背景技术
随着终端设备的发展,终端设备的功能越来越强大,作为一种较为实用、且功能强大的工具,终端设备已经成为用户生活中不可或缺的工具。用户对外观的极致追求,使得终端设备向着全面屏的方向发展,同时用户对终端设备的拍照体验要求也逐渐提高,主要体现在:对成像技术要求更高,对摄像头的高度要求越来越薄,摄像头的数量逐渐增加等。两个摄像头、三个摄像头或四个摄像头已然成为终端设备的主流和标配,未来还可能具备更多的摄像头。然而越来越多的摄像头对于终端设备的结构设计和成本带来严峻的挑战。
发明内容
本公开公开一种摄像头组件,以解决相关的终端设备配置至少两个摄像头存在成本较高及摄像头布设难度较大的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本公开采用下述技术方案:
一种摄像头组件,包括外壳、设置在所述外壳内的摄像头本体和反射装置以及设置在所述外壳上的第一驱动装置;其中:
所述反射装置包括相背设置的第一反射面和第二反射面,所述外壳包括朝向相反的第一透光部和第二透光部,所述第一驱动装置与所述反射装置相连、且驱动所述反射装置在第一位置与第二位置之间转动切换,在所述反射装置处于所述第一位置时,所述第一反射面将穿 过所述第一透光部的环境光线反射至所述摄像头本体;在所述反射装置处于所述第二位置时,所述第二反射面将穿过所述第二透光部的环境光线反射至所述摄像头本体。

本公开采用的技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
在具体的使用过程中,用户可以通过操控第一驱动装置驱动反射装置在第一位置与第二位置之间的切换,反射装置能够起到调节光路走向的作用,能够分别在第一位置与第二位置将进入到外壳内的环境光线反射至摄像头本体,从而实现摄像头组件具备从其两侧采光进行拍摄的能力。由此可知,第一驱动装置和反射装置能够使得摄像头组件既能作为前置摄像头,又能作为后置摄像头,相当于能发挥两个摄像头的功能。此种情况下,在终端设备的装配过程中,采用本公开公开的摄像头组件无疑能减少终端设备上配置摄像头的数量,这不但能降低终端设备的制造成本,同时由于能在不影响拍摄功能的前提下减少摄像头的数量,这无疑有利于终端设备内零部件的装配布设。

请参考图1和图2,本公开的一些实施例公开一种摄像头组件,所公开的摄像头组件可应用在终端设备上。本实施例公开的摄像头组件包括外壳100、摄像头本体200、反射装置300和第一驱动装置400。
外壳100为摄像头组件的壳体组件,为摄像头组件的其它组成构件提供安装基础。摄像头本体200为摄像头组件的成像构件,能够在感光后形成图像。反射装置300用于对环境光线进行调节后,使得环境光线投射到摄像头本体200上。考虑到成像的需要,反射装置300和摄像头本体200均设置在外壳100之内。
在本实施例中,反射装置300包括相背设置的第一反射面和第二反射面,第一反射面和第二反射面均用于将环境光线投射到摄像头本体200上。
第一驱动装置400设置在外壳100上,外壳100包括朝向相反的第一透光部110和第二透光部120,也就是说,第一透光部110和第二透光部120分别朝向摄像头组件相背离的两侧。当摄像头组件在终 端设备上组装到位之后,第一透光部110和第二透光部120分别朝向终端设备的前后两侧。
第一透光部110和第二透光部120均能够供环境光线射入到外壳100之内,为后续摄像头本体200的感光提供准备。反射装置300能够将进入到外壳100内的环境光线反射至摄像头本体200,进而使得摄像头本体200能够感应到。
在本公开的一些实施例中,第一驱动装置400与反射装置300相连,第一驱动装置400用于驱动反射装置300在第一位置与第二位置之间转动切换,当反射装置300处于第一位置时,反射装置300的第一反射面朝向第一透光部,当反射装置300处于第二位置时,反射装置300的第二反射面朝向第二透光部。通常情况下,第一驱动装置400可以为安装在外壳100上的驱动马达。
在反射装置300处于第一位置时,反射装置300的第一反射面将穿过第一透光部110的环境光线反射至摄像头本体200,从而使得摄像头本体200能够感应到从第一透光部110进入的环境光线,此种情况下,摄像头本体200可以朝向摄像头的前侧取景拍摄,可以发挥终端设备的前置摄像头的作用。
在反射装置300处于第二位置时,反射装置300的第二反射面将穿过第二透光部120的环境光线反射至摄像头本体200,从而使得摄像头本体200能够感应从第二透光部120进入的环境光线,此种情况下,摄像头本体200可以朝向摄像头组件的后侧取景拍摄,此时,可以发挥终端设备的后置摄像头的作用。
在具体的使用过程中,用户可以通过操控第一驱动装置400驱动反射装置300在第一位置与第二位置之间的切换,反射装置300能够起到调节光路走向的作用,能够分别在第一位置与第二位置将进入到外壳100内的环境光线反射至摄像头本体200,从而实现摄像头组件具备从其两侧采光进行拍摄的能力。由此可知,第一驱动装置400和反射装置300能够使得摄像头组件既能作为前置摄像头,又能作为后置摄像头,相当于能发挥两个摄像头的功能。此种情况下,在终端设 备的装配过程中,采用本公开的一些实施例公开的摄像头组件无疑能减少终端设备上配置摄像头的数量,这不但能降低终端设备的制造成本,同时由于在不影响拍摄功能的前提下能减少摄像头的数量,这无疑有利于终端设备内零部件的装配布设。
在本实施例中,反射装置300可以为反射棱镜,如图1和图2所示,当然,反射装置300也可以为双面反射镜。本实施例不限制反射装置300的具体形状及种类。
