本发明涉及物流技术领域,尤其是涉及一种订单货物提取方法、订单处理方法及装置、设备和介质。
背景技术
目前,在团购网站上购买商品后,通过核销码来操作实现线下核销。如果是把商品买来送朋友,是直接把核销码发送给到朋友,朋友通过核销码去提货或享受服务,这种商品核销的过程已经成为一种固定模式,用户体验不佳。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提出一种订单货物提取方法、订单处理方法及装置、设备和介质,用以解决商品核销的过程固定、枯燥导致用户体验不佳的技术问题。
第一方面,本发明提供一种订单货物提取方法,包括:
在提取订单货物过程中,提供订单中携带的提货者需要完成的动作信息;
采集提货者当前完成的动作信息;
如果所述提货者当前完成的动作与所述需要完成的动作相匹配,则确定所述提货者对订单货物的提取。
第二方面,本发明提供一种订单处理方法,包括:
在下单处理过程中,确定提货者需要完成的动作信息;
将所述提货者需要完成的动作信息添加到订单中。
第三方面,本发明提供一种订单货物提取装置,包括:
动作信息提供模块,用于在提取订单货物过程中,提供订单中携带的提货者需要完成的动作信息;
动作信息采集模块,用于采集提货者当前完成的动作信息;
订单提取模块,用于当所述提货者当前完成的动作与所述需要完成的动作相匹配时, 确定所述提货者对订单货物的提取。
第四方面,本发明提供一种订单处理装置,包括:
动作信息确定模块,用于在下单处理过程中,确定提货者需要完成的动作信息;
动作信息添加模块,用于将所述提货者需要完成的动作信息添加到订单中。
第五方面,本发明提供一种用于处理订单的设备,包括:
存储器,用于存储程序;
处理器,用于运行所述存储器中存储的所述程序,以执行如上所述的订单货物提取方法或者执行如上所述的订单处理方法。
第六方面,本发明提供一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序指令,当所述计算机程序指令被处理器执行时执行如上所述的订单货物提取方法或者执行如上所述的订单处理方法。
本发明的实施例的订单货物提取方法、订单处理方法及装置、设备和介质,提货者在提货过程中需要完成一定的动作从而实现提货,增强了提货过程的趣味性和仪式感,进而提升用户体验。而且可以由下单者规定提货者在提货过程中需要完成的动作,增进下单者和提货者之间的情感。

为了解决现有技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种订单货物提取方法、订单处理方法及装置、设备和介质。以下对本发明实施例所提供的订单货物提取方法进行详细描述。
本发明实施例提供一种订单货物提取方法,参考图1,该方法包括:
S101,在提取订单货物过程中,提供订单中携带的提货者需要完成的动作信息。
需要说明的是,在提取订单货物处理过程中,提醒提货者做出需要完成的动作信息以实现提货。比如,在显示界面上显示提货者需要做出的肢体动作的轮廓,以使提货者按照该轮廓做出肢体动作。
S102,采集提货者当前完成的动作信息。
S103,如果提货者当前完成的动作与提货者需要完成的动作相匹配,则确定提货者对订单货物的提取。
其中,提货者当前完成的动作与提货者需要完成的动作一致,可以看作提货者当前完成的动作与提货者需要完成的动作相匹配。
利用本发明提供的上述方案,提货者在提货过程中需要完成一定的动作从而实现提货,增强了提货过程的趣味性和仪式感,进而提升用户体验。另外,可以由下单者规定提货者在提货过程中需要完成的动作,增进下单者和提货者之间的情感。
在本发明的一个实施例中,提货者需要完成的动作包括:肢体动作任务和/或面部动作任务。
需要补充的是,提货者可以完成动作任务,还可以完成音频录入任务或者视频录入任务。
在本发明的一个实施例中,订单中还携带下单者在下单时完成的动作信息,提货者需要完成的动作与下单者在下单时完成的动作相对应。
需要补充的是,可以将订单携带的下单时的动作信息(即下单者在下单时做出的动作信息)与提货者在提货时完成的动作信息在一起提供给提货者和/或下单者。比如,将下单者做出的肢体动作图像与提货者做出的肢体动作图像合成一个图像,将该图像发送 给提货者和/或下单者。
利用本发明提供的上述方案,订单携带的下单时的动作信息是下单者在下单过程中做出的动作信息,提货者完成的动作信息与下单者在下单过程中做出的动作信息相对应,使得下单者和提货者在不同地理位置、不同时空、线上和线下交互,从而增强提货过程的趣味性和仪式感,进而提升用户体验。进一步地,如果货物是下单者向提货者赠送的礼物,通过这种提货方式可以传递出赠送礼物的心意,增进下单者和提货者之间的情感。
在本发明的一个实施例中,提货者需要完成的动作包括预定的第一肢体动作,下单者在下单时完成的动作包括预定的第二肢体动作,第一肢体动作与第二肢体动作拼合成预定图案。
