본 발명은 라이오셀 섬유를 포함하는 부직 섬유 집합체에 관한 것이다. 상기 부직 섬유 집합체는 라이오셀 섬유 이외의 다른 섬유를 포함하지 않아 친환경적이다. 특히, 상기 부직 섬유 집합체는 수분 및 에센스 함유 능력이 우수한 제1층과 피부 밀착력이 우수한 제2층을 포함하여, 코, 눈가, 입가, 목 등 굴곡이 많은 얼굴에도 들뜬 부분 없이 밀착하며, 우수한 감촉을 나타내면서도 수분 및 에센스 함유 능력이 뛰어나 다량의 액체를 함유한 상태에서도 액체가 흘러내리지 않아 장시간 사용이 가능한 마스크팩용 시트를 제공할 수 있다.

Description

부직 섬유 집합체 및 이를 이용한 마스크팩용 시트
본 발명은 부직 섬유 집합체 및 이를 이용한 마스크팩용 시트에 관한 것이다.
라이오셀(Lyocell) 섬유는 천연 펄프 및 아민 옥사이드 수화물로부터 제조되는 섬유이다. 라이오셀 섬유는 재생 섬유에 비해 우수한 인장 특성과 촉감 등의 특성을 가지면서도, 생산 공정에서 일체의 오염 물질을 발생시키지 않으며, 사용되는 아민 옥사이드계 용매가 재활용 가능하고 폐기시 생분해되어, 친환경적인 섬유로서 다양한 분야에 사용되고 있다.
라이오셀 섬유는 부직 섬유 집합체로 제조되어, 산업자재, 의류, 인테리어 등에 사용되고 있지만 굽힘 특성, 표면 감촉 등의 특성의 개선이 요구되고 있는 실정이고, 마스크팩용 시트로 사용되는 경우, 피부 밀착력, 수분 및 에센스 함유율, 표면 감촉, 광택 등의 개선이 필요한 실정이다.
이에, 일본공개특허 제2009-540140호에서 이형 단면의 라이오셀 섬유를 포함하는 부직 물품을 소개하는 것과 같이, 라이오셀 섬유의 단면 형상을 원형 단면이 아닌 이형 단면으로 제조하거나, 한국공개특허 제10-2005-0113496호에서 분할형 복합 섬유를 수류 결합으로 분할시켜 얻어지는 극세 섬유로 이루어진 다층 부직포를 개시하는 것과 같이, 라이오셀 섬유를 다른 인조 섬유와 혼합하거나 복잡한 다층으로 제조하여 특성을 개선시키려는 시도가 있었다.
그러나 이러한 기술을 사용하더라도, 부직 섬유 집합체의 층 구조가 단순하지 않아 제조가 복잡하고, 다른 인조 섬유를 혼합하여 제조함으로써 친환경적이지 않으며, 마스크팩용 시트에 사용됨에 있어서 요구되는 물성을 만족하지 못하고 있었다.
이에, 본 발명자들은 상기 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 이형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유로 이루어진 제1층 및 원형 단면의 모노 필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유로 이루어지는 제2층을 포함하는 부직 섬유 집합체를 제공하여, 상술한 문제점이 개선됨을 확인하고, 본 발명을 완성하게 되었다.
본 발명은 라이오셀 섬유 이외의 다른 인조 섬유와 결합하지 않아 친환경적이며, 3 층 이상으로 구성되지 않고, 향상된 피부 밀착력, 수분 및 에센스 함유율을 나타내고, 감촉, 광택 등의 특성도 향상된 부직 섬유 집합체를 제공하고자 한다.
발명의 일 구현예에 따르면, 라이오셀 섬유를 포함하는 부직 섬유 집합체로서, 섬도가 1.0 내지 1.5 데니어인 이형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유로 이루어지는 제1층; 및 섬도가 0.55 내지 1.5 데니어인 원형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유로 이루어지는 제2층을 포함하는 부직 섬유 집합체가 제공된다.
