본 발명의 시스템은 별도의 웹 브라우저를 실행하지 않고도, 즉 하나의 웹 페이지에서도 단어의 연관정보, 실시간 정보 및 상품 정보까지 제공해줄 수 있다. 더 나아가, 본 발명은 획일적으로 동일한 정보를 모든 사이트나 사용자에게 노출시키는 것이 아니라, 웹 사이트나 어플리케이션의 종류에 따라 선택적으로 정보를 제공하므로 사용자 만족도를 높일 수 있다.
본 발명의 외부 정보 제공 모듈(프로그램)을 웹 서버 또는 어플리케이션에 설치하면 웹사이트 또는 어플리케이션의 운영자, 상품 판매자 등은 별도의 운영인력을 통해 정보 입력을 하거나 서버를 관리하지 않고도 이미 입력된 정보나 모듈자체의 검색 기능을 통해 제품(상품) 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
본 발명은 정보 검색 서버에서 수집한 실시간 정보를 외부 정보 제공 모듈로 제공하고, 외부 정보 제공 모듈이 이를 웹페이지나 어플리케이션 실행 화면에 실시간으로 노출시킬 수 있으므로 각각의 웹사이트에서는 별도 서버 구축 없이도 실시간 정보(주식 정보 등)를 웹페이지나 어플리케이션 실행 화면에 제공할 수 있다.

이하 본 발명의 단어 정보 제공 시스템 및 방법에 대해 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 자세하게 설명한다.
도 1는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 전체 시스템 구성도이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 의한 전체 시스템 구성도이고, 도 3은 웹서버(1), 어플리케이션 내지 사용자 단말에 설치된 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)의 구성도이고, 도 4는 본 발명의 검색 정보 서버(30)의 구성도이다.
도 1 내지 도 4를 참고하면, 본 발명의 시스템은 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10), 사용자 단말(20), 정보검색 서버(30)를 포함한다.
상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)은 웹서버(1), 어플리케이션 서버 내지 사용자 단말(20)에 설치된다. 도 1은 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)이 웹 서버(1) 내지 어플리케이션 서버, 도 2는 사용자 단말에 설치된 것을 보여준다.
상기 사용자 단말(20)은 사용자의 키 조작에 따라 인터넷망에 접속하여 각종 웹 페이지 데이터를 수신하거나 내부에 설치되어 있는 어플리케이션을 실행할 수 있는 컴퓨터나 스마트폰일 수 있다.
상기 사용자 단말(20)은 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)이 설치된 웹 서버에 접속하여 웹페이지를 출력하거나 외부 정보 제공 모듈이 설치된 어플리케이션을 실행할 수 있다.
이하에서는, 도 1과 같이, 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)이 웹서버(10)에 설치된 경우를 예로 들어 본 발명을 설명한다.
사용자 단말이 웹서버가 제공하는 웹사이트에 접속하여 이를 실행하는 경우, 사용자 단말(10)은 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)을 상기 웹사이트에서 실행할 수 있으므로(도 1에서 사용자 단말에서 실행되는 정보검색 모듈을 점선으로 표시하였음), 상기 정보 검색 서버(30)로부터 직접 정보 검색 결과를 수신받을 수 있다.
상기 정보 검색 서버(30)는 상기 사용자 단말에 출력된 상기 웹페이지이나 어플리케이션 실행 화면상의 단어에 이벤트가 발생되면 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)로부터 이벤트가 발생한 좌표의 텍스트 정보를 수신하고, 상기 텍스트 정보로부터 단어를 추출하고, 상기 단어에 해당하는 정보를 데이터 저장소에 질의하고, 상기 데이터 저장소로부터 상기 정보 검색결과를 수신하여 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)에 제공한다.
상기 데이터 저장소란 특정 데이터를 쉽게 찾을 수 있는 데이터 구조를 가진 형태의 저장소로 통상적인 데이터베이스(Database)를 포함한다.
도 3은 웹서버, 어플리케이션 제공 서버 내지 사용자 단말에 설치된 외부 정보 제공 모듈을 도시한 것이다. 도 3을 참고하면, 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈은 상기 웹서버 내지 사용자 단말의 프로세서(2)와 메모리(3)에 의해 설치, 저장 및 구동된다.
예를 들면, 사용자는 사용자 단말 장치(20)에 의해 구동되는 웹 브라우저를 실행한 후, 소정의 식별자(예를 들면, URL)를 입력함으로써 서버(1)가 제공하는 웹 페이지에 접속할 수 있다.
