具体实施方式
本实用新型的一种多功能引流袋转换头的实施例如图1-6所示:包括有第一组件1和第二组件2,第一组件1和第二组件2之间可拆卸插接连接,第一组件1包括有能够与引流管连接导通的第一导流通道13,第二组件2包括有能够与引流袋连接导通的第二导流通道23,所述第一导流通道13和第二导流通道23能够在第一组件1和第二组件2插接时导通,所述第二组件2其与第一组件1配合插接的一端设置有与第二导流通道23连通的接头211,第一组件1其与第二组件2配合插接的一端设置有与第一导流通道13连通的接口121,接口121与接头211之间能够相互插接导通,所述接头211还能够用于与导尿管的注水口相连接,所述第二组件2包括有位于第二导流通道23中段的观察室24,观察室24由四周透明的外壁所限定,第二组件2外侧设置有与观察室24连通的通气孔221,通气孔221处设置有供外界空气单向进入到观察室24中的单向阀,所述通气孔221位于第二组件2一端,通气孔221能够在第一组件1和第二组件2插接时与外界空气阻隔,即空气无法从外界沿通气孔221进入到观察室24中。
所述接头211位于第二组件2一端的中心位置,第二组件2一端于接头211四周处形成有环形凸缘212,环形凸缘212与接头211之间间隔形成有环状插槽213,所述第一组件1一端设置有与环状插槽213配合插接的插头123,所述接口121设置在插头123上,第一组件1一端于插头123四周处形成有环状的密封面124,该密封面124能够在第一组件1和第二组件2插接时与环形凸缘212构成抵触密封配合。
所述通气孔221设置在环状插槽213的底内壁处,通气孔221的进气方向与观察室24的进液方向相同。
所述环形凸缘212与密封面124之间设置有环形密封圈3,环形密封圈3在第一组件1和第二组件2插接时压紧于环形凸缘212和密 封面124之间。环形凸缘212上同心设置有环形槽2121,环形密封圈3上设置有与环形槽2121配合嵌装的环形凸起31。
所述插头123的端部与环形插槽213的内周壁之间构成螺纹配合。所述的环形插槽213及其内周壁设置的螺纹、接头211优选的采用鲁尔接口标准,以便于与医药领域的其他设备连接适配。
所述单向阀为罩设在通气孔221朝向观察室24一端处的T型阀瓣4,该T型阀瓣4包括有与观察室24内壁配合固定的连接部41。
所述第一组件1于第一导流通道13和接口121之间设置有内腔14,内腔14中滑动设置有密封件51以及设置有将密封件51弹性压紧在接口121处以对其进行封闭的弹性件52,第二组件2的接头211能够在与接口121插接时推动密封件51朝与弹性件作用力相反方向运动并使接口121打开。
在本实施例中,为了便于加工和装配,所述第一组件1主要由引流管插接头11、第一部件12拼接组成,引流管插接头11用于与引流管配合套接连通,接口121及密封面124均设置在第一部件12上,所述第一导流通道13沿引流管插接头11、第一部件12内部延伸。所述内腔14形成于引流管插接头11和第一部件12的拼接处,装配时先将密封件51和弹性件52装放在引流管插接头11和第一部件12之间,而后将引流管插接头11和第一部件12相互插接并通过超声波焊接固定。而第二组件2主要则由第二部件a21、第二部件b22拼接组成,第二部件b22一端与第二部件a21连接固定,第二部件b22另一端设置有引流袋插接头25,引流袋插接头25用于与引流袋配合套接连通,所述第二导流通道23沿第二部件a21、第二部件b22内部延伸。所述接头211、环形凸缘212、环形插槽213、通气孔221均设置在第二部件a21上,所述观察室24形成于第二部件a21和第二部件b22的拼接处。装配时先将T型阀瓣4固装在第二部件a21对应第二部件b22的一端,使T型阀瓣4罩设在附近的通气孔221处,而后再将第二部件a21、第二部件b22相互插接并通过超声波焊接固定。
需要说明的是,为了便于从外侧看到观察室24的内部情况,第二部件a21或是第二部件b22中至少一样由透明材质制成。
本实用新型不仅能够用于引流袋和引流管之间的快速拆装,将其用在排尿用途时,其与尿袋连接的第二组件还能够与球囊的注水口相连接,能够将球囊液体导入到尿袋中进行收集。整个排液过程能够通过观察室进行观察,较为直观,减少医务人员出错,使用起来安全、卫生。
以上实例,只是本实用新型优选地具体实例的一种,本领域技术人员在本实用新型技术方案范围内进行的通常变化和替换都包含在本实用新型的保护范围内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种多功能引流袋转换头,其特征在于:包括有第一组件和第二组件,第一组件和第二组件之间可拆卸插接连接,第一组件包括有能够与引流管连接导通的第一导流通道,第二组件包括有能够与引流袋连接导通的第二导流通道,所述第一导流通道和第二导流通道能够在第一组件和第二组件插接时导通,所述第二组件其与第一组件配合插接的一端设置有与第二导流通道连通的接头,第一组件其与第二组件配合插接的一端设置有与第一导流通道连通的接口,接口与接头之间能够相互插接导通,所述接头还能够用于与导尿管的注水口相连接,所述第二组件包括有位于第二导流通道中段的观察室,观察室由四周透明的外壁所限定,第二组件外侧设置有与观察室连通的通气孔,通气孔处设置有供外界空气单向进入到观察室中的单向阀,所述通气孔位于第二组件一端,通气孔能够在第一组件和第二组件插接时与外界空气阻隔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能引流袋转换头,其特征在于:所述接头位于第二组件一端的中心位置,第二组件一端于接头四周处形成有环形凸缘,环形凸缘与接头之间间隔形成有环状插槽,所述第一组件一端设置有与环状插槽配合插接的插头,所述接口设置在插头上,第一组件一端于插头四周处形成有环状的密封面,该密封面能够在第一组件和第二组件插接时与环形凸缘构成抵触密封配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能引流袋转换头,其特征在于:所述通气孔设置在环状插槽的底内壁处,通气孔的进气方向与观察室的进液方向相同。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能引流袋转换头,其特征在于:所述环形凸缘与密封面之间设置有环形密封圈,环形密封圈在第一组件和第二组件插接时压紧于环形凸缘和密封面之间。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3或4所述的多功能引流袋转换头,其特征在于:所述插头的端部与环形插槽的内周壁之间构成螺纹配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的多功能引流袋转换头,其特征 在于:所述单向阀为罩设在通气孔朝向观察室一端处的T型阀瓣,该T型阀瓣包括有与观察室内壁配合固定的连接部。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的多功能引流袋转换头,其特征在于:所述第一组件于第一导流通道和接口之间设置有内腔,内腔中滑动设置有密封件以及设置有将密封件弹性压紧在接口处以对其进行封闭的弹性件,第二组件的接头能够在接口插接时推动密封件朝与弹性件作用力相反方向运动并使接口打开。