比如,下单者做出了一半心的动作,提货者做出了另一半心的动作,这两半心拼合成一整个心的形状,说明提货者完成的手势动作与下单者完成的手势动作相对应。
在本发明的一个实施例中,下单者当前完成的动作与下单者需要完成的动作相匹配包括:下单者当前完成的动作与下单者需要完成的动作相同。比如,下单者做出了比心的动作,提货者也做出了同样的比心动作。
在本发明的一个实施例中,提供提货者需要完成的动作信息之前,方法还包括:
根据提货者的身份识别信息,向提货者提供提取订单货物的界面。
其中,提货者的身份识别信息包括:提货者的手机号和/或提货者的购物网站登录账号。根据提货者输入的身份识别信息,进入提供提取订单货物的界面。
利用本发明提供的上述方案,提货者输入自己熟悉的身份识别信息就可以进入提取订单货物的界面进行提货,不需要输入一串随机的提货码,使得提货非常方便、快捷。
在本发明的一个实施例中,订单货物提取方法还包括:播放与订单绑定的留言,该留言是下单者在下单过程中为提货者的留言。
本发明实施例提供一种订单处理方法,参考图2,该方法包括:
S201,在下单处理过程中,确定提货者需要完成的动作信息。
S202,将提货者需要完成的动作信息添加到订单中。
利用本发明提供的上述方案,将提货者需要完成的动作信息添加到订单中,提货者在提货过程中需要完成动作从而实现提货,增强了提货过程的趣味性和仪式感,进而提升用户体验。可以由下单者规定提货者在提货过程中需要完成的动作,增进下单者和提 货者之间的情感。
在本发明的一个实施例中,订单处理方法还包括:
为下单者提供下单者需要完成的动作信息;采集下单者当前完成的动作信息;如果下单者当前完成的动作与下单者需要完成的动作相匹配,则将下单者当前完成的动作信息添加到订单中。
需要说明的是,在下单处理过程中,提醒下单者做出需要完成的动作信息。比如,在显示界面上显示下单者需要做出的肢体动作的轮廓,以使下单者按照该轮廓做出肢体动作。下单者当前完成的动作与下单者需要完成的动作一致,可以看作下单者当前完成的动作与下单者需要完成的动作相匹配。
利用本发明提供的上述方案,通过将下单者完成的动作信息添加到订单中,提货者在提货时可以通过订单中携带的动作信息与下单者进行交互,使得下单者和提货者在不同地理位置、不同时空、线上和线下交互,从而增强提货过程的趣味性和仪式感,进而提升用户体验。进一步地,如果货物是下单者向提货者赠送的礼物,通过这种提货方式可以传递出赠送礼物的心意,增进下单者和提货者之间的情感。
在本发明的一个实施例中,为下单者提供下单者需要完成的动作信息之前,订单处理方法还包括:
为下单者提供多个选项,每一个选项包括一种预定的动作信息;根据下单者在多个选项中的选择结果,确定下单者需要完成的动作信息。
比如,为下单者提供两个选项,第一个选项包括:预定图案,当下单者做出的肢体动作与提货者做出的肢体动作拼合成该预定图案的形状时可以提货,或者下单者做出的肢体动作与提货者做出的肢体动作一致时可以提货;第二选项包括:预定的两个面部动作,当下单者做出的面部动作是预定的其中一个面部动作,提货者做出的面部动作是预定的另一个面部动作时,可以提货。
需要补充的是,在选择预定图案时,向下单者提供多个预定图案,比如,向下单者提供心形图案、方形图案和半圆形图案。
在选择预定面部动作时,向下单者提供多个面部动作。比如,向下单者提供大笑的表情、哭的表情、皱眉头的表情和挤眉弄眼的表情。另外,在采集面部动作时可以对采集的面部动作进行美颜。或者在采集的面部动作上加配饰,比如,在采集的人脸头像的双眼位置添加一个墨镜。
利用本发明提供的上述方案,可以为下单者提供多个选项,下单者可以根据自己的喜好或者提货者的喜好选择一个下单指定信息,从而满足了不同用户的需求,使得不同用户下单提货过程是不同的,丰富了用户下单提货的方式。
在本发明的一个实施例中,下单者需要完成的动作信息包括:肢体动作任务和/或面部动作任务。
需要说明的是,下单者需要完成的肢体动作任务是:下单者做出的肢体动作是一个形状。比如,下单者需要做出的手势是心的形状或一半心的形状。
下单者需要完成的面部动作任务是:下单者做出的面部动作与预定面部动作相符。比如,下单者需要做出大笑的表情。
需要补充的是,下单者除了需要完成的动作之外,还可以完成音频录入任务或者视频录入任务。
其中,下单者需要完成的音频录入任务是:下单者发出的语音内容是预定语音内容中的部分内容或全部内容。
下单者需要完成的视频录入任务是:下单者做出预定视频中的动作。如果预定视频中有语音,那么下单者除了做出预定视频中的动作之外,还需要说出预定视频中的语音内容。
在本发明的一个实施例中,下单者需要完成的动作包括预定的第一肢体动作,提货者需要完成的动作包括预定的第二肢体动作,第一肢体动作与第二肢体动作能够拼合成预定图案。
在本发明的一个实施例中,订单处理方法还包括:
将提货者的身份识别信息与订单绑定,提货者的身份识别信息用于供提货者打开提取订单货物的界面。
其中,提货者的身份识别信息包括:提货者的手机号和/或提货者的购物网站登录账号。
本发明提供的上述方案区别于现有技术的方案,现有技术的方案是:下单者下单后将提货码发送给提货者,提货者输入提货码提货。由于提货码是一串随机的数字,需要提货者一一输入,非常麻烦。而本发明提供的上述方案,提货者不需要输入一串随机的数字,而是输入自己熟悉的身份识别信息就可以进入提取订单货物的界面进行提货,使得提货非常方便、快捷。
在本发明的一个实施例中,订单处理方法还包括:
将下单者向提货者的留言与订单绑定,以使在提货过程中播放该留言。
利用本发明提供的上述方案,通过该留言可以向提货者传递下单者赠送礼物的心意,实现下单者向提货者的情感传递,从而增强下单者和提货者之间的情谊。
以下通过具体的实例,描述本发明实施例的可选的具体处理过程。需要说明的是,本发明的方案并不依赖于具体的算法,在实际应用中,可选用任何已知或未知的硬件、软件、算法、程序或其任意组合等来实现本发明的方案,只要是采用了本发明方案的实质思想,均落入本发明的保护范围。
(一)下单过程中执行的步骤包括:
1、下单者通过终端或自助购物设备上下单,为家人或朋友买下一份贴心的货物,该货物可以是食品、消耗品或者其他类型的商品。
2、将订单绑定家人或朋友的购物网站的身份标识(identification,ID),比如将订单绑定家人或朋友的会员账号,该会员账号的用户会收到一条通知消息,该通知消息用于通知该用户去指定的提货设备提货。
3、终端或自助购物设备上显示两个人做出预定动作的轮廓,如图3所示,两个人的手势动作拼合成一个心形。下单者按照其中一个人的动作轮廓,完成该动作轮廓对应的动作。
4、终端或自助购物设备上的界面上显示采集的下单者当前完成的手势动作。如图4所示,若下单者当前完成的手势动作与预定图案中的其中一个人的动作轮廓一致,则将下单者当前完成的手势动作添加到订单中。
5、若下单者点击图4所示界面上的“按住说暗号”的按钮,则采集下单者给提货者的留言,将该留言与订单绑定,或者将该留言添加到订单中。
6、采集完下单者给提货者的留言后,支付订单。
(二)提货者可以在如图5所示的提货设备上提货,该提货设备的显示屏用于实现人机交互,其中提货设备在提货过程中执行的步骤包括:
1、提货设备扫描提货者的购物网站的会员账号对应的会员码,根据该会员码读取到该提货者有待提货的订单。
2、进入提取订单的界面,在该界面上提醒提货者完成需要做出的手势动作,如图6所示,显示提货者按照未被动作填充的动作轮廓,完成对应的动作。通过提货设备上的 摄像头采集提货者当前完成的手势动作。
3、当提货者当前完成的动作与未被动作填充的动作轮廓一致时,即图7所示的界面,则已经完成了手势验证取货,然后进入图8所示的界面,在该界面上显示已有60个朋友通过提货设备完成手势验证取货,而且在该界面上显示多个爱心。然后可以为提货者提供订单中的货物。
4、提货者的终端通过购物应用程序接收到下单者给提货者的留言,其中,该购物应用程序已通过提货者的会员账号登录。
5、向下单者发送已取货的通知。
与本发明实施例的订单处理方法相对应地,本发明还提供一种下单处理装置。
其中,参考图9,订单货物提取装置300包括:
动作信息提供模块301,用于在提取订单货物过程中,提供订单中携带的提货者需要完成的动作信息。
动作信息采集模块302,用于采集提货者当前完成的动作信息。
订单提取模块303,用于当提货者当前完成的动作与需要完成的动作相匹配时,确定提货者对订单货物的提取。
在本发明的一个实施例中,提货者需要完成的动作包括:肢体动作任务和/或面部动作任务。
在本发明的一个实施例中,订单中还携带下单者在下单时完成的动作信息,提货者需要完成的动作与下单者在下单时完成的动作相对应。
在本发明的一个实施例中,提货者需要完成的动作包括预定的第一肢体动作,下单者在下单时完成的动作包括预定的第二肢体动作,第一肢体动作与第二肢体动作拼合成预定图案。
在本发明的一个实施例中,提供提货者需要完成的动作信息之前,订单货物提取装置300还包括:
提货界面提供模块,用于根据提货者的身份识别信息,向提货者提供提取订单货物的界面。
与本发明实施例的订单处理方法相对应地,本发明还提供一种订单处理装置。
其中,参考图10,该订单处理装置400包括:
动作信息确定模块401,用于在下单处理过程中,确定提货者需要完成的动作信 息。

本发明还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序指令,当所述计算机程序指令被处理器执行时实现本发明实施例所述的订单处理方法中的各步骤或者实现本发明实施例所述的订单货物提取方法中的各步骤。

