一种电子装置、PCB板及电动工具,该电子装置包括:主体(1)、第一电连接部(11)、可变电阻(111)、调速触点(4)、换向电连接部、换向触点(6)、调速手柄(3)和换向手柄(5);第一电连接部(11)与主体(1)采用熔胶固化方式连接,且有一端外露于所述主体(1);所述调速手柄(3)与所述主体(1)形成第一空间,所述调速触点(4)和所述可变电阻(111)设置在所述第一空间内,在所述调速手柄(3)的驱动下,所述调速触点(4)与所述可变电阻(111)在所述可变电阻(111)长度方向相对滑动调速;在所述换向手柄(5)的驱动下,所述换向触点(6)与所述换向电连接部相对滑动换向。该电子装置保证了电动工具的调速和换向功能,而且有效降低了成本。

Description

一种电子装置、PCB板及电动工具 技术领域
本发明属于电动工具技术领域,尤其涉及一种电子装置、PCB板及电动工具。
背景技术
电动工具是一种用于供操作人员手握持进行操作,以小功率电动机或电磁铁作为动力,通过传动机构来驱动作业工作头的工具,其种类较为繁多,且具有携带方便、操作简单、功能多样、可以减轻劳动强度、提高工作效率等优点,被广泛应用于建筑、住房装潢、汽车装配、工程机械等领域,也大量进入家庭中。
目前,电动工具通常具有调速功能换向功能,以满足不同的工况需求,其调速功能通常由单独设置的一个调速开关来实现,该调速开关通常采用电子电路或微处理芯片来改变电机的级数、电压、电流或频率等方法来控制电机的转速,而换向功能通常由单独设置的换向器等部件来实现,以使得电机能够达到较高的使用性能。由于所述的调速开关和换向器通常由专门的厂家生产,零件采购成本通常较高,导致电动工具的成本较高。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种电子装置,旨在解决现有电动工具同时采用调速开关和换向器而导致成本较高的问题。
本发明实施例是这样实现的,本发明实施例提供一种电子装置,包括:主体、第一电连接部、可变电阻、调速触点、换向电连接部、换向触点、调速手柄和换向手柄,所述可变电阻的电阻值沿其长度方向变化;
所述第一电连接部与所述主体采用熔胶固化方式连接,且有一端外露于所述主体;
所述调速触点和可变电阻,其中一个设置在所述主体上、并与所述第一电连接部连接,另一个设置在所述调速手柄上;
所述调速手柄与所述主体的一端滑动连接,并与所述主体形成第一空间,所述调速触点和所述可变电阻设置在所述第一空间内,且所述调速触点与所述可变电阻接触,在所述调速手柄的驱动下,所述调速触点与所述可变电阻在所述可变电阻长度方向相对滑动调速;
所述换向电连接部与所述主体采用熔胶固化方式连接,且有一端外露于所述主体,所述换向触点设置在所述换向手柄上;
所述换向手柄与所述主体的另一端滑动连接,所述换向触点与所述换向电连接部接触,在所述换向手柄的驱动下,所述换向触点与所述换向电连接部相对滑动换向。
更进一步地,所述熔胶固化方式为注塑成型方式。
更进一步地,所述调速手柄一端为筒状结构,且端部设有开口,所述调速手柄的开口端通过弹性件套接于所述主体的一端外部;
所述调速触点包括第一连接端和与所述第一连接端连接的第一弹片,所述第一连接端与所述调速手柄的内壁连接,所述第一弹片与所述可变电阻接触;
所述主体的一端周向设置有第一环形沟槽,所述第一环形沟槽内套设有第一密封圈;
所述调速手柄的内壁通过所述第一密封圈与所述主体一端的外壁连接,并在所述调速手柄内形成所述第一空间。
更进一步地,所述换向手柄与所述主体形成第二空间,所述换向触点和所述换向电连接部均位于所述第二空间内。
更进一步地,所述换向电连接部包括第二电连接部和第三电连接部;
所述换向触点包括相连接的第一触点和第二触点;
所述换向手柄带动所述换向触点滑动时,所述第一触点和所述第二触点能够分别与所述第二电连接部和所述第三电连接部接触或分离。
更进一步地,所述换向电连接部包括第四电连接部、第五电连接部和第六电连接部;
所述换向触点包括相连接的第三触点和第四触点;
所述换向手柄带动所述换向触点滑动时,所述第三触点和所述第四触点能够分别与所述第四电连接部和所述第五电连接部接触,或分别与所述第五电连接部和所述第六电连接部接触。
