有益效果
本申请提供一种新的产品包装监控装置以及方法,通过对目标包装袋进行称量,得到所述目标包装袋的实际质量值,然后根据所述目标包装袋的包装参数,得到所述目标包装袋的理论质量参数,最后分析所述实际质量值与所述理论质量参数是否匹配,若不匹配,则所述目标包装袋存在包装故障;基于此,通过监控制造在产品进行包装之后,对包装袋进行称量得到实际质量值,将其与理论质量参数进行匹配,实现了对包装袋是否存在漏装等包装故障的监控,保证了产品内包装前后的产品数量一致,解决了现有产品出货技术存在产品内包装前后的产品数量的技术问题。

本发明的实施方式
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图示,用以例示本申请可用以实施的特定实施例。本申请所提到的方向用语,例如[上]、[下]、[前]、[后]、[左]、[右]、[内]、[外]、[侧面]等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本申请,而非用以限制本申请。在图中,结构相似的单元是用以相同标号表示。
针对现有产品出货技术存在产品内包装前后的产品数量的技术问题,本申请实施例可以解决这个问题。
在一种实施例中,如图1所示,本申请提供的产品包装监控装置1包括:
称量模块11,用于对目标包装袋进行称量,得到所述目标包装袋的实际质量值;所述目标包装袋为对产品进行包装后得到的包装袋;
计算模块12,用于根据所述目标包装袋的包装参数,得到所述目标包装袋的理论质量参数;
分析模块13,用于分析所述实际质量值与所述理论质量参数是否匹配,若不匹配,则所述目标包装袋存在包装故障。
在一种实施例中,所述理论质量参数包括理论质量值和公差值,所述分析模块13用于获取所述实际质量值与所述理论质量值的实际差值,判断所述实际差值是否小于所述公差值,若所述实际差值不小于所述公差值,则所述实际质量值与所述理论质量参数不匹配。例如,理论质量值为5000克,公差值为正负50克,若包装袋的实际质量值为4990克,此时实际差值为10克,小于公差值,包装袋不存在包装故障,若包装袋的实际质量值为4900克,此时实际差值为100克,大于公差值,包装袋存在包装故障。
在一种实施例中,所述理论质量参数包括理论质量值和误差率,所述分析模块13用于获取所述实际质量值与所述理论质量值的实际差值,计算所述实际差值与所述理论质量值的比值,判断所述比值是否小于所述误差率,若所述实际差值不小于所述误差率,则所述实际质量值与所述理论质量参数不匹配。例如,理论质量值为5000克,误差率为正负1%,若包装袋的实际质量值为4990克,此时实际差值为10克,实际差值与所述理论质量值的比值为0.2%,小于误差率,包装袋不存在包装故障,若包装袋的实际质量值为4900克,此时实际差值为100克,实际差值与所述理论质量值的比值为2%,大于误差率,包装袋存在包装故障。
在一种实施例中,所述计算模块12用于根据所述包装参数中的包装对象清单和包装对象质量,计算得到所述理论质量参数中的理论质量值。
在一种实施例中,所述计算模块12用于根据所述包装对象清单中的产品数量、包装袋数量、承装盘数量及干燥袋数量,以及所述包装对象质量中的单个产品质量、单个包装袋质量、单个承装盘质量及单个干燥袋质量,计算得到所述理论质量参数中的理论质量值。
在一种实施例中,如图1所示,所述产品包装监控装置1还包括报警模块14,所述报警模块14用于在所述分析模块13的分析结果为所述目标包装袋存在包装故障时,提醒包装故障。
在一种实施例中,所述报警模块14用于采用“产品包装故障”等提醒音的方式提醒包装故障。
在一种实施例中,所述报警模块14用于采用闪灯的方式提醒包装故障。
在一种实施例中,如图1所示,所述产品包装监控装置1还包括剔除模块15,所述剔除模块15用于将存在包装故障的目标包装袋剔除流水线,避免流入后续的外包装等流程。
在一种实施例中,如图1所示,所述产品包装监控装置1还包括修正模块16,所述修正模块16用于根据所述分析模块13的分析结果,对所述理论质量参数进行修正。例如分析模块13的分析结果为连续20个包装袋都存在包装故障,且20个包装袋的实际质量值都大致相同,此时就需要对理论质量参数进行修正了,以避免理论质量参数的输入数据错误导致的错误检测。
在一种实施例中,如图2所示,本申请提供的产品包装监控方法包括以下步骤:
S21:对目标包装袋进行称量,得到所述目标包装袋的实际质量值;所述目标包装袋为对产品进行包装后得到的包装袋;
S22:根据所述目标包装袋的包装参数,得到所述目标包装袋的理论质量参数;
S23:分析所述实际质量值与所述理论质量参数是否匹配,若不匹配,则所述目标包装袋存在包装故障。
在一种实施例中,所述理论质量参数包括理论质量值和公差值,步骤S23包括:
获取所述实际质量值与所述理论质量值的实际差值,判断所述实际差值是否小于所述公差值,若所述实际差值不小于所述公差值,则所述实际质量值与所述理论质量参数不匹配。例如,理论质量值为5000克,公差值为正负50克,若包装袋的实际质量值为4990克,此时实际差值为10克,小于公差值,包装袋不存在包装故障,若包装袋的实际质量值为4900克,此时实际差值为100克,大于公差值,包装袋存在包装故障。
在一种实施例中,所述理论质量参数包括理论质量值和误差率,步骤S23包括:
获取所述实际质量值与所述理论质量值的实际差值,计算所述实际差值与所述理论质量值的比值,判断所述比值是否小于所述误差率,若所述实际差值不小于所述误差率,则所述实际质量值与所述理论质量参数不匹配。例如,理论质量值为5000克,误差率为正负1%,若包装袋的实际质量值为4990克,此时实际差值为10克,实际差值与所述理论质量值的比值为0.2%,小于误差率,包装袋不存在包装故障,若包装袋的实际质量值为4900克,此时实际差值为100克,实际差值与所述理论质量值的比值为2%,大于误差率,包装袋存在包装故障。
在一种实施例中,步骤S22包括:根据所述包装参数中的包装对象清单和包装对象质量,计算得到所述理论质量参数中的理论质量值。
在一种实施例中,所述根据所述包装参数中的包装对象清单和包装对象质量,计算得到所述理论质量参数中的理论质量值是步骤包括:根据所述包装对象清单中的产品数量、包装袋数量、承装盘数量及干燥袋数量,以及所述包装对象质量中的单个产品质量、单个包装袋质量、单个承装盘质量及单个干燥袋质量,计算得到所述理论质量参数中的理论质量值。
在一种实施例中,所述产品包装监控方法还包括:在分析结果为所述目标包装袋存在包装故障时,提醒包装故障。
在一种实施例中,所述提醒包装故障的步骤包括:采用“产品包装故障”等提醒音的方式提醒包装故障。
在一种实施例中,所述提醒包装故障的步骤包括:采用闪灯的方式提醒包装故障。
在一种实施例中,所述产品包装监控方法还包括:将存在包装故障的目标包装袋剔除流水线,避免流入后续的外包装等流程。
在一种实施例中,所述产品包装监控方法还包括:根据分析结果,对所述理论质量参数进行修正。例如分析模块13的分析结果为连续20个包装袋都存在包装故障,且20个包装袋的实际质量值都大致相同,此时就需要对理论质量参数进行修正了,以避免理论质量参数的输入数据错误导致的错误检测。
现以显示面板的出厂包装为例,对本申请做进一步的诠释说明。
如图3所示,显示面板31在进行内包装时,使用承装盘32进行固定,每个承装盘32固定6个显示面板31,20个承装盘固定满显示面板之后进行内包装。
基于此,本实施例提供的产品包装监控方法如下:
第一步,确定包装对象清单,内包装对应的包装对象清单为:产品(待定)、包装袋1袋、承装盘20盘、干燥袋2袋。
第二步,确定包装对象质量,所有单件质量公差值5克以内,包装完成后总公差值50克以内,单片产品质量为70至150克,根据产品尺寸和出货形态而定。
第三步,计算理论质量参数,根据上一站点记录需包装产品数量,作为系统输入,根据下述公式计算理论质量参数:
理论质量值=单片产品质量*产品数量+单个包装袋质量*包装袋数量+单个承装盘质量*承装盘数量+单个干燥袋质量*干燥袋数量;
例如单片产品质量为100克,产品数量为120个,包装袋质量为50克,包装袋数量为1个,单个承装盘质量为20克,承装盘数量为20个,单个干燥袋质量为20克,干燥袋数量为2个,那么,理论质量值=100*120+50*1+20*20+20*2=12445克,公差值为正负50克。
第四步,测量包装袋的实际质量值,通过太平等称量设备进行称量,得到第一个包装袋对应的实际质量值为12440克,第二个包装袋对应的实际质量值为12000克。
第五步,将(理论质量值±公差值)与实际质量值进行对比,如系统报错,对包装袋拆包清点产品数。例如针对第一个包装袋,(理论质量值±公差值)与实际质量值进行对比后没有报错,不进行处理,针对第二个包装袋,(理论质量值±公差值)与实际质量值进行对比后,系统报错,对第二个包装袋进行拆包清点产品数等处理。
根据上述实施例可知:
本申请提供一种新的产品包装监控装置以及方法,通过对目标包装袋进行称量,得到所述目标包装袋的实际质量值,然后根据所述目标包装袋的包装参数,得到所述目标包装袋的理论质量参数,最后分析所述实际质量值与所述理论质量参数是否匹配,若不匹配,则所述目标包装袋存在包装故障;基于此,通过监控制造在产品进行包装之后,对包装袋进行称量得到实际质量值,将其与理论质量参数进行匹配,实现了对包装袋是否存在漏装等包装故障的监控,保证了产品内包装前后的产品数量一致,解决了现有产品出货技术存在产品内包装前后的产品数量的技术问题。
综上所述,虽然本申请已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本申请,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本申请的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本申请的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种产品包装监控装置,其包括:
    称量模块,用于对目标包装袋进行称量,得到所述目标包装袋的实际质量值;所述目标包装袋为对产品进行包装后得到的包装袋;
    计算模块,用于根据所述目标包装袋的包装参数,得到所述目标包装袋的理论质量参数;
