灯具 技术领域
本发明涉及灯具技术领域,尤其涉及一种灯具。
背景技术
现有的灯具,一般都有其独立的造型,用户不能根据自己的喜好重新设计拼凑出新的造型,无法满足客户对灯具造性的多样化需求。
目前为了满足客户对灯具造性的多样化的需求,研发出手动制作(Do It Yourself,简称DIY)灯具产品,DIY灯具可分成若干独立部件,客户能够根据这些独立部件动手重新拼接出新的灯具造型,满足客户按个人兴趣设计灯具造型的需求。
但目前的DIY灯具在拼接的过程中,需要接驳电线和穿线,其过程比较繁琐需要一定的专业知识才能完成,增大了DIY工具拼接的难度,更甚者一旦电线接驳出现错误会导致灯具损坏或者带来安全事故。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种灯具,能够降低手动制作灯具的过程中的难度及避免灯具出现损坏,同时提高了灯具使用过程中的安全性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种灯具,包括:灯罩、发光件、灯具连接件及金属基座;所述灯罩安装在所述金属基座上并形成发光空腔,所述发光件位于所述发光空腔内;所述金属基座设置有中心孔及插接孔,所述插接孔与所述中心孔连通;所述插接孔内设置有第一端子,所述第一端子与所述插接孔之间设置有绝缘座,所述中心孔内安装有第二端子,且所述第二端子与所述金属基座电性绝缘,且所述第一端子与所述第二端子通过弹性导电件形成电性连接,所述第二端子与所述发光件形成电性连接;所述灯具连接件包括金属管及设置于所述金属管内且与所述金属管绝缘的电线,所述金属管的至少一端插设于所述插接孔内,并与所述金属基座形成电性连接;所述电线的至少一端与所述第一端子形成电性连接。

具体的,金属基座10采用导热性能优异的金属材料制作,具有一定的结构强度,金属基座10作为灯具的另一电极,用于形成电流回路。本实施例中金属基座10可采用金属铝制作,金属基座10可以为回转体或者三棱柱或者长方体或者正方体或者正六边形柱体或者正八边形柱体,金属基座10具有不同的结构形状,提供了不同款式的灯具,满足客户对灯具造性的不同需求。本实施例中对金属基座10的形状不加以限制,可优选的将金属基座10设计成回转体。
金属基座10上安装有灯罩50,灯罩50可采用透明的塑性材料制作,具有一定的弹性,在外力的挤压下可产生变形,便于灯罩50安装在金属基座10上。本实施例中,金属基座10设置有凸出其端面的环形裙边,灯罩50的开口处设置有与环形裙边相卡合的环形凸台,环形凸台可嵌设在环形裙边内,为便于灯罩50与金属基座10的连接,灯罩50的环形凸台设置有多个缺口,灯罩50设置的缺口用于吸收因环形凸台与环形裙边之间因挤压产生的变形量,可以使灯罩挤压安装在金属基座10上,并与金属基座10的环形裙边保持贴合。
可以理解的是,灯罩50还可以通过其他连接形式安装在金属基座10上,例如,灯罩50的环形裙边可设置有外螺纹,金属基座10的环形凸台的内表面可设置有与环形裙边的外螺纹配合的内螺纹,灯罩50插入金属基座10内并通过内螺纹及外螺纹连接固定;另外,灯罩50的环形裙边可设置有内螺纹,金属基座10的环形凸台的外表面设置有与环形裙边的内螺纹相配合的外螺纹,灯罩50套接在金属基座10的环形凸台上,并通过内螺纹及外螺纹固定。
金属基座10与灯罩50之间形成发光空腔,在发光空腔内安装有发光件60,本实施例中对发光件60不加以限制,发光件60可以为白炽灯、卤钨灯及气体放电灯等,发光件射出的光线经灯罩散射在灯具周围。
沿金属基座10的轴线方向设置有中心孔11,金属基座10沿中心孔11的周围设置有多个插接孔12,且插接孔12一端与外部连通,另一端与中心孔11贯通。在中心 孔11内设置有第二端子30,且第二端子30与金属基座10电性绝缘,第二端子30的一端与发光件60固定连接,且第二端子30件与发光件60之间形成电性连接,发光件60固定在金属基座10上,从而实现将第二端子30固定安装在金属基座10内。
插接孔12内设置有第一端子20,第一端子20与插接孔12之间设置有绝缘座80,实现了将第一端子20与金属基座10的电性绝缘,第一端子20与第二端子30之间设置有弹性导电件40,弹性导电件40的两端分别抵接在第一端子20和第二端子30上,以实现第一端子20和第二端子30的电性连接,进而第一端子20、弹性导电件40、第二端子30及发光件60形成导通电路。可以理解的是,发光件60上设置有正极接入端和负极接入端,正极接入端可以与第二端子30电性连接,负极接入端可以与金属基座10电性连接。
