本实用新型涉及服装制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种布料。
背景技术
成衣指按一定规格、号型标准批量生产的成品衣服,是相对于量体裁衣式的订做和自制的衣服而出现的一个概念。随着生活水平的提高,人们对成衣的布料质量提出了更高的要求。
成衣的领口、开叉及袖口处与成衣穿着的舒适度以及美观度有关。其中,领口是指成衣的开领处。领口的款式包括尖领、大尖领、开领、大开领、一字领、领尖扣领、小方领、圆领等样式。开叉处是指在成衣的下部边缘开口,多在两侧或后身。袖口是指袖管下口的边沿部位。
然而,现有成衣的布料的舒适度和美观性仍有待改进。
发明内容
本实用新型解决的问题是提供一种布料,能够改善布料的舒适度以及美观性。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种布料,包括:前片布料;胶层,所述胶层覆盖所述前片布料部分表面;后片布料,所述后片布料与所述前片布料通过所述胶层相贴合。

具体实施方式
由背景技术可知,现有布料的舒适度和美观性均有待提高。
经分析,现有成衣的领口、开叉及袖口通常为两片式结构,包括前片布料和后片布料。为了防止布料散口,部分设计会将布料翻折然后缝线,制成布料的领口、开叉或袖口;还有部分设计是利用热熔胶片代替缝线,将前片布料与后片布料相互固定,制成成衣的领口、开叉或袖口。
采用胶片的方式制成成衣的领口、开叉或袖口时,前片布料与后片布料之间的胶片厚度较厚且重,胶片使得布料的表面平整度和透气性差,因此相应制作的布料舒适度也较差。此外,胶片所在位置处受到拉扯后难以恢复原形,导致成衣的领口、开叉及袖口处的美观性差。采用针线缝制的方式制成成衣的领口、开叉或袖口时,缝制采用的缝线会被暴露出来,从而影响成衣的领口、开叉及袖口处的美观性。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种布料,相贴合的所述后片布料与所述前片布料重量轻且不易变形,在提高舒适度的同时,避免对布料的外观造成破坏。
为使本实用新型的上述目的、特征和优点能够更为明显易懂,下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施例做详细的说明。

参考图1及图2,一种布料100,包括:前片布料110;胶层200, 所述胶层200覆盖所述前片布料110部分表面;后片布料120,所述后片布料120与所述前片布料110通过所述胶层200相贴合。
本实施例中,所述前片布料110及所述后片布料120用于制作成衣的领口、开叉或袖口。需要说明的是,所述前片布料110及所述后片布料120还可用于制作成衣的其它位置。
本实施例中,所述前片布料110为有纺布。在其他实施例中,所述前片布料110还可以为针织布。
本实施例中,所述前片布料110具有相对的内侧面111和外侧面112。
所述胶层200覆盖部分所述内侧面111,所述后片布料120与所述前片布料110的内侧面111通过所述胶层200相贴合。所述胶层200起到将所述后片布料120贴合至所述前片布料110的内侧面111上的作用。
所述胶层200的材料为聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯、聚酯、聚氨酯树脂、聚酰胺、聚乙烯或者多元共聚酰胺中的一种或多种。本实施例中,所述胶层200的材料为聚乙烯。
本实施例中,在将所述后片布料120与所述前片布料110相贴合前,采用转移的方式将所述胶层200涂覆于所述前片布料110的内侧面111上。在其他实施例中,还可以采用转移的方式将所述胶层200涂覆于所述后片布料120与所述前片布料110的内侧面111相贴合的面上。
本实施例中,在将所述胶层200转移至所述前片布料110的内侧面111之前,利用基膜(图中未示出)作为承载所述胶层200的载体。在进行涂覆所述胶层200的过程中,将位于所述基膜上的胶层200转移至所述前片布料110的内侧面111上。所述胶层200位于所述基膜上时,所述基膜与所述点胶层200之间具有良好的粘附性;当所述胶层200转移至所述前片布料110的内侧面111上时,所述胶层200易 从所述基膜上脱落。

本实施例中,呈颗粒状的所述涂胶单元201的密度在5点/cm 2~250点/cm 2范围内。若所述涂胶单元201的密度过大,则所述胶层200会造成所述布料100的领口、开叉及袖口处的悬垂性和柔软性差;若所述涂胶单元201的密度过小,则前片布料110与后片布料120之间的贴合效果差。
本实施例中,所述胶层200的克重在5g/m 2~100g/m 2范围内。如果所述胶层200的重量过轻,则所述前片布料110与后片布料120之间的粘性不足,导致前片布料110容易与后片布料120分离;如果所述胶层200的重量过重,影响穿着舒适度,此外,还会导致所述布料100的领口、开叉及袖口处的悬垂性和柔软性差,影响美观性。
本实施例中,呈颗粒状的所述涂胶单元201均匀的分布于所述前片布料110与后片布料120之间。具体地,如图3所示,所述涂胶单元201呈阵列式分布在所述前片布料110与后片布料120之间。需要说明的是,本实施例中,位于所述前片布料110与后片布料120之间的涂胶单元201为整齐排列的;在其他实施例中,位于所述前片布料110与后片布料120之间的涂胶单元201也可以为非整齐排列的。

在其他实施例中,所述胶层200呈网格状。如图4所示,所述胶层200呈现的网格状呈不规则形状,且各网格的形状均不相同。在有些实施例中,所述胶层200呈现的网格状还可以为规则形状,例如为矩形、梯形或平行四边形,此外,各网格的形状还可以相同。

本实施例中,如图5及图6所示,在通过胶层200(参考图2)实现所述前片布料110与后片布料120间的贴合后,形成覆盖所述后片布料120的固定带300。
所述固定带300用于进一步固定所述前片布料110与后片布料120的相对位置,且所述固定带300能够对所述后片布料120起到保护作用。
本实施例中,所述固定带300采用缝制的方式固定于所述后片布料120上。
本实用新型提供的布料100中,通过胶层200实现所述前片布料110与后片布料120之间的相互贴合,在保证所述前述布料与后片布料120之间良好贴合性能的同时,使得布料100的领口、开叉及袖口处的重量轻、不易变形,且表面平整,易于透气,能够改善布料100 的舒适度以及美观性。
