本申请涉及酒店管理技术领域,尤其涉及一种酒店自助选房装置及其方法。
背景技术
随着市场经济日益繁荣,商务交往、旅游探亲、度假休闲等生活方式逐渐成为人们的习惯。人们日益频繁的出行给酒店旅馆业带来了空前的发展机会。
传统的酒店订房需要客人到酒店前台向前台客服登记,然而,当客人较多时,酒店工作人员与客人之间的交流时间较短,从而顾客未能清楚地了解各酒店房间的具体情况,且增加了酒店工作人员的工作负担,进而顾客无法根据个人喜好或者需求自主选择楼层或者房间,且降低了客人的选房效率。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提供一种选房效率高且操作方便的酒店自助选房装置及其方法。
第一方面,本申请提供一种酒店自助选房方法,应用于酒店自助选房装置中,所述酒店自助选房装置包括若干第一触摸显示屏,包括如下步骤:
获取房源信息;
根据所述房源信息将房间进行分类而得到不同房间类型;
控制若干所述第一触摸显示屏分别显示不同房间类型的房间信息;
接收从至少一所述第一触摸显示屏上输入的房间入住请求;以及
根据所述房间入住请求,生成酒店预订订单。
第二方面,本申请提供一种酒店自助选房装置,包括处理器及电连接于所述处理器的若干第一触摸显示屏,所述处理器用于执行上述酒店自助选房方法。
本申请实施例提供一种酒店自助选房装置及其方法。所述酒店自助选房方法,应用于酒店自助选房装置中,所述酒店自助选房装置包括若干第一触摸显示屏,包括如下步骤:获取房源信息;根据所述房源信息将房间进行分类而得到不同房间类型;控制若干所述第一触摸显示屏分别显示不同房间类型的房间信息; 接收从至少一所述第一触摸显示屏上输入的房间入住请求;以及根据所述房间入住请求,生成酒店预订订单。因此,基于对应的触摸显示屏显示不同房间类型的房间信息,从而顾客能够实时了解酒店房间的具体情况,增加顾客的体验。此外,酒店自助选房装置可以接收从至少一所述第一触摸显示屏上输入的房间入住请求,也即多位顾客可以在酒店自助选房装置上同时进行选房操作,从而提高了酒店自助选房装置,操作方便,进而降低了酒店工作人员的工作负担。

请参阅图1和图2,图1所示为本申请实施方式提供的酒店自助选房装置100的结构示意图,图2所示为酒店自助选房装置100的程序模块的结构示意图。酒店自助选房装置100包括树状的壳体10,所述壳体10包括主树干11和设置在所述主树干11上的若干枝树干12。酒店自助选房装置100还包括处理器20及电连接于处理器20的若干触摸显示屏30。若干触摸显示屏30包括若干第一触摸显示屏31和至少一第二触摸显示屏32。处理器20设置于主树干11上,若干触摸显示屏30对应设置于若干枝树干12上。处理器20可以用于控制酒店自助选房装置100内的各个功能器件的协作。在本实施例中,所述处理器20用于执 行以下步骤:获取房源信息;根据所述房源信息将房间进行分类而得到不同房间类型;控制若干所述第一触摸显示屏31分别显示不同房间类型的房间信息;接收从至少一所述第一触摸显示屏31上输入的房间入住请求;以及根据所述房间入住请求,生成酒店预订订单。
在本实施例中,所述房源信息包括剩余房源信息,处理器20还用于根据所述剩余房源信息将房间进行分类而得到不同的房间类型。在一些实施例中,所述房源信息还可以包括已选房源信息,当酒店没有剩余房间时,所述根据所述房源信息将房间进行分类而得到不同的房间类型,还包括:根据所述已选房源信息将房间进行分类而得到不同的房间类型,从而顾客仍然可以了解酒店的不同房间类型的房间信息,进而能够有效的对酒店宣传,提升了广告的宣传效果。
在本实施例中,若干触摸显示屏30单独地设置于不同的枝树干12上,即若干触摸显示屏30相互独立显示。可选的,若干触摸显示屏30可以为柔性触摸屏或柔性显示屏。如此,顾客可以在选房过程中切换触摸显示屏30的形态,以适应更多方位的观看需求。例如从平板形切换成拱形、从拱形切换成圆环形、从平板形切换成波浪形、从U形切换成S形等等。柔性显示屏例如是,但不局限于液晶显示(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)面板、量子点显示(Quantum Dot Light Emitting Diodes,QLED)面板、电子纸(E-paper Display,EPD)、触摸屏(Touch panel)、柔性太阳能电池(Page View,PV)板、射频标签(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)等具有显示功能的产品或部件。在本实施例中,若干触摸显示屏30可以共用同一处理器20。在其他实施例中,处理器包括主处理器和子处理器,也即每一触摸显示屏30可以单独连接一个子处理器,子处理器再将处理结果发送至所述主处理器,不仅降低主处理器的管理难度,且提高顾客的选房效率。