本实施例中的灯具连接件70包括金属管和电线,电线设置在金属管的内部,且电线与金属管之间不导通,形成电性绝缘;金属管的一端插入插接孔12内,并与金属基座10形成电性连接,金属管的另一端可插入相邻金属基座10的插接孔12内,或者金属管的另一端可与电源的负极电性连接。电线的一端与第一端子20形成电性连接,电线的另一端可与相邻的金属基座10上的第一端子20连接,或者电线的另一端连接至电源的正极电性连接。
可以理解的是,上述实施例中,对于第一端子20与正极电路连接,金属基座10与负极电路连接只是便于对灯具形成的电流回路进行介绍,并不是对第一端子20和金属基座10所连接的电路进行限制。
本实施例中提供的灯具,其金属基座10设置有插接孔12,插接孔12内设置有第一端子20,灯具连接件70的电线72与第一端子20形成电性连接,灯具连接件70的金属管71与金属基座10形成电性连接,即可完成多个灯具之间的电性连接,无需接驳电线72和穿线,降低手动制作灯具的过程中的难度及避免灯具出现损坏,同时提高了灯具使用过程中的安全性。
本实施例中,金属基座10包括上端面及下端面;灯罩50包括第一灯罩51和第二灯罩52,发光件60包括第一发光件和第二发光件;金属基座10的上端面和下端面分别安装有第一灯罩51及第二灯罩52,第一灯罩51与金属基座10之间形成第一发光空腔,第一发光件位于第一发光空腔内;第二灯罩52与金属基座10之间形成第二发光空腔,第二发光件位于第二发光空腔内。
具体的,金属基座10的两端分别设置有灯罩50,即金属基座10的上端面设置有第一灯罩51,金属基座10的下端面设置有第二灯罩52,第一灯罩51与金属基座10的上端面之间形成第一发光空腔,在第一发光空腔内设置有第一发光件,第二灯罩52与金属基座10的下端面之间形成第二发光空腔,第二发光空腔内设置有第二发光件。可以理解的是,客户可以根据使用需求,可选择在金属基座10上只安装第一发光件或者第二发光件,也可以同时在金属基座10上安装第一发光件和第二发光件,进而满足客户对不同灯光效果的需求;灯具同时设置有两个发光件60提高了灯具在使用过程的可靠性。
本实施例中,发光件60包括线路板61及设置在线路板61上的多个发光二级管;线路板61上设置有第一通孔63和第二通孔64,位于第一通孔63周围的线路板61上 设置有环形导电膜65,在第一通孔63内插接螺钉,螺钉的帽端压在第一通孔63周围的环形导电膜65上,并且螺钉的螺杆的端部与第二端子30形成电性连接;位于第二通孔64周围的线路板61上设置有环形导电膜65,在第二通孔64内插接螺钉,螺钉的帽端压在第二通孔64周围的环形导电膜65上,并且螺钉的螺杆的端部与金属基座10形成电性连接。

线路板61的正极接入端与第二端子30、第一端子20及灯具连接件70的电线实现电性连接及电路板的负极接入端与金属基座10、灯具连接件70的金属管形成电性连接,使发光二级管形成电流回路,从而将发光二级管点亮。本实施例中,与现有技术中线路板61与金属基座10及第二端子30采用焊接的方式相比,在线路板61上设置环形导电膜65,通过螺钉与第二端子30和金属基座10形成电性连接,简便了线路板61与金属基座10及第二端子30之间的电性连接。
为便于线路板61的正极接入端与第二端子30电性连接,本实施例中,第二端子30的端部设置有用于连接螺钉的螺纹孔。具体的,第二端子30朝向线路板61的一端的端面设置有螺纹孔,螺纹孔内设置有与螺钉外螺纹相配合的内螺纹,螺钉的螺杆段穿过第一通孔63并固定在第二端子30的螺纹孔内,螺钉的螺帽压接在设置在第一通孔63周围的环形导电膜65,即实现线路板61的正极接入端与第二端子30的电性连接。本实施例中螺钉固定在第二端子30的螺纹孔内,可使第二端子30与线路板61形成稳固的电性连接。
本实施例中,线路板61上设置有多个避位孔66,金属基座10的上端面及下端面分别设置有与避位孔66对应的螺纹孔,螺纹孔贯穿至插接孔12;避位孔66及螺纹孔内插接有锁紧螺栓,且锁紧螺栓抵接在绝缘座80上。
具体的,线路板61上设置有多个避位孔66,避位孔66与第一通孔63、第二通孔64及发光二级管62不发生干涉,金属基座10的上端面及下端面分别设置有与避位孔66对应的螺纹孔,且螺纹孔的一端与插接孔12连通,在插接孔12内布置有绝缘座80;在避位孔66内插设锁紧螺栓,锁紧螺栓的螺杆段固定连接在螺纹孔内,并将线路板61贴合安装在金属基座10的上端面或者金属基座10的下端面上。