第一透光部110能够实现环境光线从摄像头组件的一侧方向射入外壳100之内,具体的,第一透光部110可以为设置在外壳100的第一安装孔上的第一透光盖板。同理,第二透光部120能够实现环境光线从摄像头组件的另一侧方向射入外壳100之内。具体的,第一透光部110可以为设置在外壳100的第二安装孔上的第二透光盖板。第一透光盖板和第二透光盖板可以为透明树脂或玻璃制成的盖板。当然,第一透光部110和第二透光部120可以直接为透光孔,此种方式也可实现本公开的目的,只不过此种方式不利于摄像头组件的防水、防尘。
如上文所述,在工作的过程中,第一透光部110和第二透光部120均能够实现环境光线射入外壳100中。由于反射装置300在第一位置与第二位置之间切换工作,为了避免第一透光部110和第二透光部120之间的相互影响,可选的方案中,本公开的一些实施例公开的摄像头组件还可以包括遮光片500,遮光片500能够起到遮光的作用,遮光片500能够在第一透光部110和第二透光部120之间切换使用。具体的,在反射装置300处于第一位置时,遮光片500可拆卸地覆盖在第二透光部120上,此种情况下,遮光片500能够避免通过第二透光部120进入到外壳100内的环境光线对拍摄造成的干扰。同理,在反射装置300处于第二位置时,遮光片500可拆卸地覆盖在第一透光部110上。此种情况下,遮光片500能够避免通过第一透光部110进入到外壳100内的环境光线对拍摄造成的干扰。
在一种具体的实施方式中,在反射装置300处于第一位置时,反射装置300与第一透光部110相对设置、且与第二透光部120错位设 置。在反射装置300处于第二位置时,反射装置300与第二透光部120相对设置、且与第一透光部110错位设置。也就是说,第一透光部110和第二透光部120至少错位分布,进而能够减少相互之间进光的干扰。与此同时,上述第一透光部110与第二透光部120与第一驱动装置400之间的位置关系,更有利于反射装置300和第一驱动装置400之间的装配,同时又不会影响进光。
如上文所述,摄像头本体200为摄像头组件的主体构件,用于感光后形成图像。在一种具体的实施方式中,摄像头本体200可以包括感光芯片210和镜头组件220,镜头组件220设置在反射装置300与感光芯片210之间。环境光线经过镜头组件220、且投射在感光芯片210上,进而能使得感光芯片210感应后成像。镜头组件220决定摄像头组件的焦距,环境光线经过镜头组件220的汇聚后投射到感光芯片210上,进而完成感光成像。
镜头组件220的结构有多种,在一种具体的实施方式中,镜头组件220可以包括镜头支架221和安装在镜头支架221上的至少两个调焦镜片222。镜头支架221为调焦镜片222提供安装基础,通常情况下,至少两个调焦镜片222安装在镜头支架221上之后形成的整体安装在外壳100之内。
可选的方案中,在本公开的一些实施例中,摄像头本体200还可以包括第二驱动装置230,第二驱动装置230与至少一个调焦镜片222驱动相连、且驱动该调焦镜片222沿镜头支架221移动,从而实现镜头组件220的调焦。通过驱动部分调焦镜片222移动,从而来改变镜头组件220的焦距,达到调焦的目的。此种结构能够使得本公开的一些实施例公开的摄像头组件具备调焦功能,进而能实现变焦拍摄,能达到更好的拍摄效果。第二驱动装置230可以是调焦马达。
第二驱动装置230可以为液压伸缩件、丝杠机构等能驱动与其连接的构件(至少一个调焦镜片222)移动的机构,本实施例不限制第二驱动装置230的具体种类。
反射装置300起到调节环境光线功能的作用,只要在反射装置 300的调节作用下,进入到外壳100内的环境光线能够通过镜头组件220的汇聚后投射到感光芯片210即可。上述各个组件之间的装配位置关系有多种。请参考图1-图3,一种具体的实施方式中,调焦镜片222的光轴与第一透光部110和第二透光部120的进光方向均垂直。上述角度关系更有利于摄像头本体200在外壳100内的设置。
本实施例公开的摄像头组件还可以包括软硬结合电路板或柔性电路板600,软硬结合电路板或柔性电路板600用于电连接感光芯片210与终端设备的主板。当然,感光芯片210也可以与终端设备的外壳100内的其它电路板电连接。软硬结合电路板或柔性电路板600具有一定的变形能力,有利于通过变形来适应连接环境,方便连接操作。当然,包含有软硬结合电路板或柔性电路板600的摄像头组件通常安装在摄像头可伸缩的终端设备中。
基于本公开的一些实施例公开的摄像头组件,本公开的一些实施例公开一种终端设备,所公开的终端设备包括上文所述的摄像头组件。
在一种具体的实施方式中,终端设备包括壳体,本文中摄像头组件的外壳100可以为终端设备的壳体,此种情况下,第一透光部110和第二透光部120直接为终端设备的壳体的一部分。
在另一种具体的实施方式中,如图4和图5所示,终端设备包括壳体700和第三驱动装置。第三驱动装置设置在壳体700之内,第三驱动装置与摄像头组件驱动相连、且驱动摄像头组件进出壳体700,摄像头组件为上文实施例中所描述的摄像头组件。此种情况下,外壳100与壳体700分别为独立的构件。此种方式,有利于摄像头组件作为一个整体进出壳体700。
上述方案中,第三驱动装置分别用于驱动摄像头组件通过伸缩而进出壳体700,达到隐藏摄像头组件的目的,此种结构能够避免摄像头组件对终端设备的板面的占用,能够提高终端设备的屏占比,有利于实现全面屏。第三驱动装置可以为液压伸缩件、气压伸缩件、丝杠驱动机构、连杆驱动机构等能够实现部件移动的驱动机构,本公开的一些实施例不限制第三驱动装置的具体种类。
