Description

一种触控显示面板及电子装置 技术领域
本发明涉及显示面板技术领域,特别涉及一种触控显示面板及电子装置。
背景技术
随着触控技术的发展,具有触控功能的电子设备广泛进入人们的生活工作中,具有触控功能的OLED显示面板成为显示领域的一个研究热点。触摸屏可以分为电容式、电磁式、电阻式和光学式等类型。电容式触摸屏可以分为外挂式触摸屏(AddOnTouchPanel)、覆盖表面式触摸屏(OnCellTouchPanel)和内嵌式触摸屏(InCellTouchPanel)。内嵌式触摸屏可以将触控电极内嵌在OLED显示面板内,实现触控和显示一体化,从而降低触摸屏的制作成本,减薄触摸屏的厚度,降低触摸屏的体积和重量。
超薄整合型触控屏ITP(In-cell Touch Panel)将触控功能整合于液晶显示器内,触摸感应图案制作于两个像素中间,阻绝了与像素叠加后所产生规律性干扰纹的产生。随着低温多晶硅LTPS(Low Temperature Poly-silicon)面板的逐渐普及,阵列电路设计也越来越精细化,小尺寸面板每英寸像素PPI(Pixels Per Inch)也逐渐增加。
现有技术中,第二金属层做触控走线实现超薄整合型触控屏,如图1a所示,触控显示面板包括依次设置的基板10、缓冲层20、第一金属层21、半导体层30、栅极绝缘层40、层间绝缘层50和第二金属层、平坦层70、像素电极层80、有机层90以及公共电极层100,第二金属层包括数据线61、触控线62。如图1b所示,触控线62设置在数据线61附近,触控线62与数据线61之间的距离为L1,L1的长度不足0.25um,在这样的设置方式下,触控走线与第二金属层同时成膜,由于触控走线和数据线距离较近,从而导致触控走线和数据线经常发生短路的情况。
因此,确有必要来开发一种新型的触控显示面板,以克服现有技术的缺陷。
技术问题
本发明的一个目的是提供一种触控显示面板,其能够解决现有技术中触控显示面板中触控线和数据线同时成膜时容易发生短路的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种触控显示面板,其包括依次设置的基板、缓冲层、第一金属层、栅极绝缘层、半导体层、层间绝缘层、栅极金属层、第二金属层、平坦层、像素电极层、有机层、公共电极层。其中,所述第二金属层包括触控线和数据线;在所述半导体层垂直投影区域形成子像素,这些所述子像素阵列排布在所述基板上,所述触控线设置在所述子像素内。

图2为本发明实施例1提供的触控显示面板的剖视示意图。如图2所示,本实施例1提供的触控显示面板包括依次设置的基板10、缓冲层20、金属遮光层21、半导体层30、栅极绝缘层40、层间绝缘层50、栅极金属层51和平坦层70、像素电极层80、有机层90以及公共电极层100。
基板10为玻璃,作为显示面板的基底。
缓冲层20设置于基板10的表面,半导体层30设置于缓冲层20上,半导体层30的材料是使用准分子激光退火而从非晶硅转化而成的多晶硅。栅极绝缘层40设置于缓冲层20的表面,层间绝缘层50设置于栅极绝缘层40的表面,平坦层70设置于层间绝缘层50的表面,像素电极层80设置于平坦层70的表面,公共电极层100设置于有机层90的表面。在本实施例中,栅极绝缘层40的材料为氮化硅,也可以使用氧化硅和氮氧化硅等,具体可以随需要而定,并无限定。
栅极绝缘层40上设置有栅极金属层51,即扫描线,用于控制TFT薄膜晶体管开关。
层间绝缘层50上设置有第二金属层,第二金属层包括数据线61和触控线62,触控线62与数据线61绝缘设置。其中,公共电极层100与数据线61相接,像素电极层80与触控线62相接。

  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种触控显示面板,其中,所述数据线分布设置在所述子像素阵列之中,每个所述子像素分别与其对应的所述数据线连接,所述数据线配置为给所述子像素提供数据信号。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种触控显示面板,其中,其还包括多条扫描线,所述扫描线分布设置在所述子像素阵列之中,每个所述子像素分别与其对应的所述扫描线连接,所述扫描线配置为给所述子像素提供扫描信号。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种触控显示面板,其中,所述触控线与所述数据线绝缘设置。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种触控显示面板,其中,所述扫描线采用的金属材质包括金属钼。
  10. 一种电子装置,其中,其包括本体,所述本体上设置有权利要求1-9任意一项所述的触控显示面板。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种电子装置,其中,所述子像素的宽度的范围为13um~26um。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的一种电子装置,其中,每条所述触控线与其左侧相邻的所述数据线之间的距离为第一距离,所述第一距离的范围为0.25um~26um。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的一种电子装置,其中,每条所述触控线与其右侧相邻的所述数据线之间的距离为第二距离,所述第二距离的范围为0.25um~26um。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的一种电子装置,其中,所述公共电极层与所述数据线相接,所述像素电极层与所述触控线相接。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的一种电子装置,其中,所述数据线分布设置在所述子像素阵列之中,每个所述子像素分别与其对应的所述数据线连接,所述数据线配置为给所述子像素提供数据信号。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的一种电子装置,其中,其还包括多条扫描线,所述扫描线分布设置在所述子像素阵列之中,每个所述子像素分别与其对应的所述扫描线连接,所述扫描线配置为给所述子像素提供扫描信号。
  17. 根据权利要求10所述的一种电子装置,其中,所述触控线与所述数据线绝缘设置。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的一种电子装置,其中,所述扫描线采用的金属材质包括金属钼。