安装在金属基座10两端的锁紧螺栓,其螺杆段的端部可分别伸出螺纹孔,并与位于插接孔12内的绝缘座80抵接,绝缘座80的两侧分别在锁紧螺栓的夹持作用下锁紧在插接孔12内,防止绝缘座80在插接孔12内左右、上下窜动。
本实施例中,绝缘座80通过避位孔66内的锁紧螺栓锁紧在插接孔12内,并且还实现了将线路板61贴合安装在金属基座10的端面上,简便了线路板61的安装紧固。
本实施例中,弹性导电件40为螺旋弹簧,弹性导电件40的一端与第一端子20抵接,弹性导电件40的另一端与第二端子30抵接。具体的,弹性导电件40可以选用螺旋弹簧,弹性导电件40的一端抵接在第一端子20靠近第二端子30的一端,弹性导电件40的另一端抵接在第二端子30上,第二端子30和第一端子20通过弹性导电件40电性连接,使第二端子30与第一端子20任何时刻均处于电性连接的状态下,增强第二端子30和第一端子20之间的导电性能。
在上述实施例的基础上,第二端子30的侧壁上设置有用于插接弹性导电件40的卡槽;卡槽与弹性导电件40的外径间隙配合。第一端子20靠近第二端子30的端部设置有用于套接弹性导电件40的柱体,
具体的,第二端子30的侧壁设置有卡槽,卡槽可沿第二端子30的侧壁环绕设置,卡槽的槽宽与弹性导电件40的外径间隙配合,使弹性导电件40的一端可插入卡槽内并锁紧,弹性导电件40的另一端可套接在第一端子20上;可有效避免弹性导电件40从第一端子20和第二端子30之间脱落或者偏离,保证第一端子20和第二端子30形成稳固的电性连接。
可以理解的是,第一端子20靠近第二端子30的一端可设置有用于连接弹性导电件40的柱体,且柱体的外径与弹性导电件40的内径间隙配合,便于弹性导电件40稳固安装在第一端子20上。
本实施例中,灯具可包括多个金属基座10及多个灯具连接件70,任意相邻两个金属基座10通过灯具连接件70连接。具体的,灯具包括多个金属基座10和多个灯具连接件70,金属基座10上设置有多个插接孔12,相邻两个金属基座10通过灯具连接件70电性连接在一起,客户可根据所需的灯具造性,选择多个金属基座10进行空间布置,在手工制作灯具的过程中,无需动手改变金属基座10及灯具连接件70里面的线路和接驳电线72和穿线,简便手工制作灯具的过程。
在上述实施例的基础上,插接孔12设置有内螺纹,灯具连接件70靠近金属基座10的一端设置有与插接孔12的内螺纹相配合的外螺纹;灯具连接件70与金属基座10通过内螺纹及外螺纹连接。
具体的,金属基座10的插接孔12设置有内螺纹,灯具连接件70的两端可设置有与插接孔12设置的内螺纹相配合的外螺纹,灯具连接件70的端部插入插接孔12内,并通过其设置的外螺纹与插接孔12内的内螺纹固定,可实现灯具连接件70和金属基座10的快速安装,并且能够保证灯具连接件70稳固连接在金属基座10上,防止灯具连接件70从金属基座10上脱落。
在上述实施例的基础上,金属基座10上设置有多个插接孔12,多个插接孔12的中心线位于同一平面内。
具体的,本实施例中,金属基座10可采用回转体制作,金属基座10上可设置有多个插接孔12,且插接孔12的中心线位于同一平面内,多个金属基座10通过灯具连接件70可形成平面造型的灯具或者立体造型的灯具。下面对平面造型灯具和空间造型灯具进行详细说明。
例如,金属基座10的侧壁沿其周向均布设置有四个插接孔12,四个插接孔12的中心线位于同一平面内,且相邻插接孔12的中心线的夹角为90度,金属基座10的四个插接孔12内分别插接有四个灯具连接件70,形成一灯具的平面造型。可以理解的是,本实施例中,金属基座10的侧壁设置的上述插接孔12的数量及相邻插接孔12的中心线形成的夹角不加以限制,能够灯具的平面造型及空间造型进行设计。
另外,金属基座10上设置有多个插接孔12,至少两个插接孔12的中心线处于不同平面内,具体的,金属基座10上设置有多个插接孔12,为满足灯具造性多样性需求,插接孔12的中心线与中心孔11的中心线可形成不同的夹角,使插接孔12的中心线处于不同的平面内。
如图8至图10所示,本实施例中,电线72包括线芯721及包裹线芯721的绝缘皮722;线芯721的两端凸出绝缘皮722形成第一接线部和第二接线部。
具体的,电线72包括线芯721及包裹线芯721的绝缘皮722,绝缘皮722用于将线芯721和金属管71隔离,使线芯721与金属管71之间形成电性绝缘。为便于电线72与第一端子20的电性连接,线芯721的两端凸出绝缘皮722的部分形成第一接线部和第二接线部,电线72可通过第一接线部或者第二接线部与位于插接孔12内的第一端子20形成电性连接。