更进一步地,所述主体的另一端设置有具有入口的壳体;
所述换向手柄上与所述换向触点连接的一端周向设置有第二环形沟槽,所述第二环形沟槽内套设有第二密封圈;
所述壳体的内壁通过所述第二密封圈与所述主体另一端的外壁连接,并在所述壳体内形成所述第二空间。
更进一步地,所述可变电阻通过第一印制板设置在所述主体上、并与所述第一电连接部连接。
本发明实施例还提供了一种PCB板,包括PCB板本体及固定设置在所述PCB板本体上的前述的电子装置。
本发明实施例还提供了一种电动工具,包括前述的电子装置。
本发明实施例通过将第一电连接部、换向电连接部与主体采用熔胶固化方式连接,第一电连接部、换向电连接部与主体的安装工序,使第一电连接部、换向电连接部与主体成一体,防止第一电连接部、换向电连接部与主体脱落,提高了电子装置的稳定性,减少了生产工序,节约了生产成本。且调速手柄与所述主体形成第一空间,调速触点和可变电阻设置在第一空间内,有效避免了外界的灰尘或水等杂物进入,污染调速触点或可变电阻,防止其发生短路或接触不良等现象,保证了该电子装置的正常工作。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例将第一电连接部、换向电连接部与主体采用熔胶固化方式连接,且调速手柄与所述主体形成第一空间,熔胶固化方式简化第一电连接部、换向电连接部与主体的安装工序,使第一电连接部、换向电连接部与主体成一体,防止第一电连接部、换向电连接部与主体脱落,提高了电子装置的稳定性,减少了生产工序,节约了生产成本。调速触点和可变电阻设置在第一空间内,有效避免了外界的灰尘或水等杂物进入,污染调速触点或可变电阻,防止其发生短路或接触不良等现象,保证了该电子装置的正常工作。
实施例一
如图1和图2所示,本发明实施例提供了一种电子装置,一种电子装置,包括:主体1、第一电连接部11、可变电阻111、调速触点4、换向电连接部、换向触点6、调速手柄3和换向手柄5,所述可变电阻111的电阻值沿其长度方向变化;
第一电连接部11与主体1采用熔胶固化方式连接,且有一端外露于所述主体1;
调速触点4和可变电阻111,其中一个设置在所述主体1上、并与所述第一电连接部11连接,另一个设置在所述调速手柄3上;
调速手柄3与所述主体1的一端滑动连接,并与主体1形成第一空间,调速触点4和可变电阻111设置在第一空间内,且调速触点4与可变电阻111接触,在调速手柄3的驱动下,调速触点4与可变电阻111在可变电阻111长度方向相对滑动调速;
所述换向电连接部与所述主体1采用熔胶固化方式连接,且有一端外露于所述主体1,换向触点6设置在换向手柄5上;
换向手柄5与主体1的另一端滑动连接,换向触点6与换向电连接部接触,在换向手柄5的驱动下,换向触点6与换向电连接部相对滑动换向。
换向触点6与换向电连接部相互接触,调速触点4和可变电阻111相互接触,只需要满足此功能即可实现调速和换向,因此,换向触点6或换向电连接部固定设置在主体1上,调速触点4或可变电阻111固定设置在主体1上均可。
该电子装置可以应用于电动工具,用以调节工作头的转速和转动方向,以使得电动工具能够适应各种工况。其中,第一电连接部11和换向电连接部均可以与控制器连接,且该控制器可以为电动工具中与电机电连接的控制器,且第一电连接部11可以为导电金属片,而主体1、调速手柄3和换向手柄5可以采用塑胶等非导电材料制成,且第一电连接部11采用熔胶固化方式与主体连接,该熔胶固化方式可以为热熔方式或注塑方式。此外,可变电阻111可以采用长条状碳膜制成。
本发明实施例通过将第一电连接部、换向电连接部与主体采用熔胶固化方式连接,简化第一电连接部、换向电连接部与主体的安装工序,使第一电连接部、换向电连接部与主体成一体,防止第一电连接部、换向电连接部与主体脱落,提高了电子装置的稳定性,减少了生产工序,节约了生产成本。且调速手柄与所述主体形成第一空间,调速触点和可变电阻设置在第一空间内,有效避免了外界的灰尘或水等杂物进入,污染调速触点或可变电阻,防止其发生短路或接触不良等现象,保证了该电子装置的正常工作。
