请一并参阅图1至图4,现对本发明提供的集线器100进行说明。所述集线器100,包括机壳10和电路板(图中未示出);电路板安装于机壳10中,通过机壳10来支撑电路板和保护电路板。机壳10的一侧安装有数据插头31,数据插头31伸出机壳10,数据插头31与电路板电性相连,数据插头31用于与电脑上的数据接口相连,以将电路板与电脑上的数据接口相连,进而将该集线器100与电脑相连。机壳10的另一侧设有若干第一接口32,并且各第一接口32位于机壳10中,并且机壳10的另一侧对应开设有露出各第一接口32的第一开口(图中未标出),各第一接口32与电路板电性相连,进而当数据插头31与电脑上数据接口相连时,将各第一接口32与电脑相连,实现接口扩展。机壳10的一侧还设有音频插头21,音频插头21与数据插头31间隔设置,从而对于一些一侧同时设置数据接口与音频口的电脑,如超薄笔记本电脑,则可以将数据插头31和音频插头21同时插入电脑的数据接口与音频口中,以更好的固定住集线器100,使该集线器100更稳定地支撑在电脑上,方便使用。机壳10中开设有收纳孔11,音频插头21滑动插装于收纳孔11中,从而可以将音频插头21收容在收纳孔11中,从而对于一侧仅设置有数据接口的电脑,可以将集线器100的音频插头21收于收纳孔11中,以便使用,提升适应性。
本发明提供的集线器100,与现有技术相比,本发明通过在机壳10的一侧设置数据插头31和音频插头21,对于一些侧面同时设有音频口和数据接口的电脑,可以将数据插头31和音频插头21分别插入电脑的数据接口和音频口中,从而可以更好的固定住该集线器100,使集线器100保持稳定,方便使用;而在机壳10中设置收纳孔11,将音频插头21滑动插入收纳孔11中,可以将音频插头21收于收纳孔11中,以提升适应性。
进一步地,请参阅图1,作为本发明提供的集线器100的一种具体实施方式,本实施例中,数据插头31为Type-C插头,以便适配在苹果macbook air上。在其它一些实施例中,数据插头31为USB插头,以便适配在部分联想ThinkPad X1 Carbon上。
进一步地,请参阅图2,作为本发明提供的集线器100的一种具体实施方式,若干第一接口32包括USB接口321、Type-C接口322、用于读取SD卡(英文:SecureDigital,简称SD)的SD卡接口323和用于读取Micro SD卡的Micro SD卡接口324。USB接口321的类型可为USB2.0、USB3.0、USB-C等等。
进一步地,USB接口321为两个,以便使用,在其它一些实施例中,USB接口321也可以为一个、三个、四个等等。当然,还有一些实施例中,各第一接口32可以均为USB接口321。
进一步地,请参阅图2,作为本发明提供的集线器100的一种具体实施方式,SD卡接口323和Micro SD卡接口324沿机壳10厚度方向间隔设置,以提高集成度,提高机壳10空间利用率。
进一步地,各第一接口32安装于电路板上,以便安装固定各第一接口32,并且将各第一接口32与电路板相连。在其它一些实施例中,也可以将各第一接口32固定在机壳10中,再通过导线将各第一接口32与电路板电性相连。
进一步地,请参阅图1,作为本发明提供的集线器100的一种具体实施方式,机壳10中设有第二接口34,第二接口34与电路板电性相连,第二接口34位于机壳10的一端,机壳10的一端开设有露出第二接口34的第二开口(图中未标出)。在机壳10中设置第二接口34,以提升接口扩展功能,提升空间利用率,进而在机壳10中集成更多接口。本实施例中,第二接口34为HDMI接口(High Definition Multimedia Interface,高清晰度多媒体接口,简称HDMI),以便与显示设备相连。在其它一些实施例中,第二接口34也可以为USB接口321等其它接口。
进一步地,第二接口34与电路板固定相连,以便将第二接口34与电路板电性相连。在其它一些实施例中,也可以将第二接口34固定在机壳10中,第二接口34通过导线与电路板电性相连。
进一步地,请参阅图2,作为本发明提供的集线器100的一种具体实施方式,机壳10中设有第三接口35,第三接口35与电路板电性相连,第三接口35位于机壳10的另一端,机壳10的另一端开设有露出第三接口35的第三开口(图中未标出)。在机壳10中设置第三接口35,以提升接口扩展功能,提升空间利用率,进而在机壳10中集成更多接口。本实施例中,第三接口35为Lighting接口,以便连接苹果手机。在其它一些实施例中,第二接口34也可以为USB接口321等其它接口。