또한, 발명의 다른 일 구현예에 따르면, 상기 부직 섬유 집합체를 이용한 마스크팩용 시트가 제공된다.
발명의 일 구현예에 따른 부직 섬유 집합체는 라이오셀 섬유 이외의 다른 인조 섬유를 포함하지 않아 친환경적이며, 특히 수분 및 에센스 함유 능력이 우수한 제1층과 피부 밀착력이 우수한 제2층을 포함하여, 코, 눈가, 입가, 목 등 굴곡이 많은 얼굴에도 들뜬 부분 없이 밀착하며, 우수한 감촉을 나타내면서도 수분 및 에센스 함유 능력이 뛰어나 다량의 액체를 함유한 상태에서도 액체가 흘러내리지 않아 장시간 사용이 가능한 마스크팩용 시트를 제공할 수 있다.
발명의 일 구현예에 따르면, 라이오셀 섬유를 포함하는 부직 섬유 집합체로서, 섬도가 1.0 내지 1.5 데니어인 이형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유로 이루어지는 제1층; 및 섬도가 0.55 내지 1.5 데니어인 원형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유로 이루어지는 제2층을 포함하는 부직 섬유 집합체가 제공된다.
상기 부직 섬유 집합체는 서로 다른 단면 형상을 갖는 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유로부터 형성된 2 개의 층을 포함하고, 각 층의 모노필라멘트의 섬도를 특정 범위로 조절함에 따라, 수분 및 에센스에 대하여 높은 흡수율을 나타낼 수 있으며, 수분 및 에센스를 함유한 상태에서 고투명도 및 뛰어난 피부 밀착력을 나타낼 수 있다. 이에 따라, 상기 부직 섬유 집합체를 마스크팩용 시트로 이용하면, 코, 눈가, 입가, 목 등 굴곡이 많은 얼굴에도 들뜬 부분 없이 밀착하며, 우수한 감촉을 나타내면서도 수분 및 에센스 함유 능력이 뛰어나 다량의 액체를 함유한 상태에서도 액체가 흘러내리지 않아 장시간 사용이 가능한 마스크팩을 제공할 수 있다.
이하, 상기 부직 섬유 집합체에 대해 상세히 설명한다.
상기 부직 섬유 집합체는 라이오셀 섬유를 포함한다. 상기 라이오셀 섬유를 제조하기 위해 사용되는 용매는 인체에 무해하며 재사용할 수 있어 라이오셀 섬유는 친환경 섬유로도 알려져 있다. 특히, 상기 부직 섬유 집합체는 다른 섬유를 포함하지 않고 오직 라이오셀 섬유로만 이루어질 수 있어 친환경적인 이점이 있다.
상기 부직 섬유 집합체는 라이오셀 섬유로 이루어지는 제1층 및 제2층을 포함하는데, 제1층은 비표면적이 큰 이형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유로 이루어져 수분 및 에센스에 대하여 높은 흡수율을 나타낼 수 있고, 제2층은 원형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유로 이루어져 부드러운 촉감의 표면을 가지며, 뛰어난 피부 밀착력을 나타낼 수 있다.
상기 제1층은 단면이 원형이 아닌 이형 단면(multi lobal)인 모노필라멘트를 포함하여 원형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 제2층에 비하여 큰 비표면적을 가질 수 있다. 이에 따라, 제1층은 다량의 수분 혹은 에센스 등을 흡수하고 장시간 보유하는 특성을 나타낼 수 있다.
상기 이형 단면의 형상은, 예를 들면, 다엽형 단면(예를 들면, 3 내지 10 엽형 단면), 편평상 단면(예를 들면, 곡률을 가지는 편평상 단면 혹은 직선의 편평상 단면), 다각형 단면, 중공 단면, V 자형 단면, T 자형 단면, H 자형 단면 또는 I 자형 단면 등일 수 있다. 상기 다엽형은 다수의 잎(돌기)이 하나의 중심부에 연결된 형상을 의미한다. 일 예로, 다엽형 중 3 엽형은 세잎 클로버 형상 혹은 Y 자형으로 이해될 수 있고, 4 엽형은 네잎 클로버 형상 혹은 X 자형으로 이해될 수 있다.