实施例二
在实施例一的基础上,本发明还提供一个可选实施例,前述的熔胶固化方式具体可以为注塑成型方式。
实施例三
在实施例一的基础上,本发明还提供一个可选实施例,参见图2,调速手柄3一端为筒状结构,且端部设有开口,该调速手柄3的开口端可以通过弹性件31套接于主体1的一端外部;调速触点4可以包括第一连接端41和与第一连接端41连接的第一弹片42,第一连接端41与调速手柄3的内壁连接,第一弹片42与可变电阻111接触;主体1的一端周向可以设置有第一环形沟槽14,该第一环形沟槽14内套设有第一密封圈141;调速手柄3的内壁通过该第一密封圈141与主体1一端的外壁连接,并在调速手柄3内形成前述的第一空间。
其中,弹性件31可以为弹簧,调速手柄3可以通过弹簧实现与主体1一端的弹性连接,即在推动调速手柄3时,调速手柄3可以带动调速触点4相对主体1移动,从而使得调速触点4的第一弹片42在可变电阻111上滑动,进而改变输出电阻信号,使得控制器可以根据该不断变化的电阻信号调节电动工具的电机转速,结构简单,成本低廉,使用可靠。此外,第一电连接部11可以为并排布置的两个,且调速触点4可以包括两个相连接且并排布置的第一弹片,且两个第一弹片与两个第一电连接部11一一对应接触。
根据上述实施例,通过该第一密封圈141的设置,使得该密封圈、主体1外部和调速手柄3内壁之间可以围成第一空间,且可变电阻111和调速触点4可以位于该第一空间内,从而更好地避免了外界的灰尘或水等杂物对可变电阻111和调速触点4之间的滑动接触造成影响,防止了发生短路等不良现象,保证了电阻信号的正常输出,进而保证了该电子装置的正常工作。
实施例四
在实施例一的基础上,本发明还提供一个可选实施例,参见图1、图2,换向手柄5与主体1形成第二空间,所述换向触点6和所述换向电连接部均位于所述第二空间内。
本发明实施例通过将换向触点和换向电连接部中的其中一个与主体采用熔胶固化方式连接,简化换向触点或换向电连接部与主体的安装工序,使换向触点或换向电连接部与主体成一体,防止换向触点或换向电连接部与主体脱落,提高了电子装置的稳定性,减少了生产工序,节约了生产成本。且换向手柄与主体形成第二空间,换向触点和换向电连接部设置在第二空间内,有效避免了外界的灰尘或水等杂物进入,污染换向触点和换向电连接部,防止其发生短路或接触不良等现象,保证了该电子装置的正常工作。
实施例五
在实施例四的基础上,本发明还提供一个可选实施例,参见图3,前述的换向电连接部具体可以包括第二电连接部12和第三电连接部13,且该第二电连接部12和第三电连接部13均可以为导电金属片;换向触点6可以包括相连接的第一触点61和第二触点62;换向手柄5带动换向触点6滑动时,第一触点61和第二触点62能够分别与第二电连接部12和第三电连接部13接触或分离。其中,第二电连接部12和第三电连接部13可以连接在换向电路中,当换向触点6的第一触点61和第二触点62能够分别与第二电连接部12和第三电连接部13接触时,即可使得换向电路导通,第一触点61和第二触点62能够分别与第二电连接部12和第三电连接部13分离时,即可使得换向电路断开,从而使得控制器可以控制电动工具的电机换向,结构简单,实现方便。
实施例六
在实施例一的基础上,本发明还提供一个可选实施例,前述的换向电连接部并不限于上述的结构形式,在该实施例中,换向电连接部具体可以包括第四电连接部、第五电连接部和第六电连接部;换向触点可以包括相连接的第三触点和第四触点;换向手柄带动换向触点滑动时,第三触点和第四触点能够分别与第四电连接部和第五电连接部接触,或分别与第五电连接部和第六电连接部接触。其中,第四电连接部和第五电连接部可以连接在第一换向电路中,第五电连接部和第六电连接部可以连接在第二换向电路中,当换向触点的第三触点和第四触点分别与第四电连接部和第五电连接部接触时,即可使得第一换向电路导通,当换向触点的第三触点和第四触点分别与第五电连接部和第六电连接部接触时,即可使得第二换向电路导通,从而使得控制器可以控制电动工具的电机换向,结构简单,实现方便。
实施例七
