本发明属于压滤机滤板系统技术领域,具体涉及一种新结构的高效洗涤隔膜滤板。
压滤机是一种常用的固液分离设备,广泛应用于国民经济的各个行业中。滤板是压滤机必不可少核心零部件,对滤板工作效果的好与坏直接影响到压滤机过滤分离的效果,在许多固液分离过程中,需要利用不含杂质的洗液对压滤机的滤饼进行洗涤,置换出滤饼中残留的滤液,但国内现有的滤板由于材料工艺及结构设计问题,压滤机在洗涤时隔膜滤板中洗液不能均匀穿透滤饼,造成洗涤水短路,需要耗费大量洗液和时间才能达到效果,使用很不方便,因此,提供一种结构简单、便于滤液的收集与洗液的均匀分布、解决洗液易短路的问题、使洗涤滤饼达到较好的效果和实用性强的新结构的高效洗涤隔膜滤板是非常有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种结构简单、便于滤液的收集与洗液的均匀分布、解决洗液易短路的问题、使洗涤滤饼达到较好的效果和实用性强的新结构的高效洗涤隔膜滤板。

本发明设置有采用新结构能解决洗涤滤饼时洗液容易短路等问题,可以洗液洗涤滤饼达到较好效果,本发明隔膜滤板对材料选择,加工工艺和设计结构做了较大的变动,主要分成几部分经注塑焊接而成,最终是由两片膜片和一个中间芯板02三大件组合到一体的高效洗涤隔膜滤板体16,隔膜片是由事先通过注塑成型的弹性压榨过滤膜03预置在注塑模具内,通过二次注塑将外框01、内环04三者焊接联系成为一个整体,可以根据不同的工作环境,调整各组成部分的材料来使其能适应各种不同工况的要求,同时本发明在弹性压榨过滤膜03的正面设有凸点06与支撑条08子用于过滤时支撑滤布及作为滤液水道使用,在应力集中的弹性压榨过滤膜03与外框01、内环04的结合部位设置有支撑条08与环状支撑条107能其区域起到有效的保护作用与支撑作用,将水洗出液斜孔10设在弹性压榨过滤膜03根部,这样有助于滤液的收集与洗液的均匀分布各处,进料孔13可以在外框01之内的任何位置,实用性强,本发明具有结构简单、便于滤液的收集与洗液的均匀分布、解决洗液易短路的问题、使洗涤滤饼达到较好的效果和实用性强的优点。
实施例2
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6所示,一种新结构的高效洗涤隔膜滤板,它包括两片由弹性压榨过滤膜03、内环04、外框01三件通过二次注塑组合到一体的隔膜片、中间芯板02组合到一体的板体16,所述的板体16由两块隔膜片和一个中间芯板02组成,所述的板体16是由两片隔膜片的内环04、外框01与中间芯板02焊接在中间芯板02两侧形成封闭腔室;所述的板体16四角处设置有水洗出液导出孔12,所述的水洗出液导出孔12的处设置有水洗出液孔09,所述的每个水洗出液孔09连接有两组水洗出液斜孔14,所述的板体16上水洗出液导出孔12的内围设置有凸台05,所述的弹性压榨过滤膜3正面有支撑滤布的凸点06,所述的板体16中心位置设置有进料孔13,所述的弹性压榨过滤膜3与中间芯板02之间设置有若干组凸台支撑体07,所述的隔膜片外框01、内环04、弹性压榨过滤膜03和中间芯板02围合之间形成密闭的压榨腔室;所述的板体16的一侧设置有通往密闭压榨腔室的压榨流体输送孔15,所述的中间芯板02为平板,可为实芯平板也可为有内部造型的空心平板,或者局部有通透孔的平板,加工形式为挤出板材、注塑板材、模压板材、焊接板材等平板,平板厚度范围在10mm~40mm,所述的隔膜片是由事先注塑预制成型的弹性压榨过滤膜放置在模具中作为嵌入件,通过再次注塑方式将外框01、内环01和弹性压榨隔膜03三者熔焊为一个整体,所述的隔膜片外框01、内环04采用硬质材料制成,弹性压榨过滤膜03采用弹性体材料制成,所述的两个隔膜片与中间芯板02焊接位置为外框01和内环04的外框焊接熔合面201和内环焊接熔合面206上,焊接面不得超过弹性压榨过滤膜上的最低平面107,保持最低平面与中间芯板02表面有1mm以上的距离,所述的与水洗出液孔09相通的水洗出液斜孔10设置的水洗出液斜口的下缘106与弹性压榨过滤膜上表面105相切或者接近,所述的弹性压榨过滤膜03靠近内环04、外框01附近支撑条08或凸点06 的背面设置有多道环状支撑条104或支撑凸点,支撑条104或支撑凸点的位置与正面的支撑条08或过滤凸点位置对应,对应等高线上截面积小于正面支撑条或过滤凸点截面积,所述的弹性压榨过滤膜06靠近内环04和外框01第一圈的内围面102要有一定的倾斜角度,大于3°小于30°,所述的弹性压榨过滤膜06靠近内环04和外框01第一圈的外围面103要平行于第一圈的内围面102,如果要有倾斜角度的话,其倾斜角度不大于5°,所述的隔膜片弹性压榨过滤膜06与内环04、外框01交接处存在着弹性压榨过滤膜的材料深入到内环内部和外框内部,深入到内环内部的弹性压榨过滤膜材料205和深入到外框内部的弹性压榨过滤膜材料2上下表面或设有锁环203或环状布置的凸点结构,所述的隔膜片外框的焊接融合面201、内环的焊接融合面206上设置有溶胶槽11,溶胶槽11设置在靠近弹性压榨过滤膜06一端,距离外框01和内环04边缘不超过10mm。

