Description

一种信息推广系统以及区块链代币的兑换方法
本申请要求于2019年01月15日提交中国专利局、申请号为2019100354032、发明名称为“一种信息推广系统以及区块链代币的兑换方法”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及区块链应用技术领域,具体涉及一种信息推广系统。本申请同时涉及一种区块链代币的兑换方法、装置以及电子设备。本申请同时涉及一种推广信息记录方法、装置以及电子设备。
背景技术
区块链(Blockchain)是分布式数据存储、点对点传输、共识机制、加密算法等计算机技术的新型应用模式。随着区块链技术的发展,基于区块链技术的应用领域已越来越广泛,其中,各种数字代币的发行、流通、交易等作为区块链技术的重要应用场景,获得大量用户参与。
现有的一种数字代币发行方式为基于项目的代币发行,即,将项目或产业的运行系统与数字代币的发行或流通过程相结合,以项目或产业的运行状况作为数字代币的价值依托,并将该数字代币在代币交易市场进行交易。
然而,上述数字代币的发行方式存在以下不足:
基于项目或产业的运行系统发行数字代币,该数字代币的后续流通过程容易与项目或产业的运行状况相互脱离,例如,易产生仅根据代币交易市场的交易量或交易规模而对数字代币进行无限量增发,以此造成该数字代币与项目或产业的运行状况相分离,使得该数字代币失去项目或产业的价值依托。例如对于商业广告等推广信息的投放系统,如果基于该系统内的推广信息的投放过程发行数字代币,则将该数字代币在代币交易市场入市交易后,随着后续的代币交易量或交易规模的攀升,最终与推广信息的投放系统相分离,即推广信息的投放规模与数字代币的发行规模失去平衡。因此,如何保障该类型数字代币的价值依托,使项目或产业的运行状况与数字代币的发行规模相平衡,是当前数字代币发行领域的重大挑战。
发明内容
本申请提供一种信息推广系统,以解决现有数字代币的发行规模与该数字代币所对应项目或产业的运行状况不平衡的问题。本申请另外提供一区块链代币的兑换方法、与该方法相对应的装置以及电子设备。本申请另外提供一种推广信息记录方法、与该方法相对应的装置以及电子设备。本申请另外提供一种信息记录方法、与该方法相对应的装置以及电子设备。本申请另外提供一种推广信息的投放方法、与该方法相对应的装置以及电子设备。
本申请提供一种信息推广系统,包括:通过第一分布式网络进行连接的信息推广节点,所述信息推广节点存储有用于记录第一代币的交易信息的信息推广数据链,所述信息推广数据链由信息推广区块按时间顺序链接而成,所述信息推广区块用于存放预定时间内产生的第一代币的交易信息;所述信息推广节点包括如下模块中的至少一种:第一代币发行模块、第一代币信息记录模块、信息推广数据链维护模块以及推广信息交易模块;
所述第一代币发行模块用于根据所述信息推广系统针对第一代币的配发要求发行仅用于在所述信息推广节点之间进行流通的第一代币;
所述第一代币信息记录模块用于获得第一代币的交易信息,并通过所述第一分布式网络对所述第一代币的交易信息进行传输;
所述信息推广数据链维护模块用于按照预定的共识机制、根据预定时间内产生的第一代币的交易信息创建信息推广区块,并将创建的所述信息推广区块链接至本地存储的信息推广数据链;以及通过所述第一分布式网络对创建的所述信息推广区块进行传输;或者用于通过所述第一分布式网络接收信息推广区块,并将接收的所述信息推广区块链接至本地存储的信息推广数据链;
所述推广信息交易模块用于实现推广信息投放主体使用预定数量的第一代币购买用于将推广信息进行投放的权益,并且生成第一代币的交易信息。
可选的,还包括:通过第二分布式网络进行连接的交易节点,所述交易节点存储有用于记录第二代币的交易信息的交易数据链,所述交易数据链由交易数据区块按时间顺序链接而成,所述交易数据区块用于存放预定时间内产生的第二代币的交易信息;所述交易节点包括如下模块中的至少一种:第二代币发行模块、第二代币信息记录模块、交易数据链维护模块;
所述第二代币发行模块用于根据预定条件发行能够在所述交易节点之间进行流通、并能够在代币交易市场进行交易的第二代币,并通过所述第二分布式网络将所述第二代币的发行信息进行传输;
所述第二代币信息记录模块用于获得所述第二代币的发行信息和所述第二代币的交易信息,并通过所述第二分布式网络将所述第二代币的发行信息和所述第二代币的交易信息进行传输;
所述交易数据链维护模块用于按照预定的共识机制、根据预定时间内产生的第二代币的发行信息和交易信息创建交易数据区块,并将创建的所述交易数据区块链接至本地存储的交易数据链;以及通过所述第二分布式网络对创建的所述交易数据区块进行传输;或者用于通过所述第二分布式网络接收交易数据区块,并将接收的所述交易数据区块链接至本地存储的交易数据链。
