一种刀片分割装置,刀片(4)包括两个长条状的刀部(43)、连接两个刀部的连接部(41)、以及两个刀部之间的第三定位孔(42),刀片分割装置包括压板(3)和层叠设置可分离的两个刀片夹持板(1、2),两个刀片夹持板的相对的表面设有刀片定位装置,两个刀片夹持板上还设有与刀片上的连接部相对应的槽孔(11、21),压板通过滑杆(6)安装于一个刀片夹持板上能够沿着接近或远离刀片表面的方向运动,压板与一个刀片夹持板之间设有弹性元件(5),压板上设有突柱(31),突柱与刀片夹持板上的槽孔滑动配合。使用时两个夹持板夹持固定刀片,通过压板运动使其上的突部压掉连接两个刀部的连接部,将两个刀部分割开。该装置操作简单快捷,不会划伤操作者,也不会掰坏刀片。
Description
本实用新型涉及日常生活用品领域,更具体地说是一种用于将刀片(尤其是剃须刀片)分割成两半的刀片分割装置。
剃须刀是男士们居家、旅行的生活用品,有电动式和手动式两种。电动式剃须刀可重复使用,多用于个人自己使用。手动式剃须刀由一次性可更换刀片和刀架组成,多用在酒店、理发店等公用场所。现有的一次性剃须刀片包括两个长条状的刀部、连接两个刀部的连接部、以及两个刀部之间的定位孔,两个刀部均可以使用,如果将一个刀片的两个刀部分割开,用于两个人或分两次使用,则可以节约使用成本。但是刀片是用较薄的钢片制成,且很锋利,用手难以将其掰开,且容易划伤手,而使用钳子很容易将刀片掰坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够快速方便地将刀片的两个刀部分割开的刀片分割装置。
为达上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种刀片分割装置,所述刀片包括两个长条状的刀部、连接两个刀部的连接部、以及两个刀部之间的第三定位孔,所述刀片分割装置包括压板和层叠设置可分离的两个刀片夹持板,所述两个刀片夹持板的相对的表面设有刀片定位装置,所述两个刀片夹持板上还设有与刀片上的所述连接部相对应的槽孔,所述压板通过滑杆安装于一个刀片夹持板上能够沿着接近或远离刀片表面的方向运动,所述压板和所述一个刀片夹持板之间设有弹性元件,所述压板上设有突柱,所述突柱与刀片夹持板上的所述槽孔滑动配合。
优选地,所述刀片定位装置包括与刀片上的第三定位孔相匹配的第一定位 销、以及与所述第一定位销配合的第一定位孔,所述第一定位销和第一定位孔分别设置于所述两个刀片夹持板。
优选地,所述刀片定位装置还包括与刀片的外沿相配合的第二定位销、以及与所述第二定位销配合的第二定位孔,所述第二定位销和第二定位孔分别设置于所述两个刀片夹持板。
优选地,所述刀片定位装置包括三个所述第一定位销和四个所述第二定位销,三个第一定位销呈一字形排列,四个第二定位销呈矩形排列。
优选地,连接所述压板和刀片夹持板的滑杆为四个螺杆,螺杆穿过所述压板与刀片夹持板上的连接孔螺接。
优选地,所述弹性元件为弹簧,所述弹簧套设于所述滑杆上。
优选地,所述两个刀片夹持板上的槽孔呈矩形,所述压板上的突柱的宽度和长度与所述槽孔的宽度和长度相匹配。
优选地,所述压板和两个刀片夹持板均呈矩形,且板体的四个角部均采用圆弧面过渡。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型至少具有以下有益效果:
由于采用两个夹持板夹持固定刀片,利用压板运动来压掉刀片上连接两个刀部的连接部,整个操作简单快捷,不会划伤操作者,而且能够将两个刀部整齐地分割开,成功率高,不会掰坏刀片。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型做进一步说明。
参照图1至图4,本实施例刀片分割装置用于将刀片的两个刀部分开。所述刀片4包括两个长条状的刀部43、连接两个刀部43的连接部41、以及两个刀部43之间的第三定位孔42。本刀片分割装置包括压板3和层叠设置可分离的两个刀片夹持板,即图中的上刀片夹持板1和下刀片夹持板2。上刀片夹持板1的下表面和下刀片夹持板2的上表面(即两个刀片夹持板的相对的表面)设有刀片定位装置,上刀片夹持板1上还设有与刀片4上的所述连接部41相对应的槽孔11,下刀片夹持板2上还设有与刀片4上的所述连接部41相对应的槽孔21。压板3通过四个滑杆6安装于下刀片夹持板2下侧,压板3能够上下运动,即压板3能够沿着接近或远离刀片4表面的方向运动。压板3和下刀片夹持板2之间设有弹性元件5,所述压板3上设有突柱31,所述突柱31与两个刀片夹持板上的所述槽孔11、21滑动配合。