상기 제1층이 보다 우수한 수분 혹은 에센스 등에 대한 흡수성 및 보유력을 나타내기 위하여, 상기 제1층에 포함되는 모노필라멘트의 이형 단면은 3 내지 10 엽형 단면일 수 있고, 보다 바람직하게는 3 엽형 단면일 수 있다.
상기 제1층에 포함되는 이형 단면의 모노필라멘트는 섬도가 1.0 내지 1.5 데니어일 수 있다. 만일 이형 단면의 모노필라멘트의 섬도가 1.0 데니어 미만이면 섬도가 너무 가늘어 부직 섬유 집합체의 양호한 제반 물성을 유지하면서 비표면적을 증가시키는 것이 어렵고, 1.5 데이어를 초과하면 기존 마스크팩용 시트에 사용된 섬유와 굵기 차이가 없어 수분 혹은 에센스 등에 대한 흡수성 및 보유력이 보편적인 수준을 나타내는 문제가 있다.
본 명세서에 기재된 섬도는 하기 식 1로 정의된다. 구체적으로, 측정하고자 하는 라이오셀 섬유를 불투명 섬유로 감싼 후, 크로스 섹션 슬라이드 직경 2 mm Hole을 통과시켜 슬라이드와 평행하도록 양쪽을 잘라낸다. 그 뒤, 광학현미경을 사용하여 50 배 배율로 단면을 촬영한 후, 단면적 계산 프로그램을 활용하여 도출된 라이오셀 섬유를 구성하는 모노필라멘트의 단면적과 라이오셀 섬유의 밀도(1.49 g/cm3)를 이용하여 얻을 수 있다.

한편, 상기 제2층은 단면이 원형인 모노필라멘트를 포함하여 피부에 접촉 시 부드러운 촉감을 제공할 수 있고, 뛰어난 피부 밀착력을 나타낼 수 있다.
상기 제2층에 포함되는 원형 단면의 모노필라멘트는 섬도가 0.55 내지 1.5 데니어일 수 있다. 만일 원형 단면의 모노필라멘트의 섬도가 0.55 데니어 미만이면 섬도가 너무 가늘어 부직 섬유 집합체의 양호한 제반 물성을 유지하기 어렵고, 1.5 데이어를 초과하면 기존 마스크팩용 시트에 사용된 섬유와 굵기 차이가 없어 흡수성, 보유력 및 피부 밀착력 등이 보편적인 수준을 나타내는 문제가 있다.
상기 라이오셀 섬유를 제조하는 방법은 특별히 한정되는 것은 아니나, 예를 들면, (S1) 셀룰로오스 펄프를 N-메틸모폴린-N-옥사이드(N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide; NMMO)를 포함하는 용매에 용해시킨 방사 도프를 방사하는 단계; (S2) 상기 (S1) 단계에서 방사된 방사 도프를 응고시켜 라이오셀 멀티필라멘트를 수득하는 단계; (S3) 상기 (S2) 단계에서 수득된 라이오셀 멀티필라멘트를 수세하는 단계; 및 (S4) 상기 (S3) 단계에서 수세된 라이오셀 멀티필라멘트를 유제 처리하는 단계; (S5) 상기 (S4) 단계에서 유제 처리된 라이오셀 멀티필라멘트를 스터퍼 박스(stuffer box)를 통해 크림핑하여 크림프 토우(crimped tow)를 얻는 단계; (S6) 상기 (S5) 단계에서 수득된 크림프 토우를 건조 및 커팅하여 라이오셀 섬유를 얻는 단계를 통해 제조할 수 있다.
상기 (S1) 단계에서는 방사 구금의 세공(orifice)의 형상을 조절하여 모노필라멘트의 단면 형상을 제어할 수 있다. 즉, 세공을 원하는 모노필라멘트의 단면 형상으로 제조하여 원하는 단면 형상을 가지는 모노필라멘트를 얻을 수 있다.