可选的,所述系统还包括:代币兑换端,用于按照预定的代币兑换规则将不同种类的代币进行兑换;所述信息推广节点还包括:代币兑换模块一;所述交易节点还包括:代币兑换模块二;所述代币兑换模块一和所述代币兑换模块二通过所述代币兑换端将所述第一代币与所述第二代币进行兑换。
可选的,所述将所述第一代币与所述第二代币进行兑换,包括:
通过预定的兑换规则将预定数量的第一代币兑换成目标数量的第二代币,并将所述预定数量的第一代币进行注销,生成所述预定数量的第一代币的注销信息,并通过所述第一代币信息记录模块将所述预定数量的第一代币的注销信息在所述第一分布式网络进行传输;所述目标数量的第二代币为所述第二代币发行模块根据所述预定数量的第一代币可兑换的第二代币的数量所发行的第二代币。
可选的,所述将所述第一代币与所述第二代币进行兑换,包括:
通过预定的兑换规则将预定数量的第一代币兑换成目标数量的第二代币,生成所述预定数量的第一代币的兑换信息,并通过所述第一代币信息记录模块将所述预定数量的第一代币的兑换信息在所述第一分布式网络进行传输;所述第二代币为第二代币持有者所持有的第二代币。
可选的,所述根据预定条件发行能够在代币交易市场进行交易的第二代币,包括:
按照第二代币的预定用途发放预定价值和预定数量的第二代币。
可选的,所述推广信息投放主体通过如下方式中的至少一种获得所述第一代币:
当所述推广信息投放主体购买用于将推广信息进行投放的权益所消耗的第一代币的额度达到或超过预定额度时,获得所述第一代币发行模块发行的预定 数量的第二代币;所述推广信息投放主体将所述预定数量的第二代币兑换成第一代币;
当所述推广信息投放主体购买推广信息的投放权益的额度达到或超过预定额度时,获得所述第一代币发行模块发行的预定数量的第一代币;
所述推广信息投放主体所持有的第一代币的数量达到或超过预定的数量阈值时,获得所述第一代币发行模块发行的预定数量的第一代币;
所述推广信息投放主体通过在代币交易市场进行交易的方式获得第二代币,并将所述第二代币兑换成第一代币;
所述推广信息投放主体通过现金购买的方式获得所述第一代币发行模块发行的预定数量的第一代币。
可选的,所述将推广信息进行投放,包括:通过将推广信息与预定商品进行关联的方式将所述推广信息进行投放。
可选的,所述通过将推广信息与预定商品进行关联的方式对所述推广信息进行投放,包括:
将至少两种推广信息或所述至少两种推广信息的标识信息添加至所述预定商品上,用于供消费主体接受所述预定商品时,通过所述预定商品获取所述至少两种推广信息或所述至少两种推广信息的标识信息。

可选的,所述消费主体所持有的第一代币的数量达到或超过预定的数量阈值时,所述消费主体获得所述系统提供的预定数量的第二代币。
可选的,所述消费主体所持有的第一代币的数量达到或超过预定的数量阈值时,获得满足预定条件即可获得预定数量的第二代币的预设信息;当所述消费主体满足所述预定条件时,所述消费主体获得所述系统提供的预定数量的第二代币。

进一步的,本申请提供的上述系统还包括:通过第二分布式网络进行连接的交易节点和代币兑换端,该交易节点可包含第二代币发行模块、第二代币信息记录模块、以及交易数据链维护模块等模块,且该交易节点存储有用于记录第二代币的交易信息的交易数据链,该交易数据链由交易区块按时间顺序链接而成,该交易区块用于存放预定时间内产生的第二代币的交易信息;上述第二代币发行模块根据预定条件发行能够在所述交易节点之间进行流通、并能够在代币交易市场进行交易的第二代币。并且,通过上述代币兑换端,能够将第一代币与第二代币进行兑换。通过本系统,可间接实现第一代币参与代币交易市场的代币交易功能,实现推广信息的投放行为参与代币交易市场的交易行为,并同时实现第一代币所对应的推广信息的投放过程不受代币交易市场的市场交 易规模和交易量的影响,使得推广信息的投放系统能够独立运行。

针对共享广告的应用场景,为了提高广告的发放效率,本申请提供了一种信息推广系统。本申请还提供一种推广信息记录方法、与该方法相对应的信息记录装置以及电子设备,本申请还提供一种信息记录方法、与该方法相对应的信息记录装置以及电子设备。本申请还提供一种推广信息的投放方法、与该方法相对应的信息记录装置以及电子设备。本申请还提供一种区块链代币的兑换方法、与该方法相对应的区块链代币的兑换装置以及一种电子设备。以下提供实施例对所述系统、方法、装置以及电子设备进行详细说明。
本申请第一实施例提供一种信息推广系统,图1为该系统的示意图,以下结合图1对本实施例提供的系统进行详细描述。以下描述所涉及的实施例是用 来解释说明系统的相关原理,不是实际使用的限定。
