그러나 기존의 북마크는, 기본적으로 웹브라우저 상에서 저장되므로, 사용자가 다른 웹브라우저를 사용하거나 다른 PC를 사용시에는 기존에 저장된 북마크를 가져오는 작업을 수행하지 않으면 자신이 저장해 두었던 북마크를 사용할 수 없는 문제가 있었다.

상기한 바와 같이, 종래, 북마크 관리 시스템 및 방법에 대하여 여러 가지 기술내용들이 제시된 바 있으나, 상기한 바와 같은 종래기술의 북마크 관리 시스템 및 방법들은 단지 북마크의 저장 및 관리를 인터넷 서버를 통하여 대신하는 것에 그치는 것일 뿐, 북마크 저장 및 관리에 있어 웹브라우저 상에서 이루어지던 기존의 북마크 방식과 크게 다를 바 없는 것이었다.
즉, 최근에는, 상기한 바와 같이 각각의 웹페이지에 대하여 북마크를 설정하는 대신에, 사용자들이 인터넷을 이용중 자신에게 유용한 정보를 발견하면 해당 웹페이지의 댓글에 임의의 댓글을 달아놓고 나중에 "내가 쓴 댓글" 기능을 이용하여 다시 해당 웹페이지에 접속하는 경우가 증가하고 있다.
그러나 이와 같이 댓글 기능을 이용하는 경우에도, 로그인을 해야만 확인이 가능하고 북마크에 비해 상대적으로 불편한 데 더하여, 댓글의 수가 많아질수록 관리가 어려워지는 점은 마찬가지인 문제가 있다.
더욱이, 사용자가 검색을 통하여 찾아낸 정보가 곧 북마크의 생성이 기반이 되는 점을 감안하면, 단순히 북마크의 관리에만 그치는 것이 아니라, 북마크의 생성에 기반이 되는 검색기능을 함께 제공할 수 있다면 사용자에게 보다 향상된 인터넷 경험을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대되나, 아직까지 그러한 요구를 모두 만족시키는 장치나 방법은 제공되지 못하고 있는 실정이다.

    상기 서버는,
    사용자 단말기로부터 수신되는 사용자의 요청에 따라 북마크 저장 및 북마크 등록에 관한 처리가 수행되는 북마크 등록 처리모듈 및 저장된 북마크의 관리, 검색, 공유를 포함하는 북마크 접속에 대한 처리가 수행되는 북마크 접속 처리모듈을 포함하여, 북마크의 생성, 저장 및 관리를 포함하는 북마크에 대한 전반적인 처리를 수행하는 북마크서비스 제공부; 및
    사용자 단말기로부터 수신되는 사용자의 검색요청이나 입력된 검색어에 따라 해당 검색어를 분석하고 검색을 수행하여 해당 사용자 단말기로 검색결과를 제공하는 검색 서비스에 대한 전반적인 처리를 수행하는 검색서비스 제공부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 북마크관리 및 정보검색 서비스 제공시스템.

    사용자가 자신의 사용자 단말기를 통하여 인터넷을 사용 중 북마크하고 싶은 웹페이지 내에 존재하는 북마크 관리와 정보검색을 위한 서비스 사이트의 링크를 클릭하거나, 상기 서비스 사이트의 링크가 내재되에 있는 이미지를 클릭하거나, 또는, 상기 서비스 사이트의 주소가 존재하지 않을 경우 사용자가 댓글에 서비스 사이트의 링크를 게시하고 해당 링크를 클릭하여 상기 서비스 사이트로 이동하면, 이동시 발생되는 리퍼러(referrer)를 분석하여 URL(uniform resource locator)을 추출하고,
    상기 URL에 해당하는 사이트에 접속하여 사이트 크롤링을 통해 사이트 정보를 수집하며,
    해당 사이트가 외국어 사이트인 경우는 미리 설정된 언어로 번역하여 사이트 정보를 가공하고,
    사용자 단말기로 해당 사이트에 대한 키워드 지정을 요청하여 사용자 단말기로부터 사용자가 입력한 키워드가 수신되면 해당 사용자의 아이디와 상기 추출된 URL, 상기 수신된 키워드, 상기 추출되거나 수집된 사이트 정보를 데이터베이스에 저장하는 처리가 수행되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 북마크관리 및 정보검색 서비스 제공시스템.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 북마크 접속 처리모듈은,
    사용자가 자신의 사용자 단말기를 통하여 상기 서비스 사이트에 로그인을 행하면, 로그인된 사용자에 대하여 해당 사용자가 저장한 북마크 목록을 표시하고,
    표시된 북마크 목록 중에서 사용자에 의해 특정 북마크가 선택되면, 선택된 북마크에 해당하는 URL로 이동시키며,
    상기 서비스 사이트에 로그인 상태에서 사용자로부터 키워드가 입력되면, 입력된 키워드에 대하여 상기 데이터베이스에서 해당 사용자에 의해 저장된 북마크에 대한 검색을 수행하고,
    상기 키워드에 해당하는 북마크가 검색되면, 검색된 북마크에 해당하는 URL로 이동시키는 처리가 수행되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 북마크관리 및 정보검색 서비스 제공시스템.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 북마크 접속 처리모듈은,
