一种地板组件及其安装方法 技术领域
本发明属于地板领域,尤其涉及一种地板组件及其安装方法。
背景技术

技术问题
该实用新型通过地板两侧的第二卡槽与卡件上的两个第二卡扣分别卡接,实现地板和卡件的固定。该垂直方向进行安装的地板结构存在的问题是:地板只有左右两条卡接位置,地板固定的强度较弱,且地板的侧边开槽,使得侧边的平整性较差,美观度不好。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供一种地板组件及其安装方法,安装操作更加快速方便,且安装后的地板更加牢固。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种地板组件,其特征在于,包括:
地板,地板的背面开设有卡接槽,卡接槽内具有对称设置且分别朝两侧凹陷的一对凹槽;
卡件,包括基板以及位于基板上的卡接部,卡接部由对称设置的一对卡扣构成,卡扣之间具有供卡扣弹性变形的间隔空间,卡扣具有用于卡入凹槽的大头端。
本发明将地板底部的卡接槽和卡件的卡接部进行卡接,实现地板和卡件的固定,地板的固定操作更加快速方便;由于卡接槽设置于地板的底部,卡接槽的开设数量可以开设两条以上,且每个卡接槽的内部两侧均对应设置有卡扣进行扣接,使得扣牢地板的卡扣数量更多,地板固定更加牢固;地板的侧边未开槽,地板的侧面平整性以及美观度更好;地板底部开槽并和卡件卡接的方式,使得出厂前预先将卡件集成或固定于龙骨上成为可能,使得现场的安装可以更加快速方便。
进一步作为优选,所述卡接槽具有对称设置的一对导向壁,从地板的背面朝正面方向上,卡接槽的两个导向壁逐渐聚拢。通过设置所述导向壁,可以在卡接部顶入卡接槽的过程中,更加顺畅。

  9. 根据权利要求8所述的地板组件,其特征在于:大头端(222)的外侧斜下方部位抵在卡接槽(11)内壁上,使得地板(1)的背面紧贴基板(21)的表面。
  10. 一种权利要求1-9中任一所述的地板组件的安装方法,其特征在于:包括如下操作步骤:(1)步骤S1,卡件(2)呈排固定于龙骨(3)上;
    (2)步骤S2,将龙骨(3)横向布置且固定于安装目标上;
    (3)步骤S3,地板(1)纵向布置并将地板(1)底部的卡接槽(11)和卡件(2)的卡接部(22)卡接,实现地板(1)和龙骨(3)的固定。