如图1所示,本实施例提供的信息推广系统10包含在功能上相互独立的信息推广子系统100和交易子系统200,该两个子系统均采用分布式网络架构,分布式网络构架可以是指去中心化的全分布式P2P网络。
信息推广子系统100包括:通过第一分布式网络进行连接的信息推广节点110,每个信息推广节点中均存储有信息推广数据链,第一分布式网络为去中心化的全分布式P2P网络,所述信息推广节点110可以是指参与信息推广数据链的建设与维护的所有终端,信息推广数据链的所有参与主体均可对应相应的信息推广节点,各个信息推广节点的地位对等,并且以扁平式拓扑结构相互连通和交互,任意一个信息推广节点发出的信息可扩散到信息推广子系统的其它所有信息推广节点,并且任意一个信息推广节点均可自由地加入或退出该信息推广子系统。在本实施例中,信息推广数据链的参与主体主要是在信息推广系统内投放推广信息的推广信息投放主体、用于将推广信息进行传播的个体以及在系统内通过第一代币进行购物的消费主体等,所述推广信息可以是指能够对特定主体本身或者特定主体的用途或功能进行传播和推广的信息,例如商业广告信息,所述推广信息投放主体可以为用于投放商业广告的广告主。
上述存储于信息推广节点中的信息推广数据链用于记录第一代币的交易信息,其为信息推广区块按时间顺序链接而成的数据结构链条,所述信息推广区块用于存放预定时间内产生的第一代币的交易信息,该第一代币仅用于在信息推广子系统内的信息推广节点之间进行流通。
除了上述全分布式P2P网络,上述信息推广子系统还可以采用混合式P2P网络,在混合式P2P网络中,信息推广节点可分为具有特定功能的超级节点或者普通节点,普通节点和超级节点之间可形成客户端/服务器结构,超级节点之间形成全分布式结构,在该种架构下,任意一个信息推广节点可在获得授权后加入或退出该信息推广子系统。
如图2所示,上述信息推广节点可以包含如下模块:第一代币发行模块111、第一代币信息记录模块112、信息推广数据链维护模块113、推广信息交易模块114、商品交易模块115以及代币兑换模块一116。
所述第一代币发行模块111,用于根据信息推广系统针对第一代币的配发要求发行仅用于在所述信息推广子系统内的信息推广节点之间进行流通的第一代币,该第一代币作为信息推广子系统内的唯一流通凭证,其具有特定的第一代 币地址,该地址可以为一套非对称密钥对中的公钥,该非对称密钥对可通过椭圆曲线算法生成,拥有第一代币地址所对应的私钥的参与主体即拥有对该第一代币地址上的第一代币的唯一所有权。
信息推广系统针对第一代币的配发要求指的是信息推广子系统内对第一代币的需求量,在本实施例中,对第一代币的需求量可以对应于信息推广子系统内的信息推广节点的数量、推广信息的投放规模以及商品交易规模等。上述根据信息推广系统针对第一代币的配发要求发行仅用于在信息推广子系统内的信息推广节点之间进行流通的第一代币,可以是指根据推广信息投放主体在推广信息交易模块中投放的推广信息的规模和/或所述商品交易模块中的第一代币持有者所持有的第一代币与所属于所述推广信息投放主体的商品之间的交易规模,对所述仅用于在系统内进行流通的第一代币进行发放。
所述第一代币信息记录模块112,用于获得第一代币的交易信息,并通过所述全分布式P2P网络将所述第一代币的交易信息传输至其它信息推广节点。获得第一代币的交易信息的方式可以为:接收其它信息推广节点传输的第一代币的交易信息,或者通过对其所属的信息推广节点所采集的第一代币的流通过程所产生的数据进行记录而获得第一代币的交易信息。第一代币的流通过程可以是指第一代币从一个第一代币地址转移到另一个第一代币地址的过程,第一代币的每一次转移均有相应的场景与之相对应,例如,在所述系统内采用第一代币进行购物的购物场景,或者在所述系统内采用第一代币购买发布推广信息的权益的推广信息投放场景。
所述信息推广数据链维护模块113,用于按照预定的共识机制、根据预定时间内产生的第一代币的交易信息创建信息推广区块,并将创建的所述信息推广区块链接至本地存储的信息推广数据链;以及通过所述全分布式P2P网络将创建的信息推广区块传输至系统的其它信息推广节点;或者用于通过所述全分布式P2P网络接收信息推广区块,并将接收的所述信息推广区块链接至本地存储的信息推广数据链。
上述共识机制指的是信息推广系统的所有信息推广节点预先就信息推广区块的创建规则和信息推广数据链的维护规则所达成的共识,在本实施例中,共识机制可以为:工作量证明机制、条件证明机制或者授权机制。