图11示出了能够实现根据本发明实施例的方法和设备的示例性硬件架构的结构图,例如本发明实施例的用于处理订单的设备。其中,设备500包括输入设备501、输入接口502、处理器503、存储器504、输出接口505、以及输出设备506。
其中,输入接口502、处理器503、存储器504、以及输出接口505通过总线510相互连接,输入设备501和输出设备506分别通过输入接口502和输出接口505与总线510连接,进而与设备500的其他组件连接。
具体地,输入设备501接收来自外部的输入信息,并通过输入接口502将输入信息传送到处理器503;处理器503基于存储器504中存储的计算机可执行指令对输入信息进行处理以生成输出信息,将输出信息临时或者永久地存储在存储器504中,然后通过输出接口505将输出信息传送到输出设备506;输出设备506将输出信息输出到设备500的外部供用户使用。
设备500可以执行本发明上述的订单处理方法中的各步骤或者可以执行上述的订单货物提取方法中的各步骤。
处理器503可以是一个或多个中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)。在处理器601或处理器701是一个CPU的情况下,该CPU可以是单核CPU,也可以是多核CPU。
存储器504可以是但不限于随机存储存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM),可擦除 可编程只读存储器(EPROM)、光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、硬盘等中的一种或多种。存储器504用于存储程序代码。可以理解,本发明实施例提供的任一模块或全部模块的功能可以用央处理器503实现。
本说明书的各个部分均采用递进的方式进行描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点介绍的都是与其他实施例不同之处。尤其,对于装置和系统实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处可参见方法实施例部分的说明。

  1. 一种订单货物提取方法,包括:
    在提取订单货物过程中,提供订单中携带的提货者需要完成的动作信息;
    采集提货者当前完成的动作信息;
    如果所述提货者当前完成的动作与所述需要完成的动作相匹配,则确定所述提货者对订单货物的提取。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述提货者需要完成的动作包括:肢体动作任务和/或面部动作任务。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述订单中还携带下单者在下单时完成的动作信息,所述提货者需要完成的动作与所述下单者在下单时完成的动作相对应。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述提货者需要完成的动作包括预定的第一肢体动作,所述下单者在下单时完成的动作包括预定的第二肢体动作,所述第一肢体动作与所述第二肢体动作拼合成预定图案。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,提供所述提货者需要完成的动作信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    根据提货者的身份识别信息,向提货者提供提取订单货物的界面。
  6. 一种订单处理方法,包括:
    在下单处理过程中,确定提货者需要完成的动作信息;
    将所述提货者需要完成的动作信息添加到订单中。

    为下单者提供下单者需要完成的动作信息;
    采集下单者当前完成的动作信息;

    将所述提货者的身份识别信息与所述订单绑定,所述提货者的身份识别信息用于供提货者打开提取订单货物的界面。
  12. 一种订单货物提取装置,包括:
    动作信息提供模块,用于在提取订单货物过程中,提供订单中携带的提货者需要完成的动作信息;
    动作信息采集模块,用于采集提货者当前完成的动作信息;
    订单提取模块,用于当所述提货者当前完成的动作与所述需要完成的动作相匹配时,确定所述提货者对订单货物的提取。
  13. 一种订单处理装置,包括:
    动作信息确定模块,用于在下单处理过程中,确定提货者需要完成的动作信息;
    动作信息添加模块,用于将所述提货者需要完成的动作信息添加到订单中。
  14. 一种用于处理订单的设备,包括:
    存储器,用于存储程序;
    处理器,用于运行所述存储器中存储的所述程序,以执行如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法或者执行如权利要求6至11中任一项所述的方法。