Claims (10)
- 一种新结构的高效洗涤隔膜滤板,它包括两片由弹性压榨过滤膜、内环、外框三件通过二次注塑组合到一体的隔膜片、中间芯板组合到一体的板体,其特征在于:所述的板体由两块隔膜片和一个中间芯板组成,所述的板体是由两片隔膜片的内环、外框与中间芯板焊接在中间芯板两侧形成封闭腔室;所述的板体四角处设置有水洗出液导出孔,所述的水洗出液导出孔处设置有水洗出液孔,所述的每个水洗出液孔连接有两组水洗出液斜孔,所述的板体上水洗出液导出孔的内围设置有凸台,所述的弹性压榨过滤膜正面有支撑滤布的凸点,所述的板体中心位置设置有进料孔,所述的弹性压榨过滤膜与中间芯板之间设置有若干组凸台支撑体,所述的隔膜片外框、内环、弹性压榨过滤膜和中间芯板围合之间形成密闭的压榨腔室;所述的板体的一侧设置有通往密闭压榨腔室的压榨流体输送孔。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种新结构的高效洗涤隔膜滤板,其特征在于:所述的中间芯板为平板,可为实芯平板也可为有内部造型的空心平板,或者局部表面有通透孔的平板,加工形式为挤出板材、注塑板材、模压板材、焊接板材等平板,平板厚度范围在10mm~40mm。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种新结构的高效洗涤隔膜滤板,其特征在于:所述的隔膜片是由事先注塑预制成型的弹性压榨过滤膜放置在模具中作为嵌入件,通过再次注塑方式将外框、内环和弹性压榨隔膜三者熔焊为一个整体,所述的隔膜片外框、内环采用硬质材料制成,弹性压榨过滤膜采用弹性体材料制成。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种新结构的高效洗涤隔膜滤板板体,其特征在于:所述的两个隔膜片与中间芯板焊接位置为外框和内环的焊接面和焊接熔合面上,焊接后的溶合面不得超过弹性压榨过滤膜上的最低平面,保持最低平面与 中间芯板表面有1mm以上的距离。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种新结构的高效洗涤隔膜滤板,其特征在于:所述的与水洗出液孔相通的水洗出液斜孔设置的水洗出液斜口的下缘与弹性压榨过滤膜上表面相切或者接近。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种新结构的高效洗涤隔膜滤板,其特征在于:所述的弹性压榨过滤面靠近内环、外框附近支撑条或凸点的背面设置有多道环状支撑条或支撑凸点,支撑条或支撑凸点的位置与正面的支撑条或过滤凸点位置对应,对应等高线上截面积小于正面支撑条或过滤凸点截面积。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种新结构的高效洗涤隔膜滤板,其特征在于:所述的弹性压榨过滤膜靠近内环和外框第一圈的内围面要有一定的倾斜角度,大于3°小于30°。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种新结构的高效洗涤隔膜滤板,其特征在于:所述的弹性压榨过滤膜靠近内环和外框第一圈的外围面要平行于第一圈内围面,如果要有倾斜角度的话,其倾斜角度不大于5°。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种新结构的高效洗涤隔膜滤板,其特征在于:所述的隔膜片弹性压榨过滤膜与内环、外框交接处存在着弹性压榨过滤膜的材料深入到内环内部和外框内部,深入到内环内部的弹性压榨过滤膜材料和深入到外框内部的弹性压榨过滤膜材料上下表面或设有锁环或环状布置的凸点结构。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种新结构的高效洗涤隔膜滤板,其特征在于:所述的隔膜片外框的焊接融合面、内环的焊接融合面上设置有溶胶槽11,溶胶槽设置在靠近弹性压榨过滤膜一端,距离外框和内环边缘不超过10mm。