工作量证明机制指的是根据信息推广节点为信息推广子系统的运行所做出的工作量的多少,确定是否将该信息推广节点的信息推广数据链维护模块113 所创建的信息推广区块作为供信息推广子系统的所有信息推广节点在维护本地存储的信息推广数据链时所使用的信息推广区块。例如,可按照预定的工作量比对规则对信息推广子系统中的信息推广节点的工作量进行比对,将工作量最大的信息推广节点所创建的信息推广区块作为供信息推广子系统的所有信息推广节点在维护本地存储的信息推广数据链时所使用的信息推广区块。
条件证明机制指的是根据信息推广节点所享有的权益的多少确定是否将该信息推广节点的数据链维护模块所创建的信息推广区块作为供所述系统的所有信息推广节点在维护本地存储的信息推广数据链时所使用的信息推广区块,具体为:将满足预设条件的信息推广节点的数据链维护模块所创建的信息推广区块,作为供所述系统的所有信息推广节点在维护本地存储的信息推广数据链时所使用的信息推广区块。在本实施例中,满足预设条件的信息推广节点可以为持有第一代币的币权数值达到或超过预设的币权阈值的信息推广节点,或者为系统内所有信息推广节点中的持有第一代币的币权数值达到最大值的信息推广节点。上述币权数值指的是第一代币的数量与持有所述第一代币的时间的乘积,例如,某信息推广节点的第一代币地址中有1个第一代币,该信息推广节点对该1个第一代币的持有时间为100天,则该信息推广节点对应的币权数值为100。如果上述持有第一代币的币权数值达到或超过预设的币权阈值的信息推广节点的数量为多个,则该多个信息推广节点均为满足预设条件的信息推广节点,每个满足预设条件的信息推广节点可按预定的顺序创建信息推广区块,并通过全分布式P2P网络传输至其它信息推广节点。
授权机制指的是将预先获得信息推广子系统内其它信息推广节点授权的信息推广节点的数据链维护模块所创建的信息推广区块,作为供所述信息推广子系统的所有信息推广节点在维护本地存储的信息推广数据链时所使用的信息推广区块,例如,信息推广子系统内的所有信息推广节点预先推选出100个用于创建信息推广区块的信息推广节点,该100个信息推广节点可按预定顺序创建信息推广区块,并通过全分布式P2P网络将创建的信息推广区块传输至信息推广子系统的其它信息推广节点。
在本实施例中,创建信息推广区块的过程可以为:当某个信息推广节点的第一代币信息记录模块将其记录的第一代币的交易信息传输至信息推广子系统的其它信息推广节点后,为信息推广子系统的运行所做的工作量符合预定标准、或者满足预设条件或者获得信息推广子系统内其它信息推广节点授权的信息推 广节点的代币信息记录模块接收上述第一代币的交易信息,并通过该信息推广节点的信息推广数据链维护模块113将预定时间内接收的、尚未经过系统公认的第一代币的交易信息打包加密成一个无法被篡改的信息推广区块,打包加密的过程可以与已有信息推广数据链尾端的信息推广区块的加密信息相结合,该信息推广区块的加密信息可以为已有信息推广数据链尾端的信息推广区块的哈希值,以此形成上述信息推广区块与已有信息推广数据链的紧密关联。
将信息推广区块链接至本地存储的信息推广数据链的过程可以为:将上述经打包加密后的信息推广区块加盖时间戳后链接至本地存储的信息推广数据链的尾端,时间戳用以表明信息推广区块的写入时间和追溯数据,为信息推广数据链增加了时间维度,有助于形成不可篡改和不可伪造的信息推广数据链。
需要说明的是,当上述第一代币的交易信息被打包加密成信息推广区块、并链接至信息推广子系统的所有信息推广节点所存储的信息推广数据链之后,在预定时间内,后续任意信息推广节点创建的新的信息推广区块需链接到上述信息推广区块上,以此延长信息推广数据链,所述信息推广数据链每增加一个信息推广区块,则表明上述第一代币的交易信息被确认一次,如果上述第一代币的交易信息被确认的次数达到或超过预定次数阈值,则表明该第一代币的交易信息获得系统的认同,其在所述信息推广数据链上将永久保存,不可撤销。
在将上述经打包加密的信息推广区块通过全分布式P2P网络传输至其它信息推广节点、并且其它信息推广节点通过其数据链维护模块将上述信息推广区块链接至本地存储的信息推广数据链的尾端之后,上述创建信息推广区块的信息推广节点还可获得预定数量的第一代币,作为对创建信息推广区块的信息推广节点的奖励。
所述推广信息交易模块114,用于实现推广信息投放主体使用预订数量的第一代币购买用于将推广信息进行投放的权益,并且生成第一代币的交易信息。例如,推广信息投放主体为发放商业广告的广告主,该广告主在获得第一代币之后,使用其获得的第一代币购买投放推广信息的权益,随后,用于实施广告投放的主体将推广信息投放主体的推广信息进行投放。在本实施例中,将推广信息进行投放的过程可以为:通过将推广信息与预定商品进行关联的方式将所述推广信息进行投放,具体可以为将推广信息投放主体的推广信息或者推广信息的标识信息添加至预定商品的外表面或者包装物的外表面上进行投放,推广信息的标识信息可以为经识别后可获得推广信息的被识别信息,例如将广告信 息或者该广告信息对应的识别码信息印刷在商品的包装盒上。在本实施例中,优选的推送信息投放方式为:将至少两种推广信息或所述至少两种推广信息的标识信息添加至所述预定商品上,该标识信息可以为包含推广信息的二维码或条形码,当消费主体购买或免费选取上述预定商品时,同步获取上述至少两种推广信息或其标识信息。例如,将多种推广信息印刷在预定商品的包装盒的侧壁和顶部上,当该预定商品被出售之后,即完成对上述多种推广信息的投放。