在一实施例中,酒店自助选房装置100还包括通信模块60。酒店自助选房装置100可以通过通信模块60与中央数据库200建立数据通信。中央数据库200可以实时向酒店自助选房装置100发送剩余房源信息。可以理解的,中央数据库200安装在酒店集团总部机房的数据库服务器里,用来储存所有分店的酒店自助选房装置100的信息,包括酒店的基本信息,房型信息,房量信息,会员资料,所有酒店订单信息,报表信息,结算信息等数据,以及从各分店的酒店自助选房 装置100返回来的预订数据信息。通信模块60可以是,但不局限于互联网或移动通信的2G、3G、4G、5G等通信模块。
具体的,在一些实施例中,酒店自助选房装置100还包括电连接于处理器20的存储器50。房存储器50可以预先存储酒店的每个房间的所属类型。在本实施例中,所述处理器20还用于根据预先定义的房间号与房间类型的对应关系,将剩余房间进行分类而得到不同房间类型。其中,房间类型可以包括,但是不局限于单人间、标准间、豪华/高级间、商务间、行政间、套间、双套间、组合套间、高级套间、复式套间等。所述房间信息包括房间基本信息及房间室内环境信息。所述房间基本信息包括,但不局限于房间类型、房间号、房间楼层等信息,所述房间室内环境信息包括,但不局限于房间朝向、房间装饰、房间绿化及房间陈设等信息。所述房间室内环境信息可以通过图片或视频显示于触摸显示屏30。
存储器50还用于存储顾客的酒店预订订单、顾客的身份证信息等。存储器50包括RAM和flash存储器(即闪存)。存储器50还用于存储软件程序以及模块。处理器20为酒店自助选房装置100的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个酒店自助选房装置100的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器50内的程序,以及调用存储在存储器50内的数据,以执行酒店自助选房装置100的各种功能和处理数据。处理器20可以由集成电路(Integrated Circuit,简称IC)组成,例如可以由单颗封装的IC所组成,也可以由连接多颗相同功能或不同功能的封装IC而组成。举例来说,处理器20可以仅包括中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,简称CPU),也可以是CPU、数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,简称DSP)、图形处理器(Graphic Processing Unit,简称GPU)及各种控制芯片的组合。在本发明实施方式中,CPU可以是单运算核心,也可以包括多运算核心。
具体的,在本实施例中,所述处理器20还用于接收从一个所述第一触摸显示屏31上输入的房间入住请求,或是同时接收从多个所述第一触摸显示屏31上输入的多个房间入住请求。由于每位顾客均可以操作一个触摸显示屏,从而能够实现多位顾客同时进行选房操作,且提高了选房率。可以理解的,顾客可以在触摸显示屏上输入的顾客姓名、证件号码、联系电话、房号、入住日期、预计离开日期、结账离开日期等信息。
在一实施例中,所述处理器20还用于判断所述第一触摸显示屏31的数量是 否大于所述房间类型的数量;若是,控制不同的第一触摸显示屏31显示不同房间类型的房间信息;以及若否,控制不同的第一触摸显示屏31显示所述酒店的主推房源中不同房间类型的房间信息。
