请一并参阅图1至图5,现对本发明提供的集线器100进行说明。所述集线器100,包括机壳10和电路板(图中未示出);电路板安装于机壳10中,通过机壳10来支撑电路板和保护电路板。机壳10的一侧安装有数据插头31,数据插头31伸出机壳10,数据插头31与电路板电性相连,数据插头31用于与电脑上的数据接口相连,以将电路板与电脑上的数据接口相连,进而将该集线器100与电脑相连。机壳10的另一侧设有若干第一接口32,并且各第一接口32位于机壳10中,并且机壳10的另一侧对应开设有露出各第一接口32的第一开口(图中未标出),各第一接口32与电路板电性相连,进而当数据插头31与电脑上数据接口相连时,将各第一接口32与电脑相连,实现接口扩展。机壳10的一侧还设有音频插头21,音频插头21与数据插头31间隔设置,从而对于一些一侧同时设置数据接口与音频口的电脑,如超薄笔记本电脑,则可以将数据插头31和音频插头21同时插入电脑的数据接口与音频口中,以更好的固定住集线器100,使该集线器100更稳定地支撑在电脑上,方便使用。机壳10的侧面开设有滑槽11,音频插头21的尾端滑动安装在滑槽11中,从而可以调节音频插头21与数据插头31之间的距离,适配不同型号或品牌的同一侧具有数据接口与音频口的电脑。
本发明提供的集线器100,与现有技术相比,本发明通过在机壳10的一侧设置数据插头31和音频插头21,对于一些侧面同时设有音频口和数据接口的电脑,可以将数据插头31和音频插头21分别插入电脑的数据接口和音频口中,从而可以更好的固定住该集线器100,使集线器100保持稳定,方便使用;而机壳侧面开设滑槽11,将音频插头21滑动安装在滑槽11中,可以调节音频插头21的位置,以适配不同型号的电脑。
进一步地,请参阅图1,作为本发明提供的集线器100的一种具体实施方式,本实施例中,数据插头31为Type-C插头,以便适配在苹果macbook air上。在其它一些实施例中,数据插头31为USB插头,以便适配在部分联想ThinkPad X1 Carbon上。
进一步地,请参阅图5,作为本发明提供的集线器100的一种具体实施方式,若干第一接口32包括USB接口321、Type-C接口322、用于读取SD卡(英文:SecureDigital,简称SD)的SD卡接口323和用于读取Micro SD卡的Micro SD卡接口324。USB接口321的类型可为USB2.0、USB3.0、USB-C等等。
进一步地,USB接口321为两个,以便使用,在其它一些实施例中,USB接口321也可以为一个、三个、四个等等。当然,还有一些实施例中,各第一接口32可以均为USB接口321。
进一步地,请参阅图5,作为本发明提供的集线器100的一种具体实施方式,SD卡接口323和Micro SD卡接口324沿机壳10厚度方向间隔设置,以提高集成度,提高机壳10空间利用率。
进一步地,各第一接口32安装于电路板上,以便安装固定各第一接口32,并且将各第一接口32与电路板相连。在其它一些实施例中,也可以将各第一接口32固定在机壳10中,再通过导线将各第一接口32与电路板电性相连。
进一步地,请参阅图1和图3,作为本发明提供的集线器100的一种具体实施方式,机壳10中设有第二接口34,第二接口34与电路板电性相连,第二接口34位于机壳10的一端,机壳10的一端开设有露出第二接口34的第二开口(图中未标出)。在机壳10中设置第二接口34,以提升接口扩展功能,提升空间利用率,进而在机壳10中集成更多接口。本实施例中,第二接口34为HDMI接口(High Definition Multimedia Interface,高清晰度多媒体接口,简称HDMI),以便与显示设备相连。在其它一些实施例中,第二接口34也可以为USB接口321等其它接口。
进一步地,第二接口34与电路板固定相连,以便将第二接口34与电路板电性相连。在其它一些实施例中,也可以将第二接口34固定在机壳10中,第二接口34通过导线与电路板电性相连。
进一步地,请参阅图5,作为本发明提供的集线器100的一种具体实施方式,机壳10中设有第三接口35,第三接口35与电路板电性相连,第三接口35位于机壳10的另一端,机壳10的另一端开设有露出第三接口35的第三开口(图中未标出)。在机壳10中设置第三接口35,以提升接口扩展功能,提升空间利用率,进而在机壳10中集成更多接口。本实施例中,第三接口35为Lighting接口,以便连接苹果手机。在其它一些实施例中,第二接口34也可以为USB接口321等其它接口。
