在本发明实施方式中,如图3所示,所述遮挡部310包括相互连接的外壁311及弹性内壁312,所述外壁311与所述卡接部320固定连接。所述弹性内壁312具有抵持端3121,当所述制冰盘200位于所述制冰位置时,所述抵持端3121与所述制冰盘200的侧壁抵接。也就是说,当所述制冰盘200位于制冰位置时,所述遮挡部310的弹性内壁312与制冰盘200的侧壁呈过盈配合,此时抵持端3121处于压缩状态。
当所述制冰盘200由所述制冰位置向所述脱冰位置转动时,所述制冰盘200的侧壁沿所述弹性内壁312的外轮廓移动并与所述抵持端3121脱离。此时,所述抵持端3121由压缩状态转为自由状态。
具体地,所述遮挡部310的弹性内壁312由弹性材料制成。因遮挡部310与制冰盘200的侧壁抵接,制冰盘200在向脱冰位置转动时,弹性材料制成的遮挡部310使得其更易与制冰盘200侧壁脱离,从而防溅水挡板300不会妨碍制冰盘200的脱冰进程。在本发明实施方式中,弹性内壁312的材质可以为硅胶。硅胶的弹性大,硬度小,从而抵持端3121既可在制冰盘200位于制冰位置时与制冰盘200紧密抵接,也可在制冰盘200向脱冰位置旋转时使制冰盘200较为容易地脱离。
另外,遮挡部310的外壁311以及卡接部320也可以使用具有弹性 的材料制成,具体可以是硬质的树脂材料,如PP(Polypropylene,聚丙烯)材料等。
具体来说,防溅水挡板300的遮挡部310及卡接部320可以为一体成型。遮挡部310的弹性内壁312为弹性较大,硬度较小的硅胶材料制成,遮挡部310的外壁311及卡接部320均为弹性较小,硬度较大的PP材料制成,两种材料可以通过注塑一体成型。这样可以一次性得到具有不同硬度的部件的产品,防溅水挡板300的整体结构较为稳固,不容易损坏。
在本发明实施方式中,所述外壁311及弹性内壁312围绕形成一个退让空间313。当所述制冰盘200位于所述制冰位置时,所述抵持端3121被所述制冰盘200的侧壁挤压并占据部分所述退让空间313。退让空间313使得抵持端3121可以被挤压并脱离其初始位置,从而抵持端3121不会与制冰盘侧壁形成过大的作用力,进一步地使制冰盘200向脱冰位置旋转时更容易与抵持端3121脱离。具体地,所述弹性内壁312为弧形,并朝向所述制冰盘200的侧壁凸出,以便与外壁311形成所述退让空间313。
进一步地,所述框架100上设置配合部,所述防溅水挡板300的卡接部320与所述配合部卡扣或脱离。
优选地,所述卡接部320上设有沿所述防溅水挡板长度方向设置的凹槽321,所述配合部上对应所述凹槽321的位置设有凸起110,当所述卡接部320与所述配合部卡扣连接时,所述凸起110位于所述凹槽321内。具体来说,凹槽321上还设有卡勾部3211,当凸起110位于凹槽321 内时,卡勾部3211会卡住凸起110,从而限制凸起110脱出凹槽321外。并且,卡接部为PP材料制成,也就是说卡勾部3211也具有一定的弹性,从而在拆卸防溅水挡板时,可以使卡勾部3211与凸起110较为方便地卡接或脱离。
进一步地,所述制冰盘200的一端设有转动连接于所述框架100的制冰盘转轴210。所述制冰盘200上与所述制冰盘转轴210垂直的两个端部分别向上凸出设有两个导向端板220,所述两个导向端板220的侧面分别与两个所述防溅水挡板300的弹性内壁312接触。与制冰盘转轴210垂直的两个侧壁即为制冰盘200宽度方向上的两个侧壁,在其上设置两个导向端板220,并使得两个导向端板220的内侧面与防溅水挡板300接触,可将围绕制冰盘200的四壁上方均遮挡起来,进一步提高防溅水效果。
优选地,所述制冰机1还包括驱动所述制冰盘200在制冰位置及脱冰位置之间转动的电机230,所述制冰盘200远离所述制冰盘转轴210的一端与所述电机230的输出轴固定连接;所述电机230设于电机盒231内,所述电机盒231与所述框架100固定连接。从而,制冰盘200的一端与电机的输出轴连接,另一端与制冰盘转轴连接。并且,电机230通过电机盒231与框架100固定连接,制冰盘转轴210也与框架100固定连接,从而将制冰盘200固定于框架100上。
在本发明实施方式中,所述制冰盘200为扭转制冰盘,也就是说,在脱冰过程中,制冰盘200转动到一个预设位置时,与电机230的输出轴固定连接的一端继续转动,而与制冰盘转轴210固定连接的另一端则 被限制转动,进而使制冰盘200发送扭转形变以脱冰。在完成脱冰后,电机230反向驱动制冰盘200转动并回到制冰位置。一般来说,在脱冰过程中,制冰盘200与电机230的输出轴固定连接的一端最大会扭转180度,而与制冰盘转轴210固定连接的另一端最大会扭转120度。
