Abstract

本发明属于帐篷领域,具体涉及一种帐篷。
背景技术
帐篷在日常生活中十分常见,普遍用于户外。传统的帐篷遮阳面积较小,为了增大帐篷展开后的遮阳面积,设计出了带屋檐结构的屋檐式帐篷。具体为在帐篷的顶角处设有伸出的挑檐杆,通过设在挑檐杆上的围边达到增大遮阳面积的目的。现有的屋檐式帐篷,其挑檐杆通常随着帐篷架的展开而伸出,在帐篷展开后无法再对挑檐杆进行调节,例如不能将挑檐杆缩回或者调节其伸出的长度,使用不够灵活。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明旨在提供一种帐篷,能够在帐篷展开后根据使用需求调节挑檐杆,使用较为灵活。
一种帐篷,包括具有展开状态的帐篷架,所述帐篷架包括:
顶架;
挑檐杆,其可滑动地设置于所述顶架上,所述帐篷架在所述展开状态时所述挑檐杆具有缩回位置和至少一个伸出位置;
锁定装置,其设置于所述顶架和所述挑檐杆之间,所述锁定装置具有能够至少在所述帐篷架处于展开状态时将所述挑檐杆锁定在所述伸出位置的锁定状态及将所述挑檐杆释放的解锁状态。
在一些实施例中,所述锁定装置包括锁件,所述锁件设置于所述挑檐杆上,且所述锁件具有能够与所述顶架可脱离地接合的锁定部,所述锁件具有弹性或与一弹性件相接以能够使所述锁定部和所述顶架接合。
在一些实施例中,所述锁定装置包括锁件,所述锁件设置于所述顶架上,且所述锁件具有能够与所述挑檐杆可脱离地接合的锁定部,所述锁件具有弹性或与一弹性件相接以能够使所述锁定部和所述挑檐杆接合。
在一些实施例中,所述锁定部包括凸起,所述挑檐杆或所述顶架上设有可供所述凸起插入的锁孔;所述凸起插设于所述锁孔中时所述锁定装置处于所述锁定状态;所述凸起脱离所述锁孔时所述锁定装置处于解锁状态。

在一些实施例中,所述帐篷架包括至少三个立柱,所述顶架包括多个顶杆,每个立柱的上端部分别与一所述顶杆的端部相转动连接,挑檐杆的数量为多个并和顶杆相互对应,挑檐杆可沿自身长度方向滑动地设置于对应的挑檐杆上。
在一些实施例中,所述挑檐杆位于所述顶杆的旁侧或上侧。

本发明采用以上方案,相比现有技术具有如下优点:
本发明的帐篷,挑檐杆可滑动地设置于顶架上,从而能够根据用户需求调节挑檐杆,使其缩回、伸出 (甚至能够根据具体需求使其伸出至所需长度),尤其是能够在帐篷展开后对挑檐进行调节,使用较为灵活方便;同时,挑檐杆可被锁定在其伸出位置,能够稳定地保持在伸出位置。

实施例1:参照图1至图7所示,本实施例的一种帐篷,包括具有展开状态和折叠状态的帐篷架1,帐篷架1具有顶架2和挑檐杆101,挑檐杆101可滑动地设置于顶架2上。
顶架2为可折叠的顶架,且设置在至少三个立柱3上。参照图1至图2所示,本实施例中的顶架2具体包括至少四个外顶杆组件和一个中心锁5,四个外顶杆组件的内端部通过枢轴可转动地连接于中心锁5上,从而使得四个外顶杆102构成分别沿帐篷顶架2的对角线向帐篷的四个顶角延伸的十字形结构,且彼此可以相对转动。每个外顶杆组件分别包括外顶杆102和内顶杆,外顶杆102的外端部可转动地连接于立柱3的上端部,外顶杆102的内端部和内顶杆的外端部相转动连接,内顶杆的内端部可转动地连接于中心锁5。帐篷架1还包括多个侧杆组件4,侧杆组件4由一或多个依次相转动连接的十字撑杆件41构成,每个十字撑杆件41分别包括分别具有上端和下端的第一连杆42和第二连杆43,第一连杆42的中部和第二连杆43的中部通过枢轴相转动连接而交叉构成十字形结构。具体到本实施例中,每个侧杆组件4由三个十字撑杆件41构成,其中,第一连杆42的上端与一个立柱3的上端部或另一个十字撑杆件41的第二连杆43的上端相转动连接,第一连杆42的下端与另一个十字撑杆件41的第二连杆的下端或另一个立柱3上的另一个滑块104相转动连接,第二连杆43的下端与一个立柱3上的滑块104或另一个十字撑杆件41的第一连杆43的下端相转动连接,第二连杆43的上端与另一个十字撑杆件41的第一连杆42的上端或另一个立柱3的上端部相转动连接。
