Description

一种能有效避免护体缝隙刺穿的防刺护体结构 【技术领域】
本发明属于防刺护体技术领域,特别是涉及一种能有效避免护体缝隙刺穿的防刺护体结构。
【背景技术】
目前,国内安全形势十分严峻,各种暴力刑事案件时有发生,警务人员、防暴人员、经保人员为了维持社会治安,执法人员负重能力有限的,警用防刺服为必备防护装备,其舒适度和安全系一直是防刺护体服的研究热点。现有技术中专利申请号为201620459252.5公开了一种单侧无间隙排列的柔性防弹防刺材料,其虽然起到了良好的防刺作用,但在相邻护体之间交接处仍然存在缝隙有被刺穿的风险。由于刀刃是非常薄且锋利的,当刀刃正好刺中两个护体片之间的缝隙中时,很可能会将承载护体片的基材划破刺穿,使得防刺护体服失去防护作用,造成安全隐患。
因此,有必要提供一种新的能有效避免护体缝隙刺穿的防刺护体结构来解决上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种能有效避免护体缝隙刺穿的防刺护体结构,其能够有效的阻止刀刃刺入护体片材之间的缝隙中,大大提高了防刺护体的安全防护性能。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现上述目的:一种能有效避免护体缝隙刺穿的防刺护体结构,其包括基布、排列固定在所述基布上的若干增强复合热塑性防刺片材,相邻两个所述增强复合热塑性防刺片材的相对端面形状仿形并相互匹配使得其垂直投影在所述基布上的阴影结构中有重叠部分,以便当刀刃刺到相邻两个所述增强复合热塑性防刺片材之间的缝隙部位时不会穿过所述增强复合热塑性防刺片材直击所述基布。
进一步的,相邻两个所述增强复合热塑性防刺片材之间形成有缝隙。
进一步的,所述缝隙包括横向缝隙和纵向缝隙。
进一步的,相邻两个所述横向缝隙相对应设置或错位设置。
进一步的,相邻两个所述纵向缝隙相对应设置或错位设置。
进一步的,相邻两个所述增强复合热塑性防刺片材之间形成的所述横向缝隙或所述纵向缝隙包括第一纵向缝与第二纵向缝、以及连通所述第一纵向缝与所述第二纵向缝的第一连接缝,所述第一连接缝为水平分布或斜向分布。

与现有技术相比,本发明一种能有效避免护体缝隙刺穿的防刺护体结构的有益效果在于:其能够有效的阻止刀刃刺入护体片材之间的缝隙中,大大提高了防刺护体的安全防护性能。具体的,通过将相邻两个增强复合热塑性防刺片材的相对端面相互匹配使得其垂直投影在基布上的阴影结构中有重叠部分,使得当刀刃刺到两个增强复合热塑性防刺片材之间时,在垂直方向上会受到增强复合热塑性防刺片材重叠部分的阻挡,有效的阻挡刀刃继续向基布方向刺入,提高了防护安全性能,解决了缝隙薄弱的技术问题。

本实施例不像现有技术中的刀刃可以长驱直入,没有任何阻挡,存在安全隐患,通过将相邻两个增强复合热塑性防刺片材2的相对端面相互匹配使得其垂直投影在基布1上的阴影结构中有重叠部分,使得当刀刃刺到两个增强复合热塑性防刺片材2之间时,在垂直方向上会受到增强复合热塑性防刺片材2重叠部分的阻挡,有效的阻挡刀刃继续向基布1方向刺入,提高了防护安全性能,解决了缝隙薄弱的技术问题。
增强复合热塑性防刺片材2在基布1上只设置一层,在保障安全防护性能的同时减轻了防刺护体结构的整体重量。
相邻两个增强复合热塑性防刺片材2之间形成有缝隙4,缝隙4的存在能够大大提高防刺护体服的整体柔性,使得穿着者能够更加的舒适,满足了柔性需求。
缝隙4包括横向缝隙47和纵向缝隙48。
本实施例中,相邻两个所述横向缝隙47相对应设置。在另一实施例中,相邻两个所述横向缝隙47错位设置。
本实施例中,相邻两个所述纵向缝隙48相对应设置。在另一实施例中,相邻两个所述纵向缝隙48错位设置。
