优选地,如图3所示,第一固定连接片2a的边缘(第一固定连接片2a朝向第二固定连接片2b的边缘,即图示第一边缘26)可以设有凹陷20,第二固定连接片2b的边缘(第二固定连接片2b朝向第一固定连接片2a的边缘,即图示第二边缘28)设有与凹陷20配合的凸起22,通过凹陷20与凸起22实现卡接配合,结构简单,加工方便。可以理解地,第一固定连接片2a的边缘也可以设置成凹陷20和凸起22间隔分布的形式,相应地,第二固定连接片2b设置成凸起22与凹陷20间隔分布的形式。
其中,凹陷20沿第一固定连接片2a的厚度方向具有一定深度,沿第一固定连接片2a的厚度方向,凹陷20至少一侧敞口,以使第一固定连接片2a和第二固定连接片2b能够沿连接片2的厚度方向安装和调节;凸起22沿第二固定连接片2b的厚度方向具有一定厚度,凸起22的厚度不大于第二固定连接片2b的厚度,以形成高度调节空间。
优选地,凹陷20沿第一固定连接片2a的厚度方向贯穿第一固定连接片2a,凸起22与第二固定连接片2b的厚度一致,进一步简化第一固定连接片2a与第二固定连接片2b的结构,且使第一固定连接片2a和第二固定连接片2b的卡接的厚度达到最大,确保二者的连接强度,防止在电池膨胀力的作用下导致卡接部位出现断裂。
进一步地,凹陷20包括两个内侧壁200,以及连接两个内侧壁200的底壁202,底壁202远离第一边缘26且通过内侧壁200连接第一边缘26;凸起22包括两个外侧壁220,以及连接两个外侧壁220的顶壁222,顶壁222远离第二边缘28且通过外侧壁220连接第二边缘28;内侧壁200与外侧壁220接触配合,沿连接片2的延伸方向,对第一固定连接片2a与第二固定连接片2b形成约束和导向,防止安装过程中,第一固定连接片2a和第二固定连接片2b发生相对转动。
参见图4,在一种实施例下,内侧壁200与外侧壁220可以通过齿状结构相互啮合,使第一固定连接片2a和第二固定连接片2b实现卡接配合,连接可靠,不易松动;齿状结构沿连接片2的厚度方向延伸,从而使第一固定连接片2a和第二固定连接片2b能够沿连接片2的厚度方向安装和调 节。
参见图5,在另一种实施例下,内侧壁200与外侧壁220通过收口状结构相互配合,使第一固定连接片2a与第二固定连接片2b实现卡接配合,使内侧壁200和外侧壁220保持平整或平缓,避免产生应力集中。具体地,沿背离底壁200的方向,两个内侧壁200之间的距离逐渐减小;沿背离顶壁222的方向,两个外侧壁220之间的距离逐渐减小。
优选地,当内侧壁200与外侧壁220通过收口状结构相互配合时,凹陷20包括燕尾槽,凸起22包括燕尾块,使第一固定连接片2a和第二固定连接片2b具有简单整齐的整体结构,简化加工和安装操作。其中,内侧壁200与底壁202之间的夹角为第一夹角,外侧壁220与顶壁222之间的夹角为第二夹角,为确保第一固定连接片2a与第二固定连接片2b的连接强度,第二夹角与第一夹角的角度应相等,从而使内侧壁200与外侧壁220能够完全贴合。优选第一夹角为45°~85°,当第一夹角小于45°时,容易产生应力集中导致开裂;当第一夹角大于85°时,容易导致卡接配合滑脱。
其中,第一固定连接片2a和第二固定连接片2b安装到位(分别与不同的电池极柱10连接)时,第一固定连接片2a与第二固定连接片2b可以通过焊接形成固定连接,防止使用过程中,第一固定连接片2a与第二固定连接片2b沿连接片2的厚度方向发生相对移动或松脱。
优选地,底壁202与顶壁222之间形成有间隙24,在间隙24处进行激光焊接,激光在间隙24内反复反射,增加了连接片2对激光的吸收率,从而降低了焊接功率,由此控制焊接飞溅,通过试验验证,该焊接方式可以将焊接飞溅减少90%以上。焊接时,间隙24两侧的金属融化并填充间隙24;焊接完成后,间隙24处形成微弱凹陷(参见图8)。
更优选地,间隙24可以为上宽下窄的结构(例如倒梯形,参见图7)或上下宽度一致的结构(例如矩形,参见图6),确保激光在间隙24内的多次反射,从而增加连接片2对激光的吸收率。其中,间隙24的上底角为45°~90°,当上底角小于45°时,激光在间隙24内的反射次数减少,导致连接片对激光的吸收率降低;当上底角大于90°时,间隙24处熔融金属的填充量不足,且易造成熔深过大导致焊穿。其中,当上底角恰好为 90°时,间隙24为矩形240。
