Description

具有采样加药功能的引流管、输液管用的接头及采样针管 技术领域
本发明属于医用器材技术领域,具体涉及一种具有采样加药功能的引流管、输液管用的接头,并且还涉及采样针管。
背景技术
上面提及的引流管、输液管用的接头是指这种接头既可以用于引流管,也可以用于输液管,当应用于输液管时,那么该接头作为过渡部件而介于输液器如输液袋的出液管与注射器的注射出液管之间;当应用于引流管时,那么该接头同样作为过渡部件而介于引流集液器(如引流集液袋)的引流集液袋进液管与引流管即尿液或胸腹腔液引出管之间。

在公开的中国专利文献中可见诸具有采样加药功能的引流管、输液管用的接头的技术信息,如CN201537316U推荐有“一种无针采样接头”、CN102908170A提供有“无针采样接头”、CN202892656U介绍有“引流导、输液管用的接头”以及CN102950698B公告有“引流、输液管接头的制作方法”等等。通过对并非限于如前述例举专利文献的阅读并且结合专业常识可知:由于医务人员在采样时将延伸于针筒末端的针筒嘴紧抵采样塞进行采样操作,因而通常将前述接头称为无针采样接头。
包括上述专利在内的已有技术中的具有取样加药功能的引流管、输液管用的接头在实际使用过程中存在以下技术问题:其一,由于在采样时需由医务人员将针筒(习惯称“针管”,以下同)末端的前述针筒嘴(习惯称“针管嘴”,以下同)紧抵采样塞,又由于医务人员难以使针筒嘴的端面整体与采样塞表面平衡紧贴,于是由硅橡胶制作的采样塞往往会发生较大的并且为不平衡或称不规则的弹性变形,尤其是在采样完毕后当针筒嘴撤离于采样塞时,采样塞会出现从采样塞容纳腔弹出并与接头分离的情形,这在临床护理中并不鲜 见。从理论上讲,一旦采样塞逃逸于接头,那么只要更换接头即可,但是在通常情况下由于一个输液袋、一个引流袋或一个集尿袋仅配备一根相应的输液管、引流管或引尿管,每一管子仅配备一个接头,没有多余的接头可供,因此不论是整体更换输液袋、引流袋或集尿袋还是整体更换配有接头的管子都会不同程度地增加患者的医疗费用负担以及造成资源浪费,并且还会增加医务人员的工作强度;其二,由于在采样时需由医务人员给针筒施加足够的力而藉以使针筒嘴充分紧压采样塞,因而操作十分费力;其三,由于接头的体积相对较小,因而在采样操作时不便于攥捏住接头,从而影响医务人员的操作效率;其四,由于在采样时医务人员的手指需可靠捏住接头,因而存在脏及医务人员的手指之虞。
鉴于上述已有技术,有必要加以合理改进,为此本申请人作了有益的设计,终于形成了下面将要介绍的技术方案并且在采取了保密措施下经计算机模拟试验证明是切实可行的。
发明内容
本发明的首要任务在于提供一种有助于在采样或加药时能使针管嘴的末端端面与采样塞的表面平衡紧贴而藉以避免采样塞因不规格变形而从采样塞容纳腔弹出的情形发生、有利于在采样或加药时方便地将针管嘴与接头可靠连接而在采样或加药完毕后能快捷地将针管嘴与接头分离而藉以显著减轻医务人员的工作强度、有益于医务人员提高采样或加药效率而藉以节省宝贵的临床护理资源、有便于避免在采样或加药时脏及医务人员的手指而藉以满足理想的卫生要求的具有采样加药功能的引流管、输液管用的接头。
本发明的另一任务在于提供一种采样针管,该采样针管能与所述接头良好配合并且能保障接头的所述技术效果得以全面体现。

本发明的另一任务是这样来完成的,一种采样针管,包括一针管本体,在该针管本体的针管本体底壁的中心位置开设有一与针管本体的针管本体腔相通的通液孔并且在针管本体底壁背对针管本体腔的一侧中心位置延伸有一与所述通液孔相通的针管嘴;一活塞杆,该活塞杆移动地设置在所述针管本体腔内,在该活塞杆朝向所述针管本体底壁的一端固定有一活塞,该活塞与针管本体腔的腔壁密封配合,特征在于在所述针管本体底板背对所述针管本体腔一侧并且围绕所述针管嘴的四周延伸有一采样塞座配接套,在该采样塞座配接套的内壁与针管嘴的外壁之间保持有采样塞座壁厚间隙并且在采样塞座配接套的内壁上构成有采样塞座配接套内螺纹。