具体的,当第一触摸显示屏31的数量大于房间类型的数量时,处理器20可以控制不同的第一触摸显示屏31显示不同房间类型的房间信息,从而顾客可以根据所需求的房间类型从对应的第一触摸显示屏31上查看房间信息及预定房间。当第一触摸显示屏31的数量大于房间类型的数量时,处理器20可以控制不同的第一触摸显示屏31显示所述酒店的主推房源中不同房间类型的房间信息。其中,所述主推房源可以是根据历史消费数据生成首推房源、酒店自定义的主推房源中的一者或其组合。在一实施例中,处理器20还用于根据预设时间内的热度房源信息生成所述首推房源列表;以及将所述首推房源列表中排名靠前的首推房源作为所述主推房源。例如,所述预设时间可以为1个月、3个月或1年。热度房源信息可根据顾客的消费喜好、预设时期内的消费量、好评高分等条件来确定。在另一实施例中,所述处理器还用于将酒店自定义的主推房源作为所述主推房源。在其他实施例中,所述处理器还用于将所述首推房源列表中排名靠前的首推房源和所述酒店自定义的主推房源同时作为所述主推房源,如此,顾客能够通过酒店自助选房装置100快速且针对性地查看及预订理想的房间,提高顾客体验。
可选的,在一些实施例中,所述处理器20还用于将所述酒店的主推房源中不同房间类型的房间信息显示于预设的第一触摸显示屏31上,将其他房源中不同房间类型的房间信息分别显示于其他不同的第一触摸显示屏31上。
具体的,在本实施例中,所述预设的第一触摸显示屏31是指设置在壳体10上的醒目位置的触摸显示屏。所述醒目位置是指顾客平视前方的视线位置,例如位于壳体10顶部或中部的枝树干12。由于所述主推房源中不同房间类型的房间信息及其他房源中不同房间类型的房间信息能够同时且分别地显示于所述预设的第一触摸显示屏31及其他不同的第一触摸显示屏31上,因此,若干第一触摸显示屏31显示的房间信息不仅多样化,且能够满足不同顾客对房间查看及预订的需求,以及增强了酒店自助选房装置100的使用灵活性。
在本实施例中,所述处理器20还用于控制将同一类型的一个或多个房间信 息轮流显示于相同的第一触摸显示屏31上。
具体的,在本实施例中,同一房间类型的房间数量可以是一个或多个。每一所述房间具有对应的房间信息。所述处理器20控制将同一类型的一个或多个房间信息轮流显示于相同的第一触摸显示屏31上,从而顾客能够全面了解到各个具体房间的具体情况。
在一实施例中,所述处理器20还用于控制所述第一触摸显示屏31显示包括一个或多个所述房间信息的室内环境浏览页面及选房需求页面,其中,所述室内环境浏览页面显示的房间信息包括室内环境对应的图片或视频,所述选房需求页面显示的信息包括房间楼层、房间号、价格、预计入住日期及预计离开日期;所述处理器还用于接收在至少一所述第一触摸显示屏31上显示所述选房需求页面上的输入操作所生成的所述房间入住请求。
具体的,在本实施例中,每一所述室内环境浏览页面包括一个所述房间信息或多个所述房间信息。所述选房需求页面显示的信息还包括顾客姓名、性别、联系电话、证件类型、证件号码、联系电话等信息。在本实施例中,所述室内环境浏览页面与所述选房需求页面相互独立显示。
在另一实施例中,所述处理器20还用于控制所述第一触摸显示屏31显示包括一个或多个所述房间信息的室内环境浏览页面,其中,在所述室内环境浏览页面上设置有选房需求输入区;所述处理器还用于响应对所述选房需求输入区的触控操作,进入选房需求页面;以及接收在所述选房需求页面上的输入操作所生成所述房间入住请求。
具体的,在本实施例中,所述选房需求页面通过所述选房需求输入区链接到所述室内环境浏览页面,从而简化了第一触摸显示屏31所显示的信息,方便顾客快速了解对应的所述房间信息。所述触控操作的方式例如是,但不局限于单击、右击、双击、长按、拨动或滑动。
在一实施例中,所述处理器20还用于在预设时间段内存在相同房间入住请求时,生成相同房间入住请求中所对应的最早酒店预订订单;以及在预设时间段内不存在相同房间入住请求时,生成不同房间入住请求所对应的所有酒店预订订单。
具体的,所述预设时间段可以由酒店管理人员自定义或酒店自助选房装置 100出厂默认预设,例如10秒,20秒等。当不同顾客在该预设时间段内对同一房间同时进行预订操作时,处理器20控制生成最早的酒店预订订单,并控制最早生成所述酒店预订订单的第一触摸显示屏31显示预订成功的信息提示,并控制其他第一触摸显示屏31显示预订失败的信息提示。当不同顾客在该预设时间段内对不同房间同时进行预订操作时,处理器20控制生成所有的酒店预订订单,并控制对应的所有第一触摸显示屏31显示预订成功的信息提示。
酒店自助选房装置100还包括摄像头40。摄像头40用于采集所述顾客的头像信息,所述处理器20还用于在接收从至少一所述第一触摸显示屏31上输入的房间入住请求之前或之后,接收录入的顾客的身份证信息,以及采集到的所述顾客的头像信息。
