一种中药组合物及其制备方法及应用 技术领域
本发明涉及中药领域,尤其是指一种中药组合物及其制备方法及应用。
背景技术
在人们日常生活中,常常容易因由寒邪侵袭人体而形成少阳病机证,阳痞证。具体症状为身热汗出或畏凉,头目痛,心烦,干呕,腹痛或遇寒则痛,下利等。针对上述常发病症,若每次都服用西药予以缓解或治疗,长期以往,极容易对人体形成一定的副作用或抗药性。因属于常发病症,若采用中药复方进行治疗,可相对更加安全有效,对人体的副作用伤害程度也可降到最低。然而,目前现有技术中也没有疗效较佳的中药复方。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:如何提供一种中药组合物来治疗背景技术所述的病症。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种中药组合物,按重量份计,具体由以下配比的中药原料组合制得:前胡30-150份、黄芩15-75份、生姜10-50份、炙甘草10-50份。
进一步的,按重量份计,由以下中药原料组合制得:前胡40-70份、黄芩55-70份、生姜35-45份、炙甘草35-45份。
进一步的,按重量份计,由以下中药原料组合制得:前胡80-110份、黄芩 35-50份、生姜25-35份、炙甘草25-35份。
进一步的,按重量份计,由以下中药原料组合制得:前胡120-140份、黄芩20-30份、生姜15-25份、炙甘草15-25份
进一步的,按重量份计,所述中药组合物由以下中药原料组合制得:前胡120份、黄芩45份、生姜30份、炙甘草30份。
此外,还公开了一种上述中药组合物的制备方法,该制备方法具体包括如下步骤:
S1、配料,按照所述配比称取前胡、黄芩、生姜和炙甘草中药原料;
S2、浸泡,加水浸泡称取好的上述中药原料;
S3、煎熬,加热煎熬经浸泡的上述中药原料;
S4、过滤,煎熬结束后进行过滤,除去药渣,得药汁。
进一步的,上述制备方法,所述S2浸泡步骤中,按照所述中药原料总重量5-7倍的量加入水,并浸泡20-40min。
进一步的,上述制备方法,所述S3煎熬步骤中,先加热至沸腾,然后在100-115℃下继续煎熬60-90min。
进一步的,上述制备方法,所述S4步骤中,最终所得药汁体积为加水量对应体积的9/28—12/28。
最后,还公开了上述中药组合物的一种应用,具体的,将所述中药组合物应用于调和阴阳、除烦解表的药物制备中。
本发明所公开的中药组合物由前胡、黄芩、生姜和炙甘草中药原料组合制得。由上述各个中药原料形成的中药复方,通过各个组分间的协同作用,具有调和阴阳、除烦解表的功效,可用于治疗由寒邪侵袭人体而导致的腹泻、畏凉、 头目痛、心烦、干呕、腹痛或遇寒则痛、下利等病症。
具体实施方式
为详细说明本发明的技术内容、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式详予说明。
实施例1
一种中药组合物,按照重量计,由以下中药原料组合制得:前胡30g、黄芩75g、生姜50g、炙甘草50g。
制备时,先分别称取前胡30g、黄芩75g、生姜(切片)50g和炙甘草50g中药原料,并将其共同加入一中药煎熬罐中。再向煎熬罐中加入1025ml水浸泡中药原料,浸泡时间为20min。待浸泡结束后,再对煎熬罐进行加热,可先大火加热至煎熬罐内沸腾,然后再调整为小火,并保持加热温度在100-115℃下继续煎熬60min。关火,通过过滤细网或者纱布过滤煎熬罐中的固液混合物,分离除去药渣,最后得439ml黑色药汁。
该中药方剂中,中药原料前胡可散风清热,降气化痰,用于风热咳嗽痰多、痰热喘满、咯痰黄稠。黄芩可清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血,可用于湿温、暑温胸闷呕恶、湿热痞满、泻痢、黄疸、肺热咳嗽、高热烦渴、血热吐衄、痈肿疮毒。生姜可解表散寒、温中止呕、化痰止咳,可用于风寒感冒、胃寒呕吐、寒痰咳嗽。炙甘草补脾和胃、益气复脉,可用于脾胃虚弱、倦怠乏力、心动悸、脉结代。
此外,在组方虽是用来治疗寒热错杂的中热多寒少疾病的组方,但是毕竟存在寒性的临床表现,所以不能用寒凉的芍药,以防加重腹泻下利的症状,所 以本组方采用寒凉之性较为平和的前胡。对应的症候表现较轻浅,津液受损不严重,不必加如大枣等来补津液,炙甘草完全能够满足临床需求,同时炙甘草在本组方中具有调和药性的功用。
所述中药组合物可应用于调和阴阳、除烦解表的药物制备中。
实施例2