如图3所示,使用时,将上刀片夹持板1拿开,将刀片4放在下刀片夹持板2上,然后将上刀片夹持板1放回,按压压板3使其向上运动至图4所示状态,在该过程中,压板3上的突部31向上运动将压刀片4上的连接部41压断,从而将刀片4的两个刀部43分割开来。
参照图2,进一步所述刀片定位装置包括与刀片4上的第三定位孔42相匹配的第一定位销12、以及与所述第一定位销12配合的第一定位孔22,所述第一定位销12和第一定位孔22分别设置于上刀片夹持板1和下刀片夹持板2。
进一步所述刀片定位装置还包括与刀片4的外沿相配合的第二定位销13、以及与所述第二定位销13配合的第二定位孔23,所述第二定位销13和第二定位孔23分别设置于上刀片夹持板1和下刀片夹持板2。通过上述定位装置可以实现对刀片4的两个刀部43分别定位,分割前、后刀片均不会滑动或掉出。
参照图2,为了达到更佳的定位效果,所述刀片定位装置包括三个所述第一定位销12和四个所述第二定位销13,三个第一定位销12呈一字形排列, 四个第二定位销13呈矩形排列。
为了方便加工,连接所述压板3和下刀片夹持板2的滑杆6采用四个螺杆,螺杆穿过所述压板3上的台阶孔32与下刀片夹持板2上的连接孔22’螺接,从而将压板3可活动地装配于下刀片夹持板2。
弹性元件5采用弹簧,所述弹簧套设于所述滑杆6上。
两个刀片夹持板上的槽孔11、21呈矩形,所述压板3上的突柱31的宽度和长度与所述槽孔的宽度和长度相匹配。
压板3和两个刀片夹持板均呈矩形,且板体的四个角部均采用圆弧面过渡,外形美观,且不会划手。

- 一种刀片分割装置,所述刀片(4)包括两个长条状的刀部(43)、连接两个刀部的连接部(41)、以及两个刀部之间的第三定位孔(42),其特征在于:所述刀片分割装置包括压板(3)和层叠设置可分离的两个刀片夹持板(1、2),所述两个刀片夹持板的相对的表面设有刀片定位装置,所述两个刀片夹持板(1、2)上还设有与刀片上的所述连接部(41)相对应的槽孔(11、21),所述压板(3)通过滑杆(6)安装于一个刀片夹持板(2)上能够沿着接近或远离刀片表面的方向运动,所述压板和所述一个刀片夹持板之间设有弹性元件(5),所述压板上设有突柱(31),所述突柱(31)与刀片夹持板上的所述槽孔滑动配合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的刀片分割装置,其特征在于:所述刀片定位装置包括与刀片上的第三定位孔(42)相匹配的第一定位销(12)、以及与所述第一定位销(12)配合的第一定位孔(22),所述第一定位销(12)和第一定位孔(22)分别设置于所述两个刀片夹持板(1、2)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的刀片分割装置,其特征在于:所述刀片定位装置还包括与刀片的外沿相配合的第二定位销(13)、以及与所述第二定位销(13)配合的第二定位孔(23),所述第二定位销(13)和第二定位孔(23)分别设置于所述两个刀片夹持板(1、2)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的刀片分割装置,其特征在于:所述刀片定位装置包括三个所述第一定位销和四个所述第二定位销,三个第一定位销呈一字形排列,四个第二定位销呈矩形排列。
- 根据权利要求1所述的刀片分割装置,其特征在于:连接所述压板和刀片夹持板的滑杆为四个螺杆,螺杆穿过所述压板与刀片夹持板上的连接孔(22’)螺接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的刀片分割装置,其特征在于:所述弹性元件(5)为弹簧,所述弹簧套设于所述滑杆(6)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的刀片分割装置,其特征在于:所述两个刀片夹持板(1、2)上的槽孔呈矩形,所述压板上的突柱(31)的宽度和长度与所述槽孔的宽度和长度相匹配。
- 根据权利要求1所述的刀片分割装置,其特征在于:所述压板和两个刀片夹持板均呈矩形,且板体的四个角部均采用圆弧面过渡。