进一步地,第三接口35与电路板固定相连,以便将第三接口35与电路板电性相连。在其它一些实施例中,也可以将第三接口35固定在机壳10中,第三接口35通过导线与电路板电性相连。
进一步地,请参阅图1、图3和图4,作为本发明提供的集线器100的一种具体实施方式,音频插头21的尾端连接有螺杆23,螺杆23平行于音频插头21长度方向设置,螺杆23上安装有螺母24,机壳10中设有滑孔12,螺杆23置于滑孔12中,螺母24径向的侧面至少凸出机壳10的一面,机壳10上对应开设有露出螺母24侧面的开窗13。在使用时,可以转动螺母24,螺母24推动螺杆23沿滑孔12移动,进而带动音频插头21在收纳孔11中移动,以将音频插头21移出收纳孔11或收于收纳孔11中。
进一步地,螺母24径向的相对两侧分别伸出机壳10的两面,机壳10的两面分别开设有开窗13。该结构方便转动螺母24,另外,该结构可以将螺母24的轴向设于机壳10厚度方向的中部,方便设置,同时可以将机壳10设置较薄。在其它一些实施例中,螺母24及螺杆23可以设置于机壳10厚度方向的一端,这样可以使螺母24的侧面仅伸出机壳10的一面。
进一步地,音频插头21的尾端设有支撑座22,螺杆23与支撑座22相连。在音频插头21的尾端设置支撑座22,以便于螺杆23相连。
进一步地,螺杆23与音频插头21同轴设置,滑孔12开设于收纳孔11的底部,该结构加工制作方便,占用机壳10中长度方向的空间较小。在其它一些实施例中,螺杆23可以与音频插头21间隔设置,并且螺杆23通过连接件与音频插头21相连,相应地,滑孔12设于收纳孔11的侧边,并且滑孔12与收纳孔11相连通。
进一步地,收纳孔11的口部设有定位环111。在收纳孔11的口部设置定位环111,在将音频插头21推出时,可以通过定位环111止挡支撑座22,以将音频插头21定位。
进一步地,请参阅图2,作为本发明提供的集线器100的一种具体实施方式,机壳10中设有音频接头33,机壳10上对应音频接头33的位置设有插孔(图中未标出),以将电脑上音频口扩展延伸到该集线器100上,便于连接耳机。
进一步地,作为本发明提供的集线器100的一种具体实施方式,音频接头33与音频插头21电性相连,结构简单,加工方便。
进一步地,作为本发明提供的集线器100的一种具体实施方式,电路板上设有音频电路,数据插头31与音频电路电性相连,音频接头33与音频电路电性相连;从而在使用时,可以使音频接头33经数据插头31与电脑相连。更进一步地,音频接头33安装在电路板上,以便将音频接头33与电路板相连。在其实一些实施例中,音频接头33也可以固定在机壳10中,通过导线与电路板电性相连。
进一步地,音频接头33位于机壳10的另一侧,插孔设于机壳10的另一侧,以便于使用,同时提升集成度。当然,在其它一些实施例中,音频接头33也可以设置在机壳10的端部。
实施例二:
请参阅图5和图6,本实施例的集线器100与实施例一的集线器的区别为:
本实施例中,音频插头21的尾部安装有连接座25,连接座25上安装有推块26,机壳10上开设有连通收纳孔11的滑道14,推块26经滑道14伸出机壳10。在机壳10上开设滑道14,命名推块26伸出机壳10,而推块26与连接座25相连,从而移动推块26沿滑道14移动,可以带动连接座25在收纳孔11中移动,进而带动音频插头21沿收纳孔11移动。
进一步地,收纳孔11的口部设有定位环111。在收纳孔11的口部设置定位环111,在将音频插头21推出时,可以通过定位环111止挡连接座25,以将音频插头21定位。
进一步地,收纳孔11的内壁上设有第一弹性件112,第一弹性件112设在收纳孔11中靠近该收纳孔11口部的一端,从而在将音频插头21推出时,连接座25移动到收纳孔11的口部,第一弹性件112可以弹性抵持连接座25,从而将音频插头21定位在伸出位置。具体地,第一弹性件112可以为弹片。在另一些实施例中,第一弹性件112也可以为弹珠。
进一步地,收纳孔11的内壁上设有第二弹性件113,第二弹性件113设在收纳孔11中靠近该收纳孔11底部的一端,从而在将音频插头21收入收纳孔11中时,连接座25移动到收纳孔11的底部,第二弹性件113可以弹性抵持连接座25,从而将音频插头21定位在收纳孔11中。具体地,第二弹性件113可以为弹片。在另一些实施例中,第二弹性件113也可以为弹珠。