具体的,在一实施例中,摄像头40的数量与第一触控显示屏31的数量相对应。每一摄像头40设置于对应的第一触控显示屏31上。在其他实施例中,摄像头40的数量为一个。摄像头40设置于主树干11的顶部。摄像头40具有转动功能,用于采集位于不同方位的所述顾客的头像信息。酒店自助选房装置100还设置有PSB(POLICE STATION BUREAU)户口录入模块,用于录入顾客的身份证信息。本领域技术人员可以理解的公安局可以通过PSB系统调取顾客的身份证信息,以判断顾客当前是否存在犯罪记录。
所述处理器20还用于在所述根据所述房间入住请求,生成酒店预订订单后,生成支付二维码;判断在预设时间内是否完成所述住宿费用的支付;若是,确定酒店预订订单生效;以及若否,删除所述酒店预订订单。
具体的,当顾客在预设时间内完成所述住宿费用的支付时,处理器20确定酒店预订订单生效。当顾客在预设时间内未完成所述住宿费用的支付,处理器20将删除所述酒店预订订单,如此可以避免顾客因误定酒店订单而造成他人无法享用错误下单的酒店房间,从而空余的房源能够实时供顾客选择使用。在一些实施例中,在预设时间内未完成所述住宿费用的支付,处理器20控制第一触摸显示屏31显示提示信息。所述提示信息用于提醒顾客是否取消酒店预订订单。具体的,当顾客确定取消酒店预订订单,处理器20控制删除所述酒店预订订单;当处理器20在预设时间内未侦测到第一触摸显示屏31的屏幕操作时,处理器20控制删除所述酒店预订订单。所述预设时间可以由酒店管理人员自定义或酒 店自助选房装置100出厂默认预设,例如30秒,60秒等。
所述处理器20还用于识别顾客的身份证的身份证号,判断所述顾客是否为所述酒店的会员;若是,根据会员价格生成所述支付二维码;以及若否,根据非会员价格生成所述支付二维码。
具体的,在本实施例中,处理器20还用于判断顾客的身份证号码与预先存储的会员身份证号是否匹配,若是,表明顾客是酒店会员,从而顾客可以享受会员的优惠待遇,例如折扣价、会员积分、满减优惠券等。若否,表明顾客不是酒店会员。在一些实施例中,处理器20还可以根据顾客的姓名及联系电话来判断顾客是否为酒店会员。

具体的,在本实施例中,第二触摸显示屏32可以是酒店人员设置的,也可以是酒店自助选房装置100出厂默认预设。所述当前已预订的房源信息列表可以是,但不局限于不同房间类型的房间预订量、已预订的房间信息的室内环境浏览页面。所述当前剩余房源信息列表可以是不同房间类型的空房量或不同房间类型的价格列表。如此,顾客不仅可以根据当前房源信息快速了解热度房间,并根据 剩余显示房源信息快速判断是否有自身需求的房间类型。

具体的,在本实施例中,所述根据所述房源信息将房间进行分类而得到不同房间类型,具体包括:根据预先定义的房间号与房间类型的对应关系,将房间进行分类而得到不同房间类型。其中,房间类型可以包括,但是不局限于单人间、标准间、豪华/高级间、商务间、行政间、套间、双套间、组合套间、高级套间、复式套间等。所述房间信息包括房间基本信息及房间室内环境信息。所述房间基本信息包括,但不局限于房间类型、房间号、房间楼层等信息,所述房间室内环境信息包括,但不局限于房间朝向、房间装饰、房间绿化及房间陈设等信息。所述房间室内环境信息可以通过图片或视频显示于触摸显示屏30。
步骤S305,控制若干所述第一触摸显示屏分别显示不同房间类型的房间信息。
具体的,每一房间类型的房间信息显示于其中一个第一触摸显示屏31。每一触摸显示屏31显示的房间信息不同,从而顾客能够正对性地对某种房间类型的房间信息。
所述控制若干所述第一触摸显示屏31分别显示不同房间类型的房间信息,包括:
判断所述第一触摸显示屏31的数量是否大于所述房间类型的数量;
若是,控制不同的第一触摸显示屏31显示不同房间类型的房间信息;
若否,控制不同的第一触摸显示屏31显示所述酒店的主推房源中不同房间类型的房间信息。
具体的,当第一触摸显示屏31的数量大于房间类型的数量时,控制不同的触摸显示屏30显示不同房间类型的房间信息,从而顾客可以根据所需求的房间类型从对应的触摸显示屏30上查看房间信息及预定房间。当触摸显示屏30的数量大于房间类型的数量时,控制不同的触摸显示屏30显示所述酒店的主推房源中不同房间类型的房间信息。其中,所述主推房源可以是根据历史消费数据生成首推房源、酒店自定义的主推房源中的一者或其组合。在一实施例中,在所述控制不同的触摸显示屏30显示所述酒店的主推房源中不同房间类型的房间信息之前,所述方法还包括:根据预设时间内的热度房源信息生成所述首推房源列表;将所述首推房源列表中排名靠前的首推房源作为所述主推房源。例如,所述预设时间可以为1个月、3个月或1年。热度房源信息可根据顾客的消费喜好、预设时期内的消费量、好评高分等条件来确定。在另一实施例中,在所述控制不同的触摸显示屏30显示所述酒店的主推房源中不同房间类型的房间信息之前,所述方法还包括:将酒店自定义的主推房源作为所述主推房源。在其他实施例中,在所述控制不同的触摸显示屏30显示所述酒店的主推房源中不同房间类型的房间信息之前,所述方法还包括:将所述首推房源列表中排名靠前的首推房源和所述酒店自定义的主推房源同时作为所述主推房源如此,顾客能够通过酒店自助选房装置100快速且针对性地查看及预订理想的房间,提高顾客体验。
