本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型上夹板靠近主磁钢的一侧设置有向下折弯的第一台阶部和第二台阶部,边磁钢顶部对应设置有与第一台阶部和第二台阶部相互固定连接的凹陷部。由于边磁钢上只有凹陷部为上夹板的第一台阶部和第二台阶部做出局部空间让位,边磁钢其他部位的厚度没有减小,整个磁路结构的整体厚度也没有减小,可有效避免SPL损失。

在本实施例中,如图1至图3所示,发声器件包括振动结构2、磁路结构3以及容置振动结构2和磁路结构3的壳体1,壳体1包括盆架11和盖接于盆架11上面的前盖 12,磁路结构3装配于盆架1底部,振动结构2装配在磁路结构3上。振动结构2包括音膜22、音圈23和球顶21,音膜22设置于盆架1111和前盖 12之间,磁路结构3包括装配在盆架11底部的下夹板34、固定于下夹板34的主磁钢31、设置于主磁钢31两侧的边磁钢32以及贴设于边磁钢32上端的上夹板33,音圈23套设主磁钢31,球顶21设置在音膜22上端。边磁钢32包括朝向上夹板33的上端面322以及自上端面322靠近主磁钢31的一侧朝向下夹板34方向凹陷的凹陷部321,凹陷部321包括朝向上夹板33的第一表面323以及连接第一表面323和上端面322的第二表面324,上夹板33包括固定于上端面322的主体部331、自主体部331靠近主磁钢31一侧的边缘朝向第一表面323弯折延伸的第一台阶部332以及自第一台阶部332朝向主磁钢31弯折延伸的第二台阶部333,第一台阶部332固定于第二表面324,第二台阶部333固定于第一表面323。当音圈23通电后,音圈23在磁路结构3的磁场力作用下驱动音膜22振动发声。上夹板33的第一台阶部332和第二台阶部333为音圈23振动让出振动空间,并且由于边磁钢32上只有凹陷部321相应地为上夹板33的第一台阶部332和第二台阶部333让位,边磁钢32其他部位的厚度没有减小,整个磁路结构3的整体厚度也没有减小,可有效避免SPL损失。
优选的,第二表面324平行于振动方向,第一台阶部332自主体部331靠近主磁钢31的一侧沿平行于振动方向且朝向第一表面323竖直延伸。第一表面323垂直于振动方向,第二台阶部333自第一台阶部332沿垂直振动方向且朝向主磁钢31水平延伸。
上述实施例中,如图2和图3所示,上夹板33长度方向两侧还设置有向下延伸的嵌入部334,嵌入部334插入盆架11内壁,可对边磁钢32进行限位,避免边磁钢32发生移动,从而保证磁路结构3的稳定性。在其他实施例中,上夹板33也可以和盆架11一体注塑成型。可选的,主磁钢31具有一个,对应地边磁钢32具有两个,两个边磁钢32设置于主磁钢31的相对两侧。优选的,边磁钢32关于主磁钢31的中心轴线对称设置,相应地,上夹板33也关于主磁钢31的中心轴线对称设置。在其他实施例中,磁路结构3也可以是具有多套磁路的磁路结构。