    分析模块,用于分析所述实际质量值与所述理论质量参数是否匹配,若不匹配,则所述目标包装袋存在包装故障。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的产品包装监控装置,其中,所述理论质量参数包括理论质量值和公差值,所述分析模块用于获取所述实际质量值与所述理论质量值的实际差值,判断所述实际差值是否小于所述公差值,若所述实际差值不小于所述公差值,则所述实际质量值与所述理论质量参数不匹配。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的产品包装监控装置,其中,所述理论质量参数包括理论质量值和误差率,所述分析模块用于获取所述实际质量值与所述理论质量值的实际差值,计算所述实际差值与所述理论质量值的比值,判断所述比值是否小于所述误差率,若所述实际差值不小于所述误差率,则所述实际质量值与所述理论质量参数不匹配。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的产品包装监控装置,其中,所述计算模块用于根据所述包装参数中的包装对象清单和包装对象质量,计算得到所述理论质量参数中的理论质量值。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的产品包装监控装置,其中,所述计算模块用于根据所述包装对象清单中的产品数量、包装袋数量、承装盘数量及干燥袋数量,以及所述包装对象质量中的单个产品质量、单个包装袋质量、单个承装盘质量及单个干燥袋质量,计算得到所述理论质量参数中的理论质量值。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的产品包装监控装置,其中,所述产品包装监控装置还包括报警模块,所述报警模块用于在所述分析模块的分析结果为所述目标包装袋存在包装故障时,提醒包装故障。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的产品包装监控装置,其中,所述报警模块用于采用提醒音的方式提醒包装故障。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的产品包装监控装置,其中,所述报警模块用于采用闪灯的方式提醒包装故障。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的产品包装监控装置,其中,所述产品包装监控装置还包括剔除模块,所述剔除模块用于将存在包装故障的目标包装袋剔除流水线。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的产品包装监控装置,其中,所述产品包装监控装置还包括修正模块,所述修正模块用于根据所述分析模块的分析结果,对所述理论质量参数进行修正。
  11. 一种产品包装监控方法,其包括以下步骤:
    对目标包装袋进行称量,得到所述目标包装袋的实际质量值;所述目标包装袋为对产品进行包装后得到的包装袋;
    根据所述目标包装袋的包装参数,得到所述目标包装袋的理论质量参数;
    分析所述实际质量值与所述理论质量参数是否匹配,若不匹配,则所述目标包装袋存在包装故障。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的产品包装监控方法,其中,所述理论质量参数包括理论质量值和公差值;所述分析所述实际质量值与所述理论质量参数是否匹配的步骤包括:
    获取所述实际质量值与所述理论质量值的实际差值,判断所述实际差值是否小于所述公差值,若所述实际差值不小于所述公差值,则所述实际质量值与所述理论质量参数不匹配。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的产品包装监控方法,其中,所述理论质量参数包括理论质量值和误差率,所述分析所述实际质量值与所述理论质量参数是否匹配的步骤包括:
    获取所述实际质量值与所述理论质量值的实际差值,计算所述实际差值与所述理论质量值的比值,判断所述比值是否小于所述误差率,若所述实际差值不小于所述误差率,则所述实际质量值与所述理论质量参数不匹配。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的产品包装监控方法,其中,所述根据所述目标包装袋的包装参数,得到所述目标包装袋的理论质量参数的步骤包括:
    根据所述包装参数中的包装对象清单和包装对象质量,计算得到所述理论质量参数中的理论质量值。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的产品包装监控方法,其中,所述根据所述包装参数中的包装对象清单和包装对象质量,计算得到所述理论质量参数中的理论质量值的步骤包括:
    根据所述包装对象清单中的产品数量、包装袋数量、承装盘数量及干燥袋数量,以及所述包装对象质量中的单个产品质量、单个包装袋质量、单个承装盘质量及单个干燥袋质量,计算得到所述理论质量参数中的理论质量值。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的产品包装监控方法,其中,所述产品包装监控方法还包括:
    在分析结果为所述目标包装袋存在包装故障时,提醒包装故障。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的产品包装监控方法,其中,所述提醒包装故障的步骤包括:采用提醒音的方式提醒包装故障。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的产品包装监控方法,其中,所述提醒包装故障的步骤包括:采用闪灯的方式提醒包装故障。
  19. 根据权利要求11所述的产品包装监控方法,其中,所述产品包装监控方法还包括:
