Description

工厂用照明灯、灯具角度调整机构及照明灯安装调整方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯具技术领域,特别涉及一种工厂用照明灯、灯具角度调整机构及照明灯安装调整方法。
背景技术
现在市场上的厂房灯制造时一般都用了镇流器来驱动LED,这种方法缺点是镇流器价格贵,制造成本高.为了节约成本,通常使用AC方案,省略了镇流器,这样可以降低成本;但使用AC方案会因高压和雷击测试出现很多问题。
技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种既可使用AC方案节省成本,又可以解决因AC问题导致的高压和雷击测试问题,解决高压和雷击问题的关键在于灯体外壳不能有五金导电体裸露在外面导致打高压时能和内部通电部份(如LED板)形成通电回路,出现高压时所有与内部通电部分形成通电回路的部件都用绝缘材料遮盖,形成强制绝缘,解决因AC问题导致的高压和雷击测试问题的工厂用照明灯和安装方法。本发明的另一目的是提供一种在安装现场调整任何角度的灯具角度调整机构。本发明的再一目的是提供一种灯具在现场通过松紧螺丝来调整所需角度的灯具角度调整方法。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术解决方案是所述工厂用照明灯,其特殊之处在于,由套装在绝缘壳体内的绝缘内罩、绝缘壳体与绝缘内罩的封闭空间内顺序安装的散热器、通过固定元件连接在所述散热器底部的LED铝基板和灯罩、绝缘壳体顶部安装的灯具角度调整机构组成。
作为优选:所述绝缘壳体由下半壳、下半壳顶部缩径且同轴线一体凸设的凸柱构件组成。
作为优选:所述灯具角度调整机构由固设在所述绝缘壳体凸柱构件两侧且高出所述绝缘壳体凸柱构件对称安装的固定片、通过二对称固定片螺纹连接在固定片上的支架、支架顶部中心部位开设的穿孔、位于所述穿孔外侧的吊环、位于所述穿孔内侧螺纹旋入所述吊环螺纹内孔的牙管、牙管内螺入的螺母组成。
作为优选:所述支架端部自外向内分别开设有月牙槽和螺孔,通过底端垂直弯折的安装耳上的螺孔固定安装在绝缘壳体下半壳顶部的固定片、所述固定片对应所述支架月牙槽和螺孔部位开设供螺丝旋入以螺纹连接固定片和支架的螺孔组成。
作为优选:所述散热器由下散热半壳和位于下散热半壳顶部固设缩径凸柱、所述缩径凸柱顶部设有用于防止电线受外部拉力导致内部电线松脱或脱焊的线夹组成。
作为优选:所述绝缘壳体使用导热尼龙塑料制成;所述绝缘内罩使用导热尼龙塑料制成。
本发明的另一技术解决方案是所述工厂用照明灯的灯具角度调整机构,其特殊之处在于,所述灯具角度调整机构由固设在绝缘壳体凸柱构件两侧且高出所述绝缘壳体凸柱构件对称安装的固定片、通过二对称固定片螺纹连接在固定片上的支架、支架顶部中心部位开设的穿孔、位于所述穿孔外侧的吊环、位于所述穿孔内侧螺纹旋入所述吊环螺纹内孔的牙管、牙管内螺入的螺母组成。

本发明的再一技术解决方案是所述工厂用照明灯的安装方法,其特殊之处在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)在散热器的外部组装用导热尼龙塑料材料制成的绝缘壳体;
(2)用螺丝把LED铝基板固定在散热器下部;
(3)在所述LED铝基板下面用螺丝组装灯罩;
(4)在所述散热器内部裸露表面组装用导热尼龙塑料材料制成的绝缘内罩,将与内部通电部分形成通电回路部件的散热器和紧固螺钉全部遮盖。
本发明的最后一个技术解决方案是所述工厂用照明灯灯具角度调整调整方法,其特殊之处在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将灯具角度调整机构的固定片通过第五螺丝固定在绝缘壳体上,支架通过第三螺丝、第四螺丝固定到固定片;
(2)在支架的中间位置用牙管和螺母固定吊环;
(3)支架通过月牙槽的第三螺丝来调节灯具的旋转角度。
有益效果
(1)本发明在出现高压时,所有与内部通电部分形成通电回路的部件都用绝缘材料遮盖,形成强制绝缘,解决了因AC问题导致的高压和雷击测试问题。
(2)本发明在安装现场调整任何角度的灯具角度调整机构。本发明照明灯的安装方法简单、实用。
(3)本发明设置的线夹可防止电线受到外力拉动时导致内部电线松脱或脱焊。
(4)本发明由于在支架的中间位置用牙管和螺母固定的吊环,因而,该产品可当吊灯来使用。

(1)将灯具角度调整机构的固定片71通过第五螺丝45固定在绝缘壳体1上,支架72通过第三螺丝43、第四螺丝44固定到固定片71;
(2)在支架72的中间位置用牙管74和螺母75固定吊环73;
(3)支架72通过月牙槽722的第三螺丝43来调节灯具的旋转角度。

  5. 根据权利要求4所述工厂用照明灯,其特征在于,所述支架端部自外向内分别开设有月牙槽和螺孔,所述固定片底端垂直弯折的安装耳上的第三螺孔通过第五螺丝固定安装在绝缘壳体下半壳的顶部、所述固定片对应所述支架月牙槽和第二螺孔部位分别开设供第三螺丝和第四螺丝螺纹连接的第一螺孔和第二螺孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述工厂用照明灯,其特征在于,所述绝缘壳体使用导热尼龙塑料制成;所述绝缘内罩使用导热尼龙塑料制成。
  7. 一种工厂用照明灯的灯具角度调整机构,其特征在于,所述灯具角度调整机构由固设在所述绝缘壳体凸柱构件两侧且高出所述绝缘壳体凸柱构件对称安装的固定片、固定片通过第三螺丝、第四螺丝螺纹连接在固定片上的支架、支架顶部中心部位开设的穿孔、位于所述穿孔外侧的吊环、位于所述穿孔内侧螺纹旋入所述吊环螺纹内孔的牙管、牙管上螺入的螺母组成。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述工厂用照明灯,其特征在于,所述支架端部自外向内分别开设有月牙槽和螺孔,所述固定片底端垂直弯折的安装耳上的第三螺孔通过第五螺丝固定安装在绝缘壳体下半壳的顶部、所述固定片对应所述支架月牙槽和第二螺孔部位分别开设供第三螺丝和第四螺丝螺纹连接的第一螺孔和第二螺孔。
  9. 一种工厂用照明灯的安装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (1)在散热器的外部组装用导热尼龙塑料材料制成的绝缘壳体;
    (2)用第一螺丝把LED铝基板固定在散热器下部;
    (3)在所述LED铝基板下面用第二螺丝组装灯罩;
    (4)在所述散热器内部裸露表面组装的绝缘内罩,将与内部通电部分形成通电回路部件的散热器和紧固螺丝全部遮盖。
  10. 一种工厂用照明灯灯具角度调整方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (1)将灯具角度调整机构的固定片通过第五螺丝固定在绝缘壳体上,支架通过第三螺丝第四螺丝安装到固定片;
    (2)在支架的中间位置用牙管和螺母固定吊环;
    (3)支架通过月牙槽的第三螺丝来调节灯具的旋转角度。