可选的,在一些实施例中,所述控制若干所述第一触摸显示屏分别显示不同 房间类型的房间信息,包括:
将所述酒店的主推房源中不同房间类型的房间信息显示于预设触摸显示屏上,将其他房源中不同房间类型的房间信息分别显示于其他不同的触摸显示屏上。
具体的,在本实施例中,所述预设触摸显示屏是指设置在壳体10上的醒目位置的触摸显示屏30。所述醒目位置是指顾客平视前方的视线位置,例如位于壳体10顶部或中部的枝树干12。由于所述主推房源中不同房间类型的房间信息及其他房源中不同房间类型的房间信息能够同时且分别地显示于所述预设触摸显示屏及其他不同的触摸显示屏上,因此,若干触摸显示屏20显示的房间信息不仅多样化,且能够满足不同顾客对房间查看及预订的需求,以及增强了酒店自助选房装置100的使用灵活性。
在本实施例中,所述控制若干所述第一触摸显示屏分别显示不同房间类型的房间信息,包括:
控制将同一类型的一个或多个房间信息轮流显示于相同的触摸显示屏上。
具体的,在本实施例中,同一房间类型的房间数量可以是一个或多个。每一所述房间具有对应的房间信息。所述处理器20控制将同一类型的一个或多个房间信息轮流显示于相同的触摸显示屏上,从而顾客能够全面了解到各个具体房间的具体情况。
步骤S307,接收从至少一所述第一触摸显示屏31上输入的房间入住请求。
具体的,在本实施例中,所述接收从至少一所述触摸显示屏上输入的房间入住请求,具体包括:接收从一个所述触摸显示屏上输入的房间入住请求,或是同时接收从多个所述触摸显示屏上输入的多个房间入住请求。每位顾客均可以操作一个触摸显示屏,从而能够实现多位顾客同时进行选房操作,且提高了选房率。具体的,顾客可以在触摸显示屏上输入的顾客姓名、证件号码、联系电话、房号、入住日期、预计离开日期、结账离开日期等信息。
在一实施例中,所述控控制若干所述第一触摸显示屏分别显示不同房间类型的房间信息,包括:
控制所述触摸显示屏30显示包括一个或多个所述房间信息的室内环境浏览页面及选房需求页面,其中,所述室内环境浏览页面显示的房间信息包括室内环 境对应的图片或视频,所述选房需求页面显示的信息包括房间楼层、房间号、价格、预计入住日期及预计离开日期,所述接收从至少一所述触摸显示屏30上输入的房间入住请求,包括:接收在至少一所述触摸显示屏30上显示所述选房需求页面上的输入操作所生成的所述房间入住请求。
具体的,在本实施例中,每一所述室内环境浏览页面包括一个所述房间信息或多个所述房间信息。所述选房需求页面显示的信息还包括顾客姓名、性别、联系电话、证件类型、证件号码、联系电话等信息。在本实施例中,所述室内环境浏览页面与所述选房需求页面相互独立显示。
在另一实施例中,所述控制若干所述第一触摸显示屏分别显示不同房间类型的房间信息,包括:
控制所述触摸显示屏30显示包括一个或多个所述房间信息的室内环境浏览页面,其中,在所述室内环境浏览页面上设置有选房需求输入区,所述接收从至少一所述触摸显示屏30上输入的房间入住请求,包括:
响应对所述选房需求输入区的触控操作,进入选房需求页面;
接收在所述选房需求页面上的输入操作所生成所述房间入住请求。
具体的,在本实施例中,所述选房需求页面通过所述选房需求输入区链接到所述室内环境浏览页面,从而简化了触摸显示屏30所显示的信息,方便顾客快速了解对应的所述房间信息。所述触控操作的方式例如是,但不局限于单击、右击、双击、长按、拨动或滑动。
所述接收从至少一所述触摸显示屏上输入的房间入住请求之前或之后,所述方法还包括:
录入顾客的身份证信息,并采集所述顾客的头像信息。
具体的,酒店自助选房装置100还包括摄像头40。摄像头40用于采集所述顾客的头像信息。在本实施例中,在接收从至少一所述触摸显示屏30上输入的房间入住请求之前或之后,所述方法还包括:接收录入的顾客的身份证信息,以及采集到的所述顾客的头像信息。
