Claims (5)
- 一种电池连接装置,其特征在于:该装置包括有用绝缘材料制成的、安装在电池(1)的极端的连接块(2),连接块(2)的两端分别设有串联连接机构,连接块(2)的四周分别设有并联连接机构,串联连接机构内设有与电池(1)的极端电连接的导电片(3),导电片(3)还引出至并联连接机构的配合面上,使两个分别安装有连接块(2)的电池(1)并联时,两个连接块(2)上的导电片(3)电连接;所述串联连接机构为设置在连接块(2)的两个端面上的第一插槽(21)和第二插槽(22),第一插槽(21)供电池(1)直接插入,第二插槽(22)内置有导电片(3),导电片(3)与第一插槽(21)内的电池(1)电连接,串联时,另一个电池(1)的极端插入置有导电片(3)的第二插槽(22)中即可;所述并联连接机构为设置在连接块(2)的四个侧面上的两个燕尾槽(23)和燕尾块(24),导电片(3)分别引出至燕尾槽(23)或燕尾块(24)的配合面上,并联时,同样安装有连接块(2)和导电片(3)的多个电池(1)通过燕尾槽(23)和燕尾块(24)插接固定,电池(1)之间通过导电片(3)电连接。
- 2. 根据权利要求1所述的电池连接装置,其特征在于:所述第一插槽(21)和第二插槽(22)之间设有隔圈(25),隔圈(25)与连接块(2) —体,隔圈(25)的中间设有通孔(26),导电片(3)的中间镂空,镂空部位设有两片向第一插槽(21)凸伸的接触片(31),接触片(31)透过通孔(16)与插设在第一插槽(21)中的电池(1)焊接连接,连接块(2)借助于夹设在导电片(3)和电池(1)之间的隔圈(25)而与电池(1)相对固定。
- 3. 根据权利要求2所述的电池连接装置,其特征在于:所述导电片(3)的周缘设有数个向外折弯成型的卡簧片(32),插入设有导电片(3)的第二插槽(22)的电池(1)由卡簧片(32)卡紧固定并电连接。
- 4. 根据权利要求3所述的电池连接装置,其特征在于:所述燕尾槽(23)或燕尾块(24)的配合面与卡簧片(32)之间插设有U形引出片(33), U形引出片(33)的一个脚插设在卡簧片(32)与第二插槽(22)的侧壁之间并与卡簧片(32)电连接,另一个脚位于燕尾槽(23)或燕尾块(24)的配合面上,并联时,位于燕尾槽(23)或燕尾块(24)的配合面上的U形引出片(33)的一个脚与安装在另一个电池(1)上的U形引出片(33)的一个脚电连接。
- 5. 根据权利要求4所述的电池连接装置,其特征在于:所述U形引出片(33)的两个脚插上分别设有外凸的弹性片(34)。
