本发明提供一种应用于便携式电子设备的扬声器箱,所述便携式电子设备包括用于容置所述扬声器箱的腔体,所述扬声器箱包括具有收容空间的箱体和收容于所述箱体内的具有出声口的扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体将所述收容空间分隔为与所述出声口连通的前腔和与所述前腔相对的后腔,所述箱体设有用于连通所述后腔和所述便携式电子设备腔体的通孔,所述通孔处设置有透气隔离件。本发明的有益效果在于:设置透气隔离件,使得扬声器箱后腔和便携式电子设备腔体连通,一是,增大了扬声器箱后腔的空间,二是,能在一定程度上减小扬声器箱的体积,三是,随着扬声器箱的体积减小,则能在便携式电子设备的四个角都安装扬声器箱,以达到更好的声学效果。

Description

扬声器箱和便携式电子设备 【技术领域】
本发明涉及声学技术领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器箱和便携式电子设备。
【背景技术】
现有的便携式电子设备一般都设置有扬声器箱,便携式电子设备包括用于容置所述扬声器箱的腔体,扬声器箱包括具有收容空间的箱体和收容于所述箱体内的扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体将所述收容空间分隔为前腔和后腔,后腔越大,声学效果越好。现有扬声器箱的后腔和便携式电子设备的腔体是相互独立的,随着便携式电子设备的小型化,预留给扬声器箱的安装空间越来越小。如何在便携式电子设备小型化的同时不损失其声学效果,是本领域亟需解决的一个技术难题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种既能扩大后腔空间又能减小体积的扬声器箱及便携式电子设备。
本发明的技术方案如下:
提供一种应用于便携式电子设备的扬声器箱,所述便携式电子设备包括用于容置所述扬声器箱的腔体,所述扬声器箱包括具有收容空间的箱体和收容于所述箱体内的具有出声口的扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体将所述收容空间分隔为与所述出声口连通的前腔和与所述前腔相对的后腔,所述箱体设有用于连通所述后腔和所述便携式电子设备腔体的通孔,所述通孔处设置有透气隔离件。
优选地,所述箱体设有若干所述通孔,若干所述通孔均设置有所述透气隔离件。
优选地,若干所述通孔具有不同的朝向。
优选地,所述透气隔离件为无纺布或无尘网布或金属网。
优选地,所述透气隔离件粘贴或焊接在所述通孔处。
提供一种便携式电子设备,包括壳体和扬声器箱,所述腔体设置于所述壳体内,所述扬声器箱为如上所述的扬声器箱。
优选地,所述便携式电子设备包括四个角,至少一个角安装有所述扬声器箱。
优选地,所述便携式电子设备包括四个角,每一个角均安装有所述扬声器箱。
优选地,所述便携式电子设备为手机或平板电脑。
本发明的有益效果在于:设置透气隔离件,使得扬声器箱后腔和便携式电子设备腔体连通,一是,增大了扬声器箱后腔的空间,二是,能在一定程度上减小扬声器箱的体积,三是,随着扬声器箱的体积减小,则能在便携式电子设备的四个角都安装扬声器箱,以达到更好的声学效果。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1至图4所示,依照本发明一实施例提供一种应用于便携式电子设备100的扬声器箱200,便携式电子设备100包括壳体50,壳体50内形成有用于容置扬声器箱200的腔体1,具体地,壳体50包括第一壳体51和第二壳体52,第一壳体51设有用于安装扬声器箱200的安装槽511,第二壳体52盖合在第一壳体51上,从而形成用于容置扬声器箱200的腔体 1。
请参阅图5至图8,扬声器箱200包括具有收容空间2的箱体10和收容于箱体10内的具有出声口的扬声器单体20,具体地,箱体10包括第一盖体11和第二盖体12,第一盖体11和第二盖体12组合形成有用于收容扬声器单体20的收容空间2,扬声器单体20将收容空间2分隔为与出声口连通的前腔3和与前腔3相对的后腔4(见图6),第一盖体11上设有连通前腔3的第一出声孔111,第一壳体51靠近扬声器第一出声孔111(见图5)的位置对应设有第二出声孔512。箱体10设有用于连通后腔4和便携式电子设备100腔体1的通孔30,该通孔30设置有若干个,各个通孔30具有不同的朝向,在各个通孔30处均设置有透气隔离件40,用于实现扬声器箱200后腔4和便携式电子设备100腔体1的连通,从而扩大扬声器箱200后腔4。
