基于上述目的,本发明实施例提供了一种牙科种植体包装瓶,用于包装种植体以及与其配套的封闭螺丝,所述牙科种植体包装瓶包括第一瓶体、瓶盖以及顶盖,所述第一瓶体具备第一瓶腔以及与该第一瓶腔连通的第一瓶口,所述瓶盖具备相对的第一端以及第二端,所述第一端上设置有卡接部,所述第一端可拆卸地安装在所述第一瓶口处,且所述瓶盖与所述第一瓶体共同限定出第一密闭腔室;所述第二端上设置有储放槽,所述顶盖可拆卸地安装在所述储放槽的槽口处,所述顶盖与所述瓶盖共同限定出第二密闭腔室。
可选的,所述瓶盖包括第一盖体以及第二盖体,所述第一盖体的封闭端与所述第二盖体的封闭端连接,所述第一盖体的开口端为所述第一端,所述第二盖体的开口端为所述第二端;所述第一盖体螺接在所述第一瓶体上,所述顶盖与所述第二盖体过盈配合,所述卡接部安装于所述第一盖体上。
可选的,所述第一盖体具备螺纹孔,所述第一瓶体的外周面设置有外螺纹,所述螺纹孔螺接在所述外螺纹上。
可选的,所述第一盖体的内底壁上设置有环形密封板,所述环形密封板的外周面与所述第一盖体的内周壁之间形成环形密封槽,所述第一瓶体 的端部插接在所述环形密封槽内,所述第一瓶体与所述环形密封槽的接触面构成第一密封面。
可选的,所述第一瓶体的外周面设置有第一防转限位筋,所述第一盖体的内周壁上设置有第二防转限位筋,所述第一防转限位筋与所述第二防转限位筋卡接,且所述第一防转限位筋位于所述第二防转限位筋与所述第二盖体之间。
可选的,所述第二盖体包括安装部、插接部以及手柄部,所述安装部的一端与所述第一盖体连接,所述储放槽设置于安装部的另一端上,所述安装部的内周壁上设置有第一凹凸结构;所述插接部安装在所述储放槽中,所述插接部上设置有第一卡接槽;所述手柄部套设在所述安装部外,所述手柄部沿所述储放槽的径向向外凸出所述安装部的外周面;所述顶盖的外周壁上设置有第二凹凸结构,所述顶盖插接在所述储放槽中,所述第一凹凸结构与所述第二凹凸结构卡接且于接触位置处限定出第二密封面。
可选的,所述顶盖包括柱形部、环形操作部以及抵接部,所述柱形部设置有凹槽,所述抵接部安装在所述凹槽的槽底壁上,所述第二凹凸结构位于所述柱形部的外周面上;所述环形操作部安装在所述柱形部的一端面上,所述环形操作部沿所述柱形部的径向向外凸出所述柱形部的外周面,所述环形操作部靠近所述凹槽的槽口的环形面与所述手柄部远离所述第一盖体的环形面间隔设置。
可选的,还包括第二瓶体,所述第二瓶体具备第二瓶腔、于所述第二 瓶体的侧部与第二瓶腔连通的取放口以及位于所述第二瓶体底部的第二卡接槽,所述第二卡接槽与所述第二瓶腔连通;所述卡接部与所述第二瓶体可拆卸地连接。
可选的,所述第二瓶体的顶部设置有与所述第二瓶腔连通的第二瓶口,所述卡接部插接在所述第二瓶口内。
可选的,所述第二瓶体包括顶板、瓶颈、围挡、第一安装板以及第二安装板,所述围挡的一侧设置为缺口,所述缺口为所述取放口,所述顶板盖设在所述围挡的一端,所述瓶颈安装在所述顶板远离所述围挡的一板面上,所述第一安装板和第二安装板沿所述围挡的长度方向间隔设置于所述围挡上,所述瓶颈远离所述顶板的一端设置有插接槽;所述第一安装板和第二安装板上均设置有所述第二卡接槽;所述顶板、第一安装板或者第二安装板中的至少一个与所述第一瓶体的内周壁接触。

本发明提供的牙科种植体包装瓶,通过设置第一密闭腔室和第二密闭腔室,分别用于容纳配套的种植体以及封闭螺丝(愈合帽),在手术过程中,医护人员从包装瓶中取出种植体和封闭螺丝后直接使用即可,不会出现种植体和封闭螺丝不匹配而影响手术进程和手术效果的问题,便于患者的修复治疗。且种植体和封闭螺丝均放置在密闭腔室中,种植体与封闭螺丝的存放环境好,不易受到外部环境的污染。取用时,需要使用封闭螺丝时, 打开顶盖,将封闭螺丝取出即可。需要使用种植体时,打开瓶盖,种植体和瓶盖连接在一起,瓶盖从第一瓶体上取下后,继续操作瓶盖,使瓶盖将种植体从第一瓶体中取出,操作方便。显然,种植体和封闭螺丝的取用顺序按需选择即可,两者互不影响,取用安全可靠。

实施例1
本实施例提供了一种牙科种植体包装瓶,用于包装配套使用的种植体和封闭螺丝(愈合帽),在治疗过程中,医护人员从包装瓶中可以获取到配套的种植体和封闭螺丝,避免封闭螺丝与种植体的不匹配导致手术进程延误以及修复效果差的问题。
