Claims (15)
- 一种可吸收植入式器械,包括铁基基体,所述铁基基体具有外壁和内壁,其特征在于,还包括设于所述铁基基体上的含锌保护层和腐蚀促进层,所述含锌保护层覆盖所述铁基基体的外壁和内壁,所述腐蚀促进层覆盖所述含锌保护层,所述含锌保护层的位于所述外壁的部分与所述腐蚀促进层的位于所述外壁的部分的厚度比小于所述含锌保护层的位于所述内壁的部分与所述腐蚀促进层的位于所述内壁的部分的厚度比。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可吸收植入式器械,其特征在于,所述含锌保护层完全覆盖所述铁基基体的内壁,且所述含锌保护层至少部分覆盖所述铁基基体的外壁;所述腐蚀促进层完全覆盖所述铁基基体的外壁,且所述腐蚀促进层至少部分覆盖所述铁基基体的内壁。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可吸收植入式器械,其特征在于,所述含锌保护层的位于所述外壁的部分的厚度与所述含锌保护层的位于所述内壁的部分的厚度不相等。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可吸收植入式器械,其特征在于,所述腐蚀促进层的位于所述外壁的部分的厚度与所述腐蚀促进层的位于所述内壁的部分的厚度不相等。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可吸收植入式器械,其特征在于,所述含锌保护层的位于所述内壁的部分与所述腐蚀促进层的位于所述内壁的部分的厚度比为0.08~0.38,且所述含锌保护层的位于所述内壁的部分的厚度为0.4~3.6微米。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可吸收植入式器械,其特征在于,所述含锌保护层的位于所述内壁的部分与所述腐蚀促进层的位于所述内壁的部分的厚度比为0.10~0.24,且所述含锌保护层的位于所述内壁的部分的厚度为0.4~3.6微米。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可吸收植入式器械,其特征在于,所述含锌保护层的位于所述外壁的部分与所述腐蚀促进层的位于所述外壁的部分的厚度比为0.04~0.27,且所述含锌保护层的位于所述外壁的部分的厚度为0.4~3.6微米。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可吸收植入式器械,其特征在于,所述含锌保护层的位于所述外壁的部分与所述腐蚀促进层的位于所述外壁的部分的厚度比为0.04~0.12,且所述含锌保护层的位于所述外壁的部分的厚度为0.4~3.6微米。
- 根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的可吸收植入式器械,其特征在于,所述含锌保护层的材料为纯锌或锌合金,所述纯锌的纯度不低于99.9wt.%,所述锌合金中的合金元素选自钠、钾、镁、锂、钙、锶、锰、铁、锡、锗、硼、硅、铜、铋、银及锆中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的可吸收植入式器械,其特征在于,所述腐蚀促进层含有可降解聚合物,所述可降解聚合物选自可降解聚酯和可降解酸酐中的至少一种,所述可降解聚酯选自聚乳酸、聚乙醇酸、聚乳酸乙醇酸共聚物、聚己内酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚羟基脂肪酸酯、聚丁二酸酯、聚水杨酸酐酯、聚三亚甲基碳酸酯、聚二氧六环酮、聚(β-链烷酸酯)、聚(β-羟基丁酸酯)、聚乙二酸乙二醇酯及聚羟基丁酸酯戊酸酯共聚物中的至少一种;所述可降解聚酸酐选自聚1,3-双(对羧基苯氧基)丙烷-葵二酸、聚芥酸二聚体-葵二酸及聚富马 酸-葵二酸中的至少一种;或者,所述可降解聚合物由形成聚乳酸、聚乙醇酸、聚乳酸乙醇酸共聚物、聚己内酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚羟基脂肪酸酯、聚丁二酸酯、聚水杨酸酐酯、聚三亚甲基碳酸酯、聚二氧六环酮、聚(β-链烷酸酯)、聚(β-羟基丁酸酯)、聚乙二酸乙二醇酯及聚羟基丁酸酯戊酸酯共聚物的单体及形成聚1,3-双(对羧基苯氧基)丙烷-葵二酸、聚芥酸二聚体-葵二酸和聚富马酸-葵二酸的单体中的至少两种共聚而成。
- 根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的可吸收植入式器械,其特征在于,所述腐蚀促进层含有活性物质,且所述腐蚀促进层的位于所述外壁、内壁和侧壁的部分均含有所述活性物质;或者,所述腐蚀促进层的位于所述外壁、侧壁的部分含有所述活性物质,所述腐蚀促进层的位于所述内壁的部分不含有所述活性物质;或者,所述腐蚀促进层的位于所述外壁、内壁和侧壁的部分均含有所述活性物质,且所述活性物质在所述外壁和所述侧壁上的含量均大于在所述内壁上的含量。
- 根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的可吸收植入式器械,其特征在于,所述腐蚀促进层的位于所述内壁的部分含有促内皮化物质和/或抗血栓药物,所述促内皮化物质选自血管内皮生长因子、成纤维细胞生长因子、粒细胞集落刺激因子、雌激素及他汀类药物中的至少一种,所述抗血栓药物选自抗凝血药、抗血小板药或溶血栓药物中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的可吸收植入式器械,其特征在于,所述可吸收植入式器械还包括载药层;所述载药层至少部分覆盖所述腐蚀促进层;或者,所述载药层部分覆盖所述含锌保护层,所述腐蚀促进层部分覆盖所述含锌保护层,且所述载药层和所述腐蚀促进层没有层叠区域。
- 根据权利要求13所述的可吸收植入式器械,其特征在于,所述载药层的位于所述铁基基体的内壁的部分含有促内皮化物质和/或抗血栓药物,所述促内皮化物质选自血管内皮生长因子、成纤维细胞生长因子、粒细胞集落刺激因子、雌激素及他汀类药物中的至少一种,所述抗血栓药物选自抗凝血药、抗血小板药或溶血栓药物中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的可吸收植入式器械,其特征在于,所述铁基基体由纯铁或铁合金构成,所述纯铁的纯度不低于99.9wt.%,所述铁合金中的合金元素选自碳、氮、磷、硅、硫、硼、钴、钨、锰、锡、镁、锌、锆、钙、钛、铜、金、银、铂及钯中的至少一种。