예를 들면, 웹서버(1)가 온라인 쇼핑몰의 운영 서버인 경우, 사용자는 웹서버(1)가 제공하는 온라인 쇼핑몰의 페이지에서 상품 검색 등을 수행할 수 있다.
도 1과 같이, 본원발명의 웹서버(1)는 온라인 쇼핑몰 이외에도 뉴스 제공 서버, 공공기관의 서버, 기업이 운영하는 제품 판매 홍보 서버, 금융 관련 서버, 커뮤니티 관련 서버, 게임 서버 등일 수 있다.
상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)은 웹서버(1) 내지 사용자 단말이 구비하고 있는 상기 프로세서(2)와 통신부(4)를 통해 상기 사용자 단말(20) 및 상기 정보 검색 서버(30)와 송수신할 수 있다.
상기 사용자 단말(20)이 상기 웹서버에 접속하거나 어플리케이션을 실행하여 특정 단어에 대한 이벤트를 발생시키면, 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈(20)은 이벤트가 발생한 좌표의 텍스트 정보를 상기 정보 검색 서버(30)로 전송한다.
또한, 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)은 상기 정보 검색 서버(30)가 제공하는 정보검색 결과를 수신하여 상기 사용자 단말의 출력부를 통해 상기 웹 페이지나 어플리케이션 화면의 레이어에 정보 검색결과를 표시한다.
도 4는 정보 검색 서버의 구성도를 나타낸 것으로서, 정보 검색 서버(30)는 통신부(31), 제어부(32) 및 내부 데이터 저장소(33)를 포함한다.
상기 통신부(31)는 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)과 외부 데이터 저장소(40)와 송수신한다.
상기 제어부(32)는 제 1 정보검색 모듈(321), 제 2 정보검색 모듈(322), 카테고리 분류 모듈(323) 및 우선순위 판별모듈(324) 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 내부 데이터 저장소(33)는 사용자별 검색결과 데이터 저장소(331), 제품 정보 데이터 저장소(332), 실시간 정보 데이터 저장소(333), 카테고리 데이터 저장소(334)를 포함한다.
상기 제어부(32)의 모듈(321, 322, 323, 324)은 상기 제어부에 의해 각각 구동되어 검색을 수행하거나 카테고리를 분류하거나 검색 또는 노출 우선순위를 판별한다.
상기 제 1 정보 검색 모듈(321)은 상기 텍스트 정보로부터 단어를 추출하고, 상기 단어에 해당하는 정보를 데이터 저장소에 질의하고, 상기 데이터 저장소로부터 상기 정보 검색결과를 수신한다.
상기 제어부는 상기 제 1 정보검색 모듈로부터 수집된 정보를 사용자별 검색결과 데이터 저장소(331)에 저장한다.
상기 제 1 정보 검색 모듈(321)은 상기 사용자 단말에서 발생되는 이벤트에 대응하여 내부 데이터 저장소(33)또는 외부 데이터 저장소(40)를 통해 정보를 수집하여 제공한다.
상기 제 2 정보검색 모듈(322)은 복수의 웹서버에서 제공되는 다수의 웹페이지를 주기적으로 크롤링하여 제품 정보와 실시간 정보를 수집할 수 있다. 크롤링이란, 웹 서버가 제공하는 웹 페이지들을 차례로 방문하여 그 웹 페이지들이 담고 있는 제품 정보와 실시간 정보를 읽어 오는 것이다. 또한, 크롤링에는 일정한 기간을 주기로 하여 과거에 방문했던 웹페이지들도 다시 방문함으로써 해당 페이지의 갱신 여부를 체크하는 것도 포함된다. 여기서, 상기 제 2 정보검색 모듈(322)이 크롤링하는 웹서버는 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)의 설치와 무관한 인터넷망을 통해 접속할 수 있는 모든 웹 서버를 포함할 수 있다.
바람직하게는, 상기 제 2 정보검색 모듈(322)은 제품(상품) 제조사 웹 페이지나 실시간 정보를 제공하는 은행이나 뉴스 웹페이지를 방문하여 정보를 수집할 수 있다.