일 예로, 세공의 형상이 원형인 경우 이러한 세공을 통해 방사된 모노필라멘트의 단면은 원형일 수 있고, 세공의 형상이 3 엽형인 경우 이러한 세공을 통해 방사된 모노필라멘트의 단면은 3 엽형일 수 있다.
상기 (S1) 단계에서는 또한 방사 도프의 토출량과 방사 속도를 적절히 조절하여 라이오셀 섬유의 섬도를 조절할 수 있다.
상기 제1층을 형성하기 위한 라이오셀 섬유와 제2층을 형성하기 위한 라이오셀 섬유는 모노필라멘트의 단면 형상이 다르거나, 혹은 단면 형상과 섬도가 다르므로, 서로 다른 공정 조건의 상기 (S1) 단계를 거쳐 제조될 수 있다. 그러나, 상기 제1층을 형성하기 위한 라이오셀 섬유와 제2층을 형성하기 위한 라이오셀 섬유를 제조하기 위한 상기 (S2) 내지 (S6) 단계의 공정 조건은 동일하게 조절될 수 있다.
한편, 상기 (S4) 단계에서는 라이오셀 멀티필라멘트 100 중량부에 대해 약 0.01 내지 1 중량부의 유제를 부여할 수 있다. 그러나, 이러한 라이오셀 멀티필라멘트로부터 부직 섬유 집합체를 제조하는 공정에서 대부분의 유제가 씻겨 나가 최종 제조된 부직 섬유 집합체에 잔류하는 유제 함유량은 부직 섬유 집합체 100 중량부에 대하여 0.001 중량부 이하일 수 있다.
상기 (S5) 단계에서는 라이오셀 멀티필라멘트를 크림핑하여 인치 당 8 내지 12 개(cpi)의 크림프가 부여된 크림프 토우를 얻을 수 있다. 이러한 범위 내에서 부직 섬유 집합체의 제조 공정에서 섬유들끼리 충분히 얽히며 원활하게 개섬될 수 있다.
상기 (S6) 단계에서는 크림프 토우를 건조하고 라이오셀 섬유의 섬유장(纖維長; fiber legnth)이 약 36 내지 53 mm가 되도록 커팅할 수 있다. 이러한 범위 내에서 부직 섬유 집합체의 제조 공정에서 우수한 공정성을 나타낼 수 있다. 본 명세서에서 섬유장은 섬유의 평균 길이를 의미하며, KS K ISO 6989에 제시된 방법 A를 적용하여 측정한다. 상기 일 구현예에 따른 부직 섬유 집합체에 사용된 라이오셀 섬유는 천연 섬유가 아니므로, 측정 기준인 500 개 보다 적은 샘플로 그 값을 도출하였다.
상술한 방법을 통해 제조된 상기 이형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유와 원형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유는 각각 카딩 및 크로스래핑(crosslapping) 공정 등에 의해 크로스래핑된 웹으로 제조될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 이형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유와 원형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유는 2 이상의 카딩기를 통해 동시에 카딩 및 크로스래핑되어 2 종류의 크로스래핑된 웹으로 제공될 수 있다. 그러나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고, 하나의 카딩기로 순차적으로 2 종류의 크로스래핑된 웹을 제조할 수도 있다.
이렇게 제조된 2 종류의 크로스래핑된 웹은 스펀레이싱 공정, 니들 펀치 공정, 혹은 스팀 제트 공정 등에 의해 일체화되어 부직 섬유 집합체로 제조될 수 있다.
이 중에서도 경제적이며 고속 생산이 가능한 스펀레이싱 공정에 의해 부직 섬유 집합체를 제조할 수 있다. 상기 스펀레이싱 공정은 2 종류의 크로스래핑된 웹이 겹쳐지도록 적층한 후, 고압의 수류(water stream)을 크로스래핑된 웹 상에 분사하여 단섬유 웹을 교락(entangling)시킴으로써 부직 섬유 집합체를 제공할 수 있다.
