Description

接桿結構
本發明係與接桿結構有關,特別是指一種可對工具頭進行快速拆組的接桿結構。
一般在進行自動鎖卸作業時,皆透過一接桿來輔助進行,該接桿一端設有一可替換之工具頭,而另端則供氣動工具夾合帶動,藉由氣動工具帶動該接桿轉動,使接桿上之工具頭帶動螺絲,以完成鎖卸作業。而在進行拆組工具頭的過程中,為使該工具頭得以被快速插置與拔取,該工具桿皆配置有一快速滑脫單元,例如中華民國申請第094214293號「接桿工具之起子頭定位結構改良」、中華民國申請第090210963號「起子頭套筒構造改良」等,其藉由推動及釋放該快速滑脫單元的滑套,而使該工具頭得以被快速插置與拔取,然而,該工具頭於實際拔取過程中仍具有下數須立即改善的缺陷:當進行拔取該工具頭時,需手持該工具頭外露於該接桿的部位,並施力將該工具頭接拔出,而由於習知接桿結構不具有將該工具頭推移於外的功能,因此會有工具頭插入過深而外露部份過短之情況,讓使用者不容易進行拔取施力的缺陷,除此之外,當該工具頭在插置定位後,會被該接桿內所配置的磁鐵所吸附定位,更讓使用者不容易將該工具頭拔取,是以,凸顯出習知接桿結構在拔取該工具頭不便的缺陷。
據此,如何能開發出一種接桿結構可解決上述的缺陷,即為本案發明的動機。
本發明之目的在於提供一種接桿結構,其主要在拔取插置於接桿的工具頭時,得以將該工具頭外推,以增加該工具頭外露於接桿之外的部份,而更方便握持該工具頭進行拔取的動作。
有關本發明為達成上述目的,所採用之技術、手段及其他之功效,茲舉一較佳可行實施例並配合圖式詳細說明如後。惟此實施例及圖示僅為本發明之較佳實施例而已,當不能以之限定本發明實施之範圍,即大凡依本發明申請專利範圍所作之均等變化與修飾,皆應屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。
參閱第1、2圖,本發明實施例所提供的一種接桿結構,適用於工具頭91插置定位與脫離以及被氣動工具92帶動,該接桿結構主要係由一軸管10、一桿體20、一內彈簧31、一連動件40、一磁鐵50、二第一珠體61、二第二珠體62、一限位件63、一外彈簧32、一滑套70、以及一套環80所組成,其中:該軸管10,為一中空狀之管體,而具有一供該工具頭91插置的軸向通道11、貫通於該軸向通道11的二第一穿孔12及二第二穿孔13、一貫通於該軸向通道11且位於該 第一、二穿孔12、13之間的限位孔14、一設於該軸向通道11之外且位於該第一穿孔12與該限位孔14之間的環凸部15、一設於該環凸部15一端且鄰近該第一穿孔12的第一環抵面151、及一設於該環凸部15另一端且鄰近該限位孔14的第二環抵面152。須說明的是,該軸向通道11前段的橫截面對應該工具頭91型態而呈六角形型態,而該軸向通道11後段的橫截面對應該連動件40與桿體20型態而呈圓形型態。
該桿體20,具有一嵌設於該軸管10軸向通道11的嵌部21及一受氣動工具92夾制的連接部22。其中該嵌部21朝前(即後述連動件40的方向)設有一供該內彈簧31套設的延伸部23。
該內彈簧31,設於該軸向通道11,並具有一抵頂於該桿體20嵌部21的第一內端部311、及一反向於該第一內端部311的第二內端部312。
該連動件40,可滑動地設於該軸管10軸向通道11,並具有一抵頂於該內彈簧31第二內端部312的第一連動部41、一設於該第一連動部41的定位環凹42、一具有呈面對面第一、二槽壁面431、432的限位環凹43、及一第二連動部44,該連動件40受該內彈簧31推抵而朝該軸管10之外位移。
該磁鐵50,位於該軸管10軸向通道11內且固設於該 連動件40的二連動部44,用以磁吸定位該工具頭91。
該第一珠體61,可活動地設於該軸管10的第一穿孔12,以定位或脫離該工具頭91。
該第二珠體62,可活動地設於該軸管10的第二穿孔13,以定位或脫離該連動件40的定位環凹42。
該限位件63為一球體,而具有一嵌設於該軸管10限位孔14的定位部631、及一且位於該第一、二槽壁面431、432之間的限位部632,以限制並避免該連動件40受該內彈簧31推抵而滑脫於該軸管10之外。
該外彈簧32,套設於該軸管10,並具有一抵頂於該第二環抵面152的第一外端部321、及一反向於該第一外端部321的第二外端部322。
該滑套70,可滑動地套設於該軸管10,並具有一套設於該軸管10的軸向滑道71、一設於該軸向滑道71一端的壓抵部72、一設於該壓抵部72且壓抵或脫離該第一珠體61的壓抵環面721、及一設於該壓抵部72且靠抵或遠離該第一環抵面151的壓抵端面722,且當該壓抵端面722遠離該第一環抵面151及該壓抵環面721脫離該第一珠體61時,該滑套70與該軸管10形成一供該第一珠體61容置的閃避空間73。
