背景技术
扬声器模组通常会在模组外壳上开设出声孔,振膜发出的声音通过出声孔向外界传播。为了保证扬声器模组与整机装配后的密封性,一般会在出声孔的四周粘贴密封圈,密封圈的材料大都是硅橡胶。但在密封圈的粘贴过程中,不易对密封圈进行定位,密封圈容易贴偏,会遮挡住一部分出声孔,从而导致整机的一致性较差,影响整机的声学效果且密封不良。
目前有一种扬声器模组通过二次成型的方式,将硅橡胶注塑到模组壳体的出声孔上形成密封圈,但此种方法就得需要模组壳体的塑胶材料要耐高温,一般会选择PEI材料,PEI材料相对于普通模组外壳的材料,如D151、D251等要高很多,从而会提高模组外壳的成本。并且扬声器模组外壳都是结构复杂的注塑件,采用二次注塑的二射模具也将会变得结构复杂,一方面会整体提高扬声器模组的制作成本,另一方面二射之后的模组外壳的整体尺寸也不易保证。因此,发明人提出一种技术方案,在扬声器模组中增加一个环形的分离声孔,密封圈通过二次注塑的方式与分离声孔一体形成,分离声孔环绕出声孔设置,并通过胶水与模组壳体粘接固定。
但是此种结构的扬声器模组在跌落可靠性测试时,分离声孔与模组外壳的结合强度不足以克服跌落冲击时的弯矩,分离声孔会从模组外壳上脱落,从而使可靠性测试失败。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种分离声孔难以从模组壳体上脱落、可靠性高的扬声器模组。

进一步地,插接部31需要具有与出声孔对应的形状,插接部31的外侧 表面需要与出声孔的内侧表面紧密贴合,实现二者的过盈配合。本实施方式中出声孔的截面形状为矩形,插接部31的截面形状为U型,U型的插接部外表面与出声孔的三侧内侧表面贴合。在另一实施方式中,出声孔的截面形状为矩形,插接部31的截面形状为矩形。优选地,本实施方式的U型插接部31设置为倒U型,U型插接部31的开口与分离声孔3的底面齐平,插接部31的两侧壁位于分离声孔3边缘的内侧。插接部31的侧壁厚度以能保证插接部与出声孔过盈配合的强度为准,如厚度过大将影响出声孔的截面面积,减小出音通道的截面面积,进而降低扬声器模组的声学效果。由于本实施方式中的插接部31全部插入出声孔内,因此插接部31的宽度,也就是插入出声孔内的深度小于或等于中壳2的侧壁厚度,避免插接部31伸入中壳内部与其它部件产生干涉。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定,对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动,这里无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举,凡是属于本发明的技术方案所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之列。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器模组,包括形成容纳空间的模组壳体,以及设置在所述容纳空间中的扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体将所述容纳空间分隔为前声腔和后声腔,所述模组壳体开设有与前声腔连通的出声孔,其特征在于,靠近所述出声孔处的模组壳体外侧表面固定结合有固定部,该扬声器模组还包括环形的分离声孔,所述分离声孔靠近模组壳体的一侧表面向外凸起形成插接部,所述插接部具有与所述出声孔的内侧表面匹配对应的外形,所述插接部与出声孔设置为过盈配合,且所述分离声孔通过软韧性粘接剂粘接于所述固定部的表面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述固定部由所述模组壳体的外侧表面向外凸起形成,所述固定部的截面形状为U型。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述分离声孔的外形为矩形,与所述U型固定部匹配对应,所述软韧性粘接剂包括沿所述U型固定部的两内侧棱边分别延伸的条型的第一胶条,所述第一胶条位于分离声孔的底面外侧边缘与U型固定部的两内侧棱边之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述分离声孔的底面外侧边缘向内凹陷形成第一容胶槽,所述第一胶条的一侧位于所述第一容胶槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述软韧性粘接剂还包括沿所述U型固定部顶面内侧边缘延伸的U型第二胶条,所述第二胶条位于所述分离声孔的外侧表面与U型固定部顶面内侧边缘之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述U型固定部顶面内侧边缘向内凹陷形成第二容胶槽,所述第二胶条的一侧位于所述第二容胶槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述出声孔的截面形状为矩形,所述分离声孔插接部的截面形状为U型。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述U型插接部为倒U型设置,且U型的开口与所述分离声孔的底面齐平。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述插接部的两侧壁均位于所述分离声孔侧壁边缘的内侧。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述插接部的宽度小于或等于所述模组壳体上出声孔的宽度。