상기와 같은 방법으로 일면에는 이형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유로 이루어지는 제1층이 존재하고, 다른 일면에는 원형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유로 이루어지는 제2층이 존재하는 부직 섬유 집합체를 제공할 수 있다.
상기 부직 섬유 집합체의 두께는 부직 섬유 집합체를 구성하는 라이오셀 섬유의 섬도, 섬유장, 크림프 수 및 부직 섬유 집합체의 평량 등에 따라 달라진다.
상기 부직 섬유 집합체는 평량이 30 내지 80 g/m2, 30 내지 70 g/m2, 30 내지 60 g/m2, 30 내지 50 g/m2, 35 내지 45 g/m2 혹은 36 내지 44 g/m2일 수 있다. 그리고, 이러한 평량을 가질 때, 본 발명의 부직 섬유 집합체는 두께가 0.3 내지 0.6 mm, 0.3 내지 0.5 mm, 0.3 내지 0.45 mm, 0.3 내지 0.42 mm, 0.35 내지 0.42 mm 혹은 0.37 내지 0.41 mm 일 수 있다. 특히, 본 발명의 부직 섬유 집합체는 상술한 섬도, 섬유장 및 크림프 수를 가지는 라이오셀 섬유로 이루어짐에 따라 평량이 36 내지 44 g/m2일 때, 0.3 내지 0.42 mm의 얇은 두께를 가질 수 있다. 후술하는 실험예를 참조하면, 상술한 평량 및 두께를 만족하는 부직 섬유 집합체는 흡수성, 투명도 및 밀착력이 매우 우수한 것이 확인된다.
보다 바람직하게, 상기 부직 섬유 집합체의 제1층은 평량이 10 내지 40 g/m2일 수 있고, 제2층은 평량이 20 내지 40 g/m2일 수 있다. 이러한 범위 내에서 수분 혹은 에센스 등의 흡수율 및 보유력과 피부 밀착력이 더욱 뛰어난 부직 섬유 집합체를 제공할 수 있다.
상기 부직 섬유 집합체는 상술한 바와 같이 우수한 수분 흡수율을 나타낼 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 상기 부직 섬유 집합체는 하기 식 3으로 계산되는 수분 흡수율이 1000 % 내지 1800 %, 1300 % 내지 1800 % 혹은 1350 % 내지 1800 %일 수 있다.

상기 식 3에서,
W0는 침지 전 부직 섬유 집합체의 무게이고,
W1은 부직 섬유 집합체를 물에 10 분간 침지한 후 측정한 무게이다.
또한, 상기 부직 섬유 집합체는 수분 혹은 에센스 등을 함유한 상태에서 고투명성을 나타낼 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 상기 부직 섬유 집합체는 물에 10 분간 침지시킨 후 Haze Meter를 이용하여 측정한 550 nm 파장에 대한 광 투과율이 80 % 내지 84 %, 81 % 내지 84 % 혹은 82 % 내지 84 %일 수 있다. 또한, 상기 부직 섬유 집합체는 에센스에 10 분간 침지시킨 후 Haze Meter를 이용하여 측정한 550 nm 파장에 대한 광 투과율이 88 % 내지 94 % 혹은 90 % 내지 94 %일 수 있다.
상기 부직 섬유 집합체는 수분 혹은 에센스 등을 함유한 상태에서 우수한 밀착성을 나타낼 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 상기 부직 섬유 집합체를 물에 10 분간 침지시킨 후 제2층을 피부에 부착한 후 180°로 박리하여 측정한 피부 밀착력이 3.6 내지 4.2 gf, 3.8 내지 4.2 gf 혹은 3.9 내지 4.2 gf일 수 있다. 그리고, 상기 부직 섬유 집합체를 에센스에 10 분간 침지시킨 후 제2층을 피부에 부착한 후 180°로 박리하여 측정한 피부 밀착력이 4.5 내지 5.3 gf, 4.6 내지 5.3 gf 혹은 4.7 내지 5.3 gf일 수 있다.
한편, 발명의 다른 일 구현예에 따르면, 상기 부직 섬유 집합체를 이용한 마스크팩용 시트가 제공된다.
