本申请要求在2018年10月19日提交中国专利局、申请号为201811221897.5的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及通信设备技术领域,例如涉及一种移动终端。
背景技术
当前,手机和平板电脑等智能消费类终端产品,数据传输和快速充电的要求不断提升,对于天线性能的要求也不断提高。
当前终端产品上,type c连接器的应用越来越多,并且要求type c连接器不能影响到天线的性能。同时,随着人们使用环境范围的不断扩大,对于防水防尘要求不断提升,对于手机连接器的可靠性要求也在提高,连接器在要求有较好的防水密封性能的同时,还要求能够可靠地抵抗直推力和侧向推力,确保连接器在插头插入时受到推力影响而不容易损坏。
目前手机产品对于type c连接器的设计主要有两种方式:
1.自带铁壳的type c连接器,通过增加硅胶套来实现高等级防水防尘,连接器的抗推力主要是通过铁壳和连接器自身的刚性强度来抵抗插拔方向的直推力,通过连接器两侧的钢片螺钉结构抵抗侧向推力。这种结构存在如下问题:
Type c连接器自带铁壳,对于手机底部的天线干扰比较大,也占用了天线净空;
连接器两侧翻出的钢片螺钉结构也是钢片材质,同样对天线干扰比较大和占用天线净空。
2.无铁壳的type c连接器(塑胶type c连接器,两端分别设置插舌和焊盘端子),其对手机底部天线的影响得到改善,但是这种设计形式目前极少有厂商使用,主要困难是如何实现可靠的抗推力,以及如何实现高等级的防水防尘要求。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种移动终端,可使用塑胶type c连接器,能够满足可 靠的直推力、可靠的侧向推力以及高等级的防水防尘要求,并减小对移动终端上天线产生的干扰。
本申请实施例提供的移动终端,包括:本体,所述本体的第一侧边设置有插口孔;连接器,连接器具有插舌和固定端,所述固定端位于所述本体内,所述插舌自所述本体内侧密封插装在所述插口孔内,所述固定端的两侧分别凸出有固定部,两所述固定部固定在所述本体上。

