在本发明实施例中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明实施例中的具体含义。
请参阅图1至图4,本发明实施例提供一种包装软管,其包括软管10、滑动座21、阀体22、涂抹头30、外盖40。软管10包括可挤压的管体11、及连接于管体11的一端的管头12;软管10用于盛装内容物。滑动座21活动安装于管头12,滑动座21与管头12扣合;阀体22固定于滑动座21内,当滑动座21向上移动时打开阀体22,管体11内的内容物经由管头12及滑动座21流出;涂抹头30安装于阀体22与滑动座21之间;外盖40可拆卸地安装于管头12,在外盖40盖设于管头12时推动滑动座21向下移动以闭合阀体22(图4、图8(a)所示),在拔出外盖40时外盖40带动滑动座21向上移动以打开阀体22(图8所示)。
在本发明另一实施例中,软管10可以是塑料挤出管、铝塑复合管(ABL)、全塑带阻隔复合管(PBL)或其它软管。上述软管10容易成型。管头12注接于管体11的一端,容易成型。
在本发明另一实施例中,软管10的截面可以是圆形、椭圆形、异形、多角形或其它形状。软管10的截面形状可以为不同的形状,按需设置。
在本发明另一实施例中,参阅图4至图7,管头12的顶部设有一柱塞13,管头12的端面开设有若干通孔121,管头12的端面向外延伸一管头柱环14,柱塞13位于管头柱环14内,通孔121与管头12环柱的内腔连通。管体11的内容物可以从通孔121出来进入管头12环柱的内腔,便于管体11的内容物尽可能地由阀体22排出,避免内容物进入滑动座21其它位置。
在本发明另一实施例中,阀体22开设有出料孔221,出料孔221的边沿朝向于管头12延伸形成有封堵环224,封堵环224与柱塞13配合。该结构便于柱塞13端部伸入封堵环224内,实现可靠密封,避免内容物由出料孔221漏出。
在本发明另一实施例中,阀体22于出料孔221背离于管头12一端的边沿延伸形成有出液管227,出液管227与涂抹头30连通。该结构便于将内容物导引至涂抹头30的端面,而不是停留在涂抹头30的内部。
在本发明另一实施例中,阀体22的出料孔221的边沿向外延伸设有第一柱环225与第二柱环226,管头柱环14伸入第一柱环225与第二柱环226之间的区域。该结构便于引导阀体22与滑动座21,让阀体22与滑动座21在预定方向移动,而不会产生歪斜。在将外盖40拔出时,让外盖40更稳定地带起滑动座21,实现柱塞13离开于出料孔221。
在本发明另一实施例中,管头柱环14的内表面凸设有用于与第一柱环225的外表面抵接配合的密封环141。该结构容易成型,让管头柱环14与第一柱环225之间可靠密封,避免内容物从两者之间的间隙漏出。
在本发明另一实施例中,请参阅图2、图7至图9,滑动座21的外表面设有台阶211,外盖40的内表面设有用于与台阶211抵接配合的抵接台41,在将外盖40盖设于管头12时,抵接台41抵接于台阶211以使滑动座21向下移动闭合阀体22。在不使用时,通过将外盖40盖在管头12上,抵接台41与台阶211抵接,让滑动座21复位,闭合阀体22,避免内容物漏出。具体地,两个抵接台41对称分布于外盖40内表面,滑动座21外表面对称设有两个台阶211,抵接台41与台阶211一一对应配置,在将外盖40盖设于管头12时,让安装套可靠地跟随外盖40移动。
在本发明另一实施例中,滑动座21的口部内沿设有卡扣213,管头12的侧壁对应开设有预定宽度的限位槽122,卡扣213扣接于限位槽122内,限位槽122的宽度为滑动座21的上下移动范围。该结构容易装配,便于调节滑动座21相对于管头12的位置。具体地,限位槽122为凹设于管头12侧壁的环形槽,卡扣213可沿轴向方向移动,卡扣213与环形槽的两个内侧壁配合以限定滑动座21相对于管头12的移动范围。
在本发明另一实施例中,外盖40的口部内沿设有扣线42,管头12的侧壁对应开设有与扣线42扣接的扣位123,当外盖40盖设于管头12时,扣线42扣接于扣位123,滑动座21处于闭合状态。该结构容易成型,通过扣线42与扣位123配合,让外盖40限位于管头12。具体地,扣线42的数量至少为二,扣线42均布于外盖40口部内沿,扣位123的数量等于扣线42的数量,扣位123为凹设于管头12的侧壁的弧形槽,扣线42扣接于扣位123时,让外盖40可靠地限位于管头12。
在本发明另一实施例中,参阅图4、图5、图8,在拔出外盖40时,扣线42分离于扣位123,外盖40在拔开向上移动的过程中扣线42抵接于滑动座21的口部边沿,以带动滑动座21向上移动打开阀体22。扣线42的内径小于滑动座21其中一端口部外径,在拔出外盖40的过程,扣线42与滑动座21的口部干涉,借助拔开外盖40的动作将滑动座21同时带开,拔开外盖40后可以直接使用。
在本发明另一实施例中,涂抹头30为软质刷具。具体地,软质刷具是热塑性弹性体(TPE)或硅胶的软质刷具。
