本公开涉及一种终端设备。
数据连接组件用于连接在数据传输的两个终端设备之间,数据连接组件通常包括能够插接配合的数据插头和数据插座。数据插座通常设置在终端设备上,例如终端设备上设置有USB插座。
相关技术中,数据插座为单体式器件,在装配的过程中,数据插座通常先焊接在终端设备的电路板上,然后再装配到终端设备的中框的开口位置,进而能够与数据线的数据插头插接连接。
请参考图1,相关技术中的数据插座的结构较为复杂,如图1所示,插座端子通过注塑的方式固定在插座舌片101上,插座舌片101之外设置有屏蔽壳体102和外壳103,进而分别实现对周围电磁干扰的屏蔽及防护。另外,在数据插座的成型过程中,通常需要多次注塑,导致数据插座的生产工艺较为复杂,生产成本较高。由于数据插座所包含的组成部件较多,导致生产工艺非常复杂。
发明内容
本公开公开一种终端设备,以解决相关技术中的终端设备上的数据插座结构较为复杂以及生产工艺复杂的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本公开采用下述技术方案:
一种终端设备,包括:
壳体,所述壳体具有开孔和与所述开孔连通的内腔;
电路板,所述电路板设置在壳体的内腔中,所述电路板包括电路板本体和一端固定在所述电路板本体上另一端为自由端的舌片;所述舌片至少一侧的表面上设置有插座端子;所述舌片自所述内腔伸入所述开孔中,所述开孔背离所述内腔的外侧端口为插接口。
本公开采用的技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
本公开公开的终端设备中,终端设备的电路板包括舌片,舌片上设置有插座端子,由于舌片与电路板本体电连接,因此插座端子与终端设备的电路板电连接,舌片自壳体的内腔伸入开孔中,壳体作为舌片和插座端子形成的整体的外围壳体,进而形成数据插座。可见,本公开公开的终端设备充分利用自身的组成构件,对自身的构件进行改造后形成数据插座。相比于相关技术中的单独的数据插座而言,本公开公开的终端设备形成的数据插座结构以及形成过程较为简单,无需多个工序的注塑以及众多组成部件的组装。因此,本实施例公开的终端设备形成的数据插座成本更低。

请参考图2-图6,本公开实施例公开一种终端设备,所公开的终端设备包括壳体100和电路板200。
壳体100为终端设备的外围构件,为终端设备的其他组成构件提供安装位置。本实施例中,壳体100具有开孔110和内腔120,内腔120与开孔110连通,开孔110能够连通内腔120与终端设备的外部环境。
电路板200设置在壳体100的内腔120中,电路板200可以是终端设备的主板,也可以是终端设备的副板,当然也可以是终端设备中其他的电路板。通常电路板200为刚性电路板。
本实施例中,电路板200包括电路板本体210和舌片220。电路板本体210为电路板200的主体构件,用于为终端设备的电子器件提供安装基础。舌片220的一端固定在电路板本体210上,舌片220的另一端为自由端,也就是说,舌片220为悬臂式结构。舌片220与电路板本体210电连接。舌片220至少一侧的表面上设置有插座端子230。插座端子230用于与数据连接组件的数据插头的插头端子配合,进而实现数据连接。
舌片220自内腔120伸入开孔110中,开孔110背离内腔120的外侧端口为插接口。需要说明的是,请参考图2,图2中的箭头指向为开孔110的内侧端口到外侧端口的方向。在工作的过程中,数据插头可以插接到插接口中,进而使得插头端子与位于开孔110中舌片220上的插座端子230电接触,开孔110还具备兼容数据插头的作用。
本公开实施例公开的终端设备中,终端设备的电路板200包括舌片220,舌片220上设置有插座端子230,由于舌片220与电路板本体210电连接, 因此插座端子230与终端设备的电路板200电连接,舌片220自壳体100的内腔120伸入开孔110中,壳体100作为舌片220和插座端子230形成的整体的外围壳体,进而形成数据插座。可见,本实施例公开的终端设备充分利用自身的组成构件,对自身的构件进行改造后形成数据插座。相比于相关技术中的单独的数据插座而言,本实施例公开的终端设备形成的数据插座结构以及形成过程较为简单,无需多个工序的注塑以及众多组成部件的组装。因此,本实施例公开的终端设备形成的数据插座成本更低。
如上文所述,舌片220的至少一侧的表面设置有插座端子230。一种具体的实施方式中,舌片220的一侧的表面设置有插座端子230,此种情况下,终端设备形成具备单面插座端子的数据插座,进而能与普通具备单面插头端子的数据插头(例如Micro USB插头)插接配合。
