本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有指纹识别功能的AMOLED柔性显示装置。
背景技术
有源矩阵有机电致发光二极体(Active-matrix organic light emitting diode,简称AMOLED)属于一种自主发光技术。与液晶显示器( Liquid Crystal Display ,LCD)相比,自主发光的AMOLED显示器不需要背光源,具有响应速度快、对比度高、视角广、低功耗、可折叠、重量轻、厚度薄,构造简单,成本低等优势,被业内普遍看好,业界一致认为OLED显示器极有可能成为下一代显示技术的主流产品。
随着显示技术的发展,显示装置的显示效果越来越好,给人们带来了良好的视觉体验,但由于生活水平的提高,人们对显示装置的要求不仅局限于显示效果,还要求显示其具有多样化的功能。因此,指纹识别和柔性显示面板被广泛地应用于手机、个人数字助理(PDA)、电脑等电子设备的显示屏中。
目前,业界主要采用的指纹识别技术为电容式指纹识别技术和光学指纹技术,电容式指纹识别技术利用手指的嵴和峪与感应电极之间所形成的电容值的大小来探测手指的嵴和峪的位置从而形成指纹图像信息。光学指纹技术则通过感光元件获取手指表层反射光线信息,最终拼接成完整的指纹成像信息。现有的电容式指纹识别技术需要另外在指纹触摸位置单独设置触觉开关、电容元件、和指纹识别传感器等硬件设备,提高了制程时间与设计成本,且该技术的指纹识别无法设置于显示区。
光学指纹技术需要自有光源进行指纹采集,通常采用终端设备的显示屏幕作为发光主体,通过光路照射到手指的指纹,返回的光线再通过屏幕返回到屏幕下方的图像传感器(Photo Sensor),终端设备针对返回的图像与数据库进行分析对比,最终识别指纹。图1 为具有指纹识别功能的AMOLED柔性显示装置的工作原理图,AMOLED 屏100发出的光经其内的各膜层照射到手指,经手指折射后,再次经过各膜层,最后被AMOLED 屏100下方设置的图像传感器200接收、识别,所以为增加指纹识别的准确度,需提高图像传感器200接受到的光的强度,即需提高光的穿透率。而目前市场上的具有屏幕指纹识别功能的手机、PAD等终端设备,对显示屏幕并未作特殊设计,终端设备屏幕内各膜层叠加起来,光线穿透屏幕率极低,导致图像传感器200接收到的亮度低,降低了指纹识别的准确度。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种AMOLED柔性显示装置,能够提高指纹识别区域的穿透率,增大图像传感器接收到的光的强度,提高指纹识别的准确度。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种AMOLED柔性显示装置,包括AMOLED屏体及设在所述AMOLED屏体背面的图像传感器;

本发明的实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图 2 ,本发明提供一种 AMOLED 柔性显示装置,包括 AMOLED 屏体 10 、设在所述 AMOLED 屏体 10 背面的图像传感器 20 、设于 AMOLED 屏体 10 出光面上的盖板 30 及与所述图像传感器 20 电性连接的控制线路板 40
所述 AMOLED 屏体 10 包括柔性基板 11 及依次设于所述柔性基板 11 上的 TFT 12 OLED 13 及封装层 14
当手指按压在所述 AMOLED 屏体 10 出光面上时, OLED 13 发出的光线经手指反射后,部分光线穿过 AMOLED 屏体 10 后到达图像传感器 20 ,从而形成指纹识别信号。
如图 3 所示,所述柔性基板 11 包括指纹识别区域 101 及剩余的非指纹识别区域 102
所述图像传感器 20 对应设置在所述柔性基板 11 的指纹识别区域 101
所述柔性基板 11 的非指纹识别区域 102 为双有机层结构,包括两层有机层及设于该两层有机层之间的无机间隔层 113 ,该两层有机层分别为靠近 TFT 12 的第一有机层 111 及远离 TFT 12 的第二有机层 112 。所述柔性基板 11 的非指纹识别区域 102 采用双有机层结构,一是可以提高柔性基板 11 的韧性和强度,二是可以提高柔性基板 11 的水氧阻隔能力,进而延长 OLED 13 的使用寿命。
所述柔性基板 11 的指纹识别区域 101 为单有机层结构,包括一层有机层,该层有机层为第一有机层 11 ,即所述第二有机层 112 和无机间隔层 113 在指纹识别区域 101 为镂空结构,所述图像传感器 20 设置在该镂空位置处。相对于非指纹识别区域 102 ,减薄了柔性基板 1 在该区域的厚度,从而提高了该指纹识别区域 101 的穿透率,即增大了图像传感器 20 接收到的光的强度,提高了指纹识别的准确度,同时由于提高了指纹识别区域 101 的穿透率则可以降低 AMOLED 屏体 10 对应该区域的 OLED 发光强度,进而可延长该区域的 OLED 寿命。