本发明一实施方式中还公开了一种冰箱(未示出),包括箱体及用于开闭所述箱体的门体,所述门体内侧设有如上任意一项所述的制冰机。
进一步地,如图4所示,所述制冰机1还包括设于所述制冰盘200下方的探冰杆240及设于所述探冰杆240下方的储冰盒(未示出),所述探冰杆240用于探测储冰盒内的冰块,所述探冰杆设于靠近所述门体内侧表面的位置。
本发明公开的制冰机,通过在制冰盘的两个侧壁上方设置防溅水挡板,从而在用户打开或关闭冰箱门时,可防止未结冰的水从制冰盘内溢出或溅出;并且当所述制冰盘由所述制冰位置向所述脱冰位置转动时,所述遮挡部与所述制冰盘的侧壁分离,从而不会阻碍制冰盘的脱冰。制冰盘位于制冰位置时,防溅水挡板的抵持端与制冰盘侧壁抵接,从而可起到防溅水的作用;当制冰盘向脱冰位置转动时,弹性材料制成的弹性内壁使得制冰盘侧壁较为容易地与抵持端脱离,从而不会妨碍脱冰进程。防溅水挡板为一体成型,结构稳固,不容易损坏。连接部与框架卡扣连接,以便可以随需要更换防溅水挡板。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技 术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种制冰机,包括:框架;制冰盘,用于制冰,所述制冰盘在制冰位置和脱冰位置之间可转动地设于所述框架内;其特征在于,所述制冰机还包括:分别设于所述制冰盘的两个侧壁上方的防溅水挡板;每个所述防溅水挡板均包括遮挡部及由所述遮挡部向上延伸的卡接部,所述卡接部与所述框架可拆卸地连接;当所述制冰盘位于所述制冰位置时,所述遮挡部与所述制冰盘的侧壁抵接;当所述制冰盘由所述制冰位置向所述脱冰位置转动时,所述遮挡部与所述制冰盘的侧壁分离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的制冰机,其特征在于,所述遮挡部包括相互连接的外壁及弹性内壁,所述外壁与所述卡接部固定连接;所述弹性内壁具有抵持端,当所述制冰盘位于所述制冰位置时,所述抵持端与所述制冰盘的侧壁抵接;当所述制冰盘由所述制冰位置向所述脱冰位置转动时,所述制冰盘的侧壁沿所述弹性内壁的外轮廓移动并与所述遮挡部脱离。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的制冰机,其特征在于,所述外壁及弹性内壁围绕形成退让空间,当所述制冰盘位于所述制冰位置时,所述抵持端被所述制冰盘的侧壁挤压并占据部分所述退让空间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的制冰机,其特征在于,所述防溅水挡板的遮挡部及卡接部为一体成型。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的制冰机,其特征在于,所述框架上设置配合部,所述防溅水挡板的卡接部与所述配合部卡扣或脱离。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的制冰机,其特征在于,所述卡接部上设有 沿所述防溅水挡板长度方向设置的凹槽,所述配合部上对应所述凹槽的位置设有凸起,当所述卡接部与所述配合部卡扣连接时,所述凸起位于所述凹槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的制冰机,其特征在于,所述制冰盘的一端设有转动连接于所述框架的制冰盘转轴;所述制冰盘上与所述制冰盘转轴垂直的两个端部分别向上凸出设有两个导向端板,两个所述导向端板的侧面分别与两个所述防溅水挡板的弹性内壁接触。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的制冰机,其特征在于,所述制冰机还包括驱动所述制冰盘在制冰位置及脱冰位置之间转动的电机,所述制冰盘远离所述制冰盘转轴的一端与所述电机的输出轴固定连接;所述电机设于电机盒内,所述电机盒与所述框架固定连接。
  9. 一种冰箱,包括箱体及用于开闭所述箱体的门体,其特征在于,所述门体内侧设有如权利要求1所述的制冰机。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述制冰机还包括设于所述制冰盘下方的探冰杆及设于所述探冰杆下方的储冰盒,所述探冰杆用于探测储冰盒内的冰块,所述探冰杆设于靠近所述门体内侧表面的位置。