在本实施例中,当所述推广信息投放主体用于购买推广信息的第一代币的额度达到或超过预定额度时,该推广信息投放主体所对应的信息推广节点的第一代币发行模块可生成预定数量的用于奖励给所述推广信息投放主体的第一代币,并且,当推广信息投放主体所持有的第一代币的数量达到或超过预定的数量阈值时,所述推广信息投放主体所对应的信息推广节点的代币发行模块也可生成用于奖励给推广信息投放主体的第一代币,所述推广信息投放主体还可通过现金购买的方式获得所述第一代币发行模块发行的预定数量的第一代币。
在本实施例中,上述消费主体购买或免费选取上述与推广信息关联的预定商品后,还可通过执行预定操作的方式获得预定数量的第一代币,或者通过执行预定操作的方式获得预定数量的有效凭证,该有效凭证可用于兑换第一代币。上述执行预定操作可以为:所述消费主体转发所述推广信息,或者所述消费主体识别所述推广信息的标识信息,例如扫描所述推广信息所对应的二维码信息,或者参与回答与所述推广信息相关的问卷调查信息。
所述商品交易模块115,用于实现第一代币持有者所持有的第一代币与所属于推广信息投放主体的商品之间的交换,并且生成第一代币的交易信息。在本实施例中,该商品交易模块115可以为供上述推广信息投放主体出售商品的商品交易平台,该商品交易平台的流通货币仅为第一代币,推广信息投放主体可通过在该交易平台上销售商品的方式获得第一代币。
所述代币兑换模块一116用于供上述信息推广节点所对应的参与主体将其持有的第一代币与其它代币进行兑换。
所述交易子系统200包括:通过第二分布式网络进行连接的交易节点210,第二分布式网络可以为去中心化的全分布式P2P网络,每个交易节点中均存储有交易数据链,所述交易节点210可以是指参与交易数据链的建设与维护的所有终端,交易数据链的所有参与主体均可对应相应的交易节点,各个交易节点的地位对等,并且以扁平式拓扑结构相互连通和交互,任意一个交易节点发出 的信息可扩散到交易子系统的其它所有信息推广节点。
上述交易数据链用于记录第二代币的交易信息,其为交易数据区块按时间顺序链接而成的数据结构链条,所述交易数据区块用于存放预定时间内产生的第二代币的交易信息,该第二代币能够在所述交易节点之间进行流通、并能够在代币交易市场进行交易。
需要说明的是,虽然上述信息推广节点110可以是指信息推广数据链的建设与维护的所有终端,交易节点210可以是指参与交易数据链的建设与维护的所有终端,然而,信息推广节点110和交易节点210并非必须为相互独立的终端,例如,同一终端可同时作为信息推广节点110和交易节点210,其并不影响信息推广子系统100和交易子系统200在功能上的独立性。
如图3所示,交易节点可以包含如下模块:第二代币发行模块211、第二代币信息记录模块212、交易数据链维护模块213以及代币兑换模块二214。
所述第二代币发行模块211用于根据预定条件发行能够在所述交易节点之间进行流通、并能够在代币交易市场进行交易的第二代币,并通过所述第二分布式网络将所述第二代币的发行信息进行传输。根据预定条件发行第二代币的过程具体可以是指:按照第二代币的预定用途发放预定价值和预定数量的第二代币。与上述第一代币类似,该第二代币作为交易子系统内的流通凭证,其具有特定的第二代币地址,用于代表第二代币的所属权,例如,该地址可以为一套非对称密钥对中的公钥,该非对称密钥对可通过椭圆曲线算法生成,拥有第二代币地址所对应的私钥的参与主体即拥有对该第二代币地址上的第二代币的唯一所有权。
所述第二代币信息记录模块212,用于获得所述第二代币的发行信息和所述第二代币的交易信息,并通过所述第二分布式网络将所述第二代币的发行信息和所述第二代币的交易信息传输至其它交易节点。获得第二代币的发行信息和交易信息的过程请参考上述第一代币信息记录模块获得第一代币的交易信息的过程,在此不再赘述。
所述交易数据链维护模块213,用于按照预定的共识机制、根据预定时间内产生的第二代币的发行信息和交易信息创建交易数据区块,并将创建的所述交易数据区块链接至本地存储的交易数据链;以及通过所述第二分布式网络对创建的所述交易数据区块进行传输;或者用于通过所述第二分布式网络接收交易数据区块,并将接收的所述交易数据区块链接至本地存储的交易数据链。对于 共识机制、创建交易数据区块的过程、将创建的交易数据区块链接至本地存储的交易数据链的过程、第二代币的生成信息和交易信息在交易子系统中的确认方式、以及对创建交易数据的交易节点的奖励方式等内容,请参考上述信息推广数据链维护模块113中的相关内容,在此不再赘述。
所述代币兑换模块二214,用于将供上述交易节点所对应的参与主体将其持有的第二代币与其它代币进行兑换。本实施例中,所述信息推广系统还包括:代币兑换端300,用于按照预定的代币兑换规则将不同种类的代币进行兑换,所述代币兑换模块一116和所述代币兑换模块二214可通过所述代币兑换端300将所述第一代币与所述第二代币进行兑换。
上述兑换方式可以为:信息推广节点所对应的信息推广子系统100的参与主体可通过代币兑换模块一116访问代币兑换端300,发出第一代币兑换请求;交易节点所对应的交易子系统200的参与主体可通过代币兑换模块二214访问代币兑换端300,发出第二代币兑换请求;代币兑换端300通过预先制定的代币兑换规则,通过对第一代币兑换请求和第二代币兑换请求进行第一代币和第二代币的兑换操作,并将生成的兑换信息分别返回至参与兑换的各主体所对应的信息推广节点110和交易节点210,信息推广节点110和交易节点根据上述兑换信息进行第一代币或第二代币的生成或注销操作。
在本实施例中,将第一代币与第二代币进行兑换的过程可以为:通过预定的兑换规则将预定数量的第一代币兑换成目标数量的第二代币,并将所述预定数量的第一代币进行注销,生成所述预定数量的第一代币的注销信息,并通过所述第一代币信息记录模块将所述预定数量的第一代币的注销信息在所述第一分布式网络进行传输;所述目标数量的第二代币为所述第二代币发行模块根据所述预定数量的第一代币可兑换的第二代币的数量所发行的第二代币。
在另一实施方式中,将第一代币与第二代币进行兑换的过程还可以为:通过预定的兑换规则将预定数量的第一代币兑换成目标数量的第二代币,生成所述预定数量的第一代币的兑换信息,并通过所述第一代币信息记录模块将所述预定数量的第一代币的兑换信息在所述第一分布式网络进行传输;所述目标数量的第二代币为所述交易节点所对应的第二代币持有者所持有的第二代币。
在本实施例中,作为信息推广数据链的参与主体的所述消费主体也可获得所述第二代币,例如,当消费主体所持有的第一代币的数量达到或超过预定的数量阈值时,可获得预订数量的第二代币作为奖励,或者,当消费主体所持有 的第一代币的数量达到或超过预定的数量阈值时,获得满足预定条件即可获得预定数量的第二代币的信息,当该消费主体满足上述预定条件时,可获得预订数量的第二代币作为奖励。
并且,作为信息推广数据链的参与主体的所述推广信息投放主体也可获得第二代币,例如,当推广信息投放主体购买推广信息所消耗的第一代币的额度达到或超过预定额度时,可获得预订数量的第二代币作为奖励,或者可通过在代币交易市场进行交易的方式获得第二代币,或者当其持有的第一代币的数量达到或超过预定数量后,获得预订数量的第二代币作为奖励。
需要说明的是,所述推广信息投放主体通过上述方式获得第二代币后,也可通过所述第二代币兑换模块将所述第二代币兑换成第一代币。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种信息推广系统,其特征在于,包括:通过第一分布式网络进行连接的信息推广节点,所述信息推广节点存储有用于记录第一代币的交易信息的信息推广数据链,所述信息推广数据链由信息推广区块按时间顺序链接而成,所述信息推广区块用于存放预定时间内产生的第一代币的交易信息;所述信息推广节点包括如下模块中的至少一种:第一代币发行模块、第一代币信息记录模块、信息推广数据链维护模块以及推广信息交易模块;
    所述第一代币发行模块用于根据所述信息推广系统针对第一代币的配发要求发行仅用于在所述信息推广节点之间进行流通的第一代币;
    所述第一代币信息记录模块用于获得第一代币的交易信息,并通过所述第一分布式网络对所述第一代币的交易信息进行传输;
    所述信息推广数据链维护模块用于按照预定的共识机制、根据预定时间内产生的第一代币的交易信息创建信息推广区块,并将创建的所述信息推广区块链接至本地存储的信息推广数据链;以及通过所述第一分布式网络对创建的所述信息推广区块进行传输;或者用于通过所述第一分布式网络接收信息推广区块,并将接收的所述信息推广区块链接至本地存储的信息推广数据链;
