在本发明中,除湿加热系统可以采用热泵系统,该热泵系统包括蒸发器、冷凝器和压缩机,蒸发器、冷凝器和压缩机形成闭环,蒸发器和冷凝器均设置在风道内,且蒸发器设置在冷凝器的上游侧。其中,由于压缩机的体积比较大,因此压缩机优选地设置在风道的外侧,当然,在一些特殊结构的衣物护理设备中,也可以将压缩机设置在风道内部,通过压缩机的作用,使得冷媒可以在压缩机、蒸发器和冷凝器之间反复循环流动,并且通过蒸发吸热可以使蒸发器的表面温度非常低,通过冷凝放热可以使冷凝器表面的温度非常高,在空气由风机的作用下先通过蒸发器的时候,湿热空气预冷直接在蒸发器的表面冷凝成水滴,从而实现空气的除湿,除湿过的空气再经由冷凝器时被冷凝器直接加热,从而使空气的温度升高,通过这样的方式,使得从风道的出风口排回箱体1内部的空气为干燥高温空气,从而使得衣物能够被空气护理,达到除湿烘干的目的。因此,通过在风道的回风口2处设置过滤装置,能够有效地阻挡衣物上的灰尘和线屑等杂质进入到风道中,需要说明的是,在本发明中,下游侧指的是空气后流经的部分,例如前述中空滤组件设置在过滤盒体4的下游侧,说明空气先流经过滤盒体4再流经空滤组件。通过这样的设置,使得过滤盒体4能够先对一部分大颗粒灰尘和线屑过滤,然后活性炭芯可以对另一部分小颗粒灰尘和有害气体进行吸附过滤。
优选地,如图5所示,过滤盒体4包括第一过滤部分41和第二过滤部分42,空滤组件覆设在第二过滤部分42上且沿气体流动方向设置在第二过滤部分42的下游侧。在一种可能的情形中,如图3和5所示,空滤组件设置在第二过滤部分42的下方,第一过滤部分41能够对空气中的杂质进行集尘过滤,即第一过滤部分41的下方设置为封闭式结构,使得灰尘能够积聚在第一过滤部分41上,而第二过滤部分42能够使空气通过并对空气中的杂质进行过滤,通过这样的设置,使得在满足风道开口要求的情况下不仅能够对进入到风道中的空气进行过滤,还能 够对箱体1中的灰尘进行沉淀式集尘过滤,使得箱体1中的灰尘也尽可能地被吸附在第一过滤部分41上,提高对灰尘等杂质过滤的效果,并且使得用户在对过滤装置清理时可以一次性集中清理,提升用户体验。当然,在本发明中,还可以将第一过滤部分41的下方设置为非封闭式结构,然后将空滤组件设置在第一过滤部分41的下方或者空滤组件的尺寸更大使得空滤组件共同设置在第一过滤部分41和第二过滤部分42的下方,这种结构的调整和改变均不偏离本发明的技术方案,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
优选地,第一过滤部分41上设置有至少一个第一安装口,第一安装口上设置有过滤网6。其中,第一安装口的数量可以为一个,也可以为多个,例如图3和5所示的结构中,第一安装口的数量为两个,且两个第一安装口中都可以设置过滤网6,当然,还可以将第一过滤部分41的底部设置有具有密集分布的通孔结构,使得第一过滤部分41的本体就具备过滤功能,这种对第一过滤部分41结构的调整和改变均不偏离本发明的原理,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
优选地,第二过滤部分42上设置有至少一个第二安装口,第二安装口上设置有过滤网6。与第一过滤部分41类似地,其中,第二安装口的数量可以为一个,也可以为多个,例如图3和5所示的结构中,第二安装口的数量为两个,且两个第二安装口中都可以设置过滤网6,当然,还可以将第二过滤部分42的底部设置有具有密集分布的通孔结构,使得第二过滤部分42的本体就具备过滤功能,这种对第二过滤部分42结构的调整和改变均不偏离本发明的原理,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
优选地,如图3所示,过滤盒盖3上设置有密集分布的通孔。通过这样的设置,使得空气能够通过过滤盒盖3,当然,过滤盒盖3还可以设置为框架式结构,即过滤盒盖3为过滤框,其中部贯通,过滤盒盖3仅对过滤盒体4起到卡置限位的作用,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置过滤盒盖3的具体结构和形状,这种对过滤盒盖3结构和形状的调整和改变均不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