여기서, 실시간 정보는 주식, 환율, 실시간 뉴스(검색어 상위 뉴스) 등일 수 있다. 상기 제품 정보는 상품 정보(제조사, 모델명, 가격, 제조년월일, 제조사에서 제공하는 기능 및 특징), 서비스업 정보(서비스 제공 주체, 서비스 내용, 가격, 특징)일 수 있다. 단어에 관한 연관정보는 실시간 정보와 제품 정보를 제외한 모든 정보를 포괄할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 연관정보는 사전정보, 위키정보, 쇼핑정보, 엔터테인먼트 정보, 뉴스정보, 정책정보, 법규정보, 광고정보, 금융상품 정보 등일 수 있다.
한편, 상기 제 2 정보검색 모듈(322)은 API를 호출하거나 통신으로 전송가능한 형태의 데이터로 단어의 관련정보를 전달받을 수 있다.
상기 제 2 정보검색 모듈(322)은 제품 정보와 실시간 이외의 정보도 특정 조건에 따라 수집할 수 있다.
상기 제 2 정보검색 모듈(322)은 상기 사용자 단말에서 발생되는 이벤트와 무관하게 제품 정보와 실시간 정보를 수집하여 제품 정보 데이터 저장소(331)와 실시간 정보 데이터 저장소(332)에 저장할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제 1 정보 검색 모듈에 의해 수집된 제품 정보와 실시간 정보도 제품 정보 데이터 저장소(331)와 실시간 정보 데이터 저장소(332)에 저장될 수 있다.
상기 카테고리 분류 모듈(323)은 상기 웹 서버나 어플리케이션의 분류 카테고리를 설정하고 구분값을 할당한다. 상기 웹 서버나 어플리케이션의 분류 카테고리와 구분값은 상기 카테고리 데이터 저장소(334)에 저장된다.
예를 들면, 웹서버나 어플리케이션의 종류, 기능에 따라 이들을 하기와 같이 분류할 수 있다.

상기 표 1은 하나의 예시로서, 웹서버, 어플리케이션 관리자 등에 의해 우선 순위가 변동될 수 있다. 표 1에는 분류 카테고리로 공공기관, 온라인 쇼핑몰, 금융, 커뮤니티, 취미, 지식제공을 예로 들었으나, 게임, 스포츠, 해외 정보, 자동차등을 추가할 수 있다.
상기 웹 서버 또는 어플리케이션(서버)에 외부 정보 제공 모듈(프로그램)을 설치되면, 상기 카테고리 분류 모듈(323)이 실행되어 해당 웹서버나 어플리케이션 관리자(특정 서버에 외부 정보 제공 모듈을 설치하는 경우, 특정 서버의 관리자를 의미함)가 상기 웹 서버 또는 어플리케이션의 카테고리를 표 1 중 어느 하나로 지정하도록 요청한다. 해당 웹서버나 어플리케이션 관리자가 카테고리를 지정하면, 상기 카테고리 분류 모듈(323)은 상기 카테고리에 대응되는 소정의 구분값(A~F중 어느 하나)을 할당하고, 분류 카테고리와 구분값을 카테고리 데이터 저장소(334)에 저장한다.
상기 우선순위 판별모듈(324)은 사용자 단말에 출력되는 검색 정보 결과에 우선순위를 주어 선택적으로 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 우선순위 판별 모듈은 공지된 프로세서를 사용할 수 있다.
상기 우선순위 판별모듈(324)은 웹서버나 어플리케이션의 분류 카테고리를 이용하여 검색 및 정보제공의 우선순위를 결정할 수 있다.
예를 들면, 표 1을 참고하면, 특정 웹서버가 커뮤니티(구분값은 D)로 분류 지정되면, 상기 우선순위 판별모듈(324)은 실시간 정보(주식, 환율, 실시간 뉴스), 제품 정보, 사전정보, 위키정보, 쇼핑정보, 엔터테인먼트 정보, 뉴스정보, 정책정보, 법규정보, 광고정보, 금융상품 정보 중에서 뉴스정보, 엔터테인먼트(여행, 영화, 취미), 제품정보를 우선적으로 검색할 수 있다.
예를 들면, 상기 정보 검색 서버에 상기 텍스트 정보가 수신되면, 상기 우선순위 판별모듈(324)은 추출된 단어와 웹서버의 구분값(D)을 포함하는 구조적 질의어를 생성하여 이를 데이터 저장소에 질의할 수 있다. 여기서, 웹서버의 구분값(D)을 포함하는 구조적 질의어는 추출 단어에 관한 뉴스정보, 엔터테인먼트(여행, 영화, 취미), 제품정보를 요청하는 구조적 질의어일 수 있다.
