可选地,所述凹腔的腔壁上设置有拆装口,用于供所述锁合件和所述复位弹簧自所述拆装口安装在所述凹腔内,或者用于将所述锁合件和复位弹簧自所述拆装口处拆开。
本公开实施例提供的连接结构,用于连接框架上相邻的第一框边和第二框边,连接件固定在第一框边的一端,配合件固定安装在插接配合部内,第一框边和第二框边相连接时,将插接部自第二框边的端面插入插接配合部内,在插装到位后,伸出贯通孔的锁舌卡在所述锁舌配合部上、来阻止插接部反向移动自插接配合部内脱出,其连接方式简单、方便、省时、省力,而且连接后第一框边和第二框边不会自行解锁而脱开,其实用性更好。

下文中将结合附图对本公开的实施例进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本公开中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本公开,但是,本公开还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的方式来实施,因此,本公开的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
本公开实施例提供的连接结构,如图1至图8所示,用于连接框架上相邻的第一框边1和第二框边2,第二框边2的一端设置有插接配合部21,包括:用于固定在第一框边1一端的连接件3,其背向第一框边1的一端(即 外端)设置有插接部31、背向第一框边1一端的端面设置有贯通孔32;具有锁舌41的锁合件4,可摆动地安装在连接件3上,锁合件4往复摆动可使锁舌41自贯通孔32伸出和收回;和具有锁舌配合部51的配合件5,用于固定安装在插接配合部21内;其中,插接部31自第二框边2的端面插入插接配合部21内,伸出的锁舌41卡在锁舌配合部51上、以将插接部31和插接配合部21锁定在一起。
该连接结构,用于连接框架上相邻的第一框边1和第二框边2,连接件3固定在第一框边1的一端,配合件5固定安装在插接配合部21内,第一框边1和第二框边2相连接时,将插接部31自第二框边2的端面插入插接配合部21内,在插装到位后,伸出贯通孔32的锁舌41卡在锁舌配合部51上、来阻止插接部31反向移动自插接配合部21内脱出,其连接方式简单、方便、省时、省力,而且连接后第一框边1和第二框边2不会自行解锁而脱开,其实用性更好。
其中,如图1、图2、图4和图5所示,该连接结构还包括:复位弹簧6,设置在锁合件4与连接件3之间,用于保持锁舌41自贯通孔32伸出,使得第一框边1和第二框边2相连接后锁定住插接部31和插接配合部21,防止插接部31和插接配合部21松脱开。
再者,如图1、图2、图4和图5所示,锁合件4上还具有定位柱42和轴孔,轴孔位于定位柱42和锁舌41之间,转轴穿过轴孔和连接件3、以实现将锁合件4可摆动地安装在连接件3上,复位弹簧6的一端压紧连接件3的朝向第一框边1的侧面、另一端抵住定位柱42,保持锁舌41自贯通孔32朝向配合件5侧伸出。其中,连接件3可以是连接块。
在一示例性的实施方式中,如图5至图7所示,连接件3上可以设置有朝向第一框边1侧开口的凹腔33,凹腔33的腔壁上可以设置拆装口34,锁合件4和复位弹簧6可以自拆装口34安装在凹腔33内,在损坏时也可自拆装口34处拆卸锁合件4和复位弹簧6。
如图3和图4,和图4a所示,拆卸第一框边1和第二框边2时,可以朝向锁合件4侧按压连接件3上的定位柱42处,使锁舌41摆动而自贯通孔32收回,解除锁舌41对锁舌配合部51的束缚,然后反向移动第一框边1,使 得连接件3与插接配合部21分离开,即完成第一框边1和第二框边2的分离。其中,锁合件4的上方留有一定的空间,以便锁舌41摆动伸入贯通孔32或者自贯通孔32收回。
具体地,如图3,图4和图4a所示,锁舌配合部51和锁舌41上均具有导向装配面9,导向装配面9可以是导向弧面或导向斜面等,以更好地实现锁舌41卡在锁舌配合部51上。锁舌41的摆动行程与插接部31和插接配合部21的配合行程相交而相互发生干涉,以消除自由度,实现锁定的目的。锁舌配合部51可以为锁合凸台或锁合槽等,插接部31为贯通插缝,插接配合部21为贯通插槽,贯通插槽的槽壁插入贯通插缝内,锁合件4可以通过螺钉固定在插接配合部21内。
在一示例性的实施方式中,如图1、图2、图4、图5和图7所示,连接件3的临近第一框边1的一端设置有安装部35,安装部35与第一框边1固定连接。如安装部35为安装板,安装板与第一框边1可以通过螺钉等的方式固定连接。