該套環80,可滑動地套設於該軸管10,並具有一嵌設於該滑套70軸向滑道71另一端的環嵌部81、一設於該環嵌部81且供該外彈簧32第二外端部322靠抵的環端面811、 一壓抵或脫離該第二珠體62的環抵面812、及一供該第二珠體62容置或脫離的閃避槽82。
以上所述即為本發明實施例各主要構件之結構及其組態說明。至於本發明實施例的操作方式及其功效,做以下說明。
參閱第2圖所示,令該工具頭91插置於該軸管10的軸向通道11,並受該第一珠體61卡制定位以及受該磁鐵50所磁吸定位,且將該連動件40內推而壓抵該內彈簧31使其蓄積一彈性恢復力,同時讓該連動件40的定位環凹42受該第二珠體62卡制定位,藉以完成該接桿20的工作狀態。
參閱第3、4圖所示,如欲拔取該工具頭91時,將該滑套70朝工具頭91方向推移一適當距離,使該滑套70帶動該套環80位移而壓抵該外彈簧32,使其蓄積一彈性恢復力,同時讓該套環80的環抵面812脫離該第二珠體62,而使其閃避槽82對應該第二珠體62,同時,該滑套70推移後帶動其壓抵環面721脫離該第一珠體61,而使該閃避空間73對應該第一珠體61,此時,由於該第一珠體61脫離了該壓抵環面721的壓抵、該第二珠體62脫離了該套環80的環抵面812的壓抵,因此,該內彈簧31得以產生彈性釋放,而將該連動件40連同該工具頭91朝該軸管10之外推移,直到該連動件40的第二槽壁面432靠抵於該限位件63的限位部632為止,其狀態如第4圖所示,此時,該第二株體62會被該連動件40的第一連動部41推抵而位於該套環80的閃避槽82 內,在該連動件40尚未被內推而使其定位環凹42對應該第二珠體62時,該滑套70則保持推移後的狀態,而該工具頭91被外推的距離為該連動件40該第一、二槽壁面431、432之間的距離,據此,本發明在拔取插置於該軸管10的工具頭91時,得以將該工具頭91外推,以增加該工具頭91外露於接桿之外的部份,而更方便握持該工具頭91進行拔取的動作。而在拔取該工具頭91之後,可更換不同型態的工具頭,以將該連動件40內推,使該外彈簧32的彈性釋放而恢復至該接桿20的工作狀態。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種接桿結構,適用於工具頭插置定位與脫離,該接桿結構包含:一軸管,具有一供該工具頭插置的軸向通道、一貫通於該軸向通道的第一、二穿孔、一貫通於該軸向通道且位於該第一、二穿孔之間的限位孔、一設於該軸向通道之外且位於該第一穿孔與該限位孔之間的環凸部、一設於該環凸部一端且鄰近該第一穿孔的第一環抵面、及一設於該環凸部另一端且鄰近該限位孔的第二環抵面;一桿體,具有一嵌設於該軸向通道的嵌部及一受氣動工具夾制的連接部;一內彈簧,設於該軸向通道,並具有一抵頂於該嵌部的第一內端部、及一反向於該第一內端部的第二內端部;一連動件,可滑動地設於該軸向通道,並具有一抵頂於該內彈簧第二內端部的第一連動部、一設於該第一連動部的定位環凹、一具有呈面對面第一、二槽壁面的限位環凹、及一第二連動部;一磁鐵,位於該軸向通道內且固設於該連動件的第二連動部;一第一珠體,可活動地設於該軸管的第一穿孔,以定位或脫離該工具頭;一第二珠體,可活動地設於該軸管的第二穿孔,以定位或脫離該連動件的定位環凹;一限位件,具有一嵌設於該軸管限位孔的定位部、及一且位於該第一、二槽壁面之間的限位部;一外彈簧,套設於該軸管,並具有一抵頂於該第二環抵面的第一外端部、及一反向於該第一外端部的第二外端部;一滑套,可滑動地套設於該軸管,並具有一套設於該軸管的軸向滑道、一設於該軸向滑道一端的壓抵部、一設於該壓抵部且壓抵或脫離該第一珠體的壓抵環面、及一設於該壓抵部且靠抵或遠離該第一環抵面的壓抵端面,且當該壓抵端面遠離該第一環抵面及該壓抵環面脫離該第一珠體時,該滑套與該軸管形成一供該第一珠體容置的閃避空間;一套環,可滑動地套設於該軸管,並具有一嵌設於該軸向滑道另一端的環嵌部、一設於該環嵌部且供該外彈簧第二外端部靠抵的環端面、一壓抵或脫離該第二珠體的環抵面、及一供該第二珠體容置或脫離的閃避槽。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之接桿結構,其中該限位件為球體。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之接桿結構,其中該桿體的嵌部朝該連動件方向設有一供內彈簧套設的延伸部。