在上述实施例的基础上,灯具连接件70还包括第三端子73和第四端子74,第三端子73和第四端子74分别插接在金属管71的两端;第三端子73与金属管71之间设置有第一绝缘套75,第一接线部伸入到第一绝缘套75内与第三端子73电性连接;第四端子74与金属管71之间设置有第二绝缘套76,第二接线部伸入到第二绝缘套76内与第四端子74电性连接。
具体的,灯具连接件70的金属管71的两端插接有第三端子73和第四端子74,第三端子73和金属管71之间设置有第一绝缘套75,第一绝缘套75套接在第三端子73上,用于将第三端子73与金属管71之间形成电性绝缘;第四端子74和金属管71之间设置有第二绝缘套76,第二绝缘套76套接在第四端子74上,用于将第四端子74与金属管71之间形成电性绝缘。
其中,线芯721的第一接线部伸入到第一绝缘套75内与第三端子73电性连接,第一绝缘套75可对第一接线部处的绝缘皮722进行包裹,使第一接线部、第三端子73与金属管71形成电性绝缘;线芯721的第二接线部伸入到第二绝缘套76内与第四端子74电性连接,第二绝缘套76可对第二接线部处的绝缘皮722进行包裹,使第二接线部、第四端子74与金属管71形成电性绝缘。
本实施例中的第三端子73或第四端子74与金属基座10的插接孔12内的第一端子20电性连接,可方便灯具连接件70与金属基座10的电性连接,提高手工制作灯具的效率。
在上述实施例的基础上,金属管71的端部设置有套筒接头77;金属管71插接在 套筒接头77的一端,套筒接头77的另一端设置有与插接孔12的内螺纹相配合的外螺纹;套筒接头77通过外螺纹及内螺纹连接在金属基座10的插接孔12内。
具体的,金属管71的端部套接有套筒接头77,套筒接头77远离金属管71的一端设置有螺纹连接段,螺纹连接段设置有与插接孔12内螺纹相配合的外螺纹,金属管71与金属基座10之间通过套筒接头77将金属管71固定安装在金属基座10上并并形成金属管71与金属基座10的电性连接。
可以理解的是,为防止金属管71从套筒接头77上脱落,金属管71靠近套筒接头77的一端的管壁的外表面设置有外螺纹,套筒接头77靠近金属管71的一端,其内壁设置有与金属管71的外螺纹配合的内螺纹;金属管71与套筒接头77通过内螺纹及外螺纹连接在一起,有效防止了金属管71从套筒接头77内脱落。
另外本实施例还提供了另一种方式增强金属管71与套筒接头77的连接可靠性;在套筒接头77的侧壁设置有限位孔771,金属管71的管壁设置有限位凹槽711,限位凹槽711可环形设置在金属管71的管壁表面,限位孔771内插装有限位螺栓78,限位螺栓78卡入限位凹槽711内;待金属管71插接在套筒接头77内时,使限位孔771与限位凹槽711相对应,在限位孔771内插装限位螺栓78,限位螺栓78的端头部分卡入限位凹槽711内,可有效防止金属管71在套筒接头77内沿套筒接头77的轴向移动。
可以理解的是,为增强金属管71与套筒接头77连接的可靠性,可使金属管71与套筒接头77螺纹连接的同时,在金属管71和套筒接头77之间通过安装限位螺栓78进行限位。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种灯具,其特征在于,包括:灯罩、发光件、灯具连接件及金属基座;
    所述灯罩安装在所述金属基座上并形成发光空腔,所述发光件位于所述发光空腔内;
    所述金属基座设置有中心孔及插接孔,所述插接孔与所述中心孔连通;
    所述插接孔内设置有第一端子,所述第一端子与所述插接孔之间设置有绝缘座,所述中心孔内安装有第二端子,且所述第二端子与所述金属基座电性绝缘,且所述第一端子与所述第二端子通过弹性导电件形成电性连接,所述第二端子与所述发光件形成电性连接;
    所述灯具连接件包括金属管及设置于所述金属管内且与所述金属管绝缘的电线,所述金属管的至少一端插设于所述插接孔内,并与所述金属基座形成电性连接;
    所述电线的至少一端与所述第一端子形成电性连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述金属基座为回转体或者三棱柱或者长方体或者是正方体或者正六边形柱体或者正八边形柱体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述金属基座包括上端面及下端面;
    所述灯罩包括第一灯罩和第二灯罩,所述发光件包括第一发光件和第二发光件;