    所述推广信息交易模块用于实现推广信息投放主体使用预定数量的第一代币购买用于将推广信息进行投放的权益,并且生成第一代币的交易信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括:通过第二分布式网络进行连接的交易节点,所述交易节点存储有用于记录第二代币的交易信息的交易数据链,所述交易数据链由交易数据区块按时间顺序链接而成,所述交易数据区块用于存放预定时间内产生的第二代币的交易信息;所述交易节点包括如下模块中的至少一种:第二代币发行模块、第二代币信息记录模块、交易数据链维护模块;
    所述第二代币发行模块用于根据预定条件发行能够在所述交易节点之间进行流通、并能够在代币交易市场进行交易的第二代币,并通过所述第二分布式网络将所述第二代币的发行信息进行传输;
    所述第二代币信息记录模块用于获得所述第二代币的发行信息和所述第二代币的交易信息,并通过所述第二分布式网络将所述第二代币的发行信息和所述第二代币的交易信息进行传输;
    所述交易数据链维护模块用于按照预定的共识机制、根据预定时间内产生 的第二代币的发行信息和交易信息创建交易数据区块,并将创建的所述交易数据区块链接至本地存储的交易数据链;以及通过所述第二分布式网络对创建的所述交易数据区块进行传输;或者用于通过所述第二分布式网络接收交易数据区块,并将接收的所述交易数据区块链接至本地存储的交易数据链。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:代币兑换端,用于按照预定的代币兑换规则将不同种类的代币进行兑换;所述信息推广节点还包括:代币兑换模块一;所述交易节点还包括:代币兑换模块二;所述代币兑换模块一和所述代币兑换模块二通过所述代币兑换端将所述第一代币与所述第二代币进行兑换。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的系统,其特征在于,所述将所述第一代币与所述第二代币进行兑换,包括:
    通过预定的兑换规则将预定数量的第一代币兑换成目标数量的第二代币,并将所述预定数量的第一代币进行注销,生成所述预定数量的第一代币的注销信息,并通过所述第一代币信息记录模块将所述预定数量的第一代币的注销信息在所述第一分布式网络进行传输;所述目标数量的第二代币为所述第二代币发行模块根据所述预定数量的第一代币可兑换的第二代币的数量所发行的第二代币。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的系统,其特征在于,所述将所述第一代币与所述第二代币进行兑换,包括:
    通过预定的兑换规则将预定数量的第一代币兑换成目标数量的第二代币,生成所述预定数量的第一代币的兑换信息,并通过所述第一代币信息记录模块将所述预定数量的第一代币的兑换信息在所述第一分布式网络进行传输;所述第二代币为第二代币持有者所持有的第二代币。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的系统,其特征在于,所述推广信息投放主体通过如下方式中的至少一种获得所述第一代币:
    当所述推广信息投放主体购买用于将推广信息进行投放的权益所消耗的第一代币的额度达到或超过预定额度时,获得所述第一代币发行模块发行的预定数量的第二代币;所述推广信息投放主体将所述预定数量的第二代币兑换成第一代币;
    当所述推广信息投放主体购买推广信息的投放权益的额度达到或超过预定额度时,获得所述第一代币发行模块发行的预定数量的第一代币;
    所述推广信息投放主体所持有的第一代币的数量达到或超过预定的数量阈值时,获得所述第一代币发行模块发行的预定数量的第一代币;
    所述推广信息投放主体通过在代币交易市场进行交易的方式获得第二代币,并将所述第二代币兑换成第一代币;
    所述推广信息投放主体通过现金购买的方式获得所述第一代币发行模块发行的预定数量的第一代币。
  7. 一种区块链代币的兑换方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收将第一代币与第二代币进行兑换的代币兑换请求信息;所述第一代币通过第一区块链系统发行,并仅在组成所述第一区块链系统的信息推广节点之间进行流通,用于供推广信息投放主体换取推广信息的投放权益;所述第二代币通过第二区块链系统发行,并在组成所述第二区块链系统的交易节点之间进行流通,用于在代币交易市场进行交易;
    根据所述代币兑换请求信息,通过预定的代币兑换规则将预定数量的第一代币兑换成目标数量的第二代币,或者将预定数量的第二代币兑换成目标数量的第一代币,生成相应的代币兑换响应信息;
    将所述代币兑换响应信息返回至发出所述代币兑换请求的推广信息节点或者交易节点。