具体的,在一实施例中,摄像头40的数量与触控显示屏30的数量相对应。每一摄像头40设置于对应的触控显示屏30上。在其他实施例中,摄像头40的数量为一个。摄像头40设置于主树干11的顶部。摄像头40具有转动功能,用 于采集所述顾客的头像信息。酒店自助选房装置100还设置有PSB(POLICE STATION BUREAU)户口录入模块,用于录入顾客的身份证信息。本领域技术人员可以理解的公安局可以通过PSB系统调取顾客的身份证信息,以判断顾客是否存在犯罪记录。
步骤S309,根据所述房间入住请求,生成酒店预订订单。
在一实施例中,所述根据所述房间入住请求,生成酒店预订订单,具体包括:
在预设时间段内存在相同房间入住请求时,生成相同房间入住请求中所对应的最早酒店预订订单;以及
在预设时间段内不存在相同房间入住请求时,生成不同房间入住请求所对应的所有酒店预订订单。
具体的,所述预设时间段可以由酒店管理人员自定义或酒店自助选房装置100出厂默认预设,例如10秒,20秒等。当不同顾客在该预设时间段内对同一房间同时进行预订操作时,控制生成最早的酒店预订订单,并控制最早生成所述酒店预订订单的第一触摸显示屏31显示预订成功的信息提示,并控制其他第一触摸显示屏31显示预订失败的信息提示。当不同顾客在该预设时间段内对不同房间同时进行预订操作时,控制生成所有的酒店预订订单,并控制对应的所有第一触摸显示屏31显示预订成功的信息提示。
可选的,在一些实施例中,在所述根据所述房间入住请求,生成酒店预订订单后,所述方法还包括:
生成支付二维码;
判断在预设时间内是否完成所述住宿费用的支付;
若是,确定酒店预订订单生效;
若否,删除所述酒店预订订单。
具体的,当顾客在预设时间内完成所述住宿费用的支付时,确定酒店预订订单生效。当顾客在预设时间内未完成所述住宿费用的支付,删除所述酒店预订订单,如此可以避免顾客因误定酒店订单而造成他人无法享用错误下单的酒店房间,从而空余的房源能够实时供顾客选择使用。在一些实施例中,所述删除所述酒店预订订单之前,所述方法包括:在预设时间内未完成所述住宿费用的支付时,控制触摸显示屏30显示提示信息。所述提示信息用于提醒顾客是否取消酒店预 订订单。具体的,所述删除所述酒店预订订单,包括:当顾客确定取消酒店预订订单,控制删除所述酒店预订订单;当在预设时间内未侦测到触摸显示屏30的屏幕操作时,控制删除所述酒店预订订单。所述预设时间可以由酒店管理人员自定义或酒店自助选房装置100出厂默认预设,例如30秒,60秒等。
所述生成支付二维码,具体包括:
识别顾客的身份证的身份证号,判断所述顾客是否为所述酒店的会员;
若是,根据会员价格生成所述支付二维码;
若否,根据非会员价格生成所述支付二维码。
具体的,在本实施例中,所述识别顾客的身份证的身份证号,判断所述顾客是否为所述酒店的会员,具体包括:判断顾客的身份证号码与预先存储的会员身份证号是否匹配,若是,表明顾客是酒店会员,从而顾客可以享受会员的优惠待遇,例如折扣价、会员积分、满减优惠券等。若否,表明顾客不是酒店会员。在一些实施例中,还可以根据顾客的姓名及联系电话来判断顾客是否为酒店会员。
在所述生成支付二维码之后,所述方法还包括:验证顾客信息;
所述验证顾客信息,具体包括:
接收第三方支付中心在扫描所述支付二维码后发送的顾客部分信息,并根据所述顾客部分信息查找所述顾客的身份信息或身份信息组;
将所述顾客的身份信息或身份信息组发送至所述第三方支付中心;
在所述第三方支付中心验证所述顾客的身份信息或身份信息组符合要求时,执行支付操作。如此,通过第三方支付中心300和酒店自助选房装置100对顾客身份的双重确认,不仅可以避免顾客误付款,并且确保了付款的安全性。
进一步的,在本实施例中,所述方法还包括:在所述预设时间内完成所述住宿费用的支付时,将所述顾客信息与所述房间信息进行绑定,并激活对应的房卡。
具体的,当在所述预设时间内完成所述住宿费用的支付后,处理器20将顾客的信息与房间信息进行绑定,并激活对应的房卡,从而顾客可以凭登记的身份证在房卡领取中心领取房卡。
可选的,在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:在特定触摸显示屏轮流显示当前已预订的房源信息列表及当前剩余房源信息列表。