本实施例中的挑檐杆101为扁管,其为至少部分中空的管状。挑檐杆101可沿其长度方向滑动地设置于外顶杆102上,挑檐杆101位于外顶杆102的旁侧。帐篷架1在展开状态时挑檐杆101具有缩回位置(如图3所示)和至少一个伸出位置。具体到本实施例中,挑檐杆101的伸出位置仅一个,具体为图4所示的位置。
参照图3至图6所示,帐篷还包括锁定装置6,锁定装置6具有能够至少在帐篷架1处于展开状态时将挑檐杆101锁定在伸出位置的锁定状态及将挑檐杆101释放的解锁状态。锁定装置6包括锁件107,锁件107设置于挑檐杆101上。具体到本实施例中,锁件为定位弹片,其具有弹性。锁件101具有能够与外顶杆102可脱离地接合的锁定部113,锁定部113具体包括凸起114,挑檐杆或顶架2的外顶杆102上设有可供 凸起114插入的锁孔115。凸起114插设于锁孔115中时锁定装置6处于锁定状态,凸起114脱离锁孔115时锁定装置6处于解锁状态。
参照图5和图6所示,顶架2的外顶杆102上设置有挑檐接头106,挑檐接头106通过挑檐接头拉钉108固定于外顶杆102上。挑檐杆101可滑动地连接于挑檐接头106,锁件107设置在挑檐杆101的管腔内,挑檐杆101的管壁上开设有通孔116,凸起114位于通孔116中,锁孔115设于挑檐接头106上。锁件107具有弹性且其中部折弯而具有相对的两端部,凸起114设于其中一个端部上,另一个端部抵在挑檐杆101的内壁的与通孔116相对的部位上。
如图6所示,顶架2上设有滑动座109,滑动座109通过滑动座拉钉110固定于外顶杆102上,挑檐杆101可滑动地连接于滑动座109,滑动座109具有上表面,上表面设有两个凹槽用于容置挑檐杆101和外顶杆102,且挑檐杆101相对于外顶杆102滑动。
顶架2上还设有连结座111,连结座111通过铆钉112固定于顶架2上,连结座111具有上表面,上表面设有凹槽,用于容置外顶杆102,且连结座111与外顶杆102可滑动地连接。连结座111具有下表面。斜杆103自连结座111的下表面伸入并与连结座111可转动地以铆钉连接。
结合图3和图6所示,立柱3的上端部设有上顶节105,用于连接立柱3与顶架2。每个立柱3上设有一个滑块104,滑块104可滑动地设置于立柱3上,斜杆103可转动地连接于滑块104。当帐篷架1在折叠状态时,挑檐杆101处于其缩回位置,且挑檐杆101的顶端低于立柱3的顶端,具体为立柱3上端的上顶节105。帐篷架在展开状态、折叠状态、展开过程中及折叠过程中,挑檐杆101的长度方向均平行或大致平行于外顶杆102的长度方向。
参照图1、图2及图6,当帐篷架1处于展开状态时,挑檐杆101向外拉伸至展开位置时,挑檐杆101上的通孔116和外顶杆102上的锁孔115相互对齐,锁件107的弹性复位力驱动凸起114向外运动而插设于锁孔115中,锁定装置6处于锁定状态而将挑檐杆101锁定在该伸出位置下。需要将挑檐杆101缩回时,按下凸起114,锁件107被挤压变形,凸起114退出锁孔115而退回至挑檐杆101内,锁定解除,挑檐杆101可相对外顶杆102滑动,进而可将挑檐杆101缩回。
本实施例中,挑檐杆101在其伸出位置和缩回位置之间的切换独立于帐篷架1的展开或折叠,可视具体需求(如需要屋檐或不需要屋檐),而相应将挑檐杆101伸出或缩回,尤其是能够在帐篷展开后灵活选择将挑檐杆101伸出或缩回,且帐篷折叠后挑檐杆101可缩回,不额外占用空间。同时,挑檐杆101可被锁定在其伸出位置,能够稳定地保持在伸出位置。