进一步地,间隙24的最小宽度Δx为0.3mm~1.5mm,有利于第一固定连接片2a与第二固定连接片2b的焊接操作,且减少焊接飞溅。当间隙24的最小宽度Δx小于0.3mm时,对激光光斑和焊接精度要求,增加焊接难度;当间隙24的最小宽度Δx大于1.5mm时,会减少激光在间隙24内的反射次数,降低激光吸收率。
优选地,间隙24位于电池极柱10的顶部,且不超出电池极柱10的边缘,使焊接部位位于电池极柱10的顶部,增加焊接安全,避免焊接飞溅或焊接焊穿直接作用于电池顶盖。
进一步地,如图1和图2所示,上述第二固定连接片2b可以包括过渡连接片2c和第三固定连接片2d,凸起22形成在过渡连接片2c上,过渡连接片2c将第一固定连接片2a与第三固定连接片2d连接,增加连接片2的适用范围。一方面,增加了连接片2对电池高度差的调节范围;另一方面,能够使连接片2同时与两个以上的电池极柱10均实现可靠连接,也就是说,过渡连接片2c和第三固定连接片2d可以分别连接于不同的电池极柱10。
具体地,过渡连接片2c的两端分别卡接连接第一固定连接片2a和第三固定连接片2d。过渡连接片2c朝向第一固定连接片2a的一端设置凸起22;过渡连接片2c朝向第三固定连接片2d的一端设置凸起22或凹陷20,相应地,第三固定连接片2d可以设置于过渡连接片2c配合的凹陷20或凸起22。其中,过渡连接片2c沿连接片2的延伸方向可以设置成多片,并依次通过卡接结构相互连接。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电池模组,其特征在于,包括:
    多个二次电池,多个所述二次电池沿厚度方向依次排列,且每个所述二次电池顶部设有电池极柱;
    连接片,设置于所述二次电池的顶部,所述连接片与至少两个所述电池极柱连接以电连接至少两个所述二次电池;
    其中,所述连接片包括第一固定连接片和第二固定连接片,沿所述连接片的延伸方向,所述第一固定连接片和所述第二固定连接片卡接配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电池模组,其特征在于,所述第一固定连接片的边缘设有凹陷,所述第二固定连接片的边缘设有与所述凹陷配合的凸起。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电池模组,其特征在于,所述第二固定连接片包括过渡连接片和第三固定连接片,所述凸起形成在所述过渡连接片上,所述过渡连接片将所述第一固定连接片与所述第三固定连接片连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电池模组,其特征在于,所述凹陷沿所述第一固定连接片的厚度方向贯穿所述第一固定连接片,所述凸起与所述第二固定连接片的厚度一致。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电池模组,其特征在于,所述凹陷包括两个内侧壁,以及连接两个所述内侧壁的底壁;
    所述凸起包括两个外侧壁,以及连接两个所述外侧壁的顶壁;
    所述内侧壁与所述外侧壁接触配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电池模组,其特征在于,所述内侧壁与所述外侧壁通过齿状结构相互啮合,所述齿状结构沿所述连接片的厚度方向延伸。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的电池模组,其特征在于,沿背离所述底壁的方向,两个所述内侧壁之间的距离逐渐减小;沿背离所述顶壁的方向,两个所述外侧壁之间的距离逐渐减小。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电池模组,其特征在于,所述凹陷包括燕尾槽,所述凸起包括与所述燕尾槽配合的燕尾块。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的电池模组,其特征在于,所述底壁与所述 顶壁之间形成有间隙。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电池模组,其特征在于,所述间隙位于所述电池极柱的顶部,且不超出所述电池极柱的边缘。