한편, 상기 우선순위 판별모듈(324)은 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)로부터 정보제공을 요청받은 단어의 횟수(이벤트 발생 횟수), 클릭횟수, 클릭된 순서, 단어 노출 시간 등에 적절한 가중치를 부여하여 표 1의 우선순위에 반영할 수 있다.
상기 우선순위 판별모듈(324)는 사용자 출력부에 표시된 검색 정보(뉴스정보, 엔터테인먼트(여행, 영화, 취미), 제품정보인 경우)가 사용자가 원하는 정보인지 아닌지를 요청하여 확인하고, 만약, 사용자가 원하는 정보가 아닐 경우 후순위에 해당하는 검색정보(실시간 정보(주식, 환율, 실시간 뉴스), 사전정보, 쇼핑정보)를 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 우선순위 판별모듈(324)은 탭 형태로 검색 정보 유형(뉴스 정보, 제품 정보, 실시간 정보 등)을 제공하고, 사용자가 원하는 검색 정보 정보 유형을 선택하면 이에 대한 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
도 3을 참고하여 상기 외부 정보 모듈에 대해 설명한다.
상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)은 이벤트 처리부(11), 검색요청부(12) 및 관심 단어 추출부(13)를 포함한다. 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)은 웹서버 또는 어플리케이션이 설치되는 단말이나 앱서버의 프로세서(1)와 메모리(2)를 이용하여 제품 정보 데이터 저장소(14), 실시간 정보 데이터 저장소(15), 단어 연관 정보 데이터 저장소(16) 및 사용자 입력데이터 저장소(17) 중 어느 하나 이상을 생성할 수 있다.
상기 제품 정보 데이터 저장소(14), 단어 연관 정보 데이터 저장소(16)는 특정 웹 페이지(엔터테인먼트 웹 사이트)나 어플의 화면에 표시되거나 노출되는 단어에 대한 제품과 연관 정보로 한정될 수 있다.
상기 이벤트 처리부(11)는 웹페이지이나 어플리케이션 화면상의 단어에 이벤트가 발생되면 이벤트가 발생한 지점의 좌표와 해당 좌표의 텍스트 정보를 상기 정보검색 서버(30)에 제공하고, 상기 정보검색 서버로부터 단어와 관련된 연관정보 검색결과를 수신받는다. 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)은 수신받은 연관정보를 연관정보 데이터 저장소(16)에 저장한다.
검색 요청부(12)는 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)이 설치된 웹 서버나 어플리케이션이 제공하는 웹페이지나 화면을 주기적으로 크롤링하여 새로운 제품명이나 상품이 업로드 되는 경우, 제품명이나 상품명에 대한 정보검색을 상기 정보 검색 서버(30)에 요청하고 결과를 수신 받을 수 있다. 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)은 수신 받은 제품 정보를 제품 정보 데이터 저장소(14)에 저장한다.
외부 정보 제공 모듈은 사용자 단말로부터 이벤트 요청이 없어도 검색 요청부(12)의 자체 검색(특정 웹서버가 제공하는 웹사이트)에 의해 새로운 제품이나 상품, 더 나아가 자주 클릭되는 단어에 대해 능동적으로 정보검색 서버(30)에 검색을 요청하여 검색결과를 제품 정보 데이터 저장소(14)에 저장할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 외부 정보 제공 모듈을 통해 웹사이트 또는 어플리케이션의 운영자, 상품 판매자 등은 별도의 운영인력을 통해 정보 입력을 하거나 서버를 관리하지 않고도 제품(상품) 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
상기 관심 단어 추출부(13)는 자주 클릭되거나 노출되는 단어를 파악하고 상기 단어에 대해 사용자의 관심을 높이고 이벤트를 유도할 수 있는 부가처리를 수행할 수 있다. 상기 부가처리는 단어 형상이나 색의 부가, 단어 링크 부가, 태그 부가 등을 포함한다.
상기 관심 단어 추출부(13)는 단어들의 이벤트 발생 횟수, 클릭횟수, 클릭된 순서, 단어 노출 시간 등에 적절한 가중치를 부여하여 관심단어를 추출할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 클릭 회수가 전체 단어 평균 클릭횟수의 5배 이상인 경우 관심단어로 선정하여 상기 단어에 부가처리를 수행 할 수 있다.