在本发明的还有一个具体的实施例中,所述采样塞座配接套远离所述针管本体底壁的一端缩进于所述针管嘴远离针管本体底壁的一端。
在本发明的更而一个具体的实施例中,所述采样塞座配接套内螺纹为双头内螺纹。
在本发明的进而一个具体的实施例中,所述的针管本体是透明或半透明的并且由医用无毒级塑料制成。
在本发明的又更而一个具体的实施例中,在所述的针管本体上设有刻度标记。
本发明提供的技术方案的技术效果在于:其一,由于在接头本体的右侧延伸了一采样塞座并且在采样塞座的外壁上构成有采样塞座配接套配接外螺纹,因而当采用能与采样塞座配接套配接外螺纹相配接的采样针管与采样塞座螺纹配接时,能对采样塞的表面平衡紧贴,采样塞不会因不规则变形而从采样塞座逃逸;其二,由于在采样塞座外构成有采样塞座配接套配接外螺纹,因而当采样针管与之配接时只要旋动采样针管即可,能够显著减轻医务人员的工作强度并且提高采样或加药的效率,得以节省宝贵的临床护理资源;其三,由于螺纹配接具有使接头本体的采样塞座与采样针管之间的优异的密封配合效果,因而在采样或加药操作过程中不会脏及医务人员的手指,满足卫生要求。

具体实施方式
为了能够更加清楚地理解本发明的技术实质和有益效果,申请人在下面以实施例的方 式作详细说明,但是对实施例的描述均不是对本发明方案的限制,任何依据本发明构思所作出的仅仅为形式上的而非实质性的等效变换都应视为本发明的技术方案范畴。
在下面的描述中凡是涉及上、下、左、右、前和后的方向性或称方位性的概念都是针对图1所处的位置状态而言的,因而不能将其理解为对本发明提供的技术方案的特别限定。
请参见图1,示出了一由医用无毒级塑料(医用PVC)制作的接头本体1,在该接头本体1朝向上的一侧延伸有一第一管路配接嘴11,而接头本体1朝向下的一侧延伸有一第二管路配接嘴12,该第一管路配接嘴11以及第二管路配接嘴12位于同一纵轴线上(也可称位于同一中心线上)并且与接头本体1的接头本体腔13相通;示出了一采样塞2,该采样塞2嵌置在接头本体1上。
作为本发明提供的技术方案的技术要点:在前述接头本体1的右侧延伸有一采样塞座14,该采样塞座14的采样塞座腔141与前述的接头本体腔13相通,并且在该采样塞座14的外壁上构成有采样塞座配接套配接外螺纹142,前述的采样塞2嵌置在采样塞座腔141的采样塞座腔腔口1411的位置。
由图1的示意可知,整个接头本体1的形状呈T字形,即呈管道构件范畴的三通的形状。
由图1所示,在前述第一管路配接嘴11的外壁上构成有第一缩节式配接螺纹111,而在前述第二配接嘴12的外壁上构成有第二缩节式配接螺纹121,第一、第二缩节式配接螺纹111可增进管路与第一、第二管路配接嘴11、12的插配定位效果,能有效地防止管路从第一、第二管路配接嘴11、12上挣脱。
在本实施例中,前述的采样塞2的材料为硅橡胶塞,并且为医用硅橡胶塞。
在本实施例中,前述的采样塞座配接套配接外螺纹142为双头外螺纹,所谓的双头外螺纹指:具有两条或多条彼此断开的螺纹段,即螺纹段之间是不连接的,从而使每个螺纹段具有两个端部,这种螺纹结构具有连接速度快以及解除连接时的速度快的长处。
请继续见图1,示出了一针管本体3,在该针管本体3的针管本体底壁31的中心位置开设有一与针管本体3的针管本体腔32相通的通液孔311并且在针管本体底壁31背对针管本体腔32的一侧中心位置延伸有一与前述通液孔311相通的针管嘴312;示出了一活塞杆4,该活塞杆4移动地设置在前述针管本体腔32内,在该活塞杆4朝向前述针管本体底壁31的一端固定有一活塞41,该活塞41与针管本体腔32的腔壁密封配合。