在一示例性实施例中,如图1和图2所示,安装板上设置有螺孔,第一框边1上设置有插孔11,插孔11的侧壁上设置有通孔,安装板插入插孔11内,螺钉穿过通孔而旋紧在螺孔内。螺钉可以是设置在第一框边1内、并固定有压板7,压板7在第一框边1上形成T形导轨,形成T形槽的装饰件8卡在T形导轨上,使得螺钉隐藏在装饰件8内,避免螺钉外露,以此来提升装配后产品的美观性。在解锁时可以先拆卸掉装饰件8,再按压锁合件4、使锁舌41收回至贯通孔内而与锁舌配合部51相解锁。该实施例中也可以是,形成凹形槽的装饰件8卡在T形导轨上。该实施例中,压板7在第一框边1上形成的导轨形状和装饰件8的形状不限于T性或者凹形,只要二者的形状之间能够相互契合,由装饰件8将设置在第一框边1内的螺钉隐藏即可。
在另一示例性实施例中,如图4至图7所示安装板上设置有位置调节长孔36,第一框边1上设置有螺孔,螺钉穿过位置调节长孔36而旋紧在螺孔内,可以通过调整螺钉在位置调节长孔36内的位置来调整连接件3在第一框边1端部伸出的长度,这样第一框边1的等效长度就能够实现调节,可以更好地适应歪斜的墙面情况。安装板固定在第一框边1上、并在第一框边上形 成T形导轨,形成T形槽的装饰件8卡在T形导轨上(可以通过限位结构10进行限位,限位结构10包括限位柱和凹点,限位柱滑入凹点内进行限位,防止装饰件在安装板上肆意滑动,限位柱位于装饰件上,凹点位于安装板上),在解锁时可以先拆卸掉装饰件8,再按压锁合件4、使锁舌41收回至贯通孔内而与锁舌配合部51相解锁。该实施例中也可以是,形成凹形槽的装饰件8卡在T形导轨上。该实施例中,安装板在第一框边上形成导轨的形状和装饰件8的形状不限于T性或者凹形,只要二者的形状之间能够相互契合,能够由装饰件8将设置在第一框边1内的螺钉隐藏即可。
本公开提供的框架,包括有相对设置的两个第一框边1、相对设置的两个第二框边2和上述任一实施例所述的连接结构。
本公开提供的框架,具备上述任一实施例所述的连接结构的全部优点,在此不再赘述。
其中,第一框边1可以为轨道(插孔11位于轨道的底壁上,轨道的两端均设置有连接件3)、第二框边2可以为侧面铝材(其两端均设置有配合件5)。
如上述图1-图8所示,本公开还提供了一种连接件,用于连接相邻的第一框边和第二框边,所述第二框边的一端设置有插接配合部,所述插接配合部内固定安装有具有锁舌配合部的配合件,所述连接件用于固定在第一框边的一端,其中,
该连接件背向所述第一框边一端的端面设置有贯通孔,用于供锁合件的锁舌往复摆动自该贯通孔伸出和收回;
该连接件背向所述第一框边的一端设置有插接部,用于自所述第二框边的端面插入所述插接配合部内,以使得伸出的所述锁舌卡在所述锁舌配合部上,锁定所述插接部和所述插接配合部。
可选地,所述连接件的朝向所述第一框边的侧面用于容纳复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧的一端压紧所述侧面、另一端抵住所述锁合件。
可选地,所述连接件上设置有朝向所述第一框边侧开口的凹腔,用于安装所述锁合件和所述复位弹簧。
可选地,所述凹腔的腔壁上设置有拆装口,用于供所述锁合件和所述复 位弹簧自所述拆装口安装在所述凹腔内,或者用于将所述锁合件和复位弹簧自所述拆装口处拆开。
可选地,所述连接件的临近所述第一框边的一端设置有安装部,所述安装部与所述第一框边固定连接。
可选地,所述安装部为安装板,所述安装板与所述第一框边通过螺钉固定连接。
可选地,所述安装板上设置有螺孔,所述第一框边上设置有插孔,所述插孔的侧壁上设置有通孔,所述安装板用于插入所述插孔内,所述螺钉穿过所述通孔而旋紧在所述螺孔内。
可选地,所述安装板上设置有位置调节长孔,所述第一框边上设置有螺孔,所述螺钉穿过所述位置调节长孔而旋紧在所述螺孔内,所述位置调节长孔用于通过调整螺钉在该位置调节长孔内的位置来调整所述连接件在第一框边端部伸出的长度。
综上所述,本公开实施例提供的连接结构,用于连接框架上相邻的第一框边和第二框边,连接件固定在第一框边的一端,配合件固定安装在插接配合部内,第一框边和第二框边相连接时,将插接部自第二框边的端面插入插接配合部内,在插装到位后,伸出贯通孔的锁舌卡在所述锁舌配合部上、来阻止插接部反向移动自插接配合部内脱出,其连接方式简单、方便、省时、省力,而且连接后第一框边和第二框边不会自行解锁而脱开,其实用性更好。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种连接结构,用于连接相邻的第一框边和第二框边,所述第二框边的一端设置有插接配合部,该连接结构包括:
    用于固定在所述第一框边一端的连接件,该连接件背向所述第一框边的一端设置有插接部,该连接件背向所述第一框边一端的端面设置有贯通孔;
    具有锁舌的锁合件,可摆动地安装在所述连接件上,所述锁合件往复摆动能够使所述锁舌自所述贯通孔伸出和收回;和
    具有锁舌配合部的配合件,设置成固定安装在所述插接配合部内;