상기 부직 섬유 집합체는 수분 및 에센스 함유 능력이 우수한 제1층과 피부 밀착력이 우수한 제2층을 포함하여, 코, 눈가, 입가, 목 등 굴곡이 많은 얼굴에도 들뜬 부분 없이 밀착하며, 우수한 감촉을 나타내면서도 수분 및 에센스 함유 능력이 뛰어나 다량의 액체를 함유한 상태에서도 액체가 흘러내리지 않아 장시간 사용이 가능한 마스크팩용 시트를 제공할 수 있다.
[실시예]
이하, 실시예를 통하여 본 발명을 더욱 상세히 설명하고자 한다. 이들 실시예는 오로지 본 발명을 보다 구체적으로 설명하기 위한 것으로서, 본 발명의 범위가 이들 실시예에 의해 제한되지 않는다는 것은 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 있어 자명할 것이다.
실시예 1
3 엽형 단면(3 개의 돌기를 포함하는 이형 단면)의 모노필라멘트를 제조하기 위해, 3 엽형의 세공이 다수 개 형성되어 있는 방사 구금을 이용하였다.
라이오셀 섬유 제조용 방사 도프로는, 중합도(DPw)가 820이고, 알파 셀룰로오스 함량이 93.9 중량%인 셀룰로오스 펄프를 혼합 용제(프로필 갈레이트의 함량: 0.01 중량%; NMMO (N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide) 및 H2O의 중량비: 90/10)와 혼합하여 제조된 농도가 12 중량%인 방사 도프를 사용하였다.
상기 방사 도프는 상기 방사 구금의 방사 노즐에 공급되었으며, 여기서 방사 온도인 110 ℃로 유지되었다. 그리고, 상기 방사 도프는 상기 세공을 통해 단면이 3 엽형 단면인 필라멘트 형상으로 방사되었으며, 이때, 모노필라멘트의 섬도가 1.5 데니어가 되도록 상기 방사 도프의 토출량과 방사 속도가 적절히 조절되었다.
상기 방사 노즐로부터 토출된 방사 도프는 에어 갭 구간을 거쳐 응고조 내의 응고액에서 응고되었다. 구체적으로, 상기 에어 갭 구간에서는 약 8 ℃의 냉각 공기가 약 10 m/s 풍속으로 공급되어 토출된 방사 도프를 1 차 응고시켰으며, 1 차 응고된 방사 도프는 물 85 중량% 및 NMMO 15 중량%를 포함하는 약 25 ℃의 응고액에 공급되어 2 차 응고되었다.
응고된 필라멘트는 견인 롤러를 통해 수세 장치에 공급되었으며, 스프레이된 수세액에 의해 수세되어 필라멘트에 잔존하는 NMMO를 제거하였다. 이어서, 필라멘트 100 중량부에 대해 유제의 함량이 약 0.2 중량부가 되도록 필라멘트에 균일하게 유제를 부여하고, 건조 롤러를 통해 150 ℃에서 건조시켜, 3 엽형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유를 제조하였다.
제조된 라이오셀 섬유를 스팀이 약 0.2 kgf/cm2의 압력으로 공급되는 스팀 박스(steam box)에 통과시켜 예열하고, 스터퍼 박스(stuffer box)를 이용하여 크림핑하였다. 구체적으로, 프레스 롤러를 이용하여 약 2.0 kgf/cm2의 압력을 예열된 토우에 가하여 이를 압착하였다. 이렇게 제조된 크림프 토우를 Lattice 건조기를 이용하여 건조시킨 다음 최종적으로 커팅함으로써 38 mm 섬유장을 갖는 라이오셀 스테이플 섬유를 제조하였다.
한편, 원형의 세공이 다수 개 형성되어 있는 방사 구금을 이용하여 모노필라멘트의 단면이 원형 단면이며, 모노필라멘트의 섬도가 1.25 데니어가 되도록 방사 도프의 토출량과 방사 속도를 조절한 것을 제외하고, 상기 이형 단면을 갖는 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유를 제조한 것과 동일한 방법으로 원형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유를 제조하였다.