优选地,箱体1内设置有支撑体,过滤盒盖3、过滤盒体4和空滤组件均设置在支撑体上。其中,支撑体可以为支撑板7、支撑架或者支撑座等,在一种优选的实施方式中,如图1至4所示,支撑体为支撑板7,支撑板7的上方为容纳衣物的腔室,下方为容纳风道以及除湿加热系统等部件的腔室,过滤盒盖3、过滤盒体4和空滤组件均设置在支撑板7上。
进一步参见图2和6,在本发明的优选实施方式中,支撑板7上形成有凹陷结构71,凹陷结构71上形成有通槽结构72,通槽结构72的面积小于凹陷结构71的面积,过滤盒盖3和过滤盒体4设置在凹陷结构71内,空滤组件设置在通槽结构72内。其中,空滤固定盒5的外侧壁与通槽结构72的内侧壁相适配,当然,还可以在通槽结构72的内侧壁上设置凹槽,空滤固定盒5的边缘设置凸起,凸起与凹槽配合以将空滤固定盒5固定在通槽结构72内,活性炭芯卡接在空滤固定盒5上,具体而言,可以在空滤固定盒5上设置卡爪,然后通过卡爪将活性炭芯固定在空滤固定盒5上。当然,还可以通过其他的卡接方式将活性炭芯固定,这种具体卡接方式的改变并不偏离本发明的原理,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。此外,还可以在过滤盒盖3上设置手提式凸起结构8,从而使得用户可以通过手提式凸起结构8将过滤盒盖3提起,使其脱离凹陷结构71,从而便于对过滤盒盖3以及过滤盒体4进行清洁。
在本发明中,还可以在凹陷结构71与过滤盒体4之间设置定位构件,通过定位构件将过滤盒体4定位至凹陷结构71。其中,定位构件可以为定位筋9和定位槽10相配合的结构,还可以为定位柱和定位孔相配合的结构,还可以为定位凸起和定位凹槽相配合的结构,例如图4所示,定位构件包括定位筋9和定位槽10,定位筋9设置在凹陷结构71上,定位槽10设置在过滤盒体4上,通过定位筋9和定位槽10的配合对过滤盒体4进行定位。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物护理设备包括箱体以及设置在所述箱体中的风道,所述风道的回风口和出风口均与所述箱体的内部连通,
    所述衣物护理设备还包括设置在所述回风口处的过滤装置,所述过滤装置包括过滤盒盖、过滤盒体和空滤组件,所述过滤盒盖设置在所述过滤盒体上,所述空滤组件设置在所述过滤盒体上并且至少部分覆盖所述过滤盒体,所述空滤组件沿气体流动方向设置在所述过滤盒体的下游侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述过滤盒体包括第一过滤部分和第二过滤部分,所述空滤组件覆设在所述第二过滤部分上且沿气体流动方向设置在所述第二过滤部分的下游侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述第一过滤部分上设置有至少一个第一安装口,所述第一安装口上设置有过滤网。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述第二过滤部分上设置有至少一个第二安装口,所述第二安装口上设置有过滤网。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述过滤盒盖上设置有密集分布的通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述箱体内设置有支撑体,所述过滤盒盖、所述过滤盒体和所述空滤组件均设置在所述支撑体上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述支撑体上形成有凹陷结构,所述凹陷结构上形成有通槽结构,所述过滤盒盖和所述过滤盒体设置在所述凹陷结构内,所述空滤组件设置在所述通槽结 构内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述凹陷结构和所述过滤盒体之间设置有定位构件,所述定位构件用于将所述过滤盒体定位至所述凹陷结构。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述过滤盒盖上设置有手提式凸起结构。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9中任一项所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述空滤组件包括空滤固定盒和空滤芯,所述空滤固定盒安装在所述支撑体上,所述空滤芯卡接在所述空滤固定盒上。