외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)은 상기 정보 검색 서버에 실시간 정보를 주기적으로 수신하여 이를 상기 실시간 정보 데이터 저장소(15)에 저장할 수 있다.
본 발명은 정보 검색 서버(30)에서 수집한 실시간 정보를 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)로 제공하고, 외부 정보 제공 모듈이 이를 웹페이지나 어플리케이션 실행 화면에 실시간으로 노출시킬 수 있으므로 각각의 웹사이트에서는 별도 서버 구축 없이도 실시간 정보(주식 정보 등)를 웹페이지나 어플리케이션 실행 화면에 제공할 수 있다.
외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)은 검색결과 출력부(16)를 통해 사용자 단말의 웹 페이지나 어플리케이션 화면의 레이어에 상기 단어와 관련된 연관정보, 실시간 정보 및 제품 정보 중 어느 하나 이상을 제공할 수 있다.
외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)은 외부 데이터 입력부(19)를 추가로 구비하여 사용자 단말의 웹 사이트 화면이나 어플리케이션 실행 화면에 사용자(판매자나 서버 관리자)들이 관련 정보를 추가로 입력할 수 있는 편집용 탭이나 링크를 제공할 수 있다.
외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)은 사용자 입력부(191)를 추가로 구비하여 사용자 단말의 웹 사이트 화면이나 어플리케이션 실행 화면에 사용자(사용자 단말의 사용자임)들이 관련 정보를 추가로 입력할 수 있는 입력용 탭이나 링크를 제공할 수 있다.
다른 양상에서 본 발명은 단어 정보 제공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 단어 정보 제공 방법은 앞에서 상술한 도 1 내지 도 4의 시스템을 통해 수행될 수 있다.
본 발명은 단어 정보 제공방법은 실행단계, 이벤트 발생단계, 정보 검색 서버 수신단계, 단어 추출 단계, 질의 단계, 외부 정보 제공 모듈로 검색 결과 제공단계, 출력단계를 포함한다.
상기 실행 단계는 외부 정보 제공 모듈이 설치된 웹 서버에 접속하여 사용자 단말에 웹페이지를 출력하거나 외부 정보 제공 모듈이 설치된 어플리케이션을 사용자 단말에서 실행하는 단계이다.
상기 이벤트 발생 단계는 상기 웹페이지이나 어플리케이션 화면상의 단어에 사용자가 이벤트를 발생시키는 단계이다.
상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈은 이벤트가 발생한 지점의 좌표의 텍스트 정보를 정보 검색 서버가 제공한다.
정보 검색 서버는 수신된 텍스트로부터 단어를 추출한다. 이벤트가 발생한 단어 추출은 공지된 방법을 사용할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 단어추출은 기존의 앵커태그를 이용한 방식 또는 드래그하여 선택영역을 읽어들이는 방식 외에도 클릭 시 마우스 또는 터치와 같은 좌표입력장치를 통해 입력된 좌표값에 있는 단어를 인식 추출할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 정보 검색 서버가 단어 인식부와 트리밍 처리부를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 단어 인식부는 포인팅 장치의 지시자가 단어 위에 위치하는 이벤트를 감지하고, 이벤트가 발생한 지점의 단어를 인식하여 트리밍 처리부로 전달한다. 이때, 포인팅 장치는 마우스, 태블릿(tablet), 터치 패드 또는 터치 스크린 등과 같은 다양한 형태의 입력 장치가 될 수 있다. 터치 스크린의 경우 별도의 장치 외에 손가락에 의하여 지시자의 이동이 제어될 수 있다.
상기 단어 인식부는 포인팅 장치의 이동 여부를 지속적으로 감지하며, 지시자가 단어 위에 위치하는 시간이 기준값 이상인 경우, 지시자가 위치하는 지점의 단어를 인식한다. 이때, 상기 기준값을 사용자의 설정에 따라 조절함으로써 단어 인식의 민감도를 조절할 수 있다. 즉, 지시자가 단어 위에 위치하는 시간의 기준 값을 증가시키면, 단어 인식의 민감도가 감소될 것이다. 역으로, 지시자가 단어 위에 위치하는 시간의 기준 값을 감소시키면, 단어 인식의 민감도가 증가할 것이다. 트리밍 처리부는 단어 인식부가 인식한 단어 중 노이즈(noise) 문자를 제거한다. 노이즈 문자는 단어의 해석과 무관한 여러 문자나 각종 특수 문자를 포함한다. 트리밍 처리부는 이러한 노이즈 문자를 제거하는 트리밍 동작을 수행한다.;
질의 단계는 상기 정보 검색 서버가 상기 단어에 해당하는 정보를 데이터 저장소에 질의하는 단계이다.