请参阅图1、图2和图8,本实施例提供的牙科种植体包装瓶包括有第一瓶体001、瓶盖002以及顶盖003,第一瓶体001具备第一瓶腔100以及与该第一瓶腔100连通的第一瓶口110,瓶盖002具备相对的第一端以及第二端,第一端上设置有卡接部220,第一端可拆卸地安装在第一瓶口110处,且瓶盖002与第一瓶体001共同限定出第一密闭腔室005;第二端上设置有储放槽2111,顶盖003可拆卸地安装在储放槽2111的槽口处,顶盖003与瓶盖002共同限定出第二密闭腔室006。
本发明提供的牙科种植体包装瓶,通过设置第一密闭腔室005和第二密闭腔室006,分别用于容纳配套的种植体以及封闭螺丝(愈合帽),在手术过程中,医护人员从包装瓶中取出种植体和封闭螺丝后直接使用即可,不会出现种植体和封闭螺丝不匹配而影响手术进程和手术效果的问题,便于患者的修复治疗。且种植体和封闭螺丝均放置在密闭腔室中,种植体与封闭螺丝的存放环境好,不易受到外部环境的污染。取用时,需要使用封闭螺丝时,打开顶盖003,将封闭螺丝取出即可。需要使用种植体时,打开瓶盖002,种植体和瓶盖002连接在一起,瓶盖002从第一瓶体001上取下后,继续操作瓶盖002,使瓶盖002将种植体从第一瓶体001中取出,操作 方便。显然,种植体和封闭螺丝的取用顺序按需选择即可,两者互不影响,取用安全可靠。
请参阅图3,本实施例中,顶盖003包括圆柱筒形的柱形部300、圆环形的环形操作部310以及圆柱形的抵接部320。
柱形部300的一端封闭,另一端开口,柱形部300构成具有凹槽的盖体结构。柱形部300的外周面设置有第二凹凸结构301,第二凹凸结构301可以是环形凸起,环形凸起沿柱形部300的径向向外凸出柱形部300的外周面,环形凸起与柱形部300同轴设置。抵接部320安装在凹槽的槽底壁上,抵接部320与柱形部300同轴设置,抵接部320远离槽底壁的一端为抵接面,用于抵接在封闭螺丝的端面上,以限制封闭螺丝沿其轴线方向的运动,封闭螺丝位置更加牢固可靠。环形操作部310安装在柱形部300的封闭端上,环形操作部310与柱形部300同轴设置,环形操作部310沿柱形部300的径向向外凸出柱形部300的外周面。
在其他实施例中,柱形部300可以是两端开口的圆柱筒,环形操作部310封盖在柱形部300的一端面上,环形操作部310与柱形部300形成盖体结构。环形操作部310的一板面为凹槽的槽底壁。
请参阅图4和图5,本实施例中,瓶盖002包括第一盖体200以及第二盖体210,第一盖体200和第二盖体210均为圆形盖,第一盖体200和第二盖体210同轴设置,第一盖体200的封闭端与第二盖体210的封闭端连接。
可选的,第一盖体200的开口端为第一端,第一盖体200具备螺纹孔 201,即第一盖体200的内周壁设置有内螺纹。第一盖体200的内底壁上设置有环形密封板202以及卡接部220,环形密封板202的横截面形状为圆环形,环形密封板202与第一盖体200同轴设置,环形密封板202与第一盖体200的内周壁之间形成环形密封槽203。卡接部220为圆柱体形,卡接部220位于环形密封板202内,卡接部220与第一盖体200同轴设置,进一步的,卡接部220的外周面设置有环形卡接凸起221。第一盖体200的内周壁上设置有第一防转限位筋120,第一防转限位筋120为圆环形凸起,第一防转限位筋120与第一盖体200同轴设置,第一防转限位筋120位于第一盖体200的内螺纹与开口端之间,第一防转限位筋120沿第一盖体200的中轴线方向的两侧面均为斜面。进一步的,第一盖体200的外周面上设置有防滑纹205,操作第一盖体200时,不易滑落,操作更加方便安全。
可选的,第二盖体210的开口端为第二端,第二盖体210包括安装部211、插接部212以及手柄部213。安装部211为圆筒状,安装部211的一端封闭,该封闭端与第一盖体200连接,且安装部211与第一盖体200同轴设置。储放槽2111设置于安装部211的另一端上,安装部211的内周壁上设置有第一凹凸结构2112,第一凹凸结构2112可以是环形凹槽,环形凹槽与安装部211同轴设置,顶盖003的柱形部300插接在储放槽2111中,且第一凹凸结构2112和第二凹凸结构301以过盈配合的方式卡接且于接触位置处限定出第二密封面,顶盖003与安装部211限定出第二密闭腔室006。插接部212为圆柱形,插接部212上设置有用于插接封闭螺丝的第一卡接槽2121,第一卡接槽2121为圆柱形槽,插接部212安装在储放槽2111中,与安装部211的槽底壁连接,且插接部212与安装部211同轴设置。手柄部 213为圆盘状,手柄部213套设在安装部211外,手柄部213与安装部211同轴设置,手柄部213沿储放槽2111的径向向外凸出安装部211的外周面。将顶盖003盖设在瓶盖002上后,环形操作部310靠近顶盖003的凹槽的槽口的环形面与手柄部213远离第一盖体200的环形面之间具有间隙,便于将顶盖003从瓶盖002上取下,显然间隙的大小按需设置,在此不进行具体限定。
请参阅图6,本实施例中,第一瓶体001为一端封闭另一端敞口的圆柱形筒状,第一瓶体001的外周面靠近第一瓶口110处设置有外螺纹130,第一瓶体001的外周面设置有第二防转限位筋204,第二防转限位筋204位于外螺纹130与第一瓶体001的瓶底之间,第二防转限位筋204为圆环形凸起。第一盖体200通过螺纹孔201螺接在第一瓶体001上,第一盖体200旋拧过程中,第一盖体200上的第一防转限位筋120越过第一瓶体001上的第二防转限位筋204,此时,操作者能够明显感知力量的变化以及能够感知到两者摩擦过程中产生的声音,至此完成第一盖体200和第一瓶体001的螺接,操作便捷可靠,且第一盖体200螺接完成后,第一瓶体001插接在环形密封槽203中,第一瓶体001与环形密封槽203的接触面构成第一密封面。由于第一防转限位筋120和第二防转限位筋204的配合,避免第一盖体200相对于第一瓶体001转动而松动,运输过程更加安全可靠。
请参阅图6,本实施例中,牙科种植体包装瓶还包括第二瓶体004,第二瓶体004包括顶板400、瓶颈410、围挡420、第一安装板430以及第二安装板440。
顶板400为圆形板,瓶颈410为圆柱形,瓶颈410安装在顶板400上,瓶颈410与顶板400同轴设置,瓶颈410远离顶板400的一端设置有用于插接卡接部220的第二瓶口411,第二瓶口411贯穿顶,第二瓶口411为圆柱形孔,第二瓶口411的内壁设置有与环形卡接凸起221卡接配合的环形卡接凹槽,增强第二瓶体004与瓶盖002的连接牢固性。围挡420包括依次连接的第一矩形板423、第二矩形板424和第三矩形板425,第一矩形板423和第三矩形板425平行,第一矩形板423和第三矩形板425之间形成缺口,缺口为取放种植体的取放口422,围挡420围成的区域为第二瓶腔421,第二瓶口411与第二瓶腔421连通,顶板400盖设在围挡420的一端,第一安装板430和第二安装板440靠近围挡420的另一端,第一安装板430和第二安装板440沿围挡420的长度方向间隔设置于围挡420上,第一安装板430和第二安装板440上均设置有第二卡接槽450,第二卡接槽450的槽口与缺口位于同一侧。顶板400、第一安装板430或者第二安装板440中的至少一个与第一瓶体001的内周壁接触。
本实施例提供的牙科种植体包装瓶,将种植体上的携带体卡接在第二瓶体004上的第二卡接槽450中,由于第二卡接槽450设置有两个,增加了接触点,种植体的位置更加稳固。然后将第二瓶体004上的瓶颈410与瓶盖002上的卡接部220插接固定,将第二瓶体004插接在第一瓶腔100中,在此过程中将瓶盖002螺接在第一瓶体001外,瓶盖002和第一瓶体001形成第一密闭腔室005,种植体位于第一密闭腔室005中,由于种植体四周悬空,不易与第二瓶体004的内壁接触,放置安全可靠。且第一瓶体001的内壁和第二瓶体004的外壁至少部分接触,第二瓶体004插接在第一瓶体001内后, 两者不易相对晃动,在取出第二瓶体004过程中,操作瓶盖002即可同时将第二瓶体004取出,操作方便,且第一瓶体001的内壁起到导向作用,同样能够减少晃动,减小碰撞的几率,运输和取出过程操作安全可靠。将封闭螺丝插接在瓶盖002的第一卡接槽2121中,然后将顶盖003插接在瓶盖002内,顶盖003和瓶盖002构成第二密闭腔室006,封闭螺丝存放安全。
需要说明的是,种植体和封闭螺丝的取放顺序按需选择即可,在此不进行具体限定。

  1. 一种牙科种植体包装瓶,用于包装种植体以及与其配套的封闭螺丝,其特征在于,所述牙科种植体包装瓶包括第一瓶体、瓶盖以及顶盖,所述第一瓶体具备第一瓶腔以及与该第一瓶腔连通的第一瓶口,所述瓶盖具备相对的第一端以及第二端,所述第一端上设置有卡接部,所述第一端可拆卸地安装在所述第一瓶口处,且所述瓶盖与所述第一瓶体共同限定出第一密闭腔室;所述第二端上设置有储放槽,所述顶盖可拆卸地安装在所述储放槽的槽口处,所述顶盖与所述瓶盖共同限定出第二密闭腔室。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的牙科种植体包装瓶,其特征在于,所述瓶盖包括第一盖体以及第二盖体,所述第一盖体的封闭端与所述第二盖体的封闭端连接,所述第一盖体的开口端为所述第一端,所述第二盖体的开口端为所述第二端;所述第一盖体螺接在所述第一瓶体上,所述顶盖与所述第二盖体过盈配合,所述卡接部安装于所述第一盖体上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的牙科种植体包装瓶,其特征在于,所述第一盖体具备螺纹孔,所述第一瓶体的外周面设置有外螺纹,所述螺纹孔螺接在所述外螺纹上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的牙科种植体包装瓶,其特征在于,所述第一盖体的内底壁上设置有环形密封板,所述环形密封板的外周面与所述第一盖体的内周壁之间形成环形密封槽,所述第一瓶体的端部插接在所述环形密封槽内,所述第一瓶体与所述环形密封槽的接触面构成第一密封面。
  5. 根据权利要求3或者4所述的牙科种植体包装瓶,其特征在于,所述第一瓶体的外周面设置有第一防转限位筋,所述第一盖体的内周壁上设置有第二防转限位筋,所述第一防转限位筋与所述第二防转限位筋卡接,且所述第一防转限位筋位于所述第二防转限位筋与所述第二盖体之间。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的牙科种植体包装瓶,其特征在于,所述第二盖体包括安装部、插接部以及手柄部,所述安装部的一端与所述第一盖体连接,所述储放槽设置于安装部的另一端上,所述安装部的内周壁上设置有第一凹凸结构;所述插接部安装在所述储放槽中,所述插接部上设置有第一卡接槽;所述手柄部套设在所述安装部外,所述手柄部沿所述储放槽的径向向外凸出所述安装部的外周面;所述顶盖的外周壁上设置有第二凹凸结构,所述顶盖插接在所述储放槽中,所述第一凹凸结构与所述第二凹凸结构卡接且于接触位置处限定出第二密封面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的牙科种植体包装瓶,其特征在于,所述顶盖包括柱形部、环形操作部以及抵接部,所述柱形部设置有凹槽,所述抵接部安装在所述凹槽的槽底壁上,所述第二凹凸结构位于所述柱形部的外周面上;所述环形操作部安装在所述柱形部的一端面上,所述环形操作部沿所述柱形部的径向向外凸出所述柱形部的外周面,所述环形操作部靠近所述凹槽的槽口的环形面与所述手柄部远离所述第一盖体的环形面间隔设置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的牙科种植体包装瓶,其特征在于,还包括第二瓶体,所述第二瓶体具备第二瓶腔、于所述第二瓶体的侧部与第二瓶腔连通的取放口以及位于所述第二瓶体底部的第二卡接槽,所述第二卡接槽与 所述第二瓶腔连通;所述卡接部与所述第二瓶体可拆卸地连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的牙科种植体包装瓶,其特征在于,所述第二瓶体的顶部设置有与所述第二瓶腔连通的第二瓶口,所述卡接部插接在所述第二瓶口内。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的牙科种植体包装瓶,其特征在于,所述第二瓶体包括顶板、瓶颈、围挡、第一安装板以及第二安装板,所述围挡的一侧设置为缺口,所述缺口为所述取放口,所述顶板盖设在所述围挡的一端,所述瓶颈安装在所述顶板远离所述围挡的一板面上,所述瓶颈远离所述顶板的一端设置有插接槽;所述第一安装板和第二安装板沿所述围挡的长度方向间隔设置于所述围挡上,所述第一安装板和第二安装板上均设置有所述第二卡接槽;所述顶板、第一安装板或者第二安装板中的至少一个与所述第一瓶体的内周壁接触。