另一种具体的实施方式中,舌片220的两侧的表面均设置有插座端子230,进而能够形成具有双面插座端子的数据插座,此种结构的数据插座能够与具备双面插头端子(例如type C)的数据插头插接配合。
在舌片220的两侧的表面上均设置有插座端子230的前提下,为了防止两侧的插座端子230的相互干扰,可选的方案中,舌片220可以包括信号隔离层221,信号隔离层221位于分别设置在舌片220两侧的插座端子230之间,进而能够起到信号隔离的作用,进而能防止两侧的插座端子230之间的相互干扰。
本实施例中,舌片220为电路板200的一部分,舌片220与电路板本体210可选为一体式结构,即通过一整块电路板加工而成。当然,舌片220与电路板本体210可以通过组装工艺(例如焊接)完成固定连接,同时使得舌片220与电路板本体210电连接。
电路板200包括绝缘层和金属层(例如铜层),可选的中,舌片220包括绝缘层222和铺设在绝缘层222中的金属层。金属层为上文所述的信号隔离层221。该可选的方案,能够充分利用电路板200本身的结构构造,使得电路板200包含的金属层作为隔离两侧插座端子230的信号隔离层221,使得金属层能够发挥多重作用,达到一物多用的效果。同时,此种方式使得数据插座的形成工艺更加简单,成本更低。
插座端子230为金属构件,可选的方案中,插座端子230为蚀刻式端子,如上文所述,电路板200通常包括多层金属层和将相邻的两层金属层绝缘隔离的绝缘层。在制备插座端子230的过程中,可以通过电路板蚀刻工艺对电路板200的结构进行改进,使得电路板200的金属层通过蚀刻处理后形成插座端子230,同样,此种结构的插座端子230由电路板200本身的结构形成,因此结构简单、操作较为容易、成本更低。
当然,插座端子230可以是装配式端子,即先将插座端子成型后通过粘贴、卡接、通过连接件固定等方式固定在舌片220上。一种具体的实施方式中,插座端子230为金属片,金属片通过粘接的方式固定在舌片220的表面上。
为了防止插座端子230发生磨损,可选的方案中,插座端子230的表面可以设置有耐磨层。耐磨层可以为镀层,例如镍-金镀层。耐磨层能够提高插座端子230的耐磨性能,减少插座端子230与插头端子配合过程中的磨损,能够延长使用寿命。本实施例中,插座端子230可以为铜材或铝材制成,当然也可以为其他金属材料,本实施例不限制插座端子230的具体材料种类。
电路板本体210与舌片220固定相连,两者通常为一体式结构。电路板本体210的边缘通常为平直边缘,舌片220可以凸起与电路板本体210的平直边缘。更为可选的方案中,请参考图5,电路板本体210的边缘开设有凹槽211,舌片220的一端固定在凹槽211的底面,另一端伸向凹槽211的槽口。需要说明的是,凹槽211底面指的是凹槽211内与槽口相对的内表面。此种结构的电路板200无疑在能形成舌片220的前提下,具备更大的板面面积,能够为更多的电子器件提供安装位置。当然,舌片220设置在凹槽211内,在不影响其向开孔110中伸入的基础上,还能起到防护舌片220的作用。
本公开实施例中,舌片220插入开孔110后,舌片220、插座端子230和壳体100形成数据插座,由于舌片220从内腔120插入开孔110中,因此开孔110与舌片220之间会存在缝隙,进而影响终端设备的防水性能。基于此,可以在开孔110朝向内腔120的端口与舌片220之间涂抹防水胶。
当然,为了提高可装配性能,方便后续的维修,还可以采用其他的方式实现舌片220与开孔110之间的防水,可选的方案中,舌片220与电路板本 体210相连的端部可以设置有定位凹陷223,定位凹陷223套设有密封圈240,密封圈240密封封堵舌片220与开孔朝向内腔120的端口之间。此种情况下,在装配的过程中,密封圈240可以装配在定位凹陷223中,当舌片220装配到壳体100上之后,密封圈240会随着装配处于密封的位置。可见,本实施例公开的数据插座的形成借助于终端设备的一些构件,因此防水方面较容易通过终端设备本身设计的防水结构来实现。
为了进一步提高防水性能,本实施例中,开孔110可以自其外侧端口向内侧端口延伸的方向上,开孔110的开口面积减小,具体的,开孔110可以为渐缩孔。此种结构的开孔110更有利于做到更好的防水。需要说明的是,本公开实施例中,开孔110的内侧端口指的是开孔110朝向内腔120的一端的端口,开孔110的外侧端口指的是开孔110背离内腔120的一端的端口,外侧端口也是终端设备的插接口,在使用的过程中,用户可以将数据插头通过插接口插入到开孔110中,进而实现插头端子与开孔110中的插座端子230的电接触。
由于舌片220的厚度较小,因此开孔110的内侧端口的开口面积无需过大,这不利于终端设备的防水。基于此,可选的方案中,开孔110的内侧端口可以设置有遮挡台130,遮挡台130围绕舌片220延伸。遮挡台130能够起到遮挡的作用,达到减小开孔110的内侧端口的开口面积的目的。
在设置遮挡台130的前提下,需要实现遮挡台130与舌片220之间的防水,基于此,可选的方案中,遮挡台130朝向内腔120的表面可以开设有定位豁口131,舌片220与电路板本体210相连的端部可以设置有定位凹陷223,定位凹陷223可以套设有密封圈240,密封圈240与定位豁口131定位配合、且用于密封遮挡台130与舌片220之间的间隙。在装配的过程中,先将密封圈240套设在舌片220上,并与定位凹陷223定位配合,随着舌片220插入开孔110,密封圈240移动至与定位豁口131密封贴合的位置,从而实现遮挡台130与舌片220之间的方式密封。
本实施例中,壳体100可以包括边框140,边框140上可以开设有开孔110。具体的,边框140可以为中框,也可以为电池盖的围框。
本公开实施例公开的终端设备可以是手机、平板电脑、游戏机、电子阅 读器、智能手表等电子设备,本公开实施例不限制终端设备的具体种类。
本公开上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本公开的实施例而已,并不用于限制本公开。对于本领域技术人员来说,本公开可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本公开的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本公开的权利要求范围之内。
Claims (15)
- 一种终端设备,包括:壳体,所述壳体具有开孔和与所述开孔连通的内腔;电路板,所述电路板设置在壳体的内腔中,所述电路板包括电路板本体和一端固定在所述电路板本体上另一端为自由端的舌片;所述舌片至少一侧的表面上设置有插座端子;所述舌片自所述内腔伸入所述开孔中,所述开孔背离所述内腔的外侧端口为插接口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述舌片的两侧的表面均设置有所述插座端子。
- 根据权利要求2所述的终端设备,其中,所述舌片包括信号隔离层,所述信号隔离层位于分别设置在所述舌片两侧的所述插座端子之间。
- 根据权利要求3所述的终端设备,其中,所述舌片包括绝缘层和铺设在所述绝缘层内的金属层,所述金属层为所述信号隔离层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述电路板本体的边缘开设有凹槽,所述舌片的一端固定在所述凹槽的底面,另一端伸向所述凹槽的槽口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述舌片与所述电路板本体为一体式结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述插座端子为蚀刻式端子或装配式端子。
- 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述插座端子的表面设置有耐磨层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述舌片与所述电路板本体相连的端部设置有定位凹陷,所述定位凹陷套设有密封圈,所述密封圈密封封堵所述舌片与所述开孔朝向所述内腔的端口之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述开孔自其外侧端口向其内侧端口延伸的方向上,所述开孔的开口面积减小。
- 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述开孔的内侧端口设置 有遮挡台,所述遮挡台围绕所述舌片延伸。
- 根据权利要求11所述终端设备,其中,所述遮挡台朝向所述内腔的表面开设有定位豁口,所述舌片与所述电路板本体相连的端部设置有定位凹陷,所述定位凹陷套设有密封圈,所述密封圈与所述定位豁口定位配合、且用于密封所述遮挡台与所述舌片之间的间隙。
- 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述壳体包括边框,所述边框开设有所述开孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述电路板为所述终端设备的主板或副板。
- 根据权利要求1-14中任一项所述的终端设备,其中,所述终端设备为手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、游戏机或智能手表。