进一步地,第三接口35与电路板固定相连,以便将第三接口35与电路板电性相连。在其它一些实施例中,也可以将第三接口35固定在机壳10中,第三接口35通过导线与电路板电性相连。
进一步地,请参阅图1至图4,作为本发明提供的集线器100的一种具体实施方式,该集线器100还包括支撑座23,支撑座23滑动安装在滑槽11中,并且音频插头21的尾端与支撑座23相连,设置支撑座23,以方便连接音频插头21,同时便于滑动安装在滑槽11中。
进一步地,请参阅图1至图4,作为本发明提供的集线器100的一种具体实施方式,滑槽11的两侧面上开设有滑道111,滑槽11的两侧面指滑槽11长度方向两侧面,支撑座23上对应凸设有伸入相应滑道111中的滑块232。在滑槽11的侧面开设滑道111,并在支撑座23上对应设置滑块232,将滑块232置于滑道111中,不仅可以更好的引导支撑座23移动,同时还可以将支撑座23限定在滑槽11中,可以防止支撑座23脱落。
进一步地,至少一个滑道111中安装有弹性抵持滑块232的弹性带112,弹性带112呈波浪状,弹性带112沿滑道111长度方向设置。在滑道111中安装弹性带112,当支撑座23移动时,弹性带112可以抵持滑块232,以增加阻尼,进而便于对支撑座23进行定位,进而将音频插头21进行定位。
进一步地,请参阅图1至图4,作为本发明提供的集线器100的一种具体实施方式,音频插头21的尾端设有连接座22,连接座22铰接于支撑座23中,滑道111的长度大于音频插头21的长度。在音频插头21尾端设置连接座22,并将连接座22铰接在支撑座23中,从而当电脑上同时具有数据接口与音频口时,可以转动音频插头21,使音频插头21伸出,以将音频插头21和数据插头31分别插入电脑的音频口和数据接口中。而当电脑上没有音频口时,可以将音频插头21收于滑槽11中,方便使用,提高适应性。
进一步地,请参阅图1至图4,作为本发明提供的集线器100的一种具体实施方式,支撑座23包括两个座块231和连接两个座块231的枢轴(图中未示出),两个座块231沿机壳10厚度方向间隔相对设置,连接座22设于两个座块231之间,连接座22中开设有供枢轴穿过的第一通孔(图中未示出),以将连接座22铰接在支撑座23中。在其它一些实施例中,也可以将连接座22设置为球座,而支撑座23中设置球窝,以形成球铰结构。
进一步地,各座块231上凸设有上述滑块232。各滑块232与相应座块231是一体成型,以保证座块231与滑块232的连接强度。
进一步地,请参阅图1至图4,作为本发明提供的集线器100的一种具体实施方式,连接座22上设有弹性抵持座块231的弹性件(图中未示出)。在支撑座23上设置弹性件,通过弹性件弹性抵持座块231,可以增大连接座22在支撑座23中转动的阻尼,以便对连接座22进行定位,进而对音频插头21进行定位。
进一步地,连接座22中开设有第二通孔(图中未示出),弹性件安装于第二通孔中,以便安装弹性件。本实施例中,弹性件可以为弹性伸缩杆。当然,在其它一些实施例中,弹性件也可以为两端连接有弹珠的弹簧结构。还有一些实施例中,也可以在连接座22上设置盲孔,以安装弹性件。
进一步地,至少一个座块231上设有第一定位孔(图中未示出),从而当音频插头21伸出滑槽11时,弹性件可以伸入第一定位孔中,以将连接座22定位,进而将音频插头21定位,以便插入电脑的音频口中,方便使用。在一些实施例中,一个座块231上靠近连接座22的一面上开设有第一定位孔。在另一些实施例中,两个座块231上均可以设置第一定位孔。
进一步地,至少一个座块231上设有第二定位孔(图中未示出),从而当音频插头21收入滑槽11中时,弹性件可以伸入第二定位孔中,以将连接座22定位,以将音频插头21定位,防止音频插头21从滑槽11中伸出。在一些实施例中,一个座块231上靠近连接座22的一面上开设有第二定位孔。在另一些实施例中,两个座块231上均可以设置第二定位孔。
进一步地,请参阅图5,作为本发明提供的集线器100的一种具体实施方式,机壳10中设有音频接头,机壳10上对应音频接头33的位置设有插孔(图中未标出),以将电脑上音频口扩展延伸到该集线器100上,便于连接耳机。
进一步地,作为本发明提供的集线器100的一种具体实施方式,音频接头33与音频插头21电性相连,结构简单,加工方便。