本公开的一些实施例公开的终端设备可以是平板电脑、智能手机、游戏机、电子书阅读器、可穿戴设备等具有摄像头的终端设备,本公开的一些实施例不限制终端设备的具体种类。
本公开上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的可选特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成可选的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本公开的实施例而已,并不用于限制本公开。对于本领域技术人员来说,本公开可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本公开的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本公开的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种摄像头组件,包括外壳(100)、设置在所述外壳(100)内的摄像头本体(200)和反射装置(300)以及设置在所述外壳(100)上的第一驱动装置(400);其中:
    所述反射装置(300)包括相背设置的第一反射面和第二反射面,所述外壳(100)包括朝向相反的第一透光部(110)和第二透光部(120),所述第一驱动装置(400)与所述反射装置(300)相连、且驱动所述反射装置(300)在第一位置与第二位置之间转动切换,在所述反射装置(300)处于所述第一位置时,所述第一反射面将穿过所述第一透光部(110)的环境光线反射至所述摄像头本体(200);在所述反射装置(300)处于所述第二位置时,所述第二反射面将穿过所述第二透光部(120)的环境光线反射至所述摄像头本体(200)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头组件,其中,所述反射装置(300)为反射棱镜。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头组件,其中,所述外壳(100)开设第一安装孔,所述第一透光部(110)为设置在所述第一安装孔中的第一透光盖板(130),和/或,所述外壳(100)开设有第二安装孔,所述第二透光部(120)为设置在所述第二安装孔中的第二透光盖板。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头组件,还包括遮光片(500),在所述反射装置(300)处于所述第一位置时,所述遮光片(500)可拆卸地覆盖在所述第二透光部(120)上,在所述反射装置(300)处于所述第二位置时,所述遮光片(500)可拆卸地覆盖在所述第一透光部(110)上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头组件,其中,在所述反射装置(300)处于所述第一位置时,所述反射装置(300)与所述第一透光部(110)相对设置、且与所述第二透光部(120)错位设置,在所述反射装置(300)处于所述第二位置时,所述反射装置(300)与所述 第二透光部(120)相对设置、且与所述第一透光部(110)错位设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头组件,其中,所述摄像头本体(200)包括感光芯片(210)和镜头组件(220),所述镜头组件(220)设置在所述反射装置(300)与所述感光芯片(210)之间,所述环境光线经过所述镜头组件(220)、且投射在所述感光芯片(210)上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的摄像头组件,其中,所述镜头组件(220)包括镜头支架(221)和安装在所述镜头支架(221)上的至少两个调焦镜片(222),所述摄像头本体(200)还包括第二驱动装置(230),所述第二驱动装置(230)与至少一个所述调焦镜片(222)驱动相连、且驱动该所述调焦镜片(222)沿着所述镜头支架(221)移动以实现所述镜头组件(220)的调焦。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的摄像头组件,其中,所述调焦镜片(222)的光轴与所述第一透光部(110)和所述第二透光部(120)的进光方向均垂直。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的摄像头组件,还包括软硬结合电路板或柔性电路板(600),所述软硬结合电路板或柔性电路板(600)用于电连接所述感光芯片(210)与终端设备的主板。
  10. 一种终端设备,包括权利要求1-9中任一项所述的摄像头组件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的终端设备,其中,所述外壳(100)为所述终端设备的壳体。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的终端设备,其中,所述终端设备包括壳体(700)和第三驱动装置,所述第三驱动装置设置在所述壳体(700)之内,所述第三驱动装置与所述摄像头组件相连、且驱动所述摄像头组件进出所述壳体(700)。
  13. 根据权利要求10-12中任一项所述的终端设备,其中,所述终端设备为智能手机、平板电脑、移动机器人或可穿戴设备。