在本发明另一实施例中,请参阅图2至图4,涂抹头30可以为毛刷、眼线笔、棉棒、植绒头、滚珠、海绵头、软胶舌片、粉扑头、唇膏头、按摩头等各种形式的涂抹头。
在本发明另一实施例中,涂抹头30包括固定块31及安装于固定块31一侧的涂抹部32,固定块31抵接于阀体22上。该结构容易成型与装配。
在本发明另一实施例中,滑动座21的口部边沿向内延伸形成有抵接部214,抵接部214抵接于固定块31以使固定块31固定于阀体22上。该结构容易装配,在将涂抹头30的固定块31放置于阀体22的一侧,再将阀体22固定于滑动座21内,抵接部214与阀体22夹持固定块31,使得涂抹头30固定于阀体22。具体地,固定块31呈饼状,固定块31有一定硬度,抵接部214呈环状,抵接部214与阀体22共同夹持固定块31以固定涂抹头30。涂抹部32穿过安装筒的口部,设于固定块31的涂抹部32不容易掉出,让涂抹部32可靠耐用。
在本发明另一实施例中,参阅图4、图5,滑动座21内设有用于供阀体22扣合的卡槽212。该结构便于阀体22扣合安装于滑动座21内。具体地,阀体22包括板体222及与板体222的边沿延伸形成的环形壁223,卡槽212的形状与环形壁223的形状相适配,将环形壁223放置于卡槽212,即可让阀体22限位于滑动座21内。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 包装软管,其特征在于,包括:
    软管,其包括可挤压的管体、及连接于所述管体的一端的管头;
    活动安装于所述管头的滑动座,所述滑动座与所述管头扣合;
    固定于所述滑动座内的阀体,当所述滑动座向上移动时打开所述阀体,所述管体内的内容物经由所述管头及所述滑动座流出;
    安装于所述阀体与所述滑动座之间的涂抹头;以及
    可拆卸地安装于所述管头的外盖,在所述外盖盖设于所述管头时推动所述滑动座向下移动以闭合所述阀体,在拔出所述外盖时所述外盖带动所述滑动座向上移动以打开所述阀体。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的包装软管,其特征在于,所述管头的顶部设有一柱塞,所述管头的端面开设有若干通孔,所述管头的端面向外延伸一管头柱环,所述柱塞位于所述管头柱环内,所述通孔与所述管头环柱的内腔连通。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的包装软管,其特征在于,所述阀体开设有出料孔,所述出料孔的边沿朝向于所述管头延伸形成有封堵环,所述封堵环与所述柱塞配合。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的包装软管,其特征在于,所述阀体于所述出料孔背离于所述管头一端的边沿延伸形成有出液管,所述出液管与所述涂抹头连通。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的包装软管,其特征在于,所述阀体的出料孔的边沿向外延伸设有第一柱环与第二柱环,所述管头柱环伸入所述第一柱环与所述第二柱环之间的区域。
  6. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的包装软管,其特征在于,所述滑动座的外表面设有台阶,所述外盖的内表面设有用于与所述台阶抵接配合的抵接台,在将所述外盖盖设于所述管头时,所述抵接台抵接于所述台阶以使所述滑动座向下移动闭合所述阀体。
  7. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的包装软管,其特征在于,所述滑动座的口部内沿设有卡扣,所述管头的侧壁对应开设有预定宽度的限位槽,所述卡扣扣接于所述限位槽内,所述限位槽的宽度为所述滑动座的上下移动范围。
  8. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的包装软管,其特征在于,所述外盖的口部内沿设有扣线,所述管头的侧壁对应开设有与所述扣线扣接的扣位,当所述外盖盖设于所述管头时,所述扣线扣接于所述扣位,所述滑动座处于闭合状态。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的包装软管,其特征在于,在拔出所述外盖时,所述扣线分离于所述扣位,所述外盖在拔开向上移动的过程中所述扣线抵接于所述滑动座的口部边沿,以带动所述滑动座向上移动打开所述阀体。
  10. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的包装软管,其特征在于,所述涂抹头为软质刷具。
  11. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的包装软管,其特征在于,所述软管的截面为圆形、椭圆形、异形或多角形。