进一步地,作为本发明提供的集线器100的一种具体实施方式,电路板上设有音频电路,数据插头31与音频电路电性相连,音频接头33与音频电路电性相连;从而在使用时,可以使音频接头33经数据插头31与电脑相连。更进一步地,音频接头33安装在电路板上,以便将音频接头33与电路板相连。在其实一些实施例中,音频接头33也可以固定在机壳10中,通过导线与电路板电性相连。
进一步地,音频接头33位于机壳10的另一侧,插孔设于机壳10的另一侧,以便于使用,同时提升集成度。当然,在其它一些实施例中,音频接头33也可以设置在机壳10的端部。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 集线器,其特征在于:包括机壳和安装于所述机壳中的电路板,所述机壳的一侧安装有数据插头,所述数据插头与所述电路板电性相连,且所述数据插头伸出所述机壳,所述机壳中于该机壳的另一侧设有若干第一接口,各所述第一接口与所述电路板电性相连,且所述机壳的另一侧对应开设有露出各所述第一接口的第一开口,所述机壳的一侧还设有音频插头,所述音频插头与所述数据插头间隔设置;所述机壳的侧面开设有滑槽,所述音频插头的尾端滑动安装于所述滑槽中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述集线器还包括滑动安装于所述滑槽中的支撑座,所述音频插头的尾端与所述支撑座相连。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述滑槽的两侧面上开设有滑道,所述支撑座上对应凸设有伸入相应所述滑道中的滑块。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的集线器,其特征在于:至少一个所述滑道中安装有弹性抵持所述滑块的弹性带,所述弹性带呈波浪状,所述弹性带沿所述滑道长度方向设置。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述音频插头的尾端设有连接座,所述连接座铰接于所述支撑座中,所述滑道的长度大于所述音频插头的长度。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述支撑座包括沿所述机壳厚度方向间隔相对设置的两个座块和连接两个所述座块的枢轴,所述连接座设于两个所述座块之间,所述连接座中开设有供所述枢轴穿过的第一通孔。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述连接座上设有弹性抵持所述座块的弹性件。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述连接座中开设有第二通孔,所述弹性件安装于所述第二通孔中。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的集线器,其特征在于:至少一个所述座块上设有用于供所述弹性件伸入以将所述音频插头定位于伸出位置的第一定位孔。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的集线器,其特征在于:至少一个所述座块上设有用于供所述弹性件伸入以将所述音频插头定位于该滑槽中的第二定位孔。
  11. 如权利要求1-10任一项所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述机壳中设有音频接头,所述机壳上对应所述音频接头的位置设有插孔。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述音频接头与所述音频插头电性相连。
  13. 如权利要求1-10任一项所述的集线器,其特征在于:若干所述第一接口包括USB接口、Type-C接口、用于读取SD卡的SD卡接口和用于读取Micro SD卡的Micro SD卡接口。
  14. 如权利要求1-10任一项所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述机壳中设有第二接口,所述第二接口位于所述机壳的一端,所述机壳的一端开设有露出所述第二接口的第二开口,所述第二接口与所述电路板电性相连。
  15. 如权利要求1-10任一项所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述机壳中设有第三接口,所述第三接口位于所述机壳的另一端,所述机壳的另一端开设有露出所述第三接口的第三开口,所述第三接口与所述电路板电性相连。
