉,定位孔15的一端与外部连通,另一端穿过金属基座10并与插接孔12连通。
当电线20插入插接孔12时,金属管21上的环形定位槽24与定位孔15相对,将定位螺钉16从灯具外部安装,并固定在定位孔15内,且定位螺钉16的端部嵌设在环形定位槽24内。本实施例将定位孔15设置在环形凸条上,可便于安装及拆卸电线20。
第二种,请参阅图4;金属基座10的外缘延伸至灯罩外侧,且位于灯罩外侧的金属基座10的端面上设置有定位孔15,且定位孔15的轴线与金属基座10的端面垂直,并且定位孔15一端与外部连通,另一端与插接孔12连通。当电线20插入插接孔12内时,金属管21上环形定位槽24与定位孔15相对,将定位螺钉16固定在定位孔15内,并且定位螺钉16的端部嵌设在环形定位孔15内,限制金属管21相对金属基座10左右移动,可防止电线20从插接孔12内脱出,同样的,本实施例将定位孔15设置在位于灯罩外侧的金属基座10的端面上,可便于安装及拆卸电线20。
第三种,请参阅图5;定位孔15位于灯罩内,且定位孔15位于金属基座10的端面上,定位螺钉16穿过发光板、定位孔15并插入环形定位槽24内。具体的,在金属基座10的上端面及下端面分别设置有定位孔15,定位孔15位于灯罩内且定位孔15的轴线垂直与金属基座10的端面。发光板设置有与定位孔15配合的通孔,可使定位螺钉16从发光板穿过并固定在定位孔15内。当电线20插入插接孔12内时,金属管21上环形定位槽24与定位孔15相对,将定位螺钉16穿过发光板并固定在定位孔15内,并且定位螺钉16的端部嵌设在环形定位孔15内,限制金属管21相对金属基座10左右移动,防止电线20从插接孔12内脱出。本实施例将定位孔15设置在金属基座10的端面上,且位于灯罩内,可防止定位孔15裸露于灯具外部影响其美观性,同样的也可防止灰尘进入定位孔15内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种灯具,其特征在于,包括:金属基座、发光板、电线及灯罩;
    所述灯罩安装在所述金属基座上并形成发光腔,所述发光板设置在所述发光腔内,且所述发光板位于所述金属基座的端面上,并与所述金属基座电性连接;
    所述金属基座设置有中心孔及至少一个插接孔,且所述插接孔与所述中心孔连通;所述中心孔内设置有接线端子,且所述接线端子与所述金属基座电性绝缘,所述接线端子设置有线芯安装孔,且所述线芯安装孔与所述插接孔相对;
    所述电线包括金属管、线芯及位于所述线芯与所述金属管之间的绝缘层,所述电线插设在所述插接孔内,所述金属管与所述金属基座电性连接;
    所述线芯凸出所述金属管的部分电性连接有导电弹簧,且所述导电弹簧的一端抵接在所述绝缘层上,所述线芯插接在所述线芯安装孔内,并且所述导电弹簧远离所述绝缘层的一端抵接在所述接线端子上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述线芯安装孔朝向所述插接孔的一端设置有导斜面,所述导电弹簧远离所述绝缘层的一端抵接在所述导斜面上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述金属管设置有环形定位槽;
    所述金属基座设置有定位孔,所述定位孔与所述插接孔连通,所述定位孔内插接有定位螺钉,且所述定位螺钉的端部插入所述环形定位槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述金属基座设置有与所述灯罩连接的环形凸条,所述定位孔倾斜设置在所述环形凸条上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述定位孔设置在所述金属基座的端面上,且所述定位孔位于所述灯罩内侧;
    所述定位螺钉穿过所述发光板并固定在所述定位孔内,并且所述定位螺钉的端部插入所述环形定位槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述定位孔设置在所述金属基座的端面上,且所述定位孔位于所述灯罩外侧;
    所述定位螺钉固定在所述定位孔内,且所述定位螺钉的端部插入所述环形定位槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯具包括多个插接孔,所述接线端子上设置有多个线芯安装孔,且所述线芯安装孔的轴线与所述插接孔的轴线位于同一条直线上;
    所述线芯安装孔的数量与所述插接孔的数量相等,且多个所述插接孔沿所述金属基座周向分布,多个所述线芯安装孔沿所述接线端子周向分布。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述金属基座为回转体或者三棱柱或者长方体或者是正方体或者正六边形柱体或者正八边形柱体。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述金属基座包括上端面及下端面;
    所述灯罩包括第一灯罩和第二灯罩,所述发光板包括第一发光板和第二发光板;
    所述第一灯罩固定在所述金属基座的上端面上且形成第一发光腔,所述第一发光板固定在所述金属基座的上端面上,且与所述金属基座电性连接;
    所述第二灯罩固定在所述金属基座的下端面上且形成第二发光腔,所述第二发光板固定在所述金属基座的下端面上,且与所述金属基座电性连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述发光板设置有第一通孔、第二通孔及多个发光二级管;
    位于所述第一通孔周围设置有环形导电膜,在所述第一通孔内插接有阳极螺钉,所述阳极螺钉的帽端压在所述第一通孔周围的环形导电膜上,并且所述阳极螺钉的螺杆与所述接线端子形成电性连接;
    位于所述第二通孔周围设置有环形导电膜,在所述第二通孔内插接有阴极螺钉,所述阴极螺钉的帽端压在所述第二通孔周围的环形导电膜上,并且所述阴极螺钉的螺杆与所述金属基座形成电性连接。