实施例2:参照图8至图15所示,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:锁定装置6的结构不同,且挑檐杆201采用轻便的实心玻纤杆,外径远小于实施例1所用的扁管。其他基本同实施例1。
本实施例中,如图12至图14所示,锁定装置6包括锁件202,锁件202具体为具有弹性的弹片,且其折弯而具有第一端部204和第二端部205,第一端部204抵在挑檐杆201的外表面上,第二端部205上开设有锁孔115。顶架2的外顶杆102上设置有挑檐接头106,挑檐接头106通过挑檐接头拉钉108固定于外顶杆102上。锁件107设置在挑檐杆201内,挑檐杆201可滑动地穿设在挑檐接头106中并自锁件107的锁孔115中穿过,挑檐接头106还具有可供手指伸入以拨动锁件107的空间。
锁孔115的截面面积大于挑檐杆201的截面面积。锁孔115的中心线和挑檐杆201的长度方向之间的夹角大于一临界值且挑檐杆201抵在锁孔115的孔壁上时,锁定装置6处于锁定状态;夹角小于或等于临界值而使挑檐杆201能够在锁孔115中滑动时,锁定装置6处于解锁状态。该临界值可以为5度,2度,甚至 可以为零,也就是说,当挑檐杆201的长度方向和锁孔115的中心线相互平行甚至重合时,挑檐杆201能够在锁孔115中移动;当锁孔115的中心线一旦偏离挑檐杆201的长度方向,挑檐杆201抵在锁孔115的相对两侧孔壁上而被锁定,不能够相对外顶杆102滑动。“锁孔115的截面”具体是指锁孔115在锁件202的第二端部205所处的平面内的截面,“锁孔115的中心线”垂直于锁件202的第二端部205所处的平面;“挑檐杆201的截面”具体是指挑檐杆201的垂直于其长度方向的截面。
如图13所示,挑檐杆201的的两端部还设有限位套203,限位套203套设于挑檐杆201的两端部上,限位套203的截面面积至少大于锁孔115的截面面积,以在挑檐杆201切换工作状态将挑檐杆201的工作行程限制于顶架2上而不至于脱落。
当帐篷架1处于展开状态时,按压锁件202的第二端部使其转动一定角度,直至其上的锁孔115的中心线和挑檐杆201的长度方向的夹角小于或等于临界值,挑檐杆201和锁孔115能够相对滑动,将挑檐杆201向外拉伸至任一位置(均视为伸出位置),将锁件释放,锁件复位,锁孔115的中心线偏离挑檐杆201的长度方向的角度大于上述临界值,挑檐杆201抵在锁孔115的相对两侧孔壁上,从而被锁定。
本实施例中,挑檐杆201在其伸出位置和缩回位置之间的切换独立于帐篷架1的展开或折叠,可视具体需求(如是否需要屋檐、屋檐的大小),而相应将挑檐杆201伸出或缩回,尤其是能够在帐篷展开后灵活选择将挑檐杆201伸出至任意长度或缩回,能够无极调节,且帐篷折叠后挑檐杆201可缩回,不额外占用空间。同时,挑檐杆201可被锁定在其任意位置,能够稳定地保持在伸出位置或缩回位置。
实施例3:参照图16至图19所示,本实施例与实施例2的区别仅在于:锁件的形状。其他基本同实施例2。
本实施例中,挑檐杆201采用实心的玻纤杆,外径远小于实施例1所用的扁管。锁件301整体呈U形,其中部折弯而具有相对的第一端部和第二端部,第一端部和第二端部上分别开设有锁孔115。锁件301设置在挑檐杆201内,挑檐杆201可滑动地穿设挑檐接头106中并自锁件107的两个锁孔115中穿过,挑檐接头106还具有可供手指伸入以拨动锁件107的空间。
两个锁孔115的截面面积大于挑檐杆201的截面面积,优选地,两个锁孔115的截面面积相等。各锁孔115的中心线和挑檐杆201的长度方向之间的夹角大于一临界值且挑檐杆201抵在锁孔115的孔壁上时,锁定装置6处于锁定状态。夹角小于或等于临界值而使挑檐杆201能够在锁孔115中滑动时,锁定装置6处于解锁状态。该临界值可以为5度,2度,甚至可以为零,也就是说,当挑檐杆201的长度方向和两个锁孔115的中心线相互平行甚至重合时,挑檐杆201能够在锁孔115中移动。其中一个锁孔115的中心线一旦偏离挑檐杆201的长度方向,挑檐杆201抵在该锁孔115的相对两侧孔壁上而被锁定,不能够相对外顶杆102滑动。两个锁孔115偏离挑檐杆201的方向相反。“锁孔115的截面”具体是指锁孔115在锁件301的第一端部或第二端部所处的平面内的截面,“锁孔115的中心线”垂直于锁件301的第一端部或第二端部所处的平面。
如图18所示,挑檐杆201的的两端部还设有限位套203,限位套203套设于挑檐杆201的两端部上,限位套203的截面面积至少大于锁孔115的截面面积,以在挑檐杆201切换工作状态将挑檐杆201的工作行程限制于顶架2上而不至于脱落。
当帐篷架1处于展开状态时,按压锁件301使其第一端部和第二端部相互靠近,直至其上的两个锁孔115的中心线和挑檐杆201的长度方向的夹角均小于或等于临界值,挑檐杆201和锁孔115能够相对滑动,将挑檐杆201向外拉伸至任一位置(均视为伸出位置),将锁件301释放,锁件301复位,其第一端部和 第二端部而向外张开,锁孔115的中心线偏离挑檐杆201的长度方向的角度大于上述临界值,挑檐杆201抵在锁孔115的相对两侧孔壁上,从而被锁定。
本实施例中,挑檐杆201在其伸出位置和缩回位置之间的切换独立于帐篷架1的展开或折叠,可视具体需求(如是否需要屋檐、屋檐的大小),而相应将挑檐杆201伸出或缩回,尤其是能够在帐篷展开后灵活选择将挑檐杆201伸出至任意长度或缩回,能够无极调节,且帐篷折叠后挑檐杆201可缩回,不额外占用空间。同时,挑檐杆201可被锁定在其任意位置,锁定更为牢固,能够稳定地保持在伸出位置或缩回位置。
实施例4:参照图20至图26所示,本实施例与实施例2的区别在于:解锁装置6。其他基本同实施例2。
本实施例中,挑檐杆201为实心的玻纤杆,外径远小于实施例1所用的扁管。参照图24至图26所示,锁件107包括一个锁片或多个层叠设置的锁片401。具体地,每个锁片401上分别设有一个锁孔115。锁片401均活动地设置于外顶杆102上的挑檐接头106内,挑檐杆201可沿其长度方向滑动地穿设在挑檐接头106中并自各锁片401的锁孔115中穿过。锁片401具有位于锁孔115的相对两侧的内端部403和外端部404,挑檐接头106具有位于锁片401的旁侧(如图中所示的右侧)的限位部405,锁片401的内端部403的一侧表面(如图中的右侧表面)抵在限位部405上。锁定装置6还包括用于使锁片401的外端部404朝向限位部405所处的一侧(即右侧)偏置的弹性件402。弹性件402具体为设于锁片401左侧的弹簧,弹性件402具有供挑檐杆201穿过的通孔,弹性件402和限位部405分别位于锁片401的左右两侧,弹性件402的左端抵在挑檐接头106的内壁上而右端抵在锁片401的外端部404上。
两个锁孔115的截面面积大于挑檐杆201的截面面积,优选地,两个锁孔115的截面面积相等。各锁孔115的中心线和挑檐杆201的长度方向之间的夹角大于一临界值且挑檐杆201抵在锁孔115的孔壁上时,锁定装置6处于锁定状态。夹角小于或等于临界值而使挑檐杆201能够在锁孔115中滑动时,锁定装置6处于解锁状态。该临界值可以为5度,2度,甚至可以为零,也就是说,当挑檐杆201的长度方向和两个锁孔115的中心线相互平行甚至重合时,挑檐杆201能够在锁孔115中移动。其中一个锁孔115的中心线一旦偏离挑檐杆201的长度方向,挑檐杆201抵在该锁孔115的相对两侧孔壁上而被锁定,不能够相对外顶杆102滑动。“锁孔115的截面”具体是指锁孔115在锁片401所处的平面内的截面,“锁孔115的中心线”垂直于锁片401所处的平面。