    사용자 단말기로부터 아이디와 키워드가 포함된 단축주소가 수신되면, 입력된 내용으로부터 아이디와 키워드를 추출하고,
    추출된 상기 아이디와 상기 키워드에 대하여 상기 데이터베이스를 검색하고, 검색된 아이디에 대하여 공유설정이 되어 있는지를 확인하며,
    공유설정이 되어 있는 경우, 상기 키워드에 대하여 검색된 북마크에 해당하는 URL로 이동시키고,
    공유설정이 되어 있지 않은 경우, 공유설정이 되어 있지 않아 처리가 불가능하다는 취지의 안내메시지를 표시하는 처리가 수행되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 북마크관리 및 정보검색 서비스 제공시스템.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상기 북마크 접속 처리모듈은,
    사용자 단말기로부터 키워드가 포함된 단축주소가 수신되면 입력된 내용으로부터 키워드를 추출하고,
    해당 사용자 단말기의 사용자가 로그인이 되어 있는지를 확인하며,
    로그인이 되어 있는 경우, 해당 사용자에 대한 북마크 목록을 검색하여 검색된 북마크에 해당하는 URL로 이동시키고,
    로그인이 되어 있지 않은 경우는 상기 데이터베이스에서 해당 키워드를 조회하여 검색된 URL로 이동시키는 처리가 수행되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 북마크관리 및 정보검색 서비스 제공시스템.
  6. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 검색서비스 제공부는,
    사용자가 자신의 사용자 단말기를 통하여 검색어(키워드)를 입력하면, 해당 검색어에 대하여 미리 설정된 사이트 및 검색엔진을 통해 각각 검색을 행하고, 각각의 검색결과를 사용자에게 표시하는 처리가 수행되도록 구성됨으로써,
    사용자가 한번의 검색만으로 각각의 사이트 및 검색엔진에 대한 검색결과를 제공받을 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 북마크관리 및 정보검색 서비스 제공시스템.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서,
    상기 검색서비스 제공부는,
    입력된 키워드에 대하여 미리 설정된 복수의 검색엔진 및 사이트에 대한 검색을 행하는 처리가 수행되는 동시에,
    외국어 사이트인 경우는 자동으로 미리 설정된 언어로 번역하여 번역결과를 제공하는 처리가 수행되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 북마크관리 및 정보검색 서비스 제공시스템.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기 검색서비스 제공부는,
    특정 키워드 및 상기 특정 키워드와 연관된 사이트 및 검색엔진을 미리 매칭시켜 두고,
    사용자 단말기를 통하여 검색을 위한 키워드가 입력되면, 키워드 분석을 통해 입력된 키워드에 매칭되는 사이트 및 검색엔진에 대한 검색을 수행하는 처리가 수행되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 북마크관리 및 정보검색 서비스 제공시스템.
  9. 제 8항에 있어서,
    상기 검색서비스 제공부는,
    인공지능(AI)을 이용하여, 특정 키워드와 각각의 사용자들에 의해 입력된 키워드를 매칭시키고 연관 정도에 따라 각각의 사이트와 검색엔진 및 검색이 수행된 사이트들에 대한 학습을 행하고,
    학습된 결과에 근거하여 입력된 키워드에 대하여 자동으로 검색을 수행할 사이트를 결정하고 검색을 수행하는 처리가 수행되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 북마크관리 및 정보검색 서비스 제공시스템.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서,
    상기 검색서비스 제공부는,
    사용자가 검색설정 버튼을 누르면 검색사이트 설정화면이 표시되어, 사용자가 각각의 기술분야나 항목별로 검색을 수행할 검색사이트를 자유로이 설정할 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 북마크관리 및 정보검색 서비스 제공시스템.
  11. 제 10항에 있어서,
    상기 검색서비스 제공부는,
    사용자가 웹브라우저에서 사용되는 검색엔진으로서 상기 서비스 사이트를 등록하는 것에 의해, 사용자가 검색을 위해 상기 서비스 사이트에 접속할 필요 없이 웹브라우저의 주소창을 통해 검색기능을 이용하거나 검색키워드가 포함된 URL 형식으로 검색을 이용할 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 북마크관리 및 정보검색 서비스 제공시스템.