그리고, 2 개의 카딩기를 이용하여 상기 이형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유와 상기 원형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유를 각각 카딩하여 웹을 제조하고 이를 크로스래핑하여 2 종류의 크로스래핑된 웹을 제조하였다. 이후, 어느 하나의 크로스래핑된 웹 상에 다른 하나의 크로스래핑된 웹을 적층하고 스펀레이싱 공정을 통해 서로 교락시켜 최종적으로 외측에는 이형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유로 이루어지는 제1층이 배치되고, 내측에는 원형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유로 이루어지는 제2층이 배치된 부직 섬유 집합체를 제조하였다. 상기 부직 섬유 집합체의 제조 공정에서는 부직 섬유 집합체의 평량이 40 g/m2이고, 평량 편차가 ± 10 % 범위가 되도록 원료의 투입량 및 공정 속도 등을 조절하였다.
실시예 2
원형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유의 모노필라멘트의 섬도를 1.5 데니어로 변경한 것을 제외하고, 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 제1층 및 제2층을 포함하는 부직 섬유 집합체를 제조하였다.
실시예 3
원형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유의 모노필라멘트의 섬도를 1.0 데니어로 변경한 것을 제외하고, 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 제1층 및 제2층을 포함하는 부직 섬유 집합체를 제조하였다.
비교예 1
원형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유의 모노필라멘트의 섬도를 2.0 데니어로 변경한 것을 제외하고, 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 제1층 및 제2층을 포함하는 부직 섬유 집합체를 제조하였다.
비교예 2
이형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유의 모노필라멘트의 섬도를 2.0 데니어로 변경한 것을 제외하고, 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 제1층 및 제2층을 포함하는 부직 섬유 집합체를 제조하였다.
실험예
상기 실시예 및 비교예에서 제조한 부직 섬유 집합체의 물성을 하기 기재된 방법으로 측정하고 그 결과를 하기 표 1에 나타내었다.
(1) 평량
부직 섬유 집합체를 가로 5 cm, 세로 20 cm로 샘플링하고 무게를 측정하여 하기 식 2를 통해 평량을 구하였다.

(2) 두께
Mitutoyo사의 No. 2046F를 사용하여 측정하였다.
(3) 투명성
부직 섬유 집합체를 물 혹은 에센스(정제수 60 ~ 70 중량%, 추출물 및 기타 첨가물 30 ~ 40 중량%를 함유하는 에센스)에 10 분간 침지시켜 전처리하고, Haze Meter (Nippon Denshoku Industry, NDH-5000)를 이용하여 550 nm 파장의 투과율을 측정하였다.
(4) 흡수성
물 혹은 에센스(정제수 60 ~ 70 중량%, 추출물 및 기타 첨가물 30 ~ 40 중량%를 함유하는 에센스)에 부직 섬유 집합체를 10 분간 침지시킨 후, 침지시키기 전과 후의 무게를 측정하고 하기 식 3을 통해 부직 섬유 집합체의 물 혹은 에센스에 대한 흡수성을 평가하였다.

상기 식 3에서,
W0는 침지 전 부직 섬유 집합체의 무게이고,
W1은 부직 섬유 집합체를 물 혹은 에센스에 10 분간 침지한 후 측정한 무게이다.
(5) 피부 밀착력
부직 섬유 집합체를 25 mm × 150 mm 크기로 자르고 물 혹은 에센스(정제수 60 ~ 70 중량%, 추출물 및 기타 첨가물 30 ~ 40 중량%를 함유하는 에센스)에 10 분간 침지시킨 후 제2층 면이 사람 팔 부위에 접촉하도록 부착하였다. 부착 후 바로 만능 재료 시험기(Instron, Instron-3365)를 이용하여 부직 섬유 집합체를 피부로부터 180°의 박리 각도로 떼어낼 때의 힘(strength)을 측정하여 피부 밀착력(단위: gf)으로 규정하였다.