在实施例五的基础上,本发明还提供一个可选实施例,参见图3或图4,主体1的另一端设置有具有入口的壳体15;换向手柄5上与换向触点6连接的一端周向可以设置有第二环形沟槽52,该第二环形沟槽52内可以套设有第二密封圈521;壳体15的内壁通过第二密封圈521与主体1另一端的外壁连接,并在壳体15内形成前述的第二空间。通过该第二密封圈521的设置,使得该密封圈、换向手柄5外部和壳体15内壁之间可以围成第二空间,且第二电连接部12、第三电连接部13和换向触点6均位于该第二空间内,从而避免了外界的灰尘或水等杂物对换向触点6、第二电连接部12和第三电连接部13之间的滑动接触造成影响,防止了发生短路等不良现象,保证了信号的正常输出,进而保证了该电子装置的正常工作。
实施例八
在实施例七的基础上,本发明还提供一个可选实施例,参见图3和图4,并结合图1,第二电连接部12和第三电连接部13位于壳体15内,在壳体15的一侧面设置有与入口连通的滑槽151;换向手柄5呈U形,该换向手柄5的一侧面设置有滑柄51,换向手柄5滑动连接于壳体15内且套设于主体1的另一端,滑柄51位于滑槽151内。
根据上述实施例,换向手柄5滑动连接在壳体15内,当推动滑柄51时,滑柄51可在壳体15的滑槽151内移动,并带动换向手柄5在壳体15内滑动,从而带动换向触点6的第二弹片和第三弹片分别与第二电连接部12和第三电连接部13接触,或从第二电连接部12和第三电连接部13上离开,从而使得第二电连接部12和第三电连接部13所在的电路可以导通或断开,进而使得控制器可以控制电动工具的电机换向,从而实现了该电子装置的换向功能,结构简单,成本低廉,实现可靠。
其中,换向手柄5在壳体15内的滑动连接方式有多种,例如,可以在壳体15内设置与换向手柄5轮廓形状相适配的滑道,使得换向手柄5可在滑柄51的带动下在滑道内移动。而且,为了避免换向手柄5从壳体15内脱出,可以在壳体15的内壁上设置卡接凸起,同时在换向手柄5的相应位置设置相匹配的卡槽,使得卡接凸起与该卡槽卡合连接。
具体地,参见图3和图4,并结合图1,换向触点6包括第二连接端63和与第二连接端63连接的第二弹片和第三弹片,该第二弹片和第三弹片分别形成第一触点61和第二触点62,第二连接端63与换向手柄5的内壁连接,第二弹片和第三弹片用于分别与第二电连接部12和第三电连接部13接触。
实施例九
在实施例一至八的基础上,本发明还提供一个可选实施例,前述的可变电阻可以通过第一印制板(图中未示出)设置在主体1上、并与第一电连接部11连接。具体地,此时的可变电阻可以为贴设在第一印制板上的长条状碳膜,还可以为设置在第一印制板一侧上、且沿直线间隔分布的多个电阻,且该多个电阻的阻值沿其排列方向逐渐变化,第一印制板另一侧设置有与各电阻一一对应连接的铜片,调速手柄上的调速触点通过与铜片连接,进而连接生意人电阻,达到调速的目的,从而提高该电子装置的加工方便性。
实施例十
参见图2,本发明实施例还提供了一种电动工具,包括PCB板本体2及固定设置在所述PCB板本体2上的如上述的电子装置。该电子装置在壳体15的外壁上可以设置有定位柱152;PCB板本体2上可以设置有与该定位柱152相适配的定位孔21;定位柱152插设于定位孔21内。通过定位柱152和定位孔21的设置,使得PCB板本体2和该电子装置可以稳固地电连接。其中,为了进一步保证固定效果,定位柱152和定位孔21的数量可以设置为多个,例如4个,且可呈矩形阵列布置,并将第一电连接部11至第三电连接部13与PCB板本体2之间的连接点包围其中。
PCB板本体2与电子装置还可以通过焊接连接,将电子装置的引脚焊接在PCB板本体2的焊孔内。
实施例十一
本发明实施例还提供了一种电动工具,包括前述的电子装置。
本发明实施例电子装置通过将第一电连接部、换向电连接部与主体采用熔胶固化方式连接,简化第一电连接部、换向电连接部与主体的安装工序,使第一电连接部、换向电连接部与主体成一体,防止第一电连接部、换向电连接部与主体脱落,提高了电子装置的稳定性,减少了生产工序,节约了生产成本。且调速手柄与所述主体形成第一空间,调速触点和可变电阻设置在第一空间内,有效避免了外界的灰尘或水等杂物进入,污染调速触点或可变电阻,防止其发生短路或接触不良等现象,保证了该电子装置的正常工作。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子装置,其特征在于,包括:主体、第一电连接部、可变电阻、调速触点、换向电连接部、换向触点、调速手柄和换向手柄,所述可变电阻的电阻值沿其长度方向变化;