    其中,所述插接部自所述第二框边的端面插入所述插接配合部内,伸出的所述锁舌卡在所述锁舌配合部上、以锁定所述插接部和所述插接配合部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接结构,该连接结构还包括:
    复位弹簧,设置在所述锁合件与所述连接件之间,设置成保持所述锁舌自所述贯通孔伸出。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的连接结构,其中,所述锁合件上还具有定位柱和轴孔,所述轴孔位于所述定位柱和所述锁舌之间,所述复位弹簧的一端压紧所述连接件的朝向所述第一框边的侧面、另一端抵住所述定位柱。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的连接结构,其中,所述连接件上设置有朝向所述第一框边侧开口的凹腔,所述锁合件和所述复位弹簧安装在所述凹腔内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的连接结构,其中,所述凹腔的腔壁上设置有拆装口,所述锁合件和所述复位弹簧能够自所述拆装口安装在所述凹腔内,或者自所述拆装口处将所述锁合件和复位弹簧拆开。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的连接结构,其中,所述锁舌配合部和所述锁舌上均具有导向装配面,所述锁舌配合部为锁合凸台或锁合槽,所述插接部为贯通插缝,所述插接配合部为贯通插槽,所述贯通插槽的槽壁插入所述贯通插缝内。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的连接结构,其中,所述连接件的临近所述第一框边的一端设置有安装部,所述安装部与所述第一框边固定连 接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的连接结构,其中,所述安装部为安装板,所述安装板与所述第一框边通过螺钉固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的连接结构,其中,
    所述安装板上设置有螺孔,所述第一框边上设置有插孔,所述插孔的侧壁上设置有通孔,所述安装板插入所述插孔内,所述螺钉穿过所述通孔而旋紧在所述螺孔内;
    该连接结构还包括压板和装饰件,其中,所述压板通过所述螺钉固定在所述第一框边上,在所述第一框边上形成导轨;所述装饰件形成凹形槽,形成的所述凹型槽卡在所述导轨上,使得所述螺钉隐藏在所述装饰件内。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的连接结构,其中,
    所述安装板上设置有位置调节长孔,所述第一框边上设置有螺孔,所述螺钉穿过所述位置调节长孔而旋紧在所述螺孔内,所述位置调节长孔用于通过调整螺钉在该位置调节长孔内的位置来调整所述连接件在第一框边端部伸出的长度;
    该连接结构还包括装饰件,所述安装板在所述第一框边上形成导轨,形成凹型槽的所述装饰件卡在所述导轨上,使得所述螺钉隐藏在所述装饰件内。
  11. 一种框架,包括第一框边、第二框边和如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的连接结构。
  12. 一种连接件,用于连接相邻的第一框边和第二框边,所述连接件固定在第一框边的一端;所述第二框边的一端设置有插接配合部,所述插接配合部内固定安装有具有锁舌配合部的配合件,其中,
    所述连接件背向所述第一框边一端的端面设置有贯通孔,用于供锁合件的锁舌往复摆动自该贯通孔伸出和收回;
    所述连接件背向所述第一框边的一端设置有插接部,用于自所述第二框边的端面插入所述插接配合部内,以使得伸出的所述锁舌卡在所述锁舌配合部上,锁定所述插接部和所述插接配合部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的连接件,其中,所述连接件的朝向所述第一框边的侧面用于容纳复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧的一端压紧所述侧面、另一端抵住所述锁合件。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的连接件,其中,所述连接件上设置有朝向所述第一框边侧开口的凹腔,用于安装所述锁合件和所述复位弹簧。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的连接件,其中,所述凹腔的腔壁上设置有拆装口,用于供所述锁合件和所述复位弹簧自所述拆装口安装在所述凹腔内,或者用于将所述锁合件和复位弹簧自所述拆装口处拆开。