  8. 一种推广信息记录方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获得预定时间内产生的第一代币的交易信息;所述第一代币仅在预定的信息推广节点之间进行流通;所述预定的信息推广节点通过分布式网络进行连接;所述第一代币用于供推广信息投放主体换取推广信息的投放权益;
    根据所述第一代币的交易信息创建信息推广区块;
    将所述信息推广区块链接至本地存储的信息推广数据链;
    通过分布式网络对所述信息推广区块进行传输。
  9. 一种信息记录方法,其特征在于,包括:
    通过分布式网络接收信息推广区块;所述信息推广区块用于存放预定时间内产生的第一代币的交易信息;所述第一代币仅在预定的信息推广节点之间进行流通,用于供推广信息投放主体换取推广信息的投放权益;所述预定的信息推广节点通过分布式网络进行连接;
    将所述信息推广区块链接至本地存储的信息推广数据链。
  10. 一种推广信息的投放方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收推广信息投放主体的推广信息投放请求以及与所述推广信息投放请求相对应的第一代币;所述第一代币仅在预定的信息推广节点之间进行流通,用于供推广信息投放主体换取推广信息的投放权益;所述预定的信息推广节点通过第一分布式网络进行连接;
    根据推广信息投放请求以及与所述推广信息投放请求相对应的第一代币,采用将所述推广信息投放主体的推广信息与预定商品进行关联的方式,对所述推广信息进行投放。
  11. 一种区块链代币的兑换装置,其特征在于,包括:
    代币兑换请求信息接收单元,用于接收将第一代币与第二代币进行兑换的代币兑换请求信息;所述第一代币通过第一区块链系统发行,并仅在组成所述第一区块链系统的信息推广节点之间进行流通,用于供推广信息投放主体换取推广信息的投放权益;所述第二代币通过第二区块链系统发行,并在组成所述第二区块链系统的交易节点之间进行流通,用于在代币交易市场进行交易;
    代币兑换响应信息生成单元,用于通过预定的代币兑换规则将预定数量的第一代币兑换成目标数量的第二代币,或者将预定数量的第二代币兑换成目标数量的第一代币,生成相应的代币兑换响应信息;
    代币兑换响应信息返回单元,用于将所述代币兑换响应信息返回至发出所述代币兑换请求的推广信息节点或者交易节点。
  12. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    存储器,用于存储区块链代币的兑换程序,所述程序在被所述处理器读取执行时,执行如下操作:
    接收将第一代币与第二代币进行兑换的代币兑换请求信息;所述第一代币通过第一区块链系统发行,并仅在组成所述第一区块链系统的信息推广节点之间进行流通,用于供推广信息投放主体换取推广信息的投放权益;所述第二代币通过第二区块链系统发行,并在组成所述第二区块链系统的交易节点之间进行流通,用于在代币交易市场进行交易;
    通过预定的代币兑换规则将预定数量的第一代币兑换成目标数量的第二代币,或者将预定数量的第二代币兑换成目标数量的第一代币,生成相应的代币兑换响应信息;
    将所述代币兑换响应信息返回至发出所述代币兑换请求的推广信息节点或 者交易节点。
  13. 一种推广信息记录装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一代币的交易信息获得单元,用于获得预定时间内产生的第一代币的交易信息;所述第一代币仅在预定的信息推广节点之间进行流通;所述预定的信息推广节点通过分布式网络进行连接;所述第一代币用于供推广信息投放主体换取推广信息的投放权益;
    信息推广区块建立单元,用于根据所述第一代币的交易信息创建信息推广区块;
    信息推广区块链接单元,用于将所述信息推广区块链接至本地存储的信息推广数据链;
    信息推广区块传输单元,用于通过分布式网络对所述信息推广区块进行传输。
  14. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    存储器,用于存储推广信息记录程序,所述程序在被所述处理器读取执行时,执行如下操作:
    获得预定时间内产生的第一代币的交易信息;所述第一代币仅在预定的信息推广节点之间进行流通;所述预定的信息推广节点通过分布式网络进行连接;所述第一代币用于供推广信息投放主体换取推广信息的投放权益;
    根据所述第一代币的交易信息创建信息推广区块;
    将所述信息推广区块链接至本地存储的信息推广数据链;
    通过分布式网络对所述信息推广区块进行传输。