검색결과 제공단계는 상기 정보 검색 서버가 상기 데이터 저장소로부터 상기 정보 검색결과를 수신하여 이를 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈에 제공하는 단계이다.
출력단계는 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈은 상기 사용자 단말의 출력부를 통해 상기 웹 페이지나 어플리케이션 화면의 레이어에 상기 정보 검색결과를 표시한다. 상기 출력단계는 단어의 연관정보, 실시간 정보 및 제품 정보 중 어느 하나 이상을 사용자 단말에 제공할 수 있다.
본 발명의 단어 정보 제공 방법은 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈(프로그램)을 상기 웹 서버 또는 어플리케이션(서버)에 설치하는 단계를 포함한다.
예를 들면, 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈의 설치가 완료되거나 설치 중에 웹서버 관리자가 상기 웹 서버 또는 어플리케이션(서버)의 카테고리를 지정하는 단계와 상기 웹 서버 또는 어플리케이션(서버)의 카테고리가 지정되면 상기 정보 검색 서버가 상기 카테고리에 대응되는 소정의 구분값을 할당하여 데이터 베이스에 저장하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. 앞에서 상술한 바와 같이, 카테고리 분류 모듈(323)이 실행되어 상기 단계를 수행할 수 있다.
본 발명의 단어 정보 제공방법은 카테고리 구분값에 따라 정해지는 검색 우선 순위를 이용하여 검색을 수행하므로 웹 사이트나 어플리케이션의 종류에 따라 선택적으로 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
즉, 본 발명의 방법이나 시스템은 별도의 웹 브라우저를 실행하지 않고도, 즉 하나의 웹 페이지에서도 단어의 연관정보, 실시간 정보 및 상품 정보까지 제공해줄 수 있다. 더 나아가, 본 발명은 획일적으로 동일한 정보를 모든 사이트나 사용자에게 노출시키는 것이 아니라, 웹 사이트나 어플리케이션의 종류, 웹서버 관리자의 요청에 따라 선택적으로 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
상기 정보 검색 서버는 실시간 정보에 대해서는 외부 데이터 저장소에 질의하고, 제품 정보에 대해서는 내부 데이터 저장소에 질의하여 정보를 수집할 수 있다.
본 발명은 단어 정보 제공 방법을 수행하는 프로그램이 기록된 컴퓨터가 읽기 가능한 기록매체로 구현될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예는 컴퓨터에 의해 실행되는 프로그램 모듈과 같은 컴퓨터에 의해 실행가능한 명령어를 포함하는 기록 매체의 형태로도 구현될 수 있다. 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체는 컴퓨터에 의해 액세스될 수 있는 임의의 가용 매체일 수 있고, 휘발성 및 비휘발성 매체, 분리형 및 비분리형 매체를 모두 포함한다. 또한, 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체는 컴퓨터 저장 매체 및 통신 매체를 모두 포함할 수 있다. 컴퓨터 저장 매체는 컴퓨터 판독가능 명령어, 데이터 구조, 프로그램 모듈 또는 기타 데이터와 같은 정보의 저장을 위한 임의의 방법 또는 기술로 구현된 휘발성 및 비휘발성, 분리형 및 비분리형 매체를 모두 포함한다. 통신 매체는 전형적으로 컴퓨터 판독가능 명령어, 데이터 구조, 프로그램 모듈, 또는 반송파와 같은 변조된 데이터 신호의 기타 데이터, 또는 기타 전송 메커니즘을 포함하며, 임의의 정보 전달 매체를 포함한다.
본 발명의 방법 및 시스템은 특정 실시예와 관련하여 설명되었지만, 그것들의 구성 요소 또는 동작의 일부 또는 전부는 범용 하드웨어 아키텍쳐를 갖는 컴퓨터 시스템을 사용하여 구현될 수 있다.
본 명세서와 도면에 개시된 본 발명의 실시 예들은 본 발명의 기술 내용을 쉽게 설명하고 본 발명의 이해를 돕기 위해 특정 예를 제시한 것뿐이며, 본 발명의 범위를 한정하고자 하는 것은 아니다. 여기에 개시된 실시예들 이외에도 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 바탕을 둔 다른 변형 예들이 실시 가능하다는 것은 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 자명한 것이다.