  12. 청구항 1항 내지 청구항 11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 북마크관리 및 정보검색 서비스 제공시스템을 이용하여, 북마크관리 및 정보검색 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 구성되는 북마크관리 및 정보검색 서비스 제공방법에 있어서,
    상기 방법은,
    사용자 단말기로부터 수신되는 사용자의 요청에 따라 북마크 저장 및 북마크 등록에 관한 처리와, 저장된 북마크의 관리, 검색, 공유에 관한 처리를 포함하여, 북마크의 생성, 저장 및 관리를 포함하는 북마크에 대한 전반적인 처리가 수행되는 북마크서비스 제공단계; 및
    사용자 단말기로부터 수신되는 사용자의 검색요청이나 입력된 검색어에 따라 해당 검색어를 분석하고 검색을 수행하여 해당 사용자 단말기로 검색결과를 제공하는 검색 서비스에 대한 전반적인 처리가 수행되는 검색서비스 제공단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 북마크관리 및 정보검색 서비스 제공방법.
  13. 제 12항에 있어서,
    상기 북마크서비스 제공단계는,
    사용자가 자신의 사용자 단말기를 통하여 인터넷을 사용 중 북마크하고 싶은 웹페이지 내에 존재하는 북마크 관리와 정보검색을 위한 서비스 사이트의 링크를 클릭하거나, 상기 서비스 사이트의 링크가 내재되에 있는 이미지를 클릭하거나, 또는, 상기 서비스 사이트의 주소가 존재하지 않을 경우 사용자가 댓글에 서비스 사이트의 링크를 게시하고 해당 링크를 클릭하여 상기 서비스 사이트로 이동하면, 이동시 발생되는 리퍼러(referrer)를 분석하여 URL(uniform resource locator)을 추출하는 단계;
    상기 URL에 해당하는 사이트에 접속하여 사이트 크롤링을 통해 사이트 정보를 수집하는 단계;

    사용자 단말기로 해당 사이트에 대한 키워드 지정을 요청하여 사용자 단말기로부터 사용자가 입력한 키워드가 수신되면, 해당 사용자의 아이디와 상기 추출된 URL, 상기 수신된 키워드, 상기 추출되거나 수집된 사이트 정보를 데이터베이스에 저장하는 단계를 포함하는 처리가 수행되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 북마크관리 및 정보검색 서비스 제공방법.
  14. 제 12항에 있어서,
    상기 북마크서비스 제공단계는,
    사용자 단말기로부터 아이디와 키워드가 포함된 단축주소가 수신되면, 입력된 내용으로부터 아이디와 키워드를 추출하는 단계;
    추출된 상기 아이디와 상기 키워드에 대하여 상기 데이터베이스를 검색하고, 검색된 아이디에 대하여 공유설정이 되어 있는지를 확인하는 단계;
    공유설정이 되어 있는 경우, 상기 키워드에 대하여 검색된 북마크에 해당하는 URL로 이동시키는 단계; 및
    공유설정이 되어 있지 않은 경우, 공유설정이 되어 있지 않아 처리가 불가능하다는 취지의 안내메시지를 표시하는 단계를 포함하는 처리가 수행되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 북마크관리 및 정보검색 서비스 제공방법.
  15. 제 12항에 있어서,
    상기 검색서비스 제공단계는,
    사용자가 자신의 사용자 단말기를 통하여 검색어(키워드)를 입력하면, 해당 검색어에 대하여 미리 설정된 사이트 및 검색엔진을 통해 각각 검색을 행하고, 각각의 검색결과를 사용자에게 표시하며, 외국어 사이트인 경우는 자동으로 미리 설정된 언어로 번역하여 번역결과를 제공하는 처리가 수행되도록 구성됨으로써,
    사용자가 한번의 검색만으로 각각의 사이트 및 검색엔진에 대한 검색결과를 제공받을 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 북마크관리 및 정보검색 서비스 제공방법.
  16. 제 12항에 있어서,
    상기 검색서비스 제공단계는,
    특정 키워드 및 상기 특정 키워드와 연관된 사이트 및 검색엔진을 미리 매칭시켜 두고, 사용자 단말기를 통하여 검색을 위한 키워드가 입력되면 키워드 분석을 통해 입력된 키워드에 매칭되는 사이트 및 검색엔진에 대한 검색을 수행하는 처리가 수행되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 북마크관리 및 정보검색 서비스 제공방법.