    所述第一电连接部与所述主体采用熔胶固化方式连接,且有一端外露于所述主体;
    所述调速触点和可变电阻,其中一个设置在所述主体上、并与所述第一电连接部连接,另一个设置在所述调速手柄上;
    所述调速手柄与所述主体的一端滑动连接,并与所述主体形成第一空间,所述调速触点和所述可变电阻设置在所述第一空间内,且所述调速触点与所述可变电阻接触,在所述调速手柄的驱动下,所述调速触点与所述可变电阻在所述可变电阻长度方向相对滑动调速;
    所述换向电连接部与所述主体采用熔胶固化方式连接,且有一端外露于所述主体,所述换向触点设置在所述换向手柄上;
    所述换向手柄与所述主体的另一端滑动连接,所述换向触点与所述换向电连接部接触,在所述换向手柄的驱动下,所述换向触点与所述换向电连接部相对滑动换向。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,
    所述熔胶固化方式为注塑成型方式。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,
    所述调速手柄一端为筒状结构,且端部设有开口,所述调速手柄的开口端通过弹性件套接于所述主体的一端外部;
    所述调速触点包括第一连接端和与所述第一连接端连接的第一弹片,所述第一连接端与所述调速手柄的内壁连接,所述第一弹片与所述可变电阻接触;
    所述主体的一端周向设置有第一环形沟槽,所述第一环形沟槽内套设有第一密封圈;
    所述调速手柄的内壁通过所述第一密封圈与所述主体一端的外壁连接,并在所述调速手柄内形成所述第一空间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,
    所述换向手柄与所述主体形成第二空间,所述换向触点和所述换向电连接部均位于所述第二空间内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述换向电连接部包括第二电连接部和第三电连接部;
    所述换向触点包括相连接的第一触点和第二触点;
    所述换向手柄带动所述换向触点滑动时,所述第一触点和所述第二触点能够分别与所述第二电连接部和所述第三电连接部接触或分离。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,
    所述换向电连接部包括第四电连接部、第五电连接部和第六电连接部;
    所述换向触点包括相连接的第三触点和第四触点;
    所述换向手柄带动所述换向触点滑动时,所述第三触点和所述第四触点能够分别与所述第四电连接部和所述第五电连接部接触,或分别与所述第五电连接部和所述第六电连接部接触。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的电子装置,其特征在于,
    所述主体的另一端设置有具有入口的壳体;
    所述换向手柄上与所述换向触点连接的一端周向设置有第二环形沟槽,所述第二环形沟槽内套设有第二密封圈;
    所述壳体的内壁通过所述第二密封圈与所述主体另一端的外壁连接,并在所述壳体内形成所述第二空间。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的电子装置,其特征在于,
    所述可变电阻通过第一印制板设置在所述主体上、并与所述第一电连接部连接。
  9. 一种PCB板,其特征在于,包括PCB板本体及固定设置在所述PCB板本体上的如权利要求1-8任一项所述的电子装置。
  10. 一种电动工具,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的电子装置。
