Definitions
- the present invention relates to a snoring preventing member.
- the entire teeth of the wearer's upper and lower teeth are inserted, and the upper and lower gums, the outer part of the upper teeth, and the outer parts of the lower teeth are supported, and a receiving groove that allows a platoon of the upper and lower lips to be accommodated in the center.
- the insertion portion is formed,
- It relates to a snoring preventing member, which is inserted by insert injection between the inserts, and includes a rigid panel for fixing the shape of the snoring preventing member that is deformed to fit the shape of the oral cavity structure of the user.
- snoring occurs when the air passes through the air before entering the airway while we breathe and narrows the throat, making it difficult for the air to enter and exit, which is a symptom that we may have difficulty breathing during sleep.
- the air passes through soft structures such as the palate, uvula, tonsils, tongue, etc.
- the surrounding muscles help these parts to stay in place, blocking the air passages, making little noise.
- the muscles are relaxed and stretched during sleep, the air passage is partially narrowed, and when the air passes through this part, the soft parts around it vibrate to make a snoring sound.
- Methods for treating snoring and sleep apnea include surgical procedures, positive pressure supply devices, and intraoral devices.
- Surgical operation is general anesthesia. It takes a lot of time and effort in the process of surgery, hospitalization, etc. Above all, it has the disadvantage of ineffective or recurring after several years.
- the positive pressure supply device has the inconvenience of having to go to bed with an oxygen mask, and has the disadvantage of having to carry large equipment.
- Registration Utility Model Publication No. 20-0382053 discloses a mouthpiece for preventing snoring.
- the above-described conventional mouthpiece has a problem that a user may cause breathing difficulty during sleep because there is no air passage when worn, and in particular, the thickness of the teeth inserted into the mouthpiece with the width of the upper and lower teeth inserts. Since it is formed to be smaller than 05 mm, there is a disadvantage in that it is inconvenient when the user wears it and the heterogeneity of the teeth is caused by interference fit.
- the above technology can solve the above-mentioned problem because it has a structure that can be precisely customized to the oral cavity of users, but has a structural limitation in converting to a customized form.
- the object of the present invention is that the entire teeth of the wearer's upper and lower jaw are inserted and the upper and lower gums, the outer part of the upper teeth and the outer parts of the lower teeth are supported, and a platoon of upper and lower lip can be accommodated in the center.
- the insertion portion is formed with a receiving groove
- a snoring preventing member which is inserted by insert injection between the inserts, and includes a rigid panel that fixes the shape of the snoring preventing member that is deformed to fit the shape of the oral cavity structure of the user.
- Insertion portion (2) is formed with a receiving groove to allow the upper and lower lip platoon to be accommodated in the center
- It comprises a body panel 11 curved in a'U' shape, and a fixed panel 12 protruding from one side of the body panel 11,
- second flexible grooves 15 are formed concave on both sides based on the fixing panel 12,
- the fixing panel 12 is characterized in that the first flexible groove 14 is formed concavely on one side opposite to the protruding body panel 11.
- an opening hole 16 formed to have a length exceeding the width direction of the body panel 11 to the outside adjacent to the second flexible groove 15 formed in the body panel 11,
- the shape is formed in a cylindrical shape, and the inside is formed with a hollow penetrated in the longitudinal direction.
- Anterior insertion portion 21 positioned in front of the maxilla and mandible
- connection insertion portion 21 and the rear insertion portion 22 Connected in the middle of the front insertion portion 21 and the rear insertion portion 22, it is formed concave to support the teeth of the upper and lower teeth, the connection insertion portion that is the position where the rigid panel 1 is inserted ( 23),
- a fixed panel through-hole 21a for forming the fixed panel 12 of the rigid panel 1 to be exposed is formed at one side of the front insertion portion 21,
- a receiving groove 21b is formed concavely downward so that the platoon of the upper lip can be accommodated.
- the lower one side is characterized in that the second receiving groove is formed concavely upward so that the platoon of the lower lip can be accommodated.
- the body panel 11 is formed with a through hole 13 formed to penetrate from the top to the bottom,
- connection insertion portion 23 of the insertion portion (2) In the connection insertion portion 23 of the insertion portion (2),
- the communication hole (23a) corresponding to the number and position of the through-hole 13 is formed to be penetrated to communicate with the through-hole (13).
- the hollow of the opening hole 16 is in communication with the outside by drilling one side of the front insertion portion 21 and the rear insertion portion 22 that both ends of the opening hole 16 contact.
- the snoring preventing member according to an embodiment of the present invention improves the fit and reinforces the rigid panel made of PP material to the snoring preventing member so as not to cause pain in the teeth or the temporomandibular joint, thereby snoring according to the user's oral structure There is an effect that can keep the shape of the prevention member in a fixed state.