作为本发明提供的技术方案的另一技术要点:在前述针管本体底板31背对前述针管 本体腔32一侧并且围绕前述针管嘴312的四周延伸有一采样塞座配接套313,在该采样塞座配接套313的内壁与针管嘴312的外壁之间保持有采样塞座壁厚间隙3131并且在采样塞座配接套313的内壁上构成有采样塞座配接套内螺纹3132。
申请人对上面提及的采样塞座壁厚间隙3131的概念作如下说明:由于前述的采样塞座14具有一与接头本体腔13相通的并且供嵌设采样塞2的采样塞座腔141,因而该采样塞座腔141的腔壁的厚度与上面所定义的采样塞座壁厚间隙3131相匹配,具体地讲,该采样塞座壁厚间隙3131的宽度是与采样塞座腔141的腔壁的厚度相适应的,采样塞座壁厚间隙3131的深度与采样塞座14的长度相适应。
由图1的示意可知,前述采样塞座配接套313远离前述针管本体底壁31的一端即图1所示位置状态的左端缩进于前述针管嘴312远离针管本体底壁31的一端(图1所示的左端)。也就是说针管嘴312的长度比采样塞配接套313长,该长出的部分便于在采样或加药时对采样塞2压迫并在采样塞2压缩时以补偿方式探入到采样塞腔141内。
在本实施例中,前述采样塞座配接套内螺纹3132为双头内螺纹,具体如同前述对双头外螺纹的解释。
在本实施例中,前述的针管本体3是透明或半透明的并且由医用无毒级塑料制成,并且在针管本体3上设有刻度标记33。
请参见图2并且结合图1,在图2中示出了一引流袋5,在该引流袋5的上部偏左侧具有一引流液引入接口51,上部的居中位置设有供选择使用的挂带52a和挂绳52b,引流袋5的下部居中位置设有一放液管53,并且在该放液管53上配设有一放液阀531,在前述引流液引入接口51上配有一申请人在上面提及的管路范畴的引流管6的一端并且在引流管6的引流管管路上设置床头夹61和引流管流量控制夹62,在引流袋5使用状态下朝向外的一侧并且在对应于前述放液管53的上方的位置通过热熔融焊接方式固定有一放液管寄存插座54,在未启用之前的包装状态下放液管53的末端插置在放液管寄存插座54上,同样在引流袋5使用状态下朝向外的一侧设有一泄气膜55,藉由该泄气膜55将引流袋5的腔体内的空气驱至外界并且由于泄气膜55是不通液的,因而可称其为通气不通液膜。此外在引流袋5使用状态下朝向外的一侧还设有引流袋刻度标记56。
前述引流管6远离引流液引入接口51的一端构成为引流管自由端63,本发明的由图1所示的接头本体1与前述的引流管自由端63配接,具体是:将接头本体1的第二管路配接嘴12插入引流管自由端63内,接头本体1的第一管路配接端11与由胸腹腔术后患者的胸腹腔插管配接的胸腹腔插管引流管(图中未示出)插接配合。
当要采样时,由医务人员将延伸构成于针管本体3的针管本体底壁31上的前述针管嘴312对准采样塞2,并转动针管本体3使采样塞配接套313的内壁上的采样塞座配接套内螺纹3132与采样塞座14的外壁上的采样塞座配接套配接外螺纹142螺纹配合,接着由医务人员将活塞杆4向针管本体腔32外拉,由胸腹腔插管引流管将患者胸腹腔内的液体引出,所要抽取的量由刻度标记33揭示。抽取的液体供化验而藉以分析胸腹腔患者的病理状况,以利医务人员调整用药等。采样结束后将针管本体3反向转动,使采样塞座配接套内螺纹3132解除与采样塞座配接套配接外螺纹142的螺纹配合;当要加药时,那么按前述相同操作将采样塞配接套313与采样塞座14连接,并且由医务人员将活塞杆4向针管本体腔32内推,预先抽入于针管本体腔32内的药物如清洁消毒液(消炎液)经前述胸腹腔插管引流管进入术后患者的胸腹腔内。
当图2所示的引流袋5改用导尿袋时,那么前述的胸腹腔插管引流管演变为插入患者膀胱内的膀胱引尿管,本发明的第一管路配接嘴11与该膀胱引尿管插接配合,采样及加药同上所述。
当图2所示的引流袋5改为输液袋时,那么本发明的接头本体1配置在输液袋的出液管管路上,由于输液一般不需取样而基本上仅存在加药,加药方式与上面所述雷同,不再赘述。
