如图1所示,一种具有伸缩腿管便捷锁紧机构的帐篷包括帐篷顶架1以及连接在帐篷顶架1下方的支撑腿2。帐篷顶架1可以为现有技术中任何一种帐篷顶架。支撑腿2包括固定腿管201、能够在固定腿管201内上下活动的活动腿管202以及限定活动腿管202活动的锁紧机构。其中固定腿管201和活动腿管202可以为圆管,也可以为方管,也可以为现有技术中常用形状的腿管结构。
如图2-5所示,锁紧机构包括可活动设置在固定腿管201上并能够相对活动腿管202前后移动的锁紧按板204以及能够与锁紧按板204联动将活动腿管202锁紧的锁紧件206。
锁紧按板204和锁紧件206具体可以通过安装座203实现安装配合。安装座203包括了上下扣合分体的上安装座2031和下安装座2032。当然,上安装座2031和下安装座2032也可以为一体结构。安装座203中部具有通孔,固定腿管201穿过通孔将安装座203固定在固定腿管201下端口处。上安装座2031和下 安装座2032之间具有锁紧按板204和锁紧件206的安装腔。
安装座203上设有行程孔2033,即该行程孔2033具有一定的长度,常见的如跑道环形孔等。采用上述结构的行程孔2033,方便设置在其内的轴沿行程孔2033长度进行移动。
行程孔2033中通过设置的轴205连接锁紧按板204,轴205可以为独立的销轴,也可以为设置在锁紧按板204两端的凸轴,锁紧按板204通过旋转实现轴205在行程孔2033中移动,从而实现锁紧按板204相对与活动腿管202的前后移动。作为优选结构,锁紧按板204靠近活动腿管202一侧设有向活动腿管202处延伸的抵脚2042,抵脚2042上设有按板轴孔2044,按板轴孔2044中设有轴205,在锁紧状态下,该抵脚2042与安装座203或固定腿管201相抵使轴205移位至行程孔2033远离活动腿管202端,在解锁状态下,该抵脚2042与安装座203或固定腿管201分离使轴205移位至行程孔203靠近活动腿管202端。作为更优选结构,抵脚2042设置一对,分别在锁紧按板204靠近活动腿管202一侧的两端。为了锁紧按板204转动轻松,在抵脚2042上设置弧形导向面2043,在转动锁紧按板204时,该弧形导向面2043能够与安装座203或固定腿管201配合实现转动导向。
锁紧件206与锁紧按板204可以通过轴205同轴设置,当然也可以不同轴,如设置在锁紧按板204靠近活动腿管202一侧上,只要锁紧按板204的移动能够带动锁紧件206相对于活动腿管202移动即可。锁紧件206与锁紧按板204可以通过轴205同轴设置时,可以在锁紧按板204的抵脚2042内侧设置锁紧件限位块,以防止锁紧件206左右位移。
锁紧件206包括能够与活动腿管202紧密配合实现锁紧的锁紧端2061以及与锁紧按板204连接的连接端2062,锁紧端2061在锁紧按板204的联动下实现与活动腿管202相抵及分离从而实现锁紧和解锁。作为优选结构,锁紧件206 为U形件,锁紧件206开口端为连接端2062,连接端2062上设有锁紧件插销孔2063,锁紧件插销孔2063用于与插销205连接,远离开口端的一端为锁紧端2061,活动腿管202穿过锁紧件206,在锁紧状态下,锁紧端2061与活动腿管202相抵,在解锁状态下,锁紧端2062与活动腿管202分离。
锁紧按板204与锁紧件206同轴设置时,锁紧按板204与锁紧件206的具体联动方式如下:向外扳动锁紧按板204,轴205在锁紧按板204的作用下沿行程孔2033移位至行程孔2033靠近活动腿管端,轴205同时带动锁紧件206移动,锁紧件206的锁紧端2061的内侧壁与活动腿管202外侧壁分离,从而与活动腿管202形成间隙,使得活动腿管202能够上下活动,实现解锁;向内扳动锁紧按板204,在抵脚2042的作用下,使得轴205沿行程孔2033移位至行程孔2033远离活动腿管端,轴205同时带动锁紧件206移动,锁紧件206的锁紧端2061的内侧壁与活动腿管202外侧壁紧密相抵,从而消除与活动腿管202形成间隙,使得活动腿管202锁定,避免活动腿管202上下活动,实现锁定。
实施例2:
如图6-8所示,本实施例中的锁紧按板204靠近活动腿管202一侧还设有向活动腿管202处延伸的限位块2041,在锁紧状态下,限位块2041与活动腿管202相抵,与锁紧件206相互填充间隙,实现辅助锁紧效果。作为优选结构,限位块2041设置在抵脚2042之间。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种具有伸缩腿管便捷锁紧机构的帐篷,包括帐篷顶架(1)以及连接在帐篷顶架(1)下方的支撑腿(2),所述支撑腿(2)包括固定腿管(201)、能够在固定腿管(201)内上下活动的活动腿管(202)以及限定活动腿管(202)活动的锁紧机构,其特征在于所述锁紧机构包括可活动设置在固定腿管(201)上并能够相对活动腿管(202)前后移动的锁紧按板(204)以及能够与锁紧按板(204)联动将活动腿管(202)锁紧的锁紧件(206)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有伸缩腿管便捷锁紧机构的帐篷,其特征在于所述固定腿管(201)下端口处固定设置安装座(203),所述安装座(203)上设有行程孔(2033),所述行程孔(2033)中通过设置的轴(205)连接锁紧按板(204),所述锁紧按板(204)通过旋转实现轴(205)在行程孔(2033)中移动,从而实现锁紧按板(204)相对与活动腿管(202)的前后移动。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种具有伸缩腿管便捷锁紧机构的帐篷,其特征在于所述锁紧件(206)包括能够与活动腿管(202)紧密配合实现锁紧的锁紧端(2061)以及与锁紧按板(204)连接的连接端(2062),所述锁紧端(2061)在锁紧按板(204)的联动下实现与活动腿管(202)相抵及分离从而实现锁紧和解锁。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种具有伸缩腿管便捷锁紧机构的帐篷,其特征在于所述锁紧按板(204)靠近活动腿管(202)一侧还设有向活动腿管(202)处延伸的限位块(2041),在锁紧状态下,所述限位块(2041)与活动腿管(202)相抵。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的一种具有伸缩腿管便捷锁紧机构的帐篷,其特征在于所述锁紧件(206)与锁紧按板(204)通过轴(205)同轴设置。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的一种具有伸缩腿管便捷锁紧机构的帐篷,其特征在于所述安装座(203)包括上下扣合的上安装座(2031)和下安装座(2032)。
  7. 如权利要求2或5所述的一种具有伸缩腿管便捷锁紧机构的帐篷,其特征在于所述锁紧按板(204)靠近活动腿管(202)一侧设有向活动腿管(202)处延伸的抵脚(2042),所述抵脚(2042)中设有轴(205),在锁紧状态下,所述抵脚(2042)与安装座(203)或固定腿管(201)相抵使轴(205)移位至行程孔(2033)远离活动腿管(202)端,在解锁状态下,所述抵脚(2042)与安装座(203)或固定腿管(201)分离使轴(205)移位至行程孔(203)靠近活动腿管(202)端。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的一种具有伸缩腿管便捷锁紧机构的帐篷,其特征在于所述锁紧件(206)为U形件,所述锁紧件(206)开口端为连接端(2062),远离开口端的一端为锁紧端(2061),所述活动腿管(202)穿过锁紧件(206),在锁紧状态下,所述锁紧端(2061)与活动腿管(202)相抵,在解锁状态下,所述锁紧端(2062)与活动腿管(202)分离。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的一种具有伸缩腿管便捷锁紧机构的帐篷,其特征在于所述抵脚(2041)上设有弧形导向面(2043)。