当帐篷架1处于展开状态时,向左拨动锁片401的外端部,直至其上的锁孔115的中心线和挑檐杆201的长度方向的夹角均小于或等于临界值,挑檐杆201和锁孔115能够相对滑动,将挑檐杆201向外拉伸至任一位置(均视为伸出位置),将锁片401释放,锁片401的外端部在弹性件402的弹性复位力的作用下向右偏置,锁孔115的中心线偏离挑檐杆201的长度方向的角度大于上述临界值,挑檐杆201抵在锁孔115的相对两侧孔壁上,从而被锁定。
本实施例中,挑檐杆201在其伸出位置和缩回位置之间的切换独立于帐篷架1的展开或折叠,可视具体需求(如是否需要屋檐、屋檐的大小),而相应将挑檐杆201伸出或缩回,尤其是能够在帐篷展开后灵活选择将挑檐杆201伸出至任意长度或缩回,能够无极调节,且帐篷折叠后挑檐杆201可缩回,不额外占用空间。同时,挑檐杆201可被锁定在其任意位置,锁定更为牢固,能够稳定地保持在伸出位置或缩回位置。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种帐篷,包括具有展开状态的帐篷架,所述帐篷架包括:
    顶架;
    挑檐杆,其可滑动地设置于所述顶架上,所述帐篷架在所述展开状态时所述挑檐杆具有缩回位置和至少一个伸出位置;
    锁定装置,其设置于所述顶架和所述挑檐杆之间,所述锁定装置具有能够至少在所述帐篷架处于展开状态时将所述挑檐杆锁定在所述伸出位置的锁定状态及将所述挑檐杆释放的解锁状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的帐篷,其特征在于:
    所述锁定装置包括锁件,所述锁件设置于所述挑檐杆上,且所述锁件具有能够与所述顶架可脱离地接合的锁定部,所述锁件具有弹性或与一弹性件相接以能够使所述锁定部和所述顶架接合;
    或,所述锁定装置包括锁件,所述锁件设置于所述顶架上,且所述锁件具有能够与所述挑檐杆可脱离地接合的锁定部,所述锁件具有弹性或与一弹性件相接以能够使所述锁定部和所述挑檐杆接合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述锁定部包括凸起,所述挑檐杆或所述顶架上设有可供所述凸起插入的锁孔;所述凸起插设于所述锁孔中时所述锁定装置处于所述锁定状态;所述凸起脱离所述锁孔时所述锁定装置处于解锁状态。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述顶架上设置有挑檐接头,所述挑檐杆可滑动地连接于所述挑檐接头;所述锁定装置处于解锁状态时,所述锁件设置在所述挑檐杆内,所述挑檐杆上开设有通孔,所述凸起位于所述通孔中,所述锁孔设于所述挑檐接头上;所述锁定装置处于锁定状态,所述凸起的至少部分伸出至所述通孔外并插入所述锁孔内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述锁件具有弹性且其中部折弯而具有相对的两端部,所述凸起设于其中一个端部上,另一个端部抵在所述挑檐杆的内壁的与所述通孔相对的部位上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述挑檐杆为至少部分中空的管状,所述锁定件位于所述挑檐杆的管腔中,所述通孔开设于所述挑檐杆的管壁上。