    所述金属基座的上端面和下端面分别安装有所述第一灯罩及所述第二灯罩,所述第一灯罩与所述金属基座之间形成第一发光空腔,所述第一发光件位于所述第一发光空腔内;
    所述第二灯罩与所述金属基座之间形成第二发光空腔,所述第二发光件位于所述第二发光空腔内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述发光件包括线路板及设置在所述线路板上的多个发光二级管;
    所述线路板上设置有第一通孔和第二通孔,位于所述第一通孔周围的线路板上设置有环形导电膜,在所述第一通孔内插接螺钉,所述螺钉的帽端压在所述第一通孔周围的环形导电膜上,并且所述螺钉的螺杆的端部与所述第二端子形成电性连接;
    位于所述第二通孔周围的线路板上设置有环形导电膜,在所述第二通孔内插接螺钉,所述螺钉的帽端压在所述第二通孔周围的环形导电膜上,并且所述螺钉的螺杆的端部与所述金属基座形成电性连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述第二端子的端部设置有用于连接螺钉的螺纹孔。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述线路板上设置有多个避位孔,所述金属基座的上端面及下端面分别设置有与所述避位孔对应的螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔贯穿至所述插接孔;
    所述避位孔及所述螺纹孔内插接有锁紧螺栓,且所述锁紧螺栓抵接在所述绝缘座上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述弹性导电件为螺旋弹簧;
    所述弹性导电件的一端与所述第一端子抵接,所述弹性导电件的另一端与所述第 二端子抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述第二端子的侧壁上设置有用于插接所述弹性导电件的卡槽;
    所述卡槽与所述弹性导电件的外径间隙配合。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,包括:多个金属基座及多个灯具连接件,任意相邻两个所述金属基座通过灯具连接件连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述插接孔设置有内螺纹,所述灯具连接件靠近所述金属基座的一端设置有与所述插接孔的内螺纹相配合的外螺纹;
    所述灯具连接件与所述金属基座通过所述内螺纹及外螺纹连接。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述金属基座上设置有多个所述插接孔,所述多个插接孔的中心线位于同一平面内。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述金属基座上设置有多个所述插接孔,至少两个所述插接孔的中心线处于不同平面内。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述电线包括线芯及包裹线芯的绝缘皮;
    所述线芯的两端凸出所述绝缘皮形成第一接线部和第二接线部。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯具连接件还包括第三端子和第四端子,所述第三端子和第四端子分别插接在所述金属管的两端;
    所述第三端子与所述金属管之间设置有第一绝缘套,所述第一接线部伸入到所述第一绝缘套内与所述第三端子电性连接;
    所述第四端子与所述金属管之间设置有第二绝缘套,所述第二接线部伸入到所述第二绝缘套内与所述第四端子电性连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述金属管的端部设置有套筒接头;
    所述金属管插接在所述套筒接头的一端,所述套筒接头的另一端设置有与所述插接孔的内螺纹相配合的外螺纹;
    所述套筒接头通过外螺纹及内螺纹连接在金属基座的插接孔内。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述套筒接头的侧壁设置有限位孔,所述金属管的管壁设置有限位凹槽;
    所述限位孔内插装有限位螺栓,所述限位螺栓卡入所述限位凹槽内。