本实施例的集线器100的其它结构与实施例一的集线器的其它结构相同,在此不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 集线器,其特征在于:包括机壳和安装于所述机壳中的电路板,所述机壳的一侧安装有数据插头,所述数据插头与所述电路板电性相连,且所述数据插头伸出所述机壳,所述机壳中于该机壳的另一侧设有若干第一接口,各所述第一接口与所述电路板电性相连,且所述机壳的另一侧对应开设有露出各所述第一接口的第一开口,所述机壳的一侧还设有音频插头,所述音频插头与所述数据插头间隔设置,所述机壳中开设有用于收容所述音频插头的收纳孔,所述音频插头滑动插装于所述收纳孔中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述音频插头的尾端连接有螺杆,所述螺杆平行于所述音频插头长度方向设置,所述螺杆上安装有螺母,所述机壳中设有滑孔,所述螺杆置于所述滑孔中,所述螺母径向的侧面至少凸出所述机壳的一面,所述机壳上对应开设有露出所述螺母侧面的开窗。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述螺母径向的相对两侧分别伸出所述机壳的两面,所述机壳的两面分别开设有所述开窗。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述音频插头的尾端设有支撑座,所述螺杆与所述支撑座相连。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述收纳孔的口部设有定位环。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述螺杆与所述音频插头同轴设置,所述滑孔开设于所述收纳孔的底部。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述音频插头的尾部安装有连接座,所述连接座上安装有推块,所述机壳上开设有连通所述收纳孔的滑道,所述推块经所述滑道伸出所述机壳。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述收纳孔的内壁上设有用于弹性抵持所述连接座以将所述音频插头定位于伸出位置的第一弹性件。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述收纳孔的内壁上设有用于弹性抵持所述连接座以将所述音频插头定位于该收纳孔中的第二弹性件。
  10. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述机壳中设有音频接头,所述机壳上对应所述音频接头的位置设有插孔。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述音频接头与所述音频插头电性相连。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述电路板上设有音频电路,所述数据插头与所述音频电路电性相连,所述音频接头与所述音频电路电性相连。
  13. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的集线器,其特征在于:若干所述第一接口包括USB接口、Type-C接口、用于读取SD卡的SD卡接口和用于读取Micro SD卡的Micro SD卡接口。
  14. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述机壳中设有第二接口,所述第二接口位于所述机壳的一端,所述机壳的一端开设有露出所述第二接口的第二开口,所述第二接口与所述电路板电性相连。
  15. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的集线器,其特征在于:所述机壳中设有第三接口,所述第三接口位于所述机壳的另一端,所述机壳的另一端开设有露出所述第三接口的第三开口,所述第三接口与所述电路板电性相连。