具体的,在本实施例中,第二触摸显示屏32可以是酒店人员设置的,也可 以是酒店自助选房装置100出厂默认预设。所述当前已预订的房源信息列表可以是,但不局限于不同房间类型的房间预订量、已预订的房间信息的室内环境浏览页面。所述当前剩余房源信息列表可以是不同房间类型的空房量或不同房间类型的价格列表。如此,顾客不仅可以根据当前房源信息快速了解热度房间,并根据剩余显示房源信息快速判断是否有自身需求的房间类型。
本申请实施例提供一种酒店自助选房装置及其方法。所述酒店自助选房方法,应用于酒店自助选房装置中,所述酒店自助选房装置包括若干触摸显示屏,包括如下步骤:获取剩余房源信息;根据所述房源信息将房间进行分类而得到不同房间类型;控制对应的触摸显示屏显示不同房间类型的房间信息;接收从至少一所述触摸显示屏上输入的房间入住请求;以及根据所述房间入住请求,生成酒店预订订单。因此,基于对应的触摸显示屏显示不同房间类型,从而顾客能够实时了解酒店房间的具体情况,增加顾客的体验。此外,酒店自助选房装置可以接收从至少一所述触摸显示屏上输入的房间入住请求,也即多位顾客可以在酒店自助选房装置上同时进行选房操作,从而提高了酒店自助选房装置,操作方便,进而降低了酒店工作人员的工作负担。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种酒店自助选房方法,应用于酒店自助选房装置中,其特征在于,所述酒店自助选房装置包括若干第一触摸显示屏,包括如下步骤:
    获取房源信息;
    根据所述房源信息将房间进行分类而得到不同的房间类型;
    控制若干所述第一触摸显示屏分别显示不同房间类型的房间信息;
    接收从至少一所述第一触摸显示屏上输入的房间入住请求;以及
    根据所述房间入住请求,生成酒店预订订单。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的酒店自助选房方法,其特征在于,所述房源信息包括剩余房源信息;所述根据所述房源信息将房间进行分类而得到不同的房间类型,包括:
    根据所述剩余房源信息将房间进行分类而得到不同的房间类型。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的酒店自助选房方法,其特征在于,所述控制若干所述第一触摸显示屏分别显示不同房间类型的房间信息,包括:
    判断所述第一触摸显示屏的数量是否大于所述房间类型的数量;
    若是,控制不同的第一触摸显示屏显示不同房间类型的房间信息;
    若否,控制不同的第一触摸显示屏显示所述酒店的主推房源中不同房间类型的房间信息。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的酒店自助选房方法,其特征在于,所述控制若干所述第一触摸显示屏分别显示不同房间类型的房间信息,包括:
    将所述酒店的主推房源中不同房间类型的房间信息显示于预设的第一触摸显示屏上,将其他房源中不同房间类型的房间信息分别显示于其他不同的第一触摸显示屏上。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的酒店自助选房方法,其特征在于,所述控制若干所述第一触摸显示屏分别显示不同房间类型的房间信息,包括:
    控制将同一类型的一个或多个房间信息轮流显示于相同的第一触摸显示屏上。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的酒店自助选房方法,其特征在于,所述控制若干所述 第一触摸显示屏分别显示不同房间类型的房间信息,包括:
    控制所述第一触摸显示屏显示包括一个或多个所述房间信息的室内环境浏览页面及选房需求页面,其中,所述室内环境浏览页面显示的房间信息包括室内环境对应的图片或视频,所述选房需求页面显示的信息包括房间楼层、房间号、价格、预计入住日期及预计离开日期,所述接收从至少一所述第一触摸显示屏上输入的房间入住请求,包括:接收在至少一所述第一触摸显示屏上显示所述选房需求页面上的输入操作所生成的所述房间入住请求。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的酒店自助选房方法,其特征在于,所述控制若干所述第一触摸显示屏分别显示不同房间类型的房间信息,包括:
    控制所述第一触摸显示屏显示包括一个或多个所述房间信息的室内环境浏览页面,其中,在所述室内环境浏览页面上设置有选房需求输入区,所述接收从至少一所述第一触摸显示屏上输入的房间入住请求,包括:
    响应对所述选房需求输入区的触控操作,进入选房需求页面;
    接收在所述选房需求页面上的输入操作所生成所述房间入住请求。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的酒店自助选房方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述房间入住请求,生成酒店预订订单,具体包括:
    在预设时间段内存在相同房间入住请求时,生成相同房间入住请求中所对应的最早酒店预订订单;以及
    在预设时间段内不存在相同房间入住请求时,生成不同房间入住请求所对应的所有酒店预订订单。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的酒店自助选房方法,其特征在于,所述接收从至少一所述第一触摸显示屏上输入的房间入住请求之前或之后,所述方法还包括:
    录入顾客的身份证信息,并采集所述顾客的头像信息。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的酒店自助选房方法,其特征在于,在所述根据所述房间入住请求,生成酒店预订订单后,所述方法还包括:
    生成支付二维码;
    判断在预设时间内是否完成所述住宿费用的支付;
    若是,确定酒店预订订单生效;
    若否,删除所述酒店预订订单。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的酒店自助选房方法,其特征在于,所述生成支付二维码,具体包括:
    识别顾客的身份证的身份证号,判断所述顾客是否为所述酒店的会员;
    若是,根据会员价格生成所述支付二维码;
    若否,根据非会员价格生成所述支付二维码。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的酒店自助选房方法,其特征在于,在所述生成支付二维码之后,所述方法还包括:验证顾客信息;
    所述验证顾客信息,具体包括:
    接收第三方支付中心在扫描所述支付二维码后发送的顾客部分信息,并根据所述顾客部分信息查找所述顾客的身份信息或身份信息组;
    将所述顾客的身份信息或身份信息组发送至所述第三方支付中心;
    在所述第三方支付中心验证所述顾客的身份信息或身份信息组符合要求时,执行支付操作。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的酒店自助选房方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在所述预设时间内完成所述住宿费用的支付时,将所述顾客信息与所述房间信息进行绑定,并激活对应的房卡。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的酒店自助选房方法,其特征在于,所述酒店自助选房装置还包括若干第二触摸显示屏,所述方法还包括:
    在所述第二触摸显示屏轮流显示当前已预订的房源信息列表及当前剩余房源信息列表。
  15. 一种酒店自助选房装置,包括处理器及电连接于所述处理器的若干第一触摸显示屏,所述处理器用于执行权利要求1至13中任意一项所述的酒店自助选房方法。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的酒店自助选房装置,其特征在于,所述酒店自助选房装置还包括摄像头,所述摄像头用于采集所述顾客的头像信息。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的酒店自助选房装置,其特征在于,所述酒店自助选房装置还包括通信连接于第三方支付中心的通信模块。
  18. 如权利要求15所述的酒店自助选房装置,其特征在于,所述酒店自助选房装置还包括若干第二触摸显示屏,所述第二触摸显示屏用于轮流显示当前已预 订的房源信息列表及当前剩余房源信息列表。
  19. 如权利要求15至18中任意一项所述的酒店自助选房装置,其特征在于,酒店自助选房装置还包括树状的壳体,所述壳体包括主树干和设置在所述主树干上的若干枝树干,所述处理器设置于所述主树干上,所述处理器设置于所述主树干上,所述若干触摸显示屏对应设置于若干所述枝树干上。