具体地,所述第一有机层 11 和第二有机层 12 的材料分别包括聚酰亚胺、聚碳酸酯、聚乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和聚丙烯酸酯中的至少一种。
优选地,所述第一有机层 11 和第二有机层 12 的材料均为聚酰亚胺。
具体地,所述第二有机层 112 的厚度大于第一有机层 11 的厚度。
具体地,所述无机间隔层 113 的材料可以为氧化硅、氮化硅或氮氧化硅等无机材料。
优选地,所述无机间隔层 113 的材料为氧化硅。
具体地,所述封装层 14 为薄膜封装层,包括交替层叠设置的无机阻挡层和有机缓冲层。
具体地,所述 OLED 13 为顶发光型 OLED 结构,包括叠加设置的透明阳极层、有机功能层及透明阴极层。
具体地,所述柔性基板 11 的非指纹识别区域 102 的远离 AMOLED 屏体 10 出光面一侧还设有遮光保护膜 50
本发明的 AMOLED 柔性显示装置,柔性基板 11 的非指纹识别区域 102 为双有机层结构,包括两层有机层及该两层有机层之间的无机间隔层 113 ,而指纹识别区域 101 为单有机层结构,只包括一层有机层,从而提高了指纹识别区域 101 的穿透率,增大了图像传感器 20 接收到的光的强度,提高了指纹识别的准确度,同时由于提高了指纹识别区域 101 的穿透率则可以降低 AMOLED 屏体 10 对应该区域的 OLED 发光强度,进而可延长该区域的 OLED 寿命。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种 AMOLED 柔性显示装置,包括 AMOLED 屏体及图像传感器,所述 AMOLED 屏体包括柔性基板、 TFT 层、 OLED 层及封装层,所述柔性基板包括指纹识别区域及剩余的非指纹识别区域,图像传感器对应设置在柔性基板的指纹识别区域,所述柔性基板的非指纹识别区域为双有机层结构,包括两层有机层及该两层有机层之间的无机间隔层,而指纹识别区域为单有机层结构,只包括一层有机层,从而提高了指纹识别区域的穿透率,增大了图像传感器接收到的光的强度,提高了指纹识别的准确度,同时由于提高了指纹识别区域的穿透率则可以降低 AMOLED 屏体对应该区域的 OLED 发光强度,进而可延长该区域的 OLED 寿命。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种AMOLED柔性显示装置,包括AMOLED屏体及设在所述AMOLED屏体背面的图像传感器;
    所述AMOLED屏体包括柔性基板及依次设于所述柔性基板上的TFT层、OLED层及封装层;
    所述柔性基板包括指纹识别区域及剩余的非指纹识别区域;
    所述图像传感器对应设置在所述柔性基板的指纹识别区域;
    所述柔性基板的非指纹识别区域为双有机层结构,包括靠近TFT层的第一有机层、远离TFT层的第二有机层及设于所述第一有机层和第二有机层之间的无机间隔层;
    所述柔性基板的指纹识别区域为单有机层结构,包括第一有机层。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的AMOLED柔性显示装置,其中,所述第一有机层和第二有机层的材料分别包括聚酰亚胺、聚碳酸酯、聚乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和聚丙烯酸酯中的至少一种。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的AMOLED柔性显示装置,其中,所述第一有机层和第二有机层的材料均为聚酰亚胺。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的AMOLED柔性显示装置,其中,所述第二有机层的厚度大于第一有机层的厚度。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的AMOLED柔性显示装置,其中,所述无机间隔层的材料为氧化硅、氮化硅或氮氧化硅。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的AMOLED柔性显示装置,其中,所述无机间隔层的材料为氧化硅。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的AMOLED柔性显示装置,还包括设于AMOLED屏体出光面上的盖板及与所述图像传感器电性连接的控制线路板。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的AMOLED柔性显示装置,其中,所述封装层为薄膜封装层。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的AMOLED柔性显示装置,其中,所述OLED层为顶发光型OLED结构。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的AMOLED柔性显示装置,其中,所述柔性基板的非指纹识别区域的远离AMOLED屏体出光面一侧设有遮光保护膜。