综上所述,本发明提供的技术方案弥补了已有技术中的缺憾,顺利地完成了发明任务,如实地兑现了申请人在上面的技术效果栏中载述的技术效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有采样加药功能的引流管、输液管用的接头,包括一接头本体(1),在该接头本体(1)朝向上的一侧延伸有一第一管路配接嘴(11),而接头本体(1)朝向下的一侧延伸有一第二管路配接嘴(12),该第一管路配接嘴(11)以及第二管路配接嘴(12)位于同一纵轴线上并且与接头本体(1)的接头本体腔(13)相通;一采样塞(2),该采样塞(2)嵌置在接头本体(1)上,其特征在于在所述接头本体(1)的右侧延伸有一采样塞座(14),该采样塞座(14)的采样塞座腔(141)与所述的接头本体腔(13)相通,并且在该采样塞座(14)的外壁上构成有采样塞座配接套配接外螺纹(142),所述的采样塞(2)嵌置在采样塞座腔(141)的采样塞座腔腔口(1411)的位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有采样加药功能的引流管、输液管用的接头,其特征在于在所述第一管路配接嘴(11)的外壁上构成有第一缩节式配接螺纹(111),而在所述第二配接嘴(12)的外壁上构成有第二缩节式配接螺纹(121)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有采样加药功能的引流管、输液管用的接头,其特征在于所述的采样塞(2)的材料为硅橡胶塞。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有采样加药功能的引流管、输液管用的接头,其特征在于所述的硅橡胶塞为医用硅橡胶塞。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的具有采样加药功能的引流管、输液管用的接头,其特征在于所述的采样塞座配接套配接外螺纹(142)为双头外螺纹。
  6. 一种采样针管,包括一针管本体(3),在该针管本体(3)的针管本体底壁(31)的中心位置开设有一与针管本体(3)的针管本体腔(32)相通的通液孔(311)并且在针管本体底壁(31)背对针管本体腔(32)的一侧中心位置延伸有一与所述通液孔(311)相通的针管嘴(312);一活塞杆(4),该活塞杆(4)移动地设置在所述针管本体腔(32)内,在该活塞杆(4)朝向所述针管本体底壁(31)的一端固定有一活塞(41),该活塞(41)与针管本体腔(32)的腔壁密封配合,其特征在于在所述针管本体底板(31)背对所述针管本体腔(32)一侧并且围绕所述针管嘴(312)的四周延伸有一采样塞座配接套(313),在该采样塞座配接套(313)的内壁与针管嘴(312)的外壁之间保持有采样塞座壁厚间隙(3131)并且在采样塞座配接套(313)的内壁上构成有采样塞座配接套内螺纹(3132)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的采样针管,其特征在于所述采样塞座配接套(313)远离所述针管本体底壁(31)的一端缩进于所述针管嘴(312)远离针管本体底壁(31)的一端。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的采样针管,其特征在于所述采样塞座配接套内螺纹(3132) 为双头内螺纹。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的采样针管,其特征在于所述的针管本体(3)是透明或半透明的并且由医用无毒级塑料制成。
  10. 根据权利要求1或9所述的采样针管,其特征在于在所述的针管本体(3)上设有刻度标记(33)。
