本发明属于电动工具技术领域,具体涉及一种快夹头组件。
背景技术
现有的电动工具,为增加电动工具的适用性,一般配有多个工具头,配合不同场合适用,各工具头之间通过快夹组件进行拆装,现有的快夹组件在使用时存在下述缺陷:由于其结构设计,大多需要双手进行操作,一只手用于开启夹槽,另一只手用于将工具头放入夹槽中,更换较不方便。
发明内容
本发明根据现有技术的不足提供一种快夹头组件,该快夹头组件安装和拆卸方便,操作简便,结构简单。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种快夹头组件,包括连接端头及与所述连接端头连接的夹头,所述夹头的内腔壁上设有限位环,所述夹头的内腔内设置有弹性元件,所述弹性元件的一端与所述连接端头抵接,另一端与所述限位环抵接,所述夹头靠近限位环的侧壁上开设有圆孔,所述圆孔的内部活动套设有滚珠,所述滚珠直径大于圆孔的深度,所述弹性元件的侧面与所述滚珠抵接,使滚珠向外移出夹头的内腔,所述夹头的外部套设有用于控制夹头夹紧或松开的控制组件,所述控制组件与所述滚珠卡接。
进一步的,所述弹性元件包括第一弹簧及与第一弹簧的一端连接的环状挡圈,所述第一弹簧的另一端与所述连接端头抵接,所述环状挡圈的另一端与所述限位环抵接,侧面与所述滚珠抵接,将滚珠顶出夹头的内腔。
进一步的,所述控制组件包括操作套本体和第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧设置于操作套本体和夹头之间,所述操作套本体内壁上设有凸块,所述第二弹簧的一端与凸块抵接,另一端与连接端头抵接,所述凸块与所述滚珠抵接。

相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的一种快夹头组件,在夹头的内腔设有弹性元件,当夹头中的工具头拔出后,弹性元件复位,然后将夹头侧壁上嵌设的滚珠向外顶 出,滚珠向控制组件方向移动,用于卡住控制组件向下滑移,此时可以保证夹头一直处于松开状态,当需要安装工具头时,只需将工具头直接放入夹头内,按压弹性元件,弹性元件被压缩,当滚珠卡入工具头连杆上的凹槽时,控制组件向下移动,使夹头夹紧工具头,完成安装,本发明的快夹头组件结构简单,安装和拆卸工具头方便,使用起来比较省力,操作便捷。

如图1所示一种快夹头组件,包括连接端头1及与所述连接端头1连接的夹头2,连接端头1的另一端可连接握柄、机头等构件,所述夹头2的内腔壁上设有限位环,所述夹头的内腔内设置有弹性元件,所述弹性元件的一端与所述连接端头1抵接,另一端与所述限位环抵接,所述夹头靠近限位环的侧壁上开设有圆孔,所述圆孔的内部套设有滚珠3,所述滚珠3直径大于圆孔的深度,保证滚珠3的局部外露于夹头的内腔内,所述弹性元件的侧面与所述滚珠3抵接,将滚珠3向外部顶出,所述夹头2的外部套设有用于控制夹头2夹紧或松开的控制组件,在未工作状态下,所述滚珠3与控制组件卡接,阻止控制组件向下移动。
本发明的快夹头组件,当工具头4拔出后,弹性元件复位,其侧面与滚珠3抵接,将滚珠3向外顶出,滚珠3向外移动从而卡住控制组件,阻止控制组件向下滑移,保证夹头2一直处于松开状态,当需要安装工具头4时,直接将工具头4放入夹头2内,向上挤压弹性元件,弹性元件被压缩,则与滚珠3脱离接触,滚珠3向内腔内移动,当工具头4连杆上的凹槽移动至滚珠3时,滚珠3卡入凹槽内,则控制组件失去滚珠3的抵制,向下滑移,使夹头2夹紧工具头4,完成工具头2的安装,本发明的快夹头组件结构简单,保证了在工具头4拔出状态时,夹头2能处于松开状态,当安装工具头4时,直接插入,不需要人工先松开夹 头2,操作起来简单、方便,还省力。
其中,所述弹性元件包括第一弹簧7及与第一弹簧7的一端连接的环状挡圈8,所述第一弹簧7的另一端与所述连接端头1抵接,当工具头4拔出时,第一弹簧7提供较快的恢复性,环状挡圈8与夹头2内腔侧壁上的限位环抵接,其侧面与滚珠3抵接,并将滚珠3顶出内腔,滚珠3向外移动卡住控制组件,从而阻止控制组件向下滑移,保证夹头2一直处于松开状态。
其中,所述控制组件包括操作套本体和第二弹簧5,所述第二弹簧5设置于操作套本体和夹头2之间,所述操作套本体内壁上设有凸块6,所示凸块6可以与操作套本体分离设计,此时凸块与操作套本体内壁过盈配合,凸块6也可以与操作套本体一体成型,由操作套本体内壁环凸成型,所述第二弹簧5的一端与凸块6抵接,另一端与连接端头1抵接,当拔出工具头4时,滚珠3被环状挡圈8顶出,滚珠3向外移动,此时滚珠3与凸块6的下端卡接,阻止操作套本体向下滑移,保证了夹头2一直处于松开状态。
进一步的,所述夹头2的外壁上环凸成型有环状扣环9,是为了限制操作套本体滑移,安装快夹头组件时,先将控制组件从夹头2的上端套进,再将夹头2与连接端头1连接。
实施例2。
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:如图2所示,所述夹头2与连接端头1的连接处设置有台阶,所述夹头2的外壁上设置有外嵌槽,所述环状扣环9嵌设于外嵌槽内,此种结构安装时需要将控制组件从夹头2远离连接端头1的一端套进,然后再安装环状扣环9,其他结构同实施例1,此处不再累述。

  1. 一种快夹头组件,其特征在于:包括连接端头及与所述连接端头连接的夹头,所述夹头的内腔壁上设有限位环,所述夹头的内腔内设置有弹性元件,所述弹性元件的一端与所述连接端头抵接,另一端与所述限位环抵接,所述夹头靠近限位环的侧壁上开设有圆孔,所述圆孔的内部活动套设有滚珠,所述滚珠直径大于圆孔的深度,所述弹性元件的侧面与所述滚珠抵接,使滚珠向外移出夹头的内腔,所述夹头的外部套设有用于控制夹头夹紧或松开的控制组件,所述控制组件与所述滚珠卡接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的快夹头组件,其特征在于:所述弹性元件包括第一弹簧及与第一弹簧的一端连接的环状挡圈,所述第一弹簧的另一端与所述连接端头抵接,所述环状挡圈的另一端与所述限位环抵接,侧面与所述滚珠抵接,将滚珠顶出夹头的内腔。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的快夹头组件,其特征在于:所述控制组件包括操作套本体和第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧设置于操作套本体和夹头之间,所述操作套本体内壁上设有凸块,所述第二弹簧的一端与凸块抵接,另一端与连接端头抵接,所述凸块与所述滚珠抵接。

  7. 如权利要求6所述的快夹头组件,其特征在于:所述夹头的外壁上设置有外嵌槽,所述环状扣环设置于外嵌槽内。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的快夹头组件,其特征在于:所述环状扣环与所述夹头一体成型。