상기 실시예 1 내지 3, 비교예 1 및 2의 부직 섬유 집합체는 모두 이형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유로 형성된 제1층과 원형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유로 형성된 제2층을 포함하나, 실시예 1 내지 3의 부직 섬유 집합체의 제1층에 포함된 모노필라멘트의 섬도는 1.0 내지 1.5 데니어로 조절되고, 제2층에 포함된 모노필라멘트의 섬도는 0.55 내지 1.5 데니어로 조절되었다.
이러한 섬유의 섬도 차이로 인해, 실시예 1 내지 3의 부직 섬유 집합체는 비교예 1 및 2의 부직 섬유 집합체와 동등한 평량을 갖도록 제조되었지만 보다 얇은 두께를 가졌다.
특히, 실시예 1 내지 3의 부직 섬유 집합체는 비교예 1 및 2의 부직 섬유 집합체 보다 두께가 얇음에도 불구하고, 비교예 1 및 2에 비해 물 및 에센스에 대하여 더 높은 흡수성을 나타냈고, 물 혹은 에센스를 흡수한 상태에서도 보다 우수한 투명성 및 피부 밀착력을 나타내는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
이상으로 본 발명 내용의 특정한 부분을 상세히 기술하였는 바, 당업계의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 있어서 이러한 구체적 기술은 단지 바람직한 실시예 일 뿐이며, 이에 의해 본 발명의 범위가 제한되는 것이 아닌 점은 명백할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명의 실질적인 범위는 첨부된 청구항들과 그것들의 등가물에 의하여 정의된다고 할 것이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 라이오셀 섬유를 포함하는 부직 섬유 집합체로서,
    섬도가 1.0 내지 1.5 데니어인 이형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유로 이루어지는 제1층; 및 섬도가 0.55 내지 1.5 데니어인 원형 단면의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 라이오셀 섬유로 이루어지는 제2층을 포함하는 부직 섬유 집합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 라이오셀 섬유의 크림프 수는 8 내지 12 cpi인 부직 섬유 집합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 라이오셀 섬유의 섬유장은 36 내지 53 mm인 부직 섬유 집합체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부직 섬유 집합체의 평량은 30 내지 80 g/m2인 부직 섬유 집합체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부직 섬유 집합체의 두께는 0.3 내지 0.6 mm인 부직 섬유 집합체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부직 섬유 집합체는 평량이 36 내지 44 g/m2일 때, 두께가 0.3 내지 0.42 mm인 부직 섬유 집합체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부직 섬유 집합체는 하기 식 3으로 계산되는 수분 흡수율이 1000 % 내지 1800 %인 부직 섬유 집합체:

    상기 식 3에서,
    W0는 침지 전 부직 섬유 집합체의 무게이고,
    W1은 부직 섬유 집합체를 물에 10 분간 침지한 후 측정한 무게이다.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부직 섬유 집합체는 물에 10 분간 침지시킨 후 Haze Meter를 이용하여 측정한 550 nm 파장에 대한 광 투과율이 80 % 내지 84 %인 부직 섬유 집합체.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부직 섬유 집합체는 에센스에 10 분간 침지시킨 후 Haze Meter를 이용하여 측정한 550 nm 파장에 대한 광 투과율이 88 % 내지 94 %인 부직 섬유 집합체.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부직 섬유 집합체를 물에 10 분간 침지시킨 후 제2층을 피부에 부착한 후 180°로 박리하여 측정한 피부 밀착력이 3.6 내지 4.2 gf인 부직 섬유 집합체.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부직 섬유 집합체를 에센스에 10 분간 침지시킨 후 제2층을 피부에 부착한 후 180°로 박리하여 측정한 피부 밀착력이 4.5 내지 5.3 gf인 부직 섬유 집합체.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부직 섬유 집합체는 유제 함유량이 상기 부직 섬유 집합체 100 중량부에 대하여 0.001 중량부 이하인 부직 섬유 집합체.
  13. 제1항의 부직 섬유 집합체를 이용한 마스크팩용 시트.