优选地,透气隔离件40为无纺布或无尘网布,粘贴在通孔30处;或者透气隔离件40为金属网,焊接在通孔30处。
参考图5至图8所示,优选地,通孔30设于第一盖体11上,在本实施例中,设有两个通孔30,第一通孔31设于第一盖体11的前表面,朝向与第一出声孔111的朝向一致,第二通孔32设于第一盖体11的底面,朝向与第一通孔30相互垂直。
参考图1至图3所示,本发明还提供一种便携式电子设备100,包括壳体50和如上所述的扬声器箱200。优选地,便携式电子设备100包括四个角,扬声器箱200可以安装在便携式电子设备100的一个角上,或者多个角上,或者每一个角均安装有扬声器箱200,以达到更好的声学效果。
优选地,便携式电子设备100为手机或平板电脑或者其他需要应用到扬声器箱200的便携式电子设备100。
随着市场上的便携式电子设备都开始倾向于防水设计,便携式电子设备整体的密封效果进一步提升,在此前提下,可以对扬声器箱做出具有创造性的改进,在不带入灰尘等杂质从而影响扬声器单体工作的情况下,连通扬声器箱的后腔和便携式电子设备的腔体,充分利用便携式电子设备的 腔体空间,满足扬声器箱后腔大空间的需求。依据本发明一实施例概述如下:在扬声器箱200箱体10上设置通孔30,用于连通扬声器箱200的后腔与应用该扬声器箱200的便携式电子设备100的腔体1,并在通孔30处设置透气隔离件40,在确保外界的灰尘等杂质不能进入扬声器箱200内部进而影响扬声器单体工作的情况下,可有效增加扬声器箱200后腔4的空间,如此设置,则扬声器箱200箱体10可以制作得更小,在一定程度上减小了扬声器箱200的体积,随着扬声器箱200的体积减小,需要在便携式电子设备100上预留安装扬声器箱200的空间减小,从而能在便携式电子设备100的多个角或全部角都安装扬声器箱200,以达到更好的声学效果。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后、内、外、顶部、底部……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
还需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件上时,该元件可以直接在另一个元件上或者可能同时存在居中元件。当一个元件被称为“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种应用于便携式电子设备的扬声器箱,所述便携式电子设备包括用于容置所述扬声器箱的腔体,所述扬声器箱包括具有收容空间的箱体和收容于所述箱体内的具有出声口的扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体将所述收容空间分隔为与所述出声口连通的前腔和与所述前腔相对的后腔,其特征在于,所述箱体设有用于连通所述后腔和所述便携式电子设备腔体的通孔,所述通孔处设置有透气隔离件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述箱体设有若干所述通孔,若干所述通孔均设置有所述透气隔离件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:若干所述通孔具有不同的朝向。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述透气隔离件为无纺布或无尘网布或金属网。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述透气隔离件粘贴或焊接在所述通孔处。
  6. 一种便携式电子设备,包括壳体和扬声器箱,所述腔体设置于所述壳体内,所述扬声器箱为如权利要求1至5任一项所述的扬声器箱。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的便携式电子设备,其特征在于:所述便携式电子设备包括四个角,至少一个角安装有所述扬声器箱。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的便携式电子设备,其特征在于:所述便携式电子设备包括四个角,每一个角均安装有所述扬声器箱。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的便携式电子设备,其特征在于:所述便携式电子设备为手机或平板电脑。