본 발명의 외부 정보 제공 모듈(프로그램)을 웹 서버 또는 어플리케이션에 설치하면 웹사이트 또는 어플리케이션의 운영자, 상품 판매자 등은 별도의 운영인력을 통해 정보 입력을 하거나 서버를 관리하지 않고도 이미 입력된 정보나 모듈자체의 검색 기능을 통해 제품(상품) 정보를 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. 웹서버(1)나 어플리케이션에 설치된 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10) ;
    상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈이 설치된 웹서버에 접속하여 웹페이지를 출력하거나 외부 정보 제공 모듈이 설치된 어플리케이션이 실행되는 사용자 단말(20) ;
    상기 사용자 단말에 출력된 상기 웹페이지나 어플리케이션 화면상의 단어에 이벤트가 발생되면 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)로부터 이벤트가 발생한 지점의 텍스트 정보를 수신하고, 상기 텍스트 정보로부터 단어를 추출하고, 상기 단어에 해당하는 정보를 데이터 저장소에 질의하고, 상기 데이터 저장소로부터 상기 정보 검색결과를 수신하여 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈에 제공하는 정보 검색 서버(30);
    를 포함하고,
    상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)은 상기 사용자 단말의 출력부를 통해 상기 웹 페이지나 어플리케이션 화면의 레이어에 상기 정보 검색결과를 표시하되, 레이어에 표시되는 상기 정보 검색 결과는 상기 단어와 관련된 연관정보, 실시간 정보 및 제품 정보인 것을 특징으로 하는 단어 정보 제공 시스템.
  2. 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)이 설치되고, 웹 서버에 접속하여 웹페이지를 출력하거나 외부 정보 제공 모듈이 설치된 어플리케이션이 실행되는 사용자 단말(20) ;
    상기 사용자 단말에 출력된 상기 웹페이지나 어플리케이션 화면상의 단어에 이벤트가 발생되면 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)로부터 이벤트가 발생한 지점의 텍스트 정보를 수신하고, 상기 텍스트 정보로부터 단어를 추출하고, 상기 단어에 해당하는 정보를 데이터 저장소에 질의하고, 상기 데이터 저장소로부터 상기 정보 검색결과를 수신하여 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈에 제공하는 정보 검색 서버(30);
    를 포함하고,
    상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)은 상기 사용자 단말의 출력부를 통해 상기 웹 페이지나 어플리케이션 화면의 레이어에 상기 정보 검색결과를 표시하되, 레이어에 표시되는 상기 정보 검색 결과는 상기 단어와 관련된 연관정보, 실시간 정보 및 제품 정보인 것을 특징으로 하는 단어 정보 제공 시스템.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 정보 검색 서버(30)는 통신부(31), 제어부(32) 및 내부 데이터 저장소(33)를 포함하고,
    상기 제어부는
    상기 텍스트 정보로부터 단어를 추출하고, 상기 단어에 해당하는 정보를 데이터 저장소에 질의하고, 상기 데이터 저장소로부터 상기 정보 검색결과를 수신하는 제 1 정보검색 모듈(321), 제품 정보를 제공하거나 실시간 정보를 제공하는 복수의 웹서버에서 제공되는 다수의 웹페이지를 크롤링하거나, 또는 API를 호출하거나 통신으로 전송가능한 형태의 데이터로 단어의 관련정보를 전달받는 제 2 정보검색 모듈(322), 상기 웹 서버나 어플리케이션의 분류 카테고리와 구분값을 판단하는 카테고리 분류 모듈(323), 및 검색과 노출 우선순위를 결정하는 우선순위 판별모듈(324) 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하고,
    상기 내부 데이터 저장소(33)는
    상기 제 1 정보검색 모듈로부터 수집된 정보를 저장하는 사용자별 검색결과 데이터 저장소(331), 상기 제 2 정보검색 모듈이 제조사 웹페이지로부터 수집한 제품 정보를 저장하는 제품 정보 데이터 저장소(332), 상기 제 2 정보검색 모듈이 외부 데이터 저장소로부터 수집된 실시간 정보를 임시 저장하는 실시간 정보 데이터 저장소(333) 및 상기 웹 서버나 어플리케이션의 분류 카테고리와 구분값을 저장하는 카테고리 데이터 저장소(334)중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단어 정보 제공 시스템.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 정보검색 모듈(321)은
    상기 텍스트 정보가 수신되면, 추출된 단어와 카테고리 데이터 저장소(334)로부터 웹 서버나 어플리케이션의 구분값을 포함하는 구조적 질의어를 생성하여 이를 데이터 저장소에 질의하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 구분값에 따라 상기 단어 연관정보 검색의 검색 우선순위가 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단어 정보 제공 시스템.