一种中药组合物,按照重量计,由以下中药原料组合制得:前胡120g、黄芩45g、生姜30g、炙甘草30g。
制取时,先分别称取前胡120g、黄芩45g、生姜(切片)30g和炙甘草30g中药原料,并将各个中药原料共同加入一中药煎熬罐中。再向煎熬罐中加入1400ml水浸泡中药原料,总浸泡时间为30min。待浸泡结束后,再对煎熬罐进行加热,具体可先采用大火加热至煎熬罐内沸腾,然后再调整为小火,并保持加热温度在100-115℃下继续煎熬80min。关火,采用过滤细网或者纱布过滤煎熬罐中的固液混合物,分离除去药渣,最终得600ml黑色药汁。
所述中药组合物可应用于调和阴阳、除烦解表的药物制备中。
实施例3
一种中药组合物,按照重量计,由以下中药原料组合制得:前胡150g、黄芩15g、生姜10g、炙甘草10g。
制取时,可先分别称取前胡150g、黄芩15g、生姜(切片)10g和炙甘草10g中药原料,并将称取好的各个中药原料共同加入一中药煎熬罐中。再向煎熬罐中加入1295ml水浸泡中药原料,总浸泡时间为40min。待中药原料浸泡好后,再对煎熬罐进行加热,具体可先大火加热至煎熬罐内沸腾,然后再调整为小火,并保持加热温度在100-115℃下继续煎熬90min。关火,利用过滤细网或者过滤 纱布过滤煎熬罐的中固液混合物,分离除去其中的药渣,最终得到416ml的黑色药汁。
所述中药组合物可应用于调和阴阳、除烦解表的药物制备中。
实施例4-11
实施例4-11中组合物其具体组成如表1所示,而对应的制备方法则与实施例2相同。

实验例
实验对象:患者共234例,其中男性患者128例,女性患者106例,年龄分布为3—45岁之间,所有患者皆有因寒邪侵袭人体而导致的腹泻的症状,且 还临床表现为畏凉、头目痛、心烦、干呕、腹痛或遇寒则痛、下利等。
治疗方式:服用本发明中的中药组合物药汁,每日分三次服用,每次服用200ml,连续服用一周,并进行临床疗效观察。
疗效判断标准:1)治愈,症状和体征完全消失;2)显效,治疗后大部分的症状和体征消失;3)无效,症状和体征没有得到缓解甚至有加重的趋势。
疗效统计:据统计,所有实验患者中,治愈107例,显效100例,无效33例,总有效率为88.5%。
根据上述实验例可知:本发明中的中药组合物,在前胡、黄芩、生姜和炙甘草各个特定配伍的中药材组分间的相互配合、协同作用下,在调和阴阳,除烦解表方面具有显著的功效,可主治少阳病机证,阳痞证,且症见为身热汗出或畏凉、头目痛、心烦、干呕、腹痛或遇寒则痛、下利等,非常适合临床推广应用。

  1. 一种中药组合物,其特征在于,按重量份计,由以下配比的中药原料组合制得:前胡30-150份、黄芩15-75份、生姜10-50份、炙甘草10-50份。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,按重量份计,由以下中药原料组合制得:前胡40-70份、黄芩55-70份、生姜35-45份、炙甘草35-45份。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,按重量份计,由以下中药原料组合制得:前胡80-110份、黄芩35-50份、生姜25-35份、炙甘草25-35份。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,按重量份计,由以下中药原料组合制得:前胡120-140份、黄芩20-30份、生姜15-25份、炙甘草15-25份。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,按重量份计,由以下中药原料组合制得:前胡120份、黄芩45份、生姜30份、炙甘草30份。
  6. 一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    S1、配料,按照所述配比称取前胡、黄芩、生姜和炙甘草中药原料;
    S2、浸泡,加水浸泡称取好的上述中药原料;
    S3、煎熬,加热煎熬经浸泡的上述中药原料;
    S4、过滤,煎熬结束后进行过滤,除去药渣,得药汁。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S2浸泡步骤中,按照所述中药原料总重量5-7倍的量加入水,并浸泡20-40min。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S3煎熬步骤中,先 加热至沸腾,然后在100-115℃下继续煎熬60-90min。