本申请实施例提供的移动终端,如图1至图3所示,包括:本体1,其第一侧边设置有插口孔11(第一侧边可以是移动终端的上侧边、下侧边、左侧边或右侧边等);连接器2,连接器2具有插舌21和固定端22,固定端22位于本体1内,插舌21自本体1内侧密封插装在插口孔11内,固定端22的两侧分别凸出有固定部23,两固定部23固定在本体1上。
该移动终端,两个固定部23在第一侧边的长度方向相间隔地处于固定端22的两侧、并固定在本体1上,完成对连接器2的固定,以此来抵抗用于插装插头4时的直推力和侧向推力,防止连接器2损坏,提升插装插头4时连接器2的使用可靠性。插舌21自本体1的内侧密封插装在插口孔11内,此结构容易 实现且实现后容易保证防水等级较高,更好地满足用户的购置需求。
本申请实施例提供的一种移动终端,两个固定部在第一侧边的长度方向相间隔地处于固定端的两侧、并固定在本体上,完成对连接器的固定,以此来抵抗用于插装插头时的直推力和侧向推力,防止连接器损坏,提升插装插头时连接器的使用可靠性。插舌自本体的内侧密封插装在插口孔内,此结构容易实现且实现后容易保证防水等级较高,更好地满足用户的购置需求。
特别是连接器选用塑胶type c连接器,能够减小对移动终端上天线产生的干扰,有效提升移动终端的使用可靠性。
另外,如图3所示,移动终端还包括:密封圈3,位于插口孔11内,连接器2压紧密封圈3于插口孔11的孔壁上,以封堵连接器2和插口孔11的孔壁之间的缝隙,更好地对插口孔11进行防水处理。
在一实施例中,如图3和图4所示,连接器2上设置有环形的定位槽24,定位槽24位于插口孔11内,密封圈3套装在定位槽24内,更好地对密封圈3进行限位,提升密封圈3的装配性能。密封圈3过盈压紧在插口孔11内。
再者,如图3所示,插口孔11的内侧面上设置有限位凸台12,限位凸台12处于插舌21和固定端22之间。可与连接器2进行插装的插头4在插入插口孔11内时,插头4的端部抵在限位凸台12的外侧面上,插舌21正好完全插入插头4的插口内,可以抵抗插装插头4时的直推力,避免插头4用力插入的直推力损伤连接器2。
在一实施例中,如图3所示,连接器2上设置有朝外的第一阶梯面25,第一阶梯面25处于插舌21和固定端22之间、并抵在限位凸台12的内侧面上,固定部23抵在插口孔11的内侧外端面上,连接器2的伸入插口孔11内的一端与插口孔11之间例如可以为间隙匹配合。以此来进一步提升连接器2组装后的结构强度,更好地抵抗插头4插入时的直推力和侧向推力。限位凸台12可以为环形凸台,第一阶梯面25可以为环形面。
在一实施例中,如图1和图3所示,移动终端还包括:具有插口的插头4,自本体1外侧可分离地插装在插口孔11内,插舌21插入插口内(实现充电或者传输数据的功能),插口的外端面抵在限位凸台12的外侧面上。
其中,连接器2设置为塑胶type c连接器2,插头4配置为type c插头4。
目前的防水防尘标准,主要依据国际工业防水等级标准IPX,这里的“IP”是国际防护标准等级;简而言之,IPXX中“XX”两位数字分别代表防尘和防水等级, 其中防尘等级从0~6,防水等级则从0~8。对于移动终端而言,防尘5级意味着设备已经有了较好的防尘效果,虽不能完全防止灰尘侵入,但灰尘的侵入量不会影响产品的正常运作;6级则是完全防止灰尘侵入,所有接口等部位都密封完全,外界与内部元器件完全隔绝。对于一些防水性能一般的移动终端,只要做到6级及以下的防溅水能力,就能够防止一些生活洒水和雨水入侵,7级意味着设备在1米以内的水中,可以承受长达30分钟的浸泡而内部不进水,8级标准则更进一步,可以保证设备在1.5米以下的水中进浸泡30分钟内安然无恙。
采用无铁壳结构的塑胶type c连接器2,通过与插口孔11进行密封配合。实现高等级的IP57防水防尘功能和可靠的抗推力功能,同时减小对天线产生的干扰。
本移动终端可以实现IP57等级的防水防尘要求,并采用塑胶type c连接器2来减小对周围天线的影响。塑胶type c连接器2包括具有固定端22的塑胶主体、设置于塑胶主体一端的插舌21和设置于塑胶主体另一端的焊盘端子,焊盘端子位于固定端22。
在一示例性实施例中,如图1和图2所示,本体1包括:壳体;和线路板(图中未示出),位于壳体内,固定部23固定在线路板或壳体上。
可以是,如图1所示,固定部23上设置有通孔,螺钉5穿过通孔而焊接固定或旋紧固定在线路板上,均可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本申请的设计思想,在此不再赘述,均应属于本申请的保护范围内。
线路板为FPC柔性线路板或PCB线路板,移动终端为手机,壳体为塑胶壳体。
综上所述,本申请实施例的技术方案,两个固定部在第一侧边的长度方向相间隔地处于固定端的两侧、并固定在本体上,完成对连接器的固定,以此来抵抗用于插装插头时的直推力和侧向推力,防止连接器损坏,提升插装插头时连接器的使用可靠性。插舌自本体的内侧密封插装在插口孔内,此结构容易实现且实现后容易保证防水等级较高,更好地满足用户的购置需求。

    连接器,所述连接器具有插舌和固定端,所述固定端位于所述本体内,所述插舌自所述本体内侧密封插装在所述插口孔内,所述固定端的两侧分别凸出有固定部,两固定部固定在所述本体上。

    密封圈,位于所述插口孔内,所述连接器压紧所述密封圈于所述插口孔的孔壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其中,所述连接器上设置有环形的定位槽,所述定位槽位于所述插口孔内,所述密封圈套装在所述定位槽内。