  5. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)은 이벤트 처리부(11), 검색요청부(12), 관심 단어 추출부(13), 제품 정보 데이터 저장소(14), 실시간 정보 데이터 저장소(15), 연관정보 데이터 저장소(16) 및 검색결과 출력부(17) 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하고,
    상기 이벤트 처리부는 웹페이지이나 어플리케이션 화면상의 단어에 이벤트가 발생되면 이벤트가 발생한 좌표의 텍스트 정보를 상기 정보검색 서버에 제공하고, 상기 정보검색 서버로부터 단어와 관련된 연관정보 검색결과를 수신받고,
    상기 검색요청부는 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈(10)이 설치된 웹 서버나 어플리케이션이 제공하는 웹페이지나 화면을 주기적으로 크롤링하여 새로운 제품명이나 상품이 업로드 되는 경우, 이에 대한 정보검색을 상기 정보 검색 서버에 요청하고,
    상기 관심 단어 추출부(13)는 자주 클릭되거나 노출되는 단어를 파악하고 상기 단어에 대해 사용자의 관심을 높이고 이벤트를 유도할 수 있는 부가처리를 수행하고,
    상기 제품 정보 데이터 저장소는 상기 검색 요청부(12)에 수신된 제품정보를 저장하고,
    상기 실시간 데이터 저장소는 상기 정보 검색 서버로부터 수신된 실시간 정보를 임시 저장하고,
    상기 연관정보 데이터 저장소는 상기 이벤트 처리부(11)에 수신된 연관정보를 저장하고,
    상기 검색결과 출력부는 상기 사용자 단말의 웹 페이지나 어플리케이션 화면의 레이어에 상기 단어와 관련된 연관정보, 실시간 정보 및 제품 정보 검색결과를 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단어 정보 제공 시스템.
  6. 외부 정보 제공 모듈이 설치된 웹 서버에 접속하여 사용자 단말에 웹페이지를 출력하거나 외부 정보 제공 모듈이 설치된 사용자 단말에서 어플리케이션을 실행하는 단계 ;
    상기 웹페이지이나 어플리케이션 실행 화면상의 단어에 이벤트를 발생시키는 단계 ;
    이벤트가 발생한 지점의 좌표와 해당 좌표의 텍스트 정보를 정보 검색 서버가 수신하는 단계 ;
    상기 정보 검색 서버는 상기 텍스트 정보로부터 단어를 추출하는 단계 ;
    상기 정보 검색 서버는 상기 단어에 해당하는 정보를 데이터 저장소에 질의하는 단계 ;
    상기 정보 검색 서버는 상기 데이터 저장소로부터 상기 정보 검색결과를 수신하여 이를 상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈에 제공하는 단계 ;
    상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈은 상기 사용자 단말의 출력부를 통해 상기 웹 페이지나 어플리케이션 화면의 레이어에 상기 정보 검색결과를 표시하는 단계 ;
    를 포함하고,
    상기 레이어에 표시되는 정보 검색 결과는 상기 단어와 관련된 연관정보, 실시간 정보 및 제품 정보인 것을 특징으로 하는 단어 정보 제공방법.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 방법은
    상기 외부 정보 제공 모듈을 상기 웹 서버 또는 단말기에 설치하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 단계는 웹서버 관리자가 상기 웹 서버 또는 어플리케이션(서버)의 카테고리를 지정하는 단계와 상기 웹 서버 또는 어플리케이션(서버)의 카테고리가 지정되면 상기 정보 검색 서버가 상기 카테고리에 대응되는 소정의 구분값을 할당하여 데이터 베이스에 저장하는 단계를 포함하고,
    상기 정보 검색 서버는 상기 텍스트 정보가 수신되면, 추출된 단어와 웹서버의 구분값을 포함하는 구조적 질의어를 생성하여 이를 데이터 저장소에 질의하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 구분값에 따라 상기 단어 연관정보 검색의 검색 우선순위가 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단어 정보 제공방법.
  8. 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 기재된 단계를 수행하는 프로그램이 기록된 컴퓨터가 읽기 가능한 기록매체.