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述锁定部包括供所述挑檐杆穿过的锁孔,所述锁孔的截面面积大于所述挑檐杆的截面面积;所述锁孔的中心线和所述挑檐杆的长度方向之间的夹角大于一不为零的临界值且所述挑檐杆抵在所述锁孔的孔壁上时,所述锁定装置处于所述锁定状态;所述夹角小于或等于所述临界值而使所述挑檐杆能够在所述锁孔中滑动时,所述锁定装置处于解锁状态时。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述顶架上设置有挑檐接头,所述锁件设置在所述挑檐接头内,所述挑檐杆可滑动地穿设所述挑檐接头中并自所述锁件的所述锁孔中穿过,所述挑檐接头具有可供手指伸入以拨动所述锁件的空间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述锁件具有弹性且其折弯而具有第一端部和第二端部,所述第一端部抵在所述挑檐杆的外表面上,所述锁孔开设于所述第二端部上。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述锁件具有弹性且其折弯而具有第一端部和第二端部,所述第一端部和所述第二端部上分别开设有一个所述锁孔,所述挑檐杆自两个所述锁孔中穿过。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述锁件的数量为一个或为多个且层叠设置,所述锁件具有位于所述锁孔的相对两侧的内端部和外端部,所述挑檐接头具有位于所述锁件的旁侧的限位部,所述 锁件的所述内端部的一侧表面抵在所述限位部上,所述锁定装置还包括用于使所述锁件的所述外端部朝向所述限位部所处的一侧偏置的弹性件。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述弹性件具有供所述挑檐杆穿过的通孔。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述弹性件和所述限位部分别位于所述锁件的相对两侧,所述弹性件的一端抵在所述挑檐接头的内壁上而另一端抵在所述锁件的所述外端部上。
  14. 根据权利要求7所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述挑檐杆为实心的玻纤杆。
  15. 根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述帐篷架还包括至少三个立柱,所述顶架包括多个顶杆,每个立柱的上端部分别与一所述顶杆的端部相转动连接,所述挑檐杆可沿自身长度方向滑动地设置于所述顶杆上,所述挑檐杆位于所述顶杆的旁侧或上侧。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述帐篷架具有折叠状态,当所述帐篷架在折叠状态时,所述挑檐杆处于其缩回位置,所述挑檐杆的顶端低于所述立柱的顶端。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述帐篷架在展开状态、折叠状态、展开过程中及折叠过程中,所述挑檐杆的长度方向平行或大致平行于所述顶杆的长度方向。
  18. 根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述顶架上设有滑动座,所述挑檐杆可滑动地连接于所述滑动座。
  19. 根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述挑檐杆包括扁管或玻纤杆。
  20. 根据权利要求1至13任一项所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述挑檐杆在其伸出位置和缩回位置之间的切换独立于所述帐篷架的展开或折叠。
