Definitions
- the present invention relates to an information processing device that detects an abnormality in a servo motor mechanism.
- the servo motor mechanism includes a servo motor and a driven device driven by the servo motor.
- the operation of such a servo motor mechanism is controlled by the control device.
- the control device detects an abnormality in the servo motor mechanism, it takes measures such as issuing an alarm.
- Some of such control devices detect an abnormality by monitoring the torque value of a servo motor and detecting a torque value exceeding a normal range. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses that an abnormality is detected when the torque value exceeds a threshold value.
- the servo motor mechanism undergoes changes in coil resistance, thermal deformation, etc. when affected by temperature. Therefore, even when the servo motor mechanism gives a predetermined operation to the driven device by controlling the torque of the servo motor, the torque of the servo motor also changes when the temperature changes. Therefore, the torque value for detecting the abnormality of the servo motor is affected by the temperature.
- Patent Document 1 discloses a system that reduces the influence of the temperature of the torque value by correcting the temperature of the torque value.
- a temperature correction formula for the torque value is created based on the temperature characteristic of the torque value of the drive motor when the robot arm is operated. Then, when the abnormality is detected, the system uses the drive motor or speed reducer temperature measurement value obtained by the temperature sensor to perform temperature correction of the torque value by the temperature correction formula.
- the torque load tends to increase in the running-in state immediately after restarting the operation after suspending the operation of the servo motor mechanism. Therefore, the abnormality may be erroneously detected even when the temperature correction of the torque value as described above is performed. Further, the torque load changes depending on the temperature or the time during which the operation is stopped. In particular, when the temperature is low, the torque load in the operation during the running-in is larger than when the temperature is high. This increase in torque load causes erroneous detection of abnormality.
- One aspect of the present invention is intended to prevent erroneous detection of an abnormality in the torque value after restart of operation.
- the present invention adopts the following configurations in order to solve the above problems.
- the information processing apparatus is that an abnormality that occurs in the operation of a drive mechanism that includes a driven device and a motor that drives the driven device is caused by a torque value of the motor exceeding a threshold value.

In addition, the PLC 1 also sets a threshold value that defines a normal range around the reference curve. Further, the PLC 1 calculates the offset amount C immediately after the start of a predetermined period (break-in operation period) in which the break-in operation is performed after the servo motor mechanism 3 has stopped operating (pause time) and then restarted. Create the formula of. The offset amount C is the amount by which the torque value that defines the reference curve is offset.

- the temperature variable f Temp is represented by a curve that is large at low temperature and small at high temperature, as shown in FIG. - the operation number counting unit 112 counts the number of operations of the servo motor mechanism 3.
- the data acquisition unit 13 in the PLC 1 acquires the pause time from the memory 12 (step S11). Further, the data acquisition unit 13 acquires the torque value from the servo driver 2 and the temperature of the servo motor 31 from the temperature sensor 4 in synchronization with the acquisition of the operation number from the operation number counting unit 112 (step). S12).
- the machine tool 32 of the servomotor mechanism 3 is a ball screw drive stage including a ball screw 51 and a stage 52 driven by the ball screw 51 shown in FIG.

It changes to TH1 to TH3 and thresholds TL1 to TL3, respectively.
- the data correction unit 14 calculates the correction value D of the torque value by subtracting the offset amount C of the same temperature from the acquired offset amount X of the temperature, as shown in FIG. 10 (step S15). In addition, the data correction unit 14 increases the threshold to a value obtained by adding the value of the offset amount C (threshold correction step).

- step S16 abnormality detection step.
- the abnormality detection unit 15 determines in step S16 that the correction value exceeds the threshold value (YES)
- step S12 If the abnormality detection unit 15 determines in step S16 that the correction value does not exceed the threshold value (NO), the process returns to step S12.
- the calculated correction value is corrected so that it becomes larger than that during normal operation, and the upper limit threshold value THn and the lower limit threshold value TLn are corrected. It is determined whether or not it is in the normal range between. Accordingly, even if the torque value increases in accordance with at least one of the temperature, the rest time, and the number of times of operation during the running-in period, the torque value is corrected based on the offset amount C calculated in advance. Therefore, it is possible to properly determine the abnormality detection of the torque value. Therefore, erroneous detection can be suppressed.

Description
C=f(fTemp,fTime,α)
=α*fTemp*fTime
=α*fTemp*fTime